I was told there was no soap until another employee said where to find it. I have stayed at this establishment(and many other Hilton venues) before and have always been satisfied. The worst Hilton room and hotel we have ever stayed in. Employees are rude! Valet only parking and it takes 30min to Retrieve you car. Rust on our shower head and bathroom vanity legs. Long lines checking out. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel 2 Suite in Dania Beach, Florida. As a Hilton Honors member and long time guest at Hilton properties I was amazed by the experience during our stay.
Upon checkin, I was given a handout about the property. This document indicated that there were two types of housekeeping available, Full Service or Light Service. Since we were staying a week, I attempted to have the clerk have service alternate from day to day, light to full. I was told that would not be possible, I had to request the service daily, 24 hours in advance to get the service.

I was charged 3 times for incidentals, refunded partially, and the hotel is still holding on two 3 incidental charges for $57.50, $28.75, and $28.75. I called the police for this property and the hotel still has released the authorization on my card. I checked in on 12-14-2022 and checked out on 12-15-2022
The customer service at the canopy in boston is the worst they are rude they gave away are reserved suite they have offerd us nothing except more hard ache the room is so down graded in comparison the hotel store has nothing of use and the employees are so unfriendly it makes it hard to even approach them at the e dfront desk to ask for anything I probably wonr ever come back here for that single factor and

My stay was going extremely well until checkout. The wrong card was used to Check out and they tried to charge me twice for parking. I had to wait 20-30 minutes to speak with someone when I called and then they couldn’t resolve my problem at first because the person did not speak fluent English.

I have family in Elsworth Maine... They had to move into the Hampton Inn there due to Storm Elliott that put out their electricity, and it's not on yet! In the mean time, The Hampton RAISED their nightly fee from a little over $100 to NEARLY $400!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

I have been a loyal Hilton Honors member (631030231) for years (I have said many times I only stay in Hilton property), I have stayed at Hilton properties from Paris-NY-Maui-SF-London-Rome-Dubai-Venice-Barcelona, etc. but I have never stayed at such a subpar property as the Milpitas, CA Embassy Suites (Confirm. #95726037). I wasn't greeted as a Diamond member, 1 elevator wasn't working, the breakfast was limited with only 1 omelet option per day and 1 cut fruit selection, and to make matters even worse, there wasn't heat in our room, the manager gave us 12-14" portable heaters. I had to sleep in my cloths in 37 degrees winter weather in Northern CA.
This experience was extremely disappointing and totally unacceptable!

I stayed at Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas yesterday. I was treated extremely horrible by valet manager. I didn’t get his last name but know his first. Heavy set man name is Kevin. I was by myself, asked for my car.
Her started to verbally abuse me. Called security on me. And told me I was banned from this hotel. No one would listen to me! Kept saying I was drunk, but yet forced me into my car. I will be contacting my lawyer with this matter! ALSO!
The next day I realized I had left some items in the room. I called security and asked if my aunt could retrieve my items. He said yes. My aunt went to get my items and they told her no, and said that there was already a guest in the room.

Stayed 12/21/22 in room 300 of Hampton Inn, Clinton, MS. Twenty minutes to check in as computers wouldn’t boot up. Sheets did not fit bed, width-wise. No soap. Ladybugs fell on us from ceiling and were around inside window. m.

My family stayed at the Home 2 Suites Hotel in Mooresville/Charlotte at 209 Medical Park Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117. On November 25, 2022 there was a roach in room 410. We shared a picture of the roach with the female at the desk.
She offered a sewing kit or house keeping or yo change rooms. I was in room 412, so I elected for my family member to stay in room 410, because I was in room 412 and we were checking out the next day.

Unfortunately I've had a bad experience at the Hilton Mystic Dunes, Florida. We arrived 12/7, on 12/9, we found ants in the window seal and on the bed. I asked for them to come spray and change the sheets. The guy came in about 15 mins to spray!
It took them another 1 1/2 and another phone call to get the bed changed. So that night we stayed in the same room. 12/10 - more ants! Now this is unacceptable, I went to speak with the manager, she offered to get the room cleaned and change sheets, but since I'm checking out tomorrow she couldn't move me!
She did offer to refund 1 night! Truly at this point Hilton you owe me my whole vacation, you have me sleeping in a room with ants that are making their way to bed and no one seems to have any true concern.

My husband and I travel to Enid, Oklahoma several times a year to visit his 89 year old mother. who is in a nursing home. We've always stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites. We usually stay 3 nights and book two rooms (one for my sister-in-law).
Our last stay from November 23 to November 26. The service was unacceptable. When we initially checked in we were told they could not prove housekeeping due to Covid restrictions. When we successfully argued that there were no state, county or city restrictions due to Covid they agreed to provide housekeeping. That didn't happen.

I made reservations at New Orleans Riverside Hilton for the end of September for a conference I was going to attend. Due to flight complications, I was delayed and missed my layover so called the girl lhotel to let them know I would not arrive until the next day.

My complaint is the Hilton Fallsview in NIagara Falls is a horrific experience. My husband and I stayed there two nights in Sept. and the price was not cheap but no one came in to make the beds or refresh the towels.

I stayed in Room 402 and am a Hilton Honors diamond member. This is a fairly new hotel, but has a number of systemic infrastructure issues. They have an installed motion sensor in the thermostat that is located in the hallway to the bathroom and the door.
This detector shuts off utilities to the room every 15-20 minutes if motion is not detected. You need to walk directly in front of the detector to activate so you need to walk to the door or bathroom every 10-15 minutes or the lights, TV, HVAC, and outlets at the desk and next to the bed shut off.
There is no key card slot to disable the motion detector when you are in the room. The thermostat does not work as it is set at 68 so you need to push the heat and cool buttons alternatively to adjust the temp in the room. Since the HVAC system…

Your Hilton Gardens Inn in Rockaway New Jersey has been recently closed due to HVAC and Roofing issues. I have guests staying there under the Glackin/Carter wedding. My wedding is Nov 23rd 2022. We were just told about the shutdown less than 2 weeks ago. YOUR ISSUE NOT MINE.
So you have moved the wedding party block to the Courtyard Marriott. People were not emailed about the closing. The date for booking the block was suppose to be changed so people could be made aware of the complication. The voucher for the shuttle transportation is affected because you have neglected to move people who booked using the wedding block and should stay as part of the block.

However that has come to an end, as you are now allowing cats and dogs in all rooms. When staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Wells, Nevada, I was told that all rooms at the hotel could possibly have had these animals in them, and could not guarantee a pet free room.
