I tried to reach out to HGV in hopes of getting someone to help me cancel my membership but instead of helping I have been ignored, passed around between departments and even the last representative I spoke with was trying to sell me something instead of just genuinely helping me. As stated in my original correspondence to Hilton our experience was not at all what I was promised.

I have yet to take that luxurious vacation let alone have any type of exclusive access to resort properties. Even after I was convinced to upgrade I never saw any changes except my maintenance fee bill went through the roof. My experience with Hilton has been nothing but a disappointment and I am done for good.

I am looking for someone from HGV Timeshare to move on my behalf towards cancellation.

FRAUDALENT CHARGES NEVER HAD A RESERVATION NOR BOOKED ANYTHING BUT MY ACCOUNT ALL OF SUDDEN OVER DRAWN ALMOST $ 300 from where I was surprised with a mini getaway with fiance And stayed the weekend. The hotel was paid for before we arrived with his bank card.

I made the mistake of buying breakfast with my card only to now 2 weeks later wake up to a negative account from them. They will not return calls and the one time I got a human on phone to tell me that this was not their problem that someone without permission ran my card for almost $300.

I am totally disappointed with that company, I applied for a permanent ( Mini Bar position) The first day i started working, the manager the name (paul) told me that i could not give more than two days of work, that if I was not satisfied that I would go out of the Hotel, and that I would come back from where I came from.

I couldn't believe what that manager had just told me, his name is ( PAUL) from Conrad Midtown New York. I wait to tell me all that in a hotel Room, nothing professional from a manager, in human resources I told them what had happened and no one did anything.

The Embassy suites in Panama City charged me for a night that I did not stay. I have spent hours and hours and have sent many proofs of documentation through many emails. Instead of them, just checking their records and refunding the extra charge.

They have made me take all kinds of steps to prove that I was charged an extra night. The extra night was charged the day after my bill was fully paid!

With a 10 am checkout, Hilton’s Historic Powhatan property has one of the most restrictive checkout policies in the Williamsburg area. Nevertheless, I have stayed at the property four times in the past three years. On my most recent stay, after requesting a late checkout, I received a text suggesting that there was “language barrier.” Less than five minutes later, security was at my door. I am disturbed by the thinly veiled racist and nationalist rhetoric targeted at me and my family. More so, sending security to my room at night was a clear attempt to intimidate me.

To Whom this may concern, I am aggrieved by my experience at Hilton Garden Inn on Hospitality Lane in Fredericksburg VA on Saturday 9/9/2023 approximately 1100am . I approached the front desk to do an early check-in for me & my special needs son.

As I'm making the person behind the desk I was told was the general manager first name Heather (this is who represents Hilton & a Leader) , I made her aware in my previous conversations by telephone, I was told I could do an early check-in at long as a room was available. We checked in our room and was very disappointed. The mirror in the room was dirty, the coffee area was dirty, the table by our bed was dirty. My husband and I was cleaning everything and he said I should send some pictures. I had already wipe away the dirt from the frig and dish washer. This is not what we expect to see when we stay at a Hilton. We both were very tired from traveling over 500 miles to have to clean our room before we could rest.

On 4-5-22, I paid for a trip to Las Vegas and I could not go due to illness. I tried to get rebooked or get a refund. 00 to do this. I asked for a refund of my money and was told that I could not get my own money back and could not use the money for another location in the state of Georgia.

My family and I stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton from July 11th-July 15th in Owings Mills, MD The staff and the overall hotel was great. We had to stay there due to some work being done at our home.

We thought it was gonna be taken care of by the 15th that's why we didnt extend it longer. I reserved another reservation online on July 15th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore North - Pikesville #82708430. I arrived at the front desk and the 2 front desk receptionist seems they were preparing to check me in.

I booked a room through the Hilton app using what I thought was points for a stay at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. Once I got home a few weeks later, my credit card bill came and I was charged $2500 for the room.

I'm a diamond member and 184,000 + points were used for my stay. I would not have booked the room if I understood that I was being charged in addition to using my points. This was misleading on the app that I was using.

It told me that the points used per night would account for my stay. When I called customer service they told me there was nothing that could be done. I've been a diamond member for 8 years, I'm also a Hilton Grand Vacation Owner and I have never had anything like this happen.

I'm extremely disappointed and even more so that I was told nothing could be done.

I am loyal to the Hilton brand when I travel. In the past 6 months alone, I’ve spent about 40 nights in Hilton hotels. The reason we look for hotels under the Hilton name is because of their reputation and our experience with them.

Always reliable, staff have always been helpful to us all over the world. Traveling in from Albany, NY, for a wedding this weekend I asked if it was possible to check in early at the Home2 in Clermont, FL. There were rooms available so I was told this would be no problem.

Hilton grand vacations made it impossible to use the prepaid points that I purchased to be used at their vacation properties as a method to explore possible ownership. The only message I revived dim their customer service personnel was that they were conveniently non-refundable; there was no offer of assistance or remediation.

And when I contacted their customer service people for a solution, I was largely ignored . This does not bode well for future ownership of their time share properties when you are inescapably locked in. I can’t see any reason why they would change their customer service level on a timeshare when they have zero incentive to do so.

This was my worst Hilton experience ever. My husband was locked out of the hotel completely rude staff called me at 3 am to force me to come to the lobby to “claim him” the manager was uncaring.

My husband and I took our 2 grandchildren to Destin, we’ve stayed at a Home2 before in NC and loved it so I wanted to book with this chain again. After driving 9 hrs we get to the hotel staff was very nice we put our luggage in room and went directly to the beach.

That evening I realized how dirty the room was and the pull out sleeper sofa was ridiculous, it was like laying the kids down on top of wires, mold in bathroom, on edge around ceiling and floor. Was looking forward to stay at a Hilton property for the first time. Upon checking in our receptionist appeared not to want to be there and was less than helpful. She had us sign for check in and I asked why the amount was more than my reservation amount, she rudely stated the the additional costs were for deposit only.

As a first line person who represents Hilton I was disappointed. She sent us on our way with our luggage to find the correct elevator without providing any guidance what so ever. On the third day of our stay we asked to have our room refreshed.

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Louisville several times. In fact it is our go to whenever we are in town. Amazingly, and quite horrifically, the bed bugs were your parting shot for the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Thank goodness, our stay was only for one night. My wife, her children and I booked a reservation for 6/7/23-6/11/23. This reservation was for two adjoining rooms with one handicap accessible walk in shower. The reservation was confirmed via phone and notes were entered in the system not to give the rooms away due to a possible late arrival. After 16 hours of driving we arrived at 11:00 pm and the handicap accessible room was given away, leaving only the adjoining room. I am 78 years old and disabled. I walk with cane. We were removed from our home for 2 to 3 months. We have been staying at the Home2 Suites for a month. Now the hotel says our room we have been staying in is booked and we are required to move to another room.

We are in a double queen room. We have treated this as our temporary home. We have a lot of things because we salvaged as much as possible. We are terribly inconvenienced by being moved out of this room. The service has been great.

I had a wheel stolen off my car in the Hilton Home 2 Suites in Houston. They had lug nuts off the other tires and were trying to take all wheels. Someone must have surprised the, I was told that the hotel had no security or security cameras by the desk clerk.

I was shocked about this. I contacted Hilton Customer Service about at least being comped for my room. The one night stay at their place is going to cost me another $500 on my comprehensive insurance. It wasn’t a pleasant experience having to wait for police to come and AAA although I have no complaint about either of them.

The situation could have been much worse if my husband came upon the thievery act or they had managed to take all my wheels. I find it hard to believe that a Hilton owned place would not have any security.

I stayed a the Homewood Suites at 805 East Beaton Dr, West Fargo, ND, from May 2, 2023 - May 5, 2023, while my husband was in the hospital. Room # 122. Confirmation # 88335186. I did not ask for room cleaning.

The sign on the mirror stated if you wanted room cleaning you needed to request it. When I got to my room on May 4 my room had been cleaned. I had my bottom dental plate in a glass of water by the sink.

The glass was gone along with my plate. I complained the morning of May 5 when I checked out. The clerk said she sent a message to her manager & they'd get back to me. I never heard back. I've called 3 times & left messages. No call back. 00. This is totally unacceptable!!!!! O.

My son & his family & I have had a reservation at the Home2Suites in Marysville Ohio for over a month. They called this morning & said there was a glitch in their system & we no longer had a room.

We called back to complain and were told they found us a room but then called back 2 hrs later & said again we didn’t. Now we are flying in from Texas w/no place to stay. I’m guessing since there’s a big golf tournament there that they sold out our room for more$$ leaving us (w2sm children) stranded.

This is a very shoddy unprofessional deal on their part and is a black eye on the Hilton chain.

We stayed at the Ballast in Wilmington,NC on May 7,2023 . We were in Wilmington, NC and planned 2 full days of events. When we went out early on the morning of May 8th, we discovered our car had been vandalized and the driver side window had been smashed open. We checked in into the room 05/04/23 and it was ok. Next day we left the room and when we come back it was smell of smoke everywhere especially in bathroom. We are not smoking couple with 5 yo kid.

We arrived on April 27, 2023 at the Hilton, financial district to spend 2 nights after traveling 10 hours from palm desert. When I went to the front desk to check in, I was told by a rude man at the front desk, “the power was out, and I needed to go find another hotel”.

this is my fourth time trying to send this email to someone in Hilton at corporate. I was retaliated against the whistle blowing on my company. I have proof of legal workers that is working there now I my whole crew because of it.

I called a customer service 4/13/2023 for ask about reservation for a company group stay and the guy was terrible. He didn't answer anything and he just gave me a phone number of one of the closest hotel and he didn't talk clear so I asked again then his attitude turned into SO BAD I disappointed in the service so much!!!!

I'm a retired Army Veteran of 28 years, a Hilton Honors Silver Member, a husband and a father. I called yesterday to finalize my booking dates. I spoke to a lady yesterday by the name of Betty she was very unprofessional and and had a lackadaisical attitude.

She tried to force us to stay somewhere we didn't want to stay and when I asked for a manager she stated to me that they're going to tell me the same thing she's telling me. When I told Betty that I still want to talk to manager she blatantly hung the phone up on me.

I never thought that there was be a day I will be treated like this with little or no concern about me and my family.

I stayed there on April 1- the rooms walls were so paper thin. I heard the neighbors children screaming, and the man snoring all night. I Had an important business meeting the next day, and had very few hours of sleep.

Hampton Inn/elk grove. The maids are very rude and i have overheard them talking about guests and guest room numbers in common areas and they all sit around and gossip with the front desk and the food lady and all treat guests terrible and its very u professional.

There are a handful of good staff here. I would never stay at this hotel again. I am very disappointed and with the GM that should put a stop to this. Not everyone staying here is on vacation and some are dealing with loss and should have their privacy.

Today I have had a horrible experience with Hilton. It started with my inability to log in to my account with what I know to be my correct user name and password. Then once I did manage to get on line, I tried to set up reservations for May 4-5 in the Arlington Hiltion in VA.

I completed all the information and was notified that the transaction could not be completed. I went through the process twice and received the same notice that the transaction could not be completed. I then called a customer representative and used the exact same information to make my reservation.

Towards the end of the call, I asked if he could tell me why my online reservation did not go through. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and then abandoned the call. I then received emails saying I had two reservations…

Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. Once my family walked into the room we did our usual walk around to make sure the room/bed was clean. Blood stains were on the bed. The room smelled horrible and shower was not suitable to even bathe a dog let alone my children.

Customer service was horrible the entire stay.
