I was told that if they are vaccinated , they do not have to mask. Are the executives at HEB living in an alternative universe. I am a health care provider and because I follow the science , I know that being vaccinated does not keep you from getting Delta variant or from spreading it.

I've been shopping at HEB for 20+ years and lately I am noticing attitude among employees; TIME for TRAINING !!! Today, I experienced bad behavior in the Produce department at your HEB located at 183 & Braker, Austin, Texas.
A young employee, Anthony, was YELLING at me for removing paper wraps off Papayas; I purchased 3 of them from a box. There were NO employees around to help and when I helped myself, this guy Anthony, was yelling at me.... I told him that I am the customer and trying to pick 3 ripe papayas and had to remove paper wraps to see if they are ripe or not. I have been a HEB customer since before it was in Houston and the store at Kirkwood and Westheimer has gotten very bad. The label printer is out and has been for your own merchandise to print cooking instructions, ingreaients and sodium content. This has been going on too long.
While shopping at HEB with my daughter I was approached first by a regular employee and then by the supervisor/manager. I was using self checkout while the checkout with employees was busy. The self checkout was relatively slow. I did have more than ten items but the since it was empty I used it anyways.
The employee approached me stating I had more than ten items and when I explained majority of my items were able to be checked as one (box of soups)( box of drinks) she then went for her manager. The manager was rude, loud, embarrassed me, made the comment that I was probably stealing and under his breath said i I looked as though I needed to steal.
I had to press skip bagging because it was registering the wait of my item. He then said he would need to make sure all items were scanned…
I purchased the hometown twisters cookies this week, buy one get one free. The expiration date was August of this year and the cookies were crumbly and they were delicious but the two parts of the cookies were not attached together and they just weren’t up to your normal HEB quality.

Today at 4:48. Cashier Zalea W. Complaint is with bagger Saif I believe is his name. Very rude disrespectful. Pushed my cart into my stomach and then on top.of that he bagged everything so fast some of the handles broke I lost items in jars as handles broke and bag crashed in parking lot of my apartment. And he bagged 2 large items in a small bag. What's up with that?? Come on people. Do better. Now I have to replace what I lost.
Ok I have heard great things about HEB so while in Austin decided let's check it out because we are staying here a month and need grocery.
First off your prices are super high I am sorry but I can go to Walmart and get better prices for food. I was going to order a cake for my son birthday in the backers area and no one ever came and helped me out.
I even asked for help and no one came. 25 cents might not be alot to you but it is for me and for me not to be able to bag my groceries because yall don't have bags is Ridiculous and with the prices of your groceries so high you should be able to afford bags.

Fruit is not as advertise; I have compared it to Walmart and Kroger and their fruit is a lot better. So now do all our fresh fruit from Walmart even if we pay more. Your fruits looks good but when you taste it is horrible most of the time.
The staff shopping for home delivery or pick-up service block lanes/shelves for people doing their won shopping. They use large mobile shopping carts that can block the whole isles. This holds truth in all the HEB stores we have shopped in. I will provide pictures whe I go to the store.
We purchase the Coffee mate single serve portions all the time and some of the container are not even half filled.
I usually do not complain much but this has bother us for a long time.
The basket situation could be a hazardous accident. I have mentioned to several managers that the small basket are hard to get out of the narrow lane they are parked in. Nothing has been changed. There are 3-4 lanes of the large basket and 2 rolls of the small, however when trying to get a small basket out of the tight lane, one has to back it out and be very careful not to fall because of the tight parking.
Kirkwood Wesmtheimer store. Baggers are not wearing gloves or face masks. Saw numerous employees working without gloves and mask and were handling food items. I scrubbed my generosity alcohol to kill any virus germs so Center HEB can't stick disinfecting wipes. Just for your knowledge. I wore a N95 mask and gloves. If I comedown with coronary 7-14 days from now, HEB is getting sued.
You are not taking precautions seriously.

I always shop at the heb on zapata hwy in laredo tx . I go like 3 times a week cause I buy my stuff fresh. This is the second time I go to the pharmacy and you guys have a rude I mean rude cashier that almost made me cry of anger .
I believe her name was sandra. She made me get in line twice for my prescription and should didnt want to apply my goodrx coupon . She didnt even look at my phone when I wanted to show her what I was talking about she just walked away and stated I already had an insurance price .
My insurance price was more that what I wanted to pay . I am sorry if I want to save 10 to 15 dollar on meds . I believe I was treated wrong and I will never go back again because of her .

I am a long time customer of HEB, fifty plus years. I am sending this message in regards to the HEB store located at Loop 1604 and Kitty Hawk in Universal City, Tx. I find the rearranging of aisle shelving (gondolas) has caused over crowding of the aisles as the aisles are now much narrower.
You now have curb service which also prevents a smooth flow of customer traffic as the over sized carts used by HEB employees to fill curb side orders also hampers movement thru the aisles for in store shoppers. The store now has expanded the parking for curb side service, which is Never Close to being used or full, yet you have reduced the number of Handicap Parking spaces, which my wife and I both need.
Half of the curb side parking could be designated Handicap Parking and would still leave plenty…
I live in Weslaco so Weslaco Heb is MY HEB I just want to know why I am being limited to the zero to no availability on organic products? I have to travel to Harlingen Heb or McAllen Heb or Sprouts to find organic beef, tomatoes, cereals, oatmeal,canned goods apple sauce (all mostly Heb brand)and fruits.
The Weslaco Heb also placed grape tomatoes (when they were available on the very top shelf in the produce section and I can imagine little older ladies not being able to get to them and just leaving them there going to waste for I myself am 5 feet tall and have a difficult time reaching and I consider myself flexible!

I was at the H-E-B plus in Bastrop Texas on Friday, 29 November. I tried to purchase a steam gift card and two of them in fact. And it was $200. The cashier said that it didn’t go through wasn’t approved.
But I got no receipt no anything from her. So I go out to the car and I checked my bank account and it’s being debited from my account. I go back in and the customer service lady said oh if you didn’t get anything and you didn’t get your cards then and It will probably drop off On Saturday.
Well it didn’t so Saturday I called back and talked to a manager. And was told that yes one of their drawers was over $200 which was my amount. And so they went back and looked on the cameras and saw me there.
So they owed me $200 because the cashier didn’t give it to me. Or give me the gift cards.…
My complaint is in regards to the Gasoline Service Station in Seguin. I have complained to the Manager several times regarding vehicles that are left on while pumping gasoline. So far nothing has been done. I have also seen many car doors open while pumping gas with the car owners going in and out with no concern about static electricity.
If we have rules from the Department of Agriculture regarding safety, it is imperative that customers follow the rules for their own safety and the safety of others. Maybe larger signs need to be put up or maybe an enforcement monitor needs to be assigned at the pumps, at least until people are "trained" to follow the rules.
This HEB has the worst customer service, most employees are rude especially at the meat deli and the bakery, you can be standing at the counter waiting for them to help you and they act like if they dont see you.
I brought a poke bow on October 22, 2019 in the after noon to have it for lunch the next day for work. Food was kept in cool temperatures at all the time until the time to it, including during trasportation I used Ice pack.

Whenever I visit the HEB in Marlin Texas there is usually only one Checker working. This creates a large line of customers waiting to be checked out. I am old and handicapped and have a a hard time standing. But I must endure to get my groceries.

I look forward to getting your sale ad every Tuesday so I can go shopping at HEB my favorite place especially the seafood. When I got my paper on October 9, 2019 I saw the sale for the crabs.(see attach). Now if you were a regular shopper looking at the sale ad like me what would you think the ad for the crabs meant? Cashier - Hortencia G. At HEB store at 5910 Babcock Rd should not be a cashier. She rudely asked me “you don’t have anything on the bottom of your cart”? She didn’t ask the customer in front of me or the one behind me.
In addition, she scanned extra items twice during transaction and I had her remove them because I was watching. If she doesn’t like what she is doing perhaps she should rethink working as a cashier.
I called on 9/29/19 to notify HEB that my delivery was missing an Aquafina but I was charged for it. On 9/30 someone returned my call and said my refund would be done in 5 days. In addition I told the caller that the lettuce delivered was already brown and not edible.
She said she would notify the HEB which prepared my order and the cost of item would also be refunded and I would receive notification. I still have not heard from anyone or received my credit. I normally brag about HEB, but your customer service response is quite below par.

Had negative customer service with a cashier/manager at Mia’s Mirror (fashion store) in Hutto. I haven’t been there for a long time. I had no idea I was supposed to download APP or send a text for getting points. So while I was doing that, took me a couple mins, the manager already charged me without scan my barcode, I want points, I was spending $512 on items.
I asked about the award card. She said I was supposed to give, I didn’t know, again it was new to me. She had to cancel the transaction. She was supposed to ask me if I want to apply an award or instruct me to get it without getting frustrating with me.

I shop at HEB in Friendswood, TX all the time. Several weeks ago I had a very awful experience. A little girl with one of those kiddie grocery carts ran into my cart in the front and told me "get out of the way, stupid." I of course was surprised that a child with mother in tow would be allowed to act this way. The mother just looked at me and smirked. I think those kiddie carts are dangerous to seniors like me. if the kid had hit me from the back and I fell down that would be serious.
Please re-think the kiddie cart privilege. Too many parents do not guide their kids on how to act in public and that car can become a weapon.

19. They lost his RX. We went to pick it up and they said we never dropped it off. They asked if we were sure this is the right HEB. That is the main pharmacy we have always used. How can they think we did not know where we dropped it off.
My Dad is without his pain meds and rinse he needed to use. He was in a lot of pain last night. He is 80yrs old. We can't believe this happened. Now we have to wait until they open today to call the Doctor's office.

Regarding HEB on 620 in Round Rock. This is a complaint regarding a product and not service related. We have purchased the cooked deboned chicken white meat for dome time and love it. The last 2 purchases we made we found the product very different. It tastes very salty and not edible. Please go back to the original product.

I am lactose intolerant and it is hard to find a good ice-cream that is lactose free. You carried Byers lactose free chocolate ice cream but now replaced it with a smart carb chocolate. This does people like me that enjoys chocolate (not vanilla) no good.

HEB should stop selling lawn furniture, bbq pits, etc. and focus on the business of selling groceries and doing it well. It takes hours to get an e-gift card sent and a few times it didn't arrive at all. Amazon can get me an e-gift card in 20 seconds.
If HEB is going to offer something as a service, they should make an attempt to do it well. Customer service is NO HELP at all. I can see that you have ordered a gift card. Can you expedite it or tell me when it will arrive to person's email?

I have been a HEB customer for past 25 years and it was disheartening to see HEB allowing solicitation inside the store. Case in point - I am at the HEB Spicewood springs & Research blvd store in Austin TX and they have solicitors from Spectrum cable company harassing HEB customers. This happened to me twice and complained to HEB store manager, but it fell on deaf ear. It's not appropriate for young sales guys trying to sell you cable service while we were in a hurry to pick up one or two items.
With robocalls on landline, junk calls on cell phone, massive advertisements on TV and internet, we go to HEB for peaceful shopping. The SPECTRUM cable guys are destroying the experience.

Went to my local HEB off of goliad road and south west military. Was trying to schedule my prescription for refill on 7/1/2019. The lady at the pharmacy counter told me that i could not file my prescription because it was to early to get a new one.
I agreed with her and told her that i did not want to pick up the prescription today, but schedule it for pick up on the date listed above. She told me she had to go ask the head pharmacist.
i waited patiently and after a minute the head pharmacist came to talk to me. He told me i would not be able to pick up my prescription until 7/8/2019 and that i would have to come back then. I explained to him that my prescription only last for 60 days and that it would be ready for renewal on 7/1/2019.
