We stayed at Hilton Rose Hall I. Jamaica for our second time. Unfortunately, it may be our last. As my daughter screamed from the bathroom, we discovered a giant roach on the shower curtain. We did kill it and I’m attaching a picture of it in the trash can there.

However, now we are afraid to take our luggage in the house because we fear they may have gotten in our clothing or luggage. This was very disappointing because Hilton has always been such a nice branch to stay at.

Was told no reservations were available at the Hilton Garden Inn milwaukee. After looking at a few other hotels I called another Hilton Garden Inn and they were able to book me a room in the Hilton Garden Inn milwaukee.

Once I arrived again I was told we don't have any rooms. I gave her the reservation number and she said they still had no rooms and was unsure how I was able to get a reservation. # 3360740476. Ended up sleeping in my car for the night.

I recently booked a reservation with The Hilton Nashville Airport thru Orbitz. (May 18-21) I needed to cancel this reservation (I can explain in depth if necessary) but spending nearly an hour on hold with Orbitz said I can cancel at anytime but I WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED.

The representative said she spoke with Hilton and they told her that they would not offer a refund as well. With Hilton Hotels having a net worth of nearly 9 billion dollars, to say I am disappointed in this process is an understatement.

I would like my refund issued and I hope I can get answers sooner rather than later. Thank you.....

Dear CEO of the Hilton Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort Trip date: 3/5 to 3/10 I was on trip with my sister a birthday gift from her and her husband. We both had very large rooms, so I know they were not cheap.

The service she received I would rate a 5 maybe even a 4 to a 3. The guy checked us in was very nice. The concierge was rude they act like the did not want to service people of color.

My sister mention not getting good service to on of the Concierge the young man said Yes, if one customer makes him mad then everyone get bad treatment all it takes was one person to ruin it for all. My sister asked if they could bring Champagne to the room with glasses and the response was there may be 4k birthday being celebrated and they could not accommodate her request, so she did…

We are currently staying at the Oak Brook Hills Hilton and are experiencing a nightmare with the elevators. Lights do not work and you never know when you will get an elevator. When you go down from the 10th floor the elevator stops at every other floor.

It was a very busy weekend here and was just so chaotic. We are diamond members and we have never experienced a stay like this before. There was a a dirty diaper on a foyer table on the 10th floor.

Saturday was terrible in the restaurant as there were dirty dishes everywhere. I’m just so disappointed in my stay here.

Wow I was at the down town in fort Wayne Indiana Hilton walked in used the restroom and was waiting for Starbucks to open as there is a door to the establishment you can enter from the hotel so the lady that works for Hilton told me I can't used the restroom and wait for Starbucks to open?

It is 5:35 am they open at 6am so I asked if this was not open to the public to enter? She said no only for ppl that have rooms? Lol then she called security? Security was Kool about it, because I think he could tell it was a bs call on the hotel worker trying to start a problem for no reason, then she call anther male manager because she started the problem and

now she didn't feel safe because I question her on the issue, I am glad I recorded this on my phone.

Hi my name is Yesenia Morales I was the Housekeeping Manager and Room inspector at the Hilton Hampton inn in stoughton , Ma since December 12th . I have 5 + yrs in hospitality I love my job and hired a whole new team there and we all get along and my employees all respect me .

It was brought to my attention that ‘Heather ‘ a front desk agent / now supervisor. She was speaking about me and some other employees . In confidence i went to my GM steve alteri to fix the issue and instead he insults me and my work .

We work so hard to keep the hotel clean and running and my girls do a fantastic job , steve talks down to his employees and to me he told me the scores are so low because of me ! But Actually since I’ve started we gotten fantastic reviews and place is looking better than ever .

00. When I checked in, I picked my room service days per their policy. On the day of my service, I left the hotel by 10 am and even said goodbye to the cleaning girls 2 doors down. I did not have my do not disturb on when I left.

I got back to my room around 8:15. There was a pile of dirty towels on the floor outside my door and my room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor, the trash had not been emptied, the beds were not made and the room was not vacummed.

I could not give my 3 yr old grandchild a bath as there were no clean towels in my room. I called to the front desk and all I got were excuses from the manager on duty on why my room was not cleaned.

This place is disgusting. leftover disgusting food left in the refrigerator from. The previous guest. I never ever give a bad review. The breakfast was not good. The breakfast area I would not put my child in any of the high chairs they are filthy and unsanitary for any child.

I have a lot of photos I will be sending them to corporate never I had stayed at such a hotel. I wanted to leave, but was so exhausted from work decided to stay for the night but never again.

Re my recent stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village, Waikiki, Hawaii - Mart 3 - March 6

To management, Upon checking out for my recent stay, I let the lady on the checkout desk know that our tea and coffee, clean cups, towels had not been replaced in our room when the room was serviced the previous day. She told me that the hotel was not required to provide this service when the guests are to be leaving the next day. I find this incredible. I have never had this situation at any other hotel. When I said, do you not think that guests would like a cup of coffee and a shower before they leave, she told me that most guests prefer it this way! My husband and I stopped at the above hotel after a long day of driving. He has trouble walking (walks with cane) so can’t stand for very long. I waited in car for 10 minutes and saw him struggling at front desk, he seemed confused about what woman was saying plus ready to fall down.

He came to car and I said did you get a room, he said I think so,I said but she didn’t give me keys. He said she told him to go around to side of building which was close to our room and she would come let us in and open our room door.

My room was incredibly dirty upon arrival. I stayed at the Hilton Tuscany Village in Orlando, FL and when I arrived, there were toenail clippings in the bathtub, and visible dirt on the floor. It was really disappointing to come into a dirty room and we told the staff- they did not come in to clean it so we stayed the duration in a dirty room.

I had the absolute worst stay in Pearl , MS. March 4-9 2023. I got in late and I work long hours so it was difficult to coordinate with staff on anything. The room smelled so strongly of pee. It smelled like a bunch of people gathered and peed on the carpet.

The floors were sticky and gross. I have never had a bad experience at Hilton so this was a first. It took three days for them to tell me they would move me to another room. I decided to take may chances this am and check out to find another place.

There were no solutions or discounts or points offered. My room was never cleaned or maintained the entire length of my stay and the breakfasts were stale.

I went to a Hilton Honors presentation and was asked to listen to a 90 minute presentation. In doing so, I was told I would receive a $200 certificate. After the 90 minutes, I asked to get my certificate so we could leave.

They refused, and kept trying to sell me a timeshare. I refused to buy and kept asking for my certificate. I was there over 3 hours and never received! What a complete waste of time!

This evening I called the hilton honors line regarding my points. The individual was very helpful, but at the end he then asked if I woudl be willing to listen to a marketing pitch and receive 500 points. I agreed, and then waited ( and waited), and was finally connected to an individual that started asking me many intrusive private questions.

I told him I had agreed to listen to his marketing promotion in exchange for my 500 points. He said I had to "qualify" frist. That was not disclosed to me in any way. He said that I was not going to get my points unless I answered all of his questions and proved that I qualified to hear the marketing pitch.

Good evening, from 3/6/2023 through 3/9/2023, I had reservations at the Double Tree located at 3200 South Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach. As part of my stay I agreed to sit in on a sales presentation on 3/7/23 at 8:30 am, the Hilton Vacations Club located at 300 16th Ave in Myrtle Beach.

My salesperson's name was Kris. Kris was professional, however, he introduced me person that stated his name was Ron Hunt. I explained to Mr. Hunt that I was interested but, I'm almost ready but need a little time, as I will be retiring shortly.

When I explained this to him Mr. Hunt became annoyed with me and began to loudly insult me in front of my son and other customers. I thought he was joking at first, however, he continued to talk down to me.

I checked into this hotel on January 6, 2023. My stay was 9 nights. I have participated in the Minnesota Twins Fantasy Camp for several years. Since the camp uses the Crown Plaza as well as the Homewood Suites we have been allowed to use the hot tub at Homewood for years.

This is the first year that I stayed at the Homewood Suites and was actually very excited to do so. My routine is to use to hot tub early in order to loosen up my muscles as we play numerous ball games during the week.

Every year, for approximately the past 10 years, every morning I would walk from the Crown Plaza, enter the Homewood Suites and walk thru the lobby to the hot tub. I would sit there for 20-30 minutes and just relax. Then I would leave.

booked a 2 night stay with hampton Inn waynesbora Va, upon checking in the front desk, there was no one there to check us in, after waiting 10 min, I finally went into a small room on the side, only to find 3 staff member chatting. The lady who checked us in (Ashley) was rude, unfreindly and unprofessional.

Our room was just ok, we later found blood stains on the sink and the floor of the bathroom, however the housekeeping staff was very nice. The overall room was ok, a little outdated and it had a strange smell..

When I came to Tropicana to check in on 3/4/23-3/7/23 I arrived at noon. Was told to come back at 1pm and room would be available. When I came back at 1, there were approximately 100 guests in front of me.

I was shocked to see that there was only one clerk working at the reception desk. In another 30 minutes another clerk arrived. It took me 1 hour to check in. I was very disappointed that a corporation like the Hilton can not employee more receptionists to check guest in.

I have been a Hilton honors member for years My Hilton number is 415767195. I was also surprise that was told a resort fee of $27 plus tax would be charged to me daily. I asked what it was for and they said mainly for upkeep of the pool area.

Prior to COVID, my family frequently vacationed at the Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach, Fla. We returned each year because we found the facilities and surroundings so attractive.

Unfortunately, our experience last month – we left Feb. 28 after eight nights -- was anything but pleasant.

On the first night we were there the alarm went off instructing everyone to evacuate because of an emergency. My wife was in the shower and we had to scramble down the steps to escape. When we walked around to the front, we found other guests returning to the building. We asked what happened and were told the fire alarm sounded but there was no emergency. First the elevator by our room was broken, which isn't that big of a deal but the air conditioning on our floor was broken so it was a long hot sticky walk to and from our room (361). Then on Saturday evening at 7pm we tried to get Starbucks and walk on the beach but I was told that they were closed!

We arrived at Double Tree in Nashville to find the power was out and we were not allowed to check in. We had driven 6 hours with two toddlers to attend a funeral the next morning. The clerk at the desk offered no assistance and gave us an 800 number to call.

Getting so tired of getting ripped off by Hilton they give you a price then they double it when you get there they tell you they’ll have a couch. There is no couch. You have bugs on the pillowcase. Oh will give you a new cover.

com for the night of February 23, 2023. I specifically booked with the Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport due to the fact that they had onsite parking and a reservation was not required and they had an airport shuttle. Upon arriving to the Hampton Inn, the parking lot was completely overflowing to the point where cars were parking in undesignated areas such as side walls, in front of other cars, up against the building etc…I had my husband drop me off at the entrance so

I prepaid for my stay for my stay in Niagara Falls prior to my check in on 1/20/23. During my received a call while out for lunch informing me of issues with my card and that I did not pay both for room and deposit for incidentals.

I was locked out of my room. The attendant even called security on my husband and I. We were frustrated and disappointed with the service we received. We later ask them to open our room door so that we could retrieve the receipt that reveries our payments.

After almost 2 hours of going back and fourth they realized that we were correct and tried to apologize. All the while with a female security guard hovering. I have an complaint on its way to Hilton cooperate.

I stayed one night in the Hampton Inn Parsippany, New Jersey. After checking in and going to my room I found that this particular room had NO refrigerator or microwave. I have never stayed in any Hilton property that did not have these options. The desk clerk was very helpful and worked to find another room for me, but this room had a King bed and I was told that no queen rooms were available and that queen rooms were not yet taken care of by housekeeping and would not be available that night.

We reserved and paid for 2 suites well in advance. We called prior to our intended stay and were assured our reservations were in place and we could check in at 3 pm. We arrived and were told by the front desk that neither of our suites was available due to an oversight by their sales department booking more rooms than were available.

We got the dates wrong for a conference we attended at the resort world in Las Vegas. We needed to check out a day early which should not have been a big deal. 00 cancellation fee. The rooms were already expensive and on top of that they put a extra 600 hold on the credit card for a deposit.

00 per day for a deposit? I don't know of any. Our whole company was here so at least 150 people staying. This hotel is the worse.

I booked a stay at the Embassy Suites Centennial Park Atlanta, Ga. I put in for an early checkin when I made the reservation. When I called to see if it was available, the person that answered the phone was just simply R U D E it’s the only word to describe his response.

So I contacted Hilton Honors and they called for me to add the request. I was a Hilton Honors Diamond member but lost status due to less stays. I said that to say I KNOW how this works. I get to the hotel and actually get the same person that was rude on the phone in person.

Well to no surprise…he was equally as rude in person and added me to an existing list. I was told it didn’t matter that I called or that it was requested the day I booked that I’m in line behind everyone else.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel by Hilton located in Brooklyn Center, MN on 2/19/2023. A hockey team group of parents and coaches, that was also staying at the hotel, in the lobby were approached by Front Desk worker James about them ordering pizza and eating it in the lobby along with their drinks.

He aggressively told them that it was illegal for them to have beverages alcoholic and nonalcoholic and food from outside the hotel in the lobby. The group apologized to the workers because they didn't know, they started cleaning up their items.

My family and I were in Cleveland Ohio last weekend February 3rd to February 4th, 2023. We made reservations for the Embassy Suites in Beachwood Ohio near The Legacy Village Shopping area and stayed there for 1 night.

When my son and I arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia South Carolina, (at 11:15PM), we were told that the hotel was OVERSOLD and that our reserved, PAID room was no longer available. They were not able to find another hotel for us (and not at all comparable) until close to 2AM.

We were treated with disrespect, like this is your problem not ours..... I travel a lot and I have never in all of my life experienced ANYTHING like this. Hilton and any other hotel should have a policy where they are obligated to contact the guests if it is oversold.

Having a "not guarantee" policy because you booked your trip through a "third party" (expedia), is ridiculous. Why offer your hotel through a third party, then. This situation speaks to HILTON, not through the third party.

We were enjoying our complimentary breakfast, we finished our breakfast threw our food away and began walking to the elevator when the front desk lady Janella began screaming to us “excuse me” and made everyone in the breakfast area turn our way. She then proceeded to yell “our those your dirty dishes over there” and when she went to point at the table , a gentleman was walking over to the table & then she says quickly Never mind and walks away. We were ashamed when everyone began to look at us , and disappointed how we were treated.

I am a VIP Priceline member,and have been for several years. I booked a room at the Hampton Inn through Priceline for Feb 2nd in Circleville,Ohio. My name is on the Priceline app ,my fiancee's on the bank card used to book it.

I have done it this way multiple times without issue. We arrived seperately however and when I walked into your hotels lobby I could not find a front desk attendant. In fact I looked all through the first floor and out front for 15 minutes trying to find an employee.

I had a damaged phone and only operating on Wi-Fi service. I did not have the hotels password so could not reach anyone.

Finally after aproximately 20 minutes I found the front desk employee watching television in the dining area. When I told him my name ,my fiancees name then asked if he had arrived…

Res # 92350772. Reserved handicap room, on day of arrival was told it was not available and we could take the room available or leave it. We were in town for a family reunion and had to take the room because the hotels in Bainbridge were full due to a fishing tournament.

My cousin Jacqueline Rich is 86 years old and has Parkinson’s disease and it is mandatory she has handicap facilities. Because of your mistake She was unable to bath, I had to assist her on and off the toilet and get her into and out of the bed..

My wife and I were in New York for Medical Treatment Upon arrival Friday 1/20/23 at approx. 3:05 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn Financial Center was checked in by a Mark Dacres at front desk. My wife and I ask if we could see the room before check in, and was told WE COULD NOT, as my wife had already gave her Citibank card to Mr Dacres and he went ahead and charged her card.

We had ask for a room facing the water , when we went in room it faced another building with slight views of the water. We then went back down to the front desk and ask for the valet of which we were told by a female on phone when we made reservation that they had valet service Mr.

Daces said we would have to park our car ourself and it was 2 ro 3 blocks away. I advised him that was hard on us because of health issues…

To Whom It May Concern This note was sent to the GM of the Conrad Midtown Manhattan early last week. Appreciate that Vida Verde restaurant was resolved. The fact that a property like the Conrad Midtown has such a horrible concierge team continues to amaze me. Concidentally, yesterday I was speaking with one of the hospitaly business owners I mentioned in the note to Boris. Again, when were talking about the overall challenges in your industry, he said it's extremely tough, but we should all expect a minimum in high-end hospitality locations whether hotels, foodservice, etc.

99 for a one night one bed dump. The furniture must be from the original build , drawers would not close proper, no safe almost water pressure in the shower. The rug has not been shampooed in who knows how long, I walked around a little in bare feet got in the shower my feet were black.

Last but not least they are supposed to offer airport pick up I tried for 20 min. 00. My wife and I travel a lot now retired but WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY HILTON ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD AGAIN. Mr.
