I love to eat Chinese food at HEB on corner of Ware Rd and Pecan St in McAllen TX. I have been there many times during lunch as I work at a nearby nursing home. I always ask for salt for my food and they never have salt.

Yesterday I went to eat Chinese again, and after paying I asked for salt, and they told me that they did not have any. So I decided to talk to the manager, and he called another manager for the Deli, and I told both my problem.

The Deli manager said she was going to see if she could order some salt, and did nothing more help. My complaint is how everyone did absolutely nothing to help me get some salt. I told the 2 managers, I am sorry, but this is a grocery store, there is plenty of salt in here.

I was shopping around HEB in the beauty isle grabbing some personal hygiene items and I start my way over to the dog isle I see an associate in the same aisle as me and I ignore her and I leave the dog aisle and I see she is following me and I start to head into the Kodi aisle and that's when she starts to corner me and

tell me to empty my pockets and starts accusing me of stealing and I have an injured hand so with my best of my ability I started to empty my pockets I am currently wearing shorts with no pockets and a hoodie with one pocket in the front.

I had logged a complaint previously concerning Adrienne Gonzales. Manager at HEB Friendswood Texas.

I received a call this morning from a Curtis Wright I believe his name was. Store Director.

He asked me for my side version of what happened. I recounted it to him. He apologized. Offered me a $20.00 gift card which I said there was no need . He also said they reviewed the footage.

I mentioned to Curtis that it might be best to meet and clear the air with him as well as Adrienne. I did not want me or her to feel uncomfortable as I go in the store multiple times a week. He said he was not going to put her in that situation which makes sense. I totally understand.

Something bothered me about the call. That is why I asked for his name

I filed a customer complaint last week and had not heard back. I called yesterday and was told I would hear back. NP. Sabrina who I spoke to told me Corporate was aware of the situation. That’s fine.

I’ve been reflecting on this quite a bit.

I had one simple question.

Stopped by my local HEB this morning, as with my work hours its the best time and convient time for me. As I walked to the fruit aisle a man came towards me mumbling what was not clear to me so I said, I'm sorry, he then said what I gather now was we are closed, store is not opened. I stood there for a moment then said I thought store opened at 6:00 a.m., thats when I looked at the time and saw that it was 5:52 a.m. I mentioned to the employee I thought store was opened since I walked in without an issue, doors opened as I came to the door. OnWednesday Sept 21 at mid day my husband and I were shopping for groceries in the Brenham HEB Store .. we had shopped for your specials on meats . We had bought several packages of meat. And was checking out by a checker named Johanna.

She was very rude and abrupt with us, grabbed up one of the packs of ROAST and said very sternly and in a demeaning manner toward us “ There is a limit of 2 Per customer “ I offered to buy the roast seperately , but she continued in her demeaning manner saying “you have to have a $10 purchase with it “.

First off, I am retired, I love HEB. I do all my shopping there at the one on Goliad & SE Military. The problem is (Every time) I check out and pay for my items, I find that when I get home, I don't have all my items that I bought.

I look at my receipt and yes, I paid for it but, it's not with the rest of my items. " The people packing my items seem to be doing a great job. but not everything I bought is coming home with me.

It would be my word against the store that the items were not placed in my cart once I leave the store.

This morning was what I never expect to happen at an H‑E‑B. Friendswood.

She was working cash register. My watermelon had something sticky on it syrup I think. She made a pretty big deal about being disgusted. No big deal

I have been a customer at HEB located at 2121 FM 2920 in Spring since it opened. Compared to the HEB on FM 2920 and Gosling or the HEB in Vintage Park, Spring, I find the 2121 location to be the most unpleasant in the are to shop. Too often there are items not on the shelves that are easily found in abundance at these other two locations.

However, the biggest complaint we have is the employees. The ones in the pharmacy are always helpful and pleasant. The ones in the grocery section generally seem to wish they were anywhere but there. Checkers, service desk, stockers, curbside shoppers, almost without fail are rude and often will shrug when you ask them a question about a price or product or even if you ask how their day is going. I stopped getting prescriptions at HEB for over 5 years ago. HEB Pharmacy keeps filing prescription claims to my insurance company for another person with the same name as me. I have called the HEB pharmacy involved several times to complain and they confirm it’s another Jose Martinez and not me yet they don’t correct the issue.

My insurance paid a prescription claim on May 10, 2022 for Cyclobenzaprine HCl, 10 mg prescribed by Dr Sanjay Mirsa. I have never been to a Dr Sanjay Mirsa and I have never been prescribed Cyclobenzaprine HCL nor did I pick up such prescription on May 10 at HEB, #699 at Nogalitos Street.

I've been a loyal customer of HEB for many years now. I use the store for personal groceries and business alike. For the last year I have encountered One particular employee which has finally made me realize that either your customer service has very little oversite, or is simply unmonitored completely.

This one particular partner or employee has made it so uncomfortable going to the deli portion of your HEB location on Olmos here in San Antonio, That will be giving all my future deli business (business and personal) to a competitor. ie.

Pharmacy tech told me I can get my prescription on a certain date per approval of his supervisor since I am traveling outside of the US for a month. When I came back on a set date I was told by the pharmacist Tracy Bandy she can’t issue my refill since it was not due yet.

I was frustrated and told her she has to do something. With No apologies for the miscommunication between their staff, I got frustrated then Tracy threatened me she is going to call the police. She is very unprofessional, and does not own their accountability.

I will be leaving without my medication because of irresponsible people working on this pharmacy. Putting my health in jeopardy.

I am a 70 yr old man. I have been shopping at HEB for 55 years. I’m have a terrible time trying to deal with a very rude, disrespectful , bully store mgr. it’s horrible and I’m looking for positive results.

The store the new store in NewBraunfels. The store director is Katy . Don’t have a last name yet. On two occasions she failed to promote friendly service after her staff made some serious mistakes. I thought the first time I’d let it go. Second chances.

She did run me off. Didn’t spend a penny there for a few years. Then a very recent issue. I can explain later about another time the staff made another mistake. Both mistake were caused from new untrained help in key places.

I need to find someone who can help me make a complaint.

I shop at the Granbury store and really like H-E-B, always have. The cashiers at the store are young. They lack customer service skills which I think directly is a result of management not training them. They may say hello and then they spend the rest of the time visiting with the sacker.

This has happened many times over the last few years, I find it very rude and annoying! I am ready to spend a little more money and go across the street to Kroger where the cashiers are 100% more professional.

Too bad-H-E-B is a good store with great values, but not worth the rudeness of most of the cashiers.

I purchased ground beef today and when I got home I opened it and it smelled rancid. I called and a manager of duty at HEB Oak Park in San Antonio told me to come back and he would smell it himself.

He smelled it and said it smelled fine. He said he believed that I smelled it as rotten, but refused to even tell the meat department and kept repeating that they grind meat fresh 3 times per day. I explained that doesn't mean the meat they are grinding is fresh.

He continued to gas light me then called me rude when I called him on it. He threw a fit and stomped away pouting. HEB policy is to pull the remaining bad product, but he seemed content to shut me up and leave the rancid meat on the shelf.

For two years I have used the same Visa cash back card to charge curbside groceries at Victoria TX HEB. not anywhere. No where else. 0611 has so far yielded only excuses and ‘we are working on it’ for 2 months now.

Excuse #1: “Our system requires a ‘pre-authorization’ from Visa, call and make sure your card can be used for online purchases”. Four calls to Visa confirm ‘No Restrictions on your card and No attempts for authorization or pre-authorization by HEB during this time period’.

And yes I have deleted said Card and re-entered it several times. Is anyone else having this issue? Where is the ‘fix the problem’ button? Is the HEB excuse therapy indifference or incompetence? I am a senior citizen and the little bit of cash back helps offset relentless price escalations.

I ordered groceries early they picked me a damaged hair color. It was open. The hair color was not there. The box should not have been put in my bag. When I called. When I opened. My bags they had no urgency. To get this right. I am. Up the street.

This is not the end of the world complaint but we switched to the HEB brand of chips about a month ago (3/1/22) due to two things; cost and we want to support a local company. The quality control department must be laid off at the moment because at least 20% of the chips are burnt.

So, we will be switching back to Lays and Ruffles paying $4/bag but at least we know we will be getting a quality product. Please get the QC department on board with the HEB standards we are accustomed to.

Your store is becoming the only brand you can buy is HEB, and my wife has to go to Walmart or other stores to buy what you used to stock. Today she went to buy some package wrapping tape that fits the loader we have, and your store did not have the size tape to fit.

You had to buy your dispenser to fit the tape roll. She has had to take meats back that were so tough and full of gristle you couldn't chew it, and the prices are unbelievable . She just now took two marking pencils back that were dried up.

In addition, there are always more express lines open, and those of us with baskets full of grocery items wait in line for the one check out line for over fifteen items. I regularly spend over $600 a month at the Fern\10th St location in McAllen.

The service has become consistently worse…

I always shop at HEB on Port Ave for years but this last trip I bought 2 $70+ briskets and a family size bag of hill country buffalo hot wings and all three were bad I was so upset due to the fact they were for a family spring break get together I discarded them before my children or pets attempted to consume them.

Good evening. Just want to reach out to you and thank you for all you do for our community in South Texas. I am a Nurse Practitioner at our community Urgent Care and had the opportunity to take care of one of our employees who sustained a fall and fractured her radius bone.

I sent a script the the HEB pharmacy in Edinburg, which was Tylenol #3 (12 tablets) to give the patient some relief in the pain associated with her fracture. Shortly afterwards, I received a phone call from "Kathy", pharmacy tech, requesting my Supervising Physician's name, which I gave her.

I called Heb‘s and ask them if I could use my good RX number. It would make my prescription cheaper and they told me no they said I already had one on file. That number was used last year. I am trying to save money, my husband broke his hip and he’s not working right now.

I have been going to the Olmos heb on 300 Olmos, San Antonio. For the past maybe half. a dozen times I have experienced this situation, the cashier rings up my groceries puts them in the bags but does not put them in the cart.

I have to stand there and lift all the bags sometimes heavy ones and put them in the cart. While I'm doing this the cashier is already attending to the person behind me. I am elderly and this is very frustrating.

Today my wife and I visited H‑E‑B on West Davis in Conroe, Tx. As my wife shopped, I took the opportunity to walk around the store for exercise. An employee of H‑E‑B walked up to my wife and told her people were complaining because I had spoken to them!

Since when is that a crime?? I will never return to any H‑E‑B. I did talk to the manager and got no resolution. We are living in disgusting times when we cannot be civil to each other.

HEB stores have a section that has reduced items. I always check out the sales. Recently, I found some Texas Longhorn t-shirts, at the Boerne location. But thy did not fit. I have had them in the trunk to return them.

I went to the Potranco HEB but customer service said I would have to bring them to a store that has an apparel department. OK. I was able to get back to the Boerne store last weekend. Customer service said no reduced items were returnable. 00. Ahhhh.

" Tags were still on. They were not worn. I'm asking if I can get a refund for returning the t-shirts. I will not make this choice again. I do appreciate the reduced section. I am hoping this negative experience of mine will not go against this available section in your stores.

When using HEB in Mexico (Location Humberto Lobo, Sn Pedro, Monterrey). I purchased Ice-Cream. To my horror when opening the packet. I noticed a large dark object within the ice cream. Closer look it turn out to be piece of wood. Please see attached pictures.

This was somewhat horrifying to my young daughters who I was intending to share it with. Needless to say it has given me great concern on buying any food products from HEB again.

Curbside pricing (pricing on the website is supposed to be 3% over the in-store pricing. I recently confirmed with curbside in Cypress, Texas (Grant & Spring Cypress) that pricing is still supposed to be 3% over in-store pricing. I recently shopped on the store and then compared to online pricing and discovered a problem with at least one item.

If there is one there is more... 99. 90 (more than 3%). I addressed it with the store immediately and called the Corporate HEB to report the problem. The Corporate office controls the website ( per Manager at HEB). I realized they don't care.

I was treated differently due to the color of my skin. Your employee Jackie at the Fairfield store was extremely rude and unprofessional. I mistakenly went to the 15 or less isle with about 30 items. ” I offered to move to the next line and I apologized but she said it was fine but also explained that at the express lane she has no bagger (with an attitude).

It was 11 am there was hardly anyone in line. Once I paid another shopper came with more than 15 items and asked if it was ok. She politely said it was ok. The lady was not the same color.

Terrible substitution options, high(er) prices, out of stock items AND actual, live, crawling MAGGOTS in a "Central Market Spinach and Kale Fresh Salad". It was horrible (photos and video available) - then an HOUR to connect to a live agent only to be refunded the cost of the two salads. My complain is the pharmacy. We set appointment to get our Covid booster for 12:00 pm we arrive and checked in remind you we were on our lunch break their were about 9 others waiting for their shot as well.

I asked how much longer it was going to be before we got seen and we had an appointment. The lady said your wait can be 2 or more hours then why make an appointment. If you still have to wait that long .

So we just wasted our entire lunch break waiting to get booster shot . I’m sorry but why schedule 7-8 people at the same time and you can’t even get to one . This is unacceptable H‑E‑B needs to do better we were told the person giving the shots was helping in the pharmacy.

HEB truck driver almost killed me today by changing lanes abruptly on I-10 in Houston at 7:03am 11/12/2021 without signaling nor looking to see if there was a car in the left most lane. License plate 022F-620 HEB Home delivery truck.

I was quick to react to get out of getting killed. But he will kill someone with his reckless driving one day because he didnt look in his driver side mirror nor sigaled left when he abruptly changed lanes with no notice.

I want to make a complaint of Heb in 6580 F.M 78, Heritage Lake, San Antonio, Tx 78244. I am Persian and I always shop from this location. But, this place and employees are racist. Several times the employee in this HEB disrespectful us, me, and my family. Today, when I want to buy lunch from restaurant flamenco that they sell grill`s chicken. Today around 4: 10 pm, I want to order food, but a lady who take orders started yelling at me and treated me disrespectfully. It happen several times with the different employees to this restaurant. So, I want to know because I have a different race I should get bad treatment from Heb. Nobody chose their race. so these employees at this restaurant treat us like we are dirty people. I called in and asked for a refill on the prescription I’ve gotten for 5+ years. Never had issues at Kroger, only when we moved and had to use HEB. The pharmacy filled the wrong prescription even though my doctor filled the correct one and even called to try to get them to correct it herself 10/6/21 a/noon.

They refused to give me the correct one even though I travel out of the country constantly. Said I need to take this one for 10 days until it’s gone to fill the correct one. Though I’ve never ever had this one.

I suffer from severe ptsd and anxiety attacks and nothing else works. Especially getting on a plane after being involved in September 11th and cannot travel to see elderly family in Brazil when they need me for medical emergency surgeries.

What is wrong with the fresh bread loaf recipe. The bread is doughy, hard to cut, heavy, chewy.

Several times product is out of stock and no management available to talk to in order to talk about this issue. Super disappointed on how many out of stocks are currently in the store. HEB is a great company but needs to keep an eye on how managers run their departments.

Hello, I have been shopping at the HEB on Pecan and Ware, store #334, which is near my home for several years. I shop at least 2 times per week. I have had excellent experiences with the employees there. The manager Alexis is fantastic, and he was actually the person that fixed the issue.

So I bought a few items 4 days ago, 8/21/21. Among about 140 dollars in items were a powder Lipton ice tea mix large size, two Koolaid powder mixes, and a large nutella. Well I was supposed to get sugar free, but I made a mistake and bought the sugar included kind.

So I went today at around 1245pm Wednesday 8/25/21 and that's when Danyelle B the cashier came. Now I told her I don't want my money back, I simply wanted store credit so I could buy different things. Well she was very rude and the last straw…

Today I went to the pharmacy on the advise of my immunologist to get a third dose of the Pfizer vaccine. After answering a questionnaire, I was asked if I had any immunocompramized conditions to which I answered yes.

The attendant then went to pharmacist for an unknown reason. The female pharmacist came to the window and began to ask personal medical questions about my condition. Caught off guard , I tried to answer them to the best of my abilities.

After she denied me a 3rd dose that was recommended by a Dr, I left confused.

I have then since realized that she did in fact violate hippa laws by asking me anything regarding my personal medical history.

I feel violated and profiled from this. I will be also filling a complaint with the CDC as to her conduct.

I trust that HEB corporate…
