I had an issue which HP support would not or Could not fix. I believe there was an issue with my printer cartridge. 00 in Ink subscription spent without a ever receiving ink. 00 staples ink cartridge, and cancelled my subscription.

HP's reply to this was to hold my printer hostage, and render it unusable. Disgraceful. look out for my Youtube video, as I bring My HP inkjet to the firing line and use it for target practice!

Purchased HP Envy 11/22. Using Microsoft Windows 11. It has an Intel Processor with Intel Smart sound technology for digital microphone is an issue. When in a Zoom conference my voice can be heard but when playing my stringed instrument, it cannot be heard.

I have the latest driver update, the latest Zoom version. HP knows there is a problem with the intel processor smart sound technology digital microphone but will not provide a fix around it. Using an external microphone won't work either.

On my old computer with the same updates I can be on Zoom and play a stringed instrument and it can be heard by participants. This is not productive for us musical instructors. HP will not help me and gives me the run around.

How do I make a formal complaint? Thank you

I have a hp printer that had been printing but has stopped. I put new ink in but it just want print. i called hp support team at ! 844-348-0773 talked with David. He worked on connection and then connecfed me with Ron.

To get this help i agreed to pay $200 for year service. They determined my printer had something wrong and needed to be replaced. They did spend a good amount of time(mostley because I couldn't understand what i was to do) anyway since my printer was not fixed I called back to request refund.

David spent 15 minutes or more trying to tell me i should not have refund because they did work on my computer. That is not what I ask for.. He said I was being dishonest. He kept interrupting me and arguing.

NEW HP COMPUTER. NO PRINTER DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

CANNOT PRINT.

i am a non compliance tax accountant. my clients are in serious trouble.

i have spent 4 hours trying to print!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now i have bought used computer, needless to say not hp, so i can print tax returns.

so now with my new hp computer, i have to pdf, then go to another computer to print. i will have to do this 300 times a year.

INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have bought dozens of hp computers and printers over the decade ssince you have been in business. i guess the market just outgrew you!!!!!!!!!

Bought a computer from Beat Buy . It’s HP and it did not last 2 months. Blue screen and they won’t replace it. I have called HP 5 times and they keep Doing the same thing and trying to turn me into an HP IT tech repair man. Replace the frocking computer.

It’s still Under warranty but they will Not replace it. Horrible- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will Not Buy HP again!

I ordered an HP 27" all in one computer on 12/8/22 which arrived on Dec. 11 of this year. I put it together and then found I could do nothing with it. They kept me waiting for 9 hours while they switched me from department to department where I encountered nothing but machines insisting I give them a user name and password and stated that they had no records on me whatsoever.

I purchased a HP Zbook on Nov 18th that was damaged in transit. After multiple attempts getting through the HP Phone Bots and significant hold times, I finally reached a person to process an RMA. The damaged laptop was then returned the same day. Ten days later I've heard nothing from HP; HP according to FedEx has now had the return item for a week. After numerous failed attempts with the Phone Bots, again, I emailed and got a response saying the warehouse must validate receipt before they authorize a return and this will take up to 10 days.

HP has to do better with their customer service: 1) Fix your automated answering system so customers can get access to needed assistance 2) Define an expedited return process 3) Inform customers about how ridiculously long their return process will be…

I tried to place an order at the HP website but my login info was rejected even though I changed the password twice to be sure. So I contacted them through their chat line. The agent was nice but would not help me with the log in info.

Instead she tried to get me to buy it through her. I hung up and then called HP directly only to get the same treatment. Bye bye HP.

Attempting to get help from HP support because of problem connecting and printing from my HP printer to my HP PC on 11/30/2022. I started at 10:10 AM today to see if I could get help to correct this problem.

Once I entered into a chat it took two hours for them to understand my problem , I finally was told that they could help me by using remote access. about 35 minutes I find out that I had been disconnected without any reply as to remote access.

After reestablishing my chat I was given some advice to install and then reinstall my printer and this did not help,. I reconnected and given what was for me a very complicated way to try again. I requested remote control to help and was told it could not be done (in spite of previously being told they were setting it up) !

This company is running scams on First Responders/Veterans, they send out subpar equipment that breaks in the first month, (2,400 System went into a constant blue screen in first three weeks), According to their rules they must issue a refund if requested, this took them over 2 weeks to do, the customer rep was combative and incompetent, (Jacob Roberts), it took fedex 7 trips to my home to pick up the item before it was actually sent back to them, during this time i filed with BBB, the response from them was, we will refund the customer when we receive the item back, this response to BBB was posted the day after they had already received the item, they have had this item returned for over 7 days now, and

My computer that is less than a year old is having issues. It works, but have to hard restart to get to work and it is very slow, started around three weeks ago. Contact HP support. They asked if I could do this thing to check.

It made no sense to me as it didn't seem to have to do with the issue. I asked for explanation and they completely ended the conversation and closed the case without trying to help me resolve the issue or any other explanation.

have been calling customer service for 11 months they gave me the round around until warranty expired with no resolution!!! I have a recording of them when hanging up on me and not wanting to resolve... From all the times I call they hang up 4 out of 5 times I call and they are rude and say they don't have bosses they can do what they want...

Coz they managers are way to busy to take a call from a customer you are a shameful company... Laptops don't work and your customer service agents are discussing... I want to file a law suit since my laptop was never changed nor repair during warranty time

It’s been over a week I been calling hp technical support because my printer is not working . Everyday I call they do the same technical support for over an hour and still nothing has been fixed . I have over 500 days left on my warranty and they are still giving me a hard time to replace my printer , this is the worst company ever .

This site and the instant ink is a scam and I am livid. I got a printer back in 2020, was enrolled in a plan without my knowledge and cancelled back in December 2021. Or so I thought. Not only was I being continuously charged for over 8 months, but the amount was steadily increased over and over. 99! A MONTH!

And even if I was enrolled, didn't know it, ON TOP OF THAT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY INK, TONER, ANYTHING! I have had to buy ink multiple times in the last 8 months and have had to go out and buy it myself while this site charged me like they were helping me. Ridiculous and a SCAM!

I lost over $50 without even knowing it because of this site. I am not happy and will be making this known!

I have an older HP Computer (HP Pavilion Notebook 17t g100 CTO) and a newer (HP Printer OfficeJet Pro 6978 - just purchased). I have spent ~ 6 hours online telephone messages and Chatting but I still cannot get resolution to my problems no get answers to any qiuestions I pose to try to resolve the ;problem with the 2 devices.

The last one was the most frustrating since I thought I was getting to someone by Chatting with HP service. I got bounced from one tech dept to another but when the3rd person said they were on line I had to answer my phone - they ended Chat session in 2 min rather than the 4 or 5 they indicated they would end the session.

Now I have to go back and go thru the whole Run around again to MAYBE resolve something about my computer and newly purchased printer that will…

SCEO17390413 HP I returned a very expensive order of HP tower and monitor etc. They claim not to have received the tower. I have evidence that the courier took both boxes. They have still not refunded me 8 months after returning the items.

They claim only monitor received but if so they should take that up with the courier rather than refusing to refund me, I have sent them evidence of the courier collection on several occasions. Still no refund. They are crooks and for the future I advise avoid like the plague.

I would give 0 stars if I could

My complaint is that the company is controlling my printing capabilities. There is always an issue with the printer and it didn't begin until I joined the ink program (BIG mistake) I can't get anyone online or on the phone for assistance.

One online HP site said I would have to pay $1 with a credit card to get a response. What the hell??!!! no change. If HP can't stand behind its products I don't want any of it.

HPOfficeJet Pro We bought this new printer and responded to an ad for Instant Print cartridges Since we signed up in Feb 2022 we never receive any ink Their instant ink phone number cannot connect to an agent We have been billed every month with no ink delivered to us. Impossible to speak to an agent.

99 per month and we NEVER receive a singe ink cartridge. I just cancelled our account and I now have to call VISA to get the HP charges removed I will now trash HP on social media and NEVER buy another HP product again We can't believe they can stay in business.

for home and we will now shop for Dell, a company who we can call and get a live representative on the phone in few minutes.

I have a hp printer and enrolled in the ink service. I had also got 6 months service free but I was always given wrong information.

Firstly they give wrong information and then they charge you even after cancellation of your subscription. They keep on apologizing that’s it. Never own the mistake and blame customer. Spoke to one of them on phone in billing department named Gaurav, don’t even understand what I was explaining.

I was charged even after cancellation of plan, he didn’t even check and kept on saying it’s the final bill, even though the plan was cancelled. Dnt even understand what kind of service is this. I was never told that I won’t be able to even use the ink if I cancel it.

And was asked to return the ink back. Really very disappointed with this kind of pathetic service. HP…

Brand new printer arrived faulty. Created support cases 3 times as everytime a case is opened, it is automatically closed with no notes in the resolution. They promised me a refurbished printer which has not arrived and it has been 25 days.

This company is an example of how NOT ro run your support, RMA and technical department. What a disaster. Buy Cannon, not sure if they have better support but their printers sure don't arrive DOA.

HP printers are the worst. Mine says it can't print because it's offline. It is NOT offline, as it always says ready. It will even print something and then five minutes later NOT print. I have done all of the Scan Doctor, repair, etc. I can do.

I will NEVER buy another HP product. I can't even get my work done for restarting and unplugging the printer. It's not just mine, my coworker has the same model, and hers does the same thing. You can't even shut off the sleep mode.

I will never purchase another HP product again.

I have a HP Pavilion laptop computer. I got it in May 2018. Since then I have had to send it to HP's repair center 5 times and each time for the same issue. Hard drive failure. I have a warranty on it so I haven't had to pay for a single repair which is very helpful.

I have repeatedly asked HP to replace the computer since it has been defective pretty much since I got it but they refuse to do so. I've been told that they only way they will replace it is if it comes out of the box broken.

When I have to contact customer support I have to do so by text. They have such heavy accents that I can't understand what they are saying.

We have dutifully paid for HP Instant Ink for several years, and recently cancelled our monthly HP Ink subscription due to us getting a new Brother printer to print with laser on larger paper for blueprints. I explicitly asked customer service via Twitter to explain the effects of the cancellation and I was lied to.

The support agent consistently did not answer my direct questions and even lied to us about the cancellation date. I expect to be able to use all of the ink that we paid for. This is an appalling and dishonest, misleading business practice and a complete failure of customer service and of services legitimately paid for.

Wishing to log an official complaint. I have been trying to do so for over 1 year. I am being told that there is no way to log a complaint and my case is being closed. Relationship with NL department has completely broken down and no help is available.

I will not leave this case until my refund has been issued. The attached case notes have not been updated for some time and I am refusing to waste another single penny on this until someone actions my complaint.

8/24/2019 - I had a printer problem and contacted HP and was connected to a tech person. After some effort, the techie reported that he could not help and referred, actually transferred, me to TECHIES Software Solutions. I admit to not being very up on these issues.

The printer worked a couple of days earlier and I had a deadline to meet and needed help. 69 which seemed excessive; however, I agreed because of the timing. The Techies fond out that the chip controlling the ink was bad and suggested a new printer.

I was not up to date on printer costs; however, an HP 3830 was suggested. 13. 69. For this payment, the problem was found; but not corrected, a firewall as installed and something was done to defend against hackers. Quite expensive.

I could not print from my ipad to my HP Photoshop printer. 99 they would. I told them this was ridiculous. I called back and got a different person from tech support. They told me to restart my ipad then try to print.

That didn't work so they told me to unplug my printer, wait 30 sec, plug it back in, and try to print again. This worked and solved the problem. trouble shoot and helped fix the problem. The first tech support just tried to get money out of me.

There was no attempt to trouble shoot at all. She said she could not work her tools unless I paid. Shame on her and shame on HP if this is what you push your employees to do when people call.

The second tech support worker was pleasant and had the situation fixed in less than 5 minutes.

I have had 3 HP middle of the line printers and will ever ever buy one again. They are all made so cheaply and in other countries. They last about 1 year and then go south. They replaced my last HP7740 with another machine after the first one died and the second one only lasted a ittle of one year and I always have problems with the mahine and scanning which really sucks.

If I were you I would never ever buy another HP product again. MY HP computer died on me also. HP sucks. Semper Fi. I am a 75 year old Vietnam Veteran. Semper Fi.

I have often used Hampton Inn but will no longer until the incident in Medford Oregon is resolved. Since I don't see the Public apology from you I guess your done with it. A Veteran with PTSD was refused service due to a SERVICE DOG, not a comfort dog, because Hampton Inn Management has decided to ignore what doctors say about it and have declared it an "Emotional issue". We are forever done.

Your callous treatment of Veterans will be reported to DAV and American Legion as a place to avoid.

HP Deskjet Wireless All-in-one Printer. I would not recommend buying this - or any other - HP products. Setting it up and connecting it to WiFi was a true nightmare. After I finally got it connected, I found that I could not get both my laptop and printer to connect to WiFi at the same time.

To print something I had to press print on my laptop, then disconnect the WiFi from my laptop, and then connect the WiFi to the printer. After printing, I had to disconnect the printer, and then reconnect my laptop to WiFi.

I attempted to get help with the HP "Chat Live" option. After a short explanation of my problem, she responded by saying someone would need to call me to help with this. An HP rep called almost immediately. I agreed to allow him to access my laptop.

When called about a problem with my HP printer, your representative sold me on the Instant Ink Program. I only signed up because he promised me I could cancel at any time.

However, when I called to cancel after you charge me doing the 3 months free trial period, I was told I had to wait until the end of the billing cycle. I was initially leary of signing up for such a program because usually they are NOT what they appear to be.

I should have followed my gut on this one. This means your representative purposely lied to me to get me to sign up.

When I called the hp printer customer service line, there was so much noise and talking in the background I could barely hear the man who responded. Problem was: I could not insert an ink cartridge because of an error message that would not go off, even with two new cartridges.

The representative said I needed a new printer!!!! When I searched on line, I saw that a number of other people had the same problem also with no resolution. What gives here? Terrible service for a terrible product!!

I just purchased a HP 5255 printer. com website for the installation. I was asked to install the cd disc from the box. THERE WAS NO INSTALL DISC. I was asked if there was usb cable to connect to the computer.

THERE WAS NO USB CABLE IN THE BOX. Therefore I needed to turn my computer over to the technician, WHO then told me that I needed technical assistance from OPULSOFT to fix my computer because it was corrupted. I just unplugged my EPSON printer which worked fine for 5 years, but for some unknown reason my windows 10 computer would not let me connect to the HP printer.

I purchased a new HP Color LaserJet and could not install drivers. I called the 800 480 4523 HP Support number and was on phone with Aaron for about 1 1/2 hours where he took over my computer and was unable to install the drivers blaming my computer having viruses that don't accept the drivers. I did not believe him after he tried to sell me services of a Husky company for over $400. I asked for his supervisor and ended up talking to Travis Wilson ext 307 who was rude and backed Aaron up all the way.

Please help me I need my printer installed or Ill have to return it through Amazon and rate HP Support.

Who ever designed your packaging for ink should be boiled in oil. Bought a 65 cartridge this morning and thought I was going to have to to rent a jack hammer to get it open, little bit of overkill? Price might be a little better without the overkill packing.

Got a Lap top in February,,just over 3 months old,already having troubles,when i call for support all they want me to do is buy warranties that are worthless. And I have to talk with people with thick broken accents that I can barely understand.

No help,no customer support and stuck with a broken computer I have had for less than 6 months. HP I can guarantee without a doubt this is the last ever product I will ever purchase,and I will do everything I can to be sure anyone I know doesn't either.

Be as it may, I was making critical legal copies for the wife and I for Wills, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care, etc. My HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 refused to print in the early stages of this task. I was totally confused.

I get this message from HP Instant Ink on my printer screen. They say I'm not using instant ink cartridges. Will use II for Instant ink for the balance of my serious complaint. I start through multiple troubleshooting endeavors. This goes on for several hours.
