I had a horrendous experience which started with their hp instant ink service. Even though our internet was fine, a package the printer sends out crashed the printer and then there was no way to restart our printing.

I chatted to bot at 19:48. The website was misleading, worded it as if you could chat to someone at any time and it happened to be out of hours. Instead of being told this at 19:52 the bot took my details stating “ok, let me check that I have everything needed to connect you to a live agent”. The chat then went dead.

The next day I started the chat with the bot and the system crashed.

After an hour into an actually conversation with a helper, taking photos of the printer, following all given instructions the helper then disappeared for over quarter of an hour.

Hello, really quick backstory to why I am reaching out to costumer services in the first place: About 2 weeks ago I started dropping frames while gaming on my HP Gaming Desktop PC. After 8 hours of research I noticed that my NVIDIA GeForce tool was showing 0 RPM for the GPU fan, so I tried cleaning my PC and my GPU, but the issue persisted.

Naturally I have tried updating drivers and adjusting power plan etc.

Finally I gave up on solving the issue on my own and I contacted HP support under the phone number shown on google (I'm located in germany). After a couple minutes of navigating conversation with AI I'm getting a WhatsApp contact via SMS, so I messaged the HP Support on WhatsApp.

it was a terrible experience since the very beginning. When i bought a excellent printer recommended buy a HP technician i though i was doing something good. But since the printer arrived the problems came with it. the printer NEVER WORK PROPERLY.

And when it finally stops working for good i understood that it was a BIG SCAM. THAT HOW I FEEL WHEN THE PRINTER STOP WORKING AND SOMEONE FROM CHINA START E-MAIL ME WITH STUPID EXPLANATIONS LIKE I WAS THE ONE TO BLAME.

I was trying to solve a problem with my printer, I was on your tech chat, and she set me up to receive a tech call with a tech to fix the issue. His name was Henny and from his accent, he was from India, not dose is matter but he should not be representing HP or anyone else.

He was so rude to me and then try to sell me a product and once he knew I was not going to buy, he told me to go FUCK myself and also said thank you for FUCKING wasting his time. I will never buy an HP product in the future ever.

A printer was purchased for me with a warranty. The printer stopped working after 30 days. Still under manufactures warranty. But they won't honor it. Keep telling me to contact technical support. They keep passing me around not giving me any reason why they won't replace my printer.

I'm losing money from my business because I don't have a working printer. This has been going on since May. The printer isn't loading the ink. That's the problem. They told me I would have a printer by July 10,2023.

The next the back pedaled and rescinded that offer. They then thought it was ok to talk to me like I was nothing.

worst printer experience every . 4 Ghz wifi. 4 ghz has interference. ( best internet you can get around here), so it makes this printer worthless. I paid a lot of money, they told me I can bypass wifi and use USB, but USB stops working after a short time.

I am not buying any more HP products. I heard the reason they want to do wireless only is to get you to sing up with tehir HP INK servide that charges you for toner regularly and they can make more moneey.

No more HP for me.

They have been taking money out of my account that I did not authorize. Then we I ask to see where I authorized it. He made up a fack document and sent it over to ME.

I ASKED SERVERAL TIME TO HAVE MY ISSUE ESCALANTED UP, THEY TOLD me upper management could not be communicate with them.. This company is taking people's money, make sure you check your bank statements.

In my experience today, I found that HP Customer is terrible!

I had a simple question about the picuture (photos) capacity of my HP Slim Desktop PC and tried to contact HP to get an answer---after two hours online and telephone, I felt that I was "getting the run-around." First, in several "chats" and "virtual assistant" chats, I got nowhere! They simply could not understand the question. I was asked the serial number of my PC; I was told that my PC was out of warranty; they thought I wanted to pay for service to some problem I was having; they wanted to sell me something new--everything but a simple answer to my simple question!

Cant charge HP laptop, sent to service ctr in Singapore. Diagnostics concluded the battery needed to be changed. Was told that a series of tests, parts ordering etc are needed before my laptop can be ready. And the entire process will take about 3-5 days AFTER sending me a quotation for the repair.

It has now been two weeks and my calls to the service centre has been futile. Promises to call back turn up nothing. During the 2 weeks, Someone called and said that the laptop is ready for collection. That too ended up to be an error.

My laptop has now been kidnapped with no date of it ever being repaired or returned. HP had also made me pay for the labour fees.

I brought a HP officejet pro 8025e from best buyer in August of 2022 when I purchased this the guy told me that I will get free ink for 6 months and then if I want to I can get on a program to continue getting ink which I didn't want to..

I purchased a 2 year warranty on my HP laserjet printer on May 21, 2022, called about an issue on May 19, 2023 and was told I didn't have a warranty on it. I sent a copy of the warranty order twice, plus it is showing on my HP account, but HP Customer Service claims there is no warranty. I spent over 6 hours on the phone with them trying to resolve and all they were interested in doing was selling me ink cartridges.

I spent 5 hours of the day trying to deal with HP and a Series 9020 printer purchased 6/27/2022. Less than a year, and the printer hardware is deffective. I spoke first to John who sold me for $395.95 Sharepoint firewall. Then Paul spent time trying to claim a software issue. Then Patrick who is a "Floor Supervisor" and all claim it will take 3 -4 business to replace the printer.

DO NOT BUY HP PRODUCTS.

I am so frustrated with HP. Briefly I am enrolled in their Instant Ink program, after repeatedly emailing them as I was not receiving any ink cartridges with no response other than my case is closed I had an urgent print job.

I decided to buy HP cartridges (not knock offs) to print until I received the replacement ink and they have some security program installed on MY printer that I OWN that will not allow me to print.... OUTRAGEOUS I then spent an hour with 3 different agents asking them to override whatever was preventing me from using them to print and their repeated offer was that they can give me 2 free months of the InstantInk program which I have decided I need to cancel given the experience I have had.

Meanwhile I have to find another way to print my urgent documents on a Sunday…

My HP Envy Photo 7855 all-in-one stopped communicating over my WiFi and I called for support. I was told it was a malware on my computer which I removed as instructed and it still didn't fix the problem. Instead the support rep tried to push me to by $600 in security software or it would probably not work anymore.

Don't like being strong-armed or pressured. The scanner still works if I manually use a memory stick. I just resented the tactics. HP has never been very friendly to Mac users and I'll probably consider another brand when it comes time to buy a new printer.

Because of HP's on-line salespeople, their incompetence and out right lying, I don't have a computer and I don't have my money. They pushed my ship date back several weeks or later! I have tried numerous times to cancel the order, but they keep saying that I must wait until I receive the computer and then send it back.

They are not returning my money, even though they still have the computer (at their factory) in their possession. I placed my order on March 21st and was guaranteed delivery on or before April 5th. Then I received an email that my delivery would be April 15th or later, they cannot guarantee a specific ship date.

Bought a hp laptop 3tears ago and had to return because motherboard wasn’t any good, they replaced it and now all of a sudden it doesn’t work. I know hp doesn’t stand behind their products they do nothing and if there’s a lawsuit they quickly sell as this happened with two desktops.

I finally learned and will never buy another hp. It’s all about the money to them not the customer. Such a disgrace.

I do not understand why I continue to buy HP printers. EVERY TIME I try to use my printer, it fails. It asks me to reinstall. It messes up the envelope I want to print. The software is difficult and unwieldy and seems never to find my printer on my wifi network on the first try, or the tenth try.

Someone somewhere must make an easy-to-use printer that properly works. HP does not.

Can you give less than one star. Their service is terrible. We pay for a 4 hour response but still have to call the next day because they do not respond. This has happened the last few times we requested service.

When you do call in and inform them of the SLA violation they close the service ticket and create a new one. No explanation . We have more than 30 HP printers and numerous HP switches and servers. We are trying Dell replacements.

The initial response from Dell has been quick and efficient. Dell cost a little more but seem to honor their care pack SLA's. Which HP doesn't seem to care about.

I took my laptop for repairs and was asked to pay aprox.R5000 which I obliged on 14/03/2023. It is now one week and they have not acquired the "motherboard and they cannot give me any indication when this unit will be repaired.

I purchased an HP printer 1/6/22 and have had nothing but problems since then. I'm called HP about every 5-7 weeks ever since I purchased this printer to receive extremely poor customer support. I wasted between 1-3 hours sometimes w/o the issue having being resolved.

I asked to purchase an extended warranty about 3 months before my warranty expired but and they waited till after my warranty had expired to tell me that it hadn't gone through. 00 credit balance available so they should have told me that it didn't go through but they waited until I called in after my warranty had expired to notify me.

I purchased a all in one desktop computer (product # 577C4AA#ABA / Serial # 8CC2161JJ1) on 12/27/2022 from Amazon received it on 12/29/2022. On 12/31/2022 in the process of downloading my info unto the computer I encountered an error code # OXC0000001, I called HP customer support where they established a case # 5097740709. The computer worked for a couple of days, during this time I have been on the phone with HP trying to rectify the problem.

On 02/02/2023 a new case # 5099590142 was issued. On 02/09/2023 I started taking the name of the HP tech I spoke with (Pritam) he said he he will call me at 2:30 pm to no avail. I called again at 2:35 pm spoke with (Chris) he said he is sending out a recovery kit I should expect it in 3-5 business days.

I went to scan a document this morning on my HP OfficeJet 4655. I was told I needed to create an account in order to scan or use any other function on this device. Why? I have owned and been using this device for over two years. Why now?

I do not want this device to link to any outside source due to the security level of the items being scanned. I have already replaced the HP item with another brand and seriously doubt ever purchasing another HP device.

Trying to talk to a real human for support was a complete waste of time and effort.

I have used HP printers for years and based on their software performance, I would never buy an HP computer. I have multiple printers in multiple locations and every time I change locations, the printer will not connect. I then have to spend more than an hour trying to get the software to work so I can print. It is so frustrating.

I'll bet I have spent dozens of hours talking to support. Their software is ridiculously slow too.

We purchased a hp insta ink printer. Never received any ink, so purchased our own. We then tried to cancel as we could not print with our own ink. Now have been locked out of our own printer. This is almost two years old.

Seems a tad odd and very poor business practise to not rectify a problem like this. We are about to launch a tik Tok presenting our journey with this printer and the poor customer service we have experienced. We are happy to take a sledge hammer to this and purchase another legitimate printer from another company.

We do not have another hour to spend on the phone to get no where. Would be happy to bill HP our hourly rate. From a very very unhappy dissatisfied customer.

I enrolled in HP InstaInk when i first bought my printer about 4 yrs ago. About 8 months ago, I opted out of their instaink program because I no longer needed it. 00 balance when I did. Today, when I went to print I could not.

Come to find out that I was still enrolled and I owed a balance of almost $7 dollars so HP suspended my account and blocked my use to print. I called HP paid the amount due, and made sure I was cancelled out of this program.

I was, however I was informed that at the end of this billing cycle I will NO longer be able to print using the ink cartridges I bought and paid for because I am no longer enrolled in their program. WHAT?

Um that's blackmail and I will be reporting them to the BBB. How dare anyone FORCE someone to pay for a service in order to use a printer…

I called HP for the first time in the 2 years I have had my HP officejet 8020 printer for troubleshooting help. Before the rep asked me for an error code or even what my printer may be doing she told me that it could be a hardware malfunction and that my printer is no longer under warranty.

After 53 minutes of troubleshooting, the rep told me I needed to trash my printer and upgrade. This printer was only used maybe once every 2-3 months. Very light printing. I asked to speak with someone to file a complaint about the poor quality of the printer and I waited on hold for another 10 minutes listening to terrible music before she disconnected the phone call.

I will not be purchasing another HP product in my lifetime. Do better HP.

Ink jet printer suddenly stops connecting as soon as warranty is out. I go to the online support because there are no live people or numbers to call and my “problem” isn’t listed in the menu and when I put in my serial number I get error messages saying this service isn’t available right now (or that something went wrong) and

follow all the advice from the virtual assistant and nothing works. I’m two hours in and the thing is going into the garbage. I’ve been paying over $20 a month for insta-ink and going over my allotment of prints and no one is available to help me?

They seem to know when this printer is out of ink or over the allocated # of pages, but it can’t read what printer it is for customer service?!?! Never ever will I buy an hp again.

I ordered your Ink Service. Nowhere does it say 2 things. 1. It will be 2 weeks until you get any Ink, even if you call and say you are desperate and your Customer Service says it's "expedited". I know, it happened to me. 2. Once I enroll in your Ink Plan, my Ink that I purchased from you previously will not work. This was confirmed by Staples.

In closing, please close my Ink Account, return your shipment if it ever gets here and get lost from my life. I don't need to start my days in my business unable to print for 2 weeks.

I called for tech support and the tech ghosted me after keeping me on the phone for about 3 hours with no solution. He got my credit card info plus my drivers license. He said I would need to call back the next day; when I did the call would not connect.

I called another number for support: they said they were sorry about my last attempt. The tech asked for the serial number of my HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 (serial # THF7801P0MY ) and I gave it , but she said it was invalid.

She said to send her a picture, so I tried but had trouble with that, so she then ended the session. I used to have an Instant Ink subscription but you were sending too many cartridges, so I went ahead and cancelled account and bought cartridges from the office supply store.

I bought this printer in 2022. It worked for one month. then it stopped. I have been on with chat tech help and phone tech help for hours. Each time I get cut off after the assistant is unsuccessful with fixing the problem.

I wcalled HP 1800 473-4732 to ask for a refund only to be told to call tech support . I ordered from Amazon and see the window for returns has passed by two days. This printer has not only wasted my money but also hours of my time.

I had an HP laptop that I loved years ago. I purchased an HP ENVY 6400e printer a couple of years ago. It's constantly having issues - it's often offline (I worked for 2 hours today to try and fix it with NO success) or just doesn't print for whatever reason.

I've used your Virtual Assistant, which is worthless, your Help and whatever else I could find to no success. It causes far more frustration than it's worth. I really needed it today to print out detailed instructions for a healthcare procedure, as I have to use a check off list, etc.

I make the mistake of buying an HP ENVY 6055e. It only actually worked a couple of times. Mostly it wanted to print blank pages for no apparent reasons. Then it ran out of ink. I think I know why HP is so determined you sign up for their auto ink delivery program, what a scam.

I used to believe in HP but they are now clearly terrible. This printer is so bad. I it won't actually print anything now. Just gives me an error but won't tell me what the error is. I now truly hate HP. I hope they go under. What a disappointment. They used to have a good reputation, but clearly not any more.

Hi I called go support. Spoke to a Chris. I wanted to set up an account for the insta ink well after 40 minutes he had me change my password get into my phone E. Get into my wi fi asking if I’m on a public Wi-Fi!!!

No the number he had me call back was 6197622243 his is was ho901. I am not letting Simone install mail ware on my phone and Wi-Fi. He was very rude and told me to go to hell. All I wanted was to sign up for insta ink!!!!

29 a month was selected by accident and I’ve been charged for the last year and a half that amount which was only discovered by my medical caretaker and I called HP to request a pro aid rated charge for each of those months with a refund and they flat out refused.

99 a month instead of $54. 29 when only a few pages for printed each month as it happens, my medical caretaker was trying to file the forms for disability today and we ran out of printer ink and we’re unable to print pages and I had to have Costco deliver printer ink because the HP printer ink instant ink replacement program had not even delivered and the ink for many months to my house !

If i could give up -1000 I would. This brand is literally the worst in the world. I don’t think I have ever had an up computer that has worked. I have tried 2 different times and both times you failed me. Same with my family.

I spent over an hour trying to get a defective toner replaced through your customer service.

I bought the HP premium 3-5 business day warrenty and handed over the laptop to HP for repair on 22nd December. Assuming I will get my laptop back by 3rd January in the worst case, I booked my flight to Vegas on 5th.

I complained to the customer care and after calling for four times I was called back. I was told that they got the laptop on 29th and the fedEx tracking report shows that the laptop was delivered on 28th Morning.

I was also told that because of the delay I will be given refund but I was not told that the refund will not include tax. The fact that I bought the most expensive warrenty package from HP and the way HP is treating me is unacceptable.
