I had an issue which HP support would not or Could not fix. I believe there was an issue with my printer cartridge. 00 in Ink subscription spent without a ever receiving ink. 00 staples ink cartridge, and cancelled my subscription.
HP's reply to this was to hold my printer hostage, and render it unusable. Disgraceful. look out for my Youtube video, as I bring My HP inkjet to the firing line and use it for target practice!
