HEB's new fancy gas pump holds money for purchases havent even made and corporate wants to blame my credit card company. I have driven 100,000 miles in the last four years, and not once has credit card company held ANY of my money upon putting gas.

I have had the credit card for five years. Corporate is pulling a scam. I don't appreciate your money laundering services I will quit shopping at your store and tell everyone I know. I am a single parent and I am very disturbed by HEB beyond belief.

Yes, The checker wasn't working with me cooperating with understanding of the grocery separation for me to pay part with my 5Point credit card and the other part with cash. he had awful nasty attitude toward me the dirty look that he gave at me then under neath his words the N word came out so I proceed to throw language words at him to let him know that I'm not the one to be messed with then, then

This store seems to not care what products they bring in if they get them cheap. My spouse bought Campbell's (name brand yet), Chicken Noodle Soup in a plastic heat up container, and plastic heat up containers CNN recently warned, are NEVER EVER something you want to heat food in - even if it says it's the type of plastic you can heat in microwaves?

JUST DO NOT HEAT ANYTHINGI UP IN ANY TYPE OF PLASTIC CNN NEWS SAID - PERIOD. There is little or no chicken in it at all, yet it is marked chicken noodle soup, well I have never seen a chicken noodle before, but apparently it is a new kind of noodle, cause there was not any Chicken it the soup.

Plus it contains pretty nearly your total intake for one day's worth of salt at 870 mg. in the soup. I schooled my spouse on what real chicken noodle…

The hiring team at the frisco H-E-B is utter garbage. Never have I ever had to wait an hour and thirty minutes for an initial interview and to wait for a week with no one able to help me with my orientation.

Maddie is the one I talked to and she has zero redeeming quality’s. I will surely tell my friends and family to never work at the establishment or shop here.

After several disappointing experiences at the HEB store at Hwy 195 and Stan Schlueter Lp in Killeen, TX I decided to give them another try today. This time when they asked what I wanted to drink I said Pepsi, they said we have Coke products, I said Dr Pepper and they said "we are out of Dr Pepper".

Well, they were also out of Root Beer and Big Red. Out of almost half of their fountain sodas. That and the table that I sat at had been cleared but apparently not wiped down because there was some crusty yucky stuff on it.

Getting no assistance with customer service. Contacted CS and they disregarded my issue with the app functionality when making online orders Online once a order is placed and is "in processing" your site doesn't allow you to delete individual items without canceling the whole order.

Very deceitful business practice that you can always add items but not delete them if you change your mind on something... It's need to be investigated and fixed.

I was harassed and racially profiled for purchases that I made. When I was confronted with management they wouldn’t give me a reason why I needed to leave they just simply asked me to leave. Kind of seems weird when someone just tells you to leave because they don’t like what you look like.

Set up delivery yesterday, all day home. Nothing. Cancelled, went to pick up today. Not here because delivery was set up and spoke with rep, but no prior notice that they wouldn’t be here to pick up. Waste of my time and they don’t even know when they will be here?

I placed a order with HEB in Bastrop Texas yesterday using a EBT card. Pick up time was 7pm. 48. order # 18611843331. As we were pulling out of HEB parking lot I got a ping on my phone from my bank stating that HEB charged me $5 for curbside pickup.

My personal account is overdrawn which is going to cost me $30. I called HEB customer service around 7:45 and talked to the rudest customer service person you probably have. I'll start using Walmart again. Never had this problem.

On Thursday February 9 I went to HEB curbside Lakeway to pick up an order that was scheduled for pick up between 11:30-12;00. This turned into a horrible, unacceptable mess. As I had other errands to run, I checked and your webpage showed they were shopping for my order.

This was about 10:30 so I was confident my order would be ready when I arrived at the store. I arrived at 11:45, turned off my car and texted my location. As I'm sure many people do, I got on my phone as I awaited my order to arrive.

I soon got warm with the sun shining on the car, so rolled down my windows, After about 15-20 minutes. I started paying attention as other cars pulled in, got their orders and left. So I texted my location again (a couple of times over the next few minutes) and got the same automated message…

I tried to purchase Red Barn cow ears and Bully Slices that were on sale with a digital coupon. Having no way to scan a digital coupon, I took the sales notice with me to the register with the products.

I was NOT allowed to purchase these items at the sale price. ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. Manager gave no reason other than that was the way it was.

Well, let’s be honest the pharmacy driver thru is never quick or fun. So, today my wife needs her pain rx. I go, expecting a quick in an out. Im right, the first and only car. Thirty degrees, ice , im the lone customer. Get to window.

No hello, I will be right with you. About six min later i push button. Not a single person emerges to respond. Ten min later I push button second time. Now I notice 6-8 people in pharmacy, one customer at counter. One employee on cellphone.

What happened to customer service.? I choose to refill meds here. Not out of obligation but convenience. This is becoming a very regular occurrence unfortunately. Please train your staff properly. Teach them common everyday politeness. Because its their job. Please insert a no phone policy.

I was approached aggressively by an employee and told I was a grazer. Granted I am over wait but I don't appreciate being associated with cattle hahaha. I did take one gummy bear and give it too my 4yr old as I filled a bag of them.

When it was my turn, I was told I could not pay in the self checkout line because I had 15 items and the line was only for 10 items or less. Love HEB, just confused as to why at least 5 check out aisles were closed at 7:30 pm on Tuesday evening, when there were long lines of customers. Also, me and the customers before me had to bag our own items because the cashier was by herself and the lines were long. Managers were standing nearby and not opening new registers for customers. Perhaps they were short-staffed tonight, but this is a very busy HEB location.

On Jan 3 2023 I stopped at HEB at Las Palmas (Gen McMullen) for a few items. I entered the store at approximately 10:40. I had a few items to pick-up when the 11:00 close time announcement was made. These items were at the other end of the store.

The security guard stopped me at around 11:05 and said I could only place items located in that row and not to proceed beyond that row, that I had to head to checkout. I no doubt believe that he was following orders from the "manager" since he was even apologetic.

I instead left the few items I had in the cart and walked out. Where I waited for other customers who had apparently been subjected to the same treatment. I have never experience such customer treatment from any other HEB, especially those near my work place, Huebner and Wurzbach.…

Bought oranges from them, cuties I believe. Opened and several were rotted out so bad the bottom of bag almost made me throw up. Took them back, bought grapes, wife said they were all soured and bad. Unreal problems with their quality lately.

Mediocrity seems acceptable to them. Sad, sad days for a company that used to exemplify quality and now just falsely advertises it. I cringe at their commercials these days as full of lies.

I live and Lake Jackson Texas and just shopped at HEB. I am very disappointed with the checker that checked me out. Her name is Annalyn. She was doing express check out. I started putting my groceries on the counter and noticed her giving me disapproval looks.

When I got them all on she told me it was express and I’m over and she will do it this time. I did not appreciate her aditude with. I looked behind me and no one was checking out behind me.

This reaction from her over 25 small items and not holding anyone up. Very uncalled for. She then dropped my glass coffee drinks in a bag on a hard service. Luckily they did not break. Any time I go in there the person at the check outs also points me to a express if I’m just a few over.

If there were another store in Waxahachie besides Walmart, I would shop there instead of HEB. Half the time I drive the extra miles to Mansfield and shop at Market Street, Tom Thumb or Kroger in Midlothian just to avoid the HEB here. I shop at Central Market when I am in Dallas and love those stores. I don't know why the HEB here cannot conform to their standards. During the pandemic, this store really was on the ball with their curbside pick up but they no longer meet my expectations.

Heb Plus on Bandera/1604 and HEB Alamo ranch Pkwy in San Antonio is allowing regular pets in store. These are not service animals at all. I have witnessed employees turning a blind eye while pets are urinating, defecating, licking product snd other contamination.

Pretty gross and they need to enforce the law.

I rented a carpet cleaner at the HEB on East Hopkins Street in San Marcos. Upon rental, Jessa was incredibly rude to me. Consistently talked down to me as if I were a child who couldn't understand her words. I never should have rented from her, and had doubts but I felt rude to deny the sale to her after she explained everything and I already signed the agreement.

She consistently reminded me of how to clean the machine. I cleaned it immediately after use, then returned it in the morning. When I saw Jessa in the morning, she rolled her eyes at me before looking at the machine and I was certain before she even looked that there was no way she was giving me my very expensive deposit back.

I places an order with HEB for the first time I normally order from Kroger or Walmart. I had chosen 5pm they moved me to 6pm then I waited and never got an email to tell me the order was ready for pick up.

When I called customer service the next day they told me we don't send out emails to let you know it's ready when it says it's in process that means it's ready. I told her that isn't right because I never knew that plus the other retailers let u know.

Plus had I know that I would of picked it up. I needed some of that stuff that evening I had to go elsewhere to purchase it this was a very poor experience and I won't order from here again.

It’s tough to do this in a 100 words or but hey HEB how much of your business is pharmacy related? You should consider a better customer service functionality to support your pharmacy staff and customers.

The App is great when it works but when it doesn’t you have no resource to assist except to go into the store stand in line take workers time to discuss the problem and pray for a resolve. HEB your better than that….

I roll into a checker line to check out and Ashley who was running frontend literally pushed my body aside then moved my buggy out and let another person go ahead of me. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP. You people have the worse management at frontend.

I ordered two cakes a week in advance. I told them everything I wanted on it. There was nothing difficult that I ordered. I have worked before doing cakes and this was a very simple order. They day I was going to pick up, they called and wanted to change my order just because they had messed up and I told them no because that was not what I ordered.

When I went to pick up the cakes they were just standing around instead of helping me. Once they finally helped me they were putting the wrong price on one of my cakes. Once I told them they threw my cake and giving me attitude.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Lately I struggle to afford groceries. I have to resort to counting Pennies by the end of the month. I know you source some of your products, and have your own distribution channels.

I also understand you have your own drivers. Are you inflating prices, if not, why can’t you use your buying clout to pressure your suppliers? This issue will certainly go unaddressed if your customers don’t speak up. There is only so long that consumers can bear the constant price inflation.

I have been a customer of Heb since I moved to Texas about 22 years ago. I have been shopping the neighborhood Friendswood Tx store for the last eight years.

2 1/2 years ago I became a shipt shopper and have done 7000 shops in that store in the past 2 1/2 years.

To Whom It May Concern:

I had parked in spot E528 outside the Bastrop HEB Plus at approximately 6:50 p.m. on October 24, 2022, to pick up my curbside order. At around 6:55 p.m., a young African American woman came out with a grocery cart and stopped at the car to the right of me. When she opened the door of the sedan, she opened it with such force that when it hit my right passenger door it shook my whole car. The young woman looked shocked, and kept making facial expressions and hand motions that matched this assumption.

However, instead of coming around and talking to me about what had just happened, she shut the door of the sedan, took the grocery cart, and walked back inside HEB like nothing had happened. I now have an approximately 1 inch dent in my right passenger door.

Just to let you know I went to the BBQ area in your Frisco store. The person taking the order was not wearing a name tag. The assistant(Nidal) was one the telephone behind the counter PICKING HIS NOSE.I felt that was not appropriate behavior.

At 11:00you were out of sausage, and the spicy BBQ sauce. The lunches I brought home were great but the store atmosphere was not too inviting.

Perhaps there should be some closer management attention to this part of the store.
