Arrived to first room. Shower had hair, soap, and rust all over it. Went downstairs to get a new room. Got a new room. THE ELECTRICITY DIDNT WORK IN THE SECOND ROOM. Husband went back again. They gave us a new room.

Still had a build up of rust and gunk all over shower. When he informed them that the second room didn’t even have electricity they didn’t even care. I expect a Hilton to be clean at the minimum. I’ve never questioned whether your hotels are clean.

I will never assume that a Hilton is clean. How is this acceptable? The photo I uploaded was the third room we were given. And this was the cleanest of the three rooms. The other photos wouldn’t load. If you’d like to see them I can email them.

Check in was the worst experience I have ever had. We checked the the Hilton Waterfront Huntington Beach. Apparently we needed the print out of a reservation and we left it at home. We had an email with our confirmation and everything and the front desk clerk made us go all the way home to get a piece of paper to confirm it.

Even trying to show her pictures of it along with an email she refused to check us in. My husband had to go all the way home and leave me with three kids and all of her luggage in the line.

She didn’t try to accommodate us with getting a bell check or key to the pool or any other assistance. I asked her multiple times if there was something we can do with our bags or at least get some water.

I recently had to cancel a booking due not being able to make my connections to St John's . I had a reservation booked for the Hampton Inn & Suites. I called ahead to let the front desk know that I would not be able to make my reservation, as soon as I was able.

I had booked through air miles and cash. I have tried on 4 different occasions to speak to one of the Management team at the hotel, but to no avail. I have not been able to actually speak to a Manager, I have had my calls transferred, have left messages, requesting a call back , But did not receive a call back.

I very disappointed that a customer would be treated this way, this is so disrespectful. At the very least should have been given some form of response. I am 4 days trying to connect with the Management people at this hotel.…

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Canon City, CO from 09/18-09/21/2022. Upon getting in to our room and looking it over we found the bathroom was not properly cleaned with hair and a few leaves from a floral arrangement in the sink, the hand soap dish had the old soap in it and

the towels were not stocked for a room for two only one set of towels. Contacted front desk and they said they would send house keeping to clean bathroom. Young lady that arrived at the room did not have any identification on her.

My name is Gonzell Turner, I booked a room at The Monsaraz San Diego 06/13/2022 with anticipation of it being a nice hotel. Unfortunately I never got to experience that, upon my arrival I wasn’t notified that parking is limited parking and if not early to try parking some where not close to the hotel. I was never given a option, instead I had to drive around for 45 minutes looking for a place to park, eventually leading me to walk in the hotel and cancelling my stay due to “no parking” when hotel advertises parking.

I recently stayed at Hilton Inn Sapphire NC. I was informed when I made my reservation that pet fee was only $50 u ask what was fee for two pets I was informed only a one time fee of $50 I ask if it was per animal and

I was informed no just $50 only well they charged my card $100 and my son-in-law paid they $50 in cash and they said no pet fee would be charged to my card but it was so I spoke to someone at front desk they took $50 off my bill but said I had to pay another $50 that is not was told to me when I made reservations.

I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in South Carolina last weekend. When we checked in the clerk said he indicated that he had my Hilton Rewards number. On our second day he said I have two different accounts. I called the customer service for Hilton Rewards and was on a 1/2 hour call and was told that she couldn’t help me and transferred to another rude customer service person.

That was another 45 minute call attempting to join the two accounts. She treated me as I am attempting a fraud because I did not have access to an old gmail account, and an older credit card. I am always enjoy staying at your properties.

I have been a Diamond Member for many years & have been staying at your Doubletree BWI Hotel for a few months for my company. This is a real shitholle property and the Management sucks. They keep the bar open later then your hotel rules state & I will report this.

They also are aware of the Prostitutes on the property that are constantly half naked in the lobby & other areas they shouldn't be. I don't want to share my information, so I don't have issues while on Business. I've seen the Manager whispering with some of the whores, so he may be the one Trafficking these young girls.

This really tarnishes the Hilton name & I am saddened on how filthy the hotel is.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Don’t ever stay here. Don’t waste the money. Staff is completely unhelpful. You pay however much you’re paying for the night and then you have to pay extra for parking. Fun fact, there’s no parking anywhere else near the hotel that’s free and convenient.

We walked downstairs the next morning to get some food and go to the beach to find one of the wheels off my car had been stolen. STOLEN. The only “help” I got from the manager was “fill out this incident report, Hilton will be in touch about POTENTIAL reimbursements.

Reservations at your Homeward Suites via telephone with an employee named Crystal, who claimed to be the manager at your Aliso Viejo Laguna Beach, Ca. Hotel, was difficult and unwelcoming. Upon arrival, she refused to even look at my wife's Identification or give us first responder discounts despite my wife being a volunteer firefighter, emergency medical technician, red cross medical and mental health volunteer and medical reserve corp member.

She did not pick up the ringing phone when we called the corporate office and you tried to reach the hotel, and she falsely said the phones were down. We tried keyless check in to avoid direct contact with her, but she claimed the room we chose just a few minutes earlier was not available.

The staff at this facility were excellent, pleasant & friendly However they can only do so much when their building is poorly maintained. The air conditioner in my room sounded like a feight train, functioned poorly for an hour then shut off with an error message.

The staff said these room air conditioners are all the same. Unable to tolerate that noise even during 30C temps. The tub faucet fell out of the wall when attempt was made to use the shower Totally unacceptable health & safety conditions made for a terrible pre hospital stay. Disgusted with the conditions.

I had a rough day of flying since 9am PT and my flight was cancelled at ATL airport around 11:30pm ET. Instead of choosing the hotels available via the airport, I chose to stay at a Hilton because I used to have positive experiences at the hotel chain, especially with the perks of a Diamond member.

After a LONG day, I was hoping to find comfort here and I found the opposite. Front desk service was rude, accusing me of not checking in so I had to show her evidence on my phone. Next, they assigned me a room that had a panel removed and a ventilator fan was airing out the room which was stuffy and disgusting.

I had to go back down and get another room in which they assigned me two queen bed when I had clearly booked a king bed. Plus, I found a used vape pen on the floor so clearly the room…

Horrible customer service at Twin Falls Hampton Inn After peeing in the toilet it backed up and overflowed. I called the front desk and asked if someone could help. They said that would bring up a plunger and a mop.

She arrived at the door and said she didn’t have a mop but handed me a plunger and towels. I asked what I should do with the towels when I was done and she said she didn’t know she just works the front desk.

I was a bit taken aback and she said “I’m not housekeeping and it’s not my job”. Then she offered to bring a broom? Which made no sense. I said I am a guest and it’s not my job either.

She said “well you backed it up”. I said I peed in it and it just started overflowing. I was upset and said this is so rude and she said I was rude and walked away.

I had a nice stay in Hilton Sorrento Palace (Italy). did not receive my points. Send them 2 emails - no reply. Call them today in orders to ask for help and a reply for my two emails, had the surprise to talk with a rude and unpolite lady who hang off while I was speaking- saying a very disrespectful byeeeeee - while i was asking something.

I have tried to resolve a complaint case involving Hilton going all the way back to August 2021. In short, I was offered a refund for two nights at a Hilton, but when I provided the requested documentation, I was never contacted back.

I tried calling the 800 number and was hung up on three times (for apparently no reason--a simple click and then dead air). When I finally did speak with someone, she told me she'd call me an hour later. No call.

We were dropped off at the location about 6:30 or 7:00 p.m. They have 2 entrances. Valet, and another on the side of the building where we were dropped. The bar and restaurant side. Not one sign to tell us where registration even was. Found the registration desk, where we were greeted by a man who checked us in, gave us our keys, and said thanks. I rented a Queen standard room over the weekend for valentines day, going in expecting a level of service for an expensive full service hotel. The first night there we noticed the tub was not draining properly and you were forced to stand in a tub of water while showering, as well as the shower head coming out of the wall, the room was very hot and

This refers to the Hilton Hotel in K.L. I went to the Japanese Resturant on 18 January with my wife to celebrate my 67 th birthday .

Myself and my wife have been card members of the Hilton for over 10 Years.

We sat at the Tepanyaki Table and sat down around 7.50 PM . Our first hot food arrived at approximately 9.15 PM . This was due to only one fully qualified Chef working with two assistants and nearly every seat at the Tepanyaki section of the restuarant was occupied .

Hilton at the peak resort Phoenix AZ December 8-10 2021. Was our stay. We did not book this until 7-10 days before the date. We called directly to Hilton at the peaks THREE times. Asking the following questions: are your pools OPEN and HEATED.

Is the lazy river open and the restaurant OPEN? Are people using the pools and enjoying the resort? The answer to all was YES! So we left Sedona AZ THREE DAYS EARLY. To enjoy all the resort amenities. Lazy river was done for regular repairs for the week.

ZERO people in any of the 4-5 pools ( cause they are cold as ASS. Not heated and it’s 81 degrees out and we’re from Michigan. Hot tubs do not swirl.. restaurant closed for the season. And all three days .. still waiting for towels! Never showed up!

I am a Hilton honors member and have never been so dissatisfied with the Stevie on our stay, November 23-26 2021. We requested service for cleaning twice and never received it. As a result we ran out of toilet paper, had wet used towels in the bathroom, and trash left outside the room and on the 5th floor foyer for two of the 3 days.

Later, coming in from our thanksgiving dinner, we asked for a bottle of water and was questioned about how many bottles of water we have had. Confused by that question, when they couldn’t remember to clean and service the room.

I was so ashamed to be a member and really convinced that I was not an honored guest.

Hilton Ft Collins, CO- This hotel charged $488 a night and $11 a day for parking. Room had no safe, or bath rug, no frig and no menus. Had to call front desk to get menu for room service. Menu link was messaged to me on my phone.

Room service delivered food in brown paper bags. They also do not clean your room, no clean sheets or take out trash each day. If you want clean towels or coffee for the next morning, you will need to call front desk.

Also when we checked out we received no receipt. Had to call front desk and ask them to email me one. So disappointed in our stay. Worst service we have ever received.

After 3 hours with your customer service team I was told they cannot help me.

I am unable to log in to my Hilton Honors account. The customer service agents, and then their supervisors, have me reset my password which I have now done at least a dozen times. I then get the same error message each time which is this:

"Something went wrong, and your request wasn't submitted. Please try again later".

I asked for a technical person and was told Hilton does not have technical support beyond sending a password reset.

I had a horrible experience!

First my room smelled horrible. Not sure what it was but someone at the hotel new about it because the smell of air freshener in the hallway was strong.

Second the hallways are very hot and we had a long walk to our room.

Green tree Hilton in pittsburg Pa. My room smelled awful made my wife sick. I walked back to the desk long way. Was given another room which was not a nice room to say the least. Concerning a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Journal Center, Albuquerque New Mexico June 24 - 27, 2021. When I returned to the hotel the evening of the second day, I found I had been moved to a different room without notification or my approval. The room seemed to be of lesser quality, with a dirty toilet, damaged furnishings, and no latch on the door. My suitcase and some of my belongings were moved by hotel employees, dumped on the bed, but multiple items were missing. I cannot know if the employees who moved my belongings followed COVID precautions. I saw no employees wearing masks and 'sanitizing' stations in the hotel were empty of supplies.

Hello, I have stayed at multiple Hilton hotels across the state of NJ and NY. I have never ran into such a problem with Hilton customer care members not answering phone calls or emails I have sent out a week prior to today.

I stayed at the Hilton in Hasbrouck heights NJ and had the worst experience of my entire life. Throughout the first 4 hours of my stay, the fire alarms went off 4 times and we were notified multiple times that it was a false alarm and we could go back to our rooms.

20 minutes pass by the alarms go off again and we rush downstairs. The people at the front desk were very rude and unwelcoming. I will not be staying at this hotel as well as they put a temporary hold on my account for $353.

I give it one star for location and ease of check in. The location is by far the reason we chose to stay. We arrived and check in was okay. At first glance the lobby looks like most Tru locations, once we were given our keys and we round the corner to the elevator we immediately noticed the neglect that this "river ranch" location has been handed.

Dust along every baseboard, gym entry door looked like children with sticky fingers were allowed to freely roam throughout. We walk into our room and it's nice and cold seems clean enough, but the bathroom looked to have been completely skipped.

Good evening

We are staying at the Hilton gardens mission valley and i asked if they did anything for birthdays when i booked and i received response that they did. When checking in here the manager “Sam” drew a box with his fingers and said due to Covid they do nothing. He saw the email that clearly came from the hotel and did not do a darn thing. Just sorry there is nothing due to Covid. The reservation and the conversation was made mid may as you can see attached. To top it off we were charged for parking and they tried to give us only 2 breakfast tickets and there are three of us. We traveled here from Michigan to take our son to the zoo for his birthday and i am not real happy with the way we were treated when we were here.

We stayed at the Hilton in Scottsdale Arizona for our wedding anniversary and expected to have a wonderful time. For our anniversary I bought her a fur coat, suede heels and a new leather bag. And unfortunately on this property there are no warning signs anywhere especially in the hammock area that notify guests about The possibility of sprinklers coming on at any moment.

This would be very helpful because we did not believe that the sprinklers would suddenly come on at 10 o’clock in the morning when we decided to lay out on the hammocks. Now her fur, heels and bag are soaked and ruined.

Everything that was inside of her bag is ruined. And I’m supposed to check out in an hour and I am in soaking wet clothes with nothing else to wear

It is my understanding that your property in Aurora Colorado posted a sign on their counter refusing service to Law Enforcement and Military personnel. If this proves to be true, you will never see me, my wife, or anyone in our immediate family in any of your hotels ever again.

Additionally, we'll cancel our Amex Hilton card. Please inform me of your position on this issue.

They over charged me to start with. For a night I wasn’t even there. They charged me 300 for having a dog there that did not stay all night. Not once did they say dogs weren’t allowed. The room was filthy harms onion rings all over the floor.

They said they only had one house keeper and she couldn’t clean them all. I tried to call them several times about it and they kept hanging up on me. Then just quit answering my calls all together. Was the worst experience I have ever had.

I want reimbursed for the over charges they put on my husbands card.

Looked up a Hampton Inn for Athens, Tenn. and tried to use Honors website to make a reservation at least 3 times and was not successful. I also tried to make phone contact and got a rep on the line named Pedro.

Told him details for a room reservation and when I began discussing the price, his voice began to break up. I asked him to call me back and he agreed. He had my name and phone number so I waited for about 20 minutes, but there was no phone call.

After trying to use the Honors website again I gave up and made a reservation at another motel in Athens. I'm a Silver Honors member and have used Hampton and Hilton motels for about 15 years. I only travel 3 or 4 times a year and my wife and I usually enjoy our stays at Hampton Inns, but I am considering not using the motel in the future.…

Well although the veiw i had was beautiful at the tapitio resort hotel in phoenix az, it was hard to enjoy first because of the noise level being so close to the pool, but even that was manageable in comparison to waking up to a flying cockroach in my face!

I was terrified and i woke my fiance up screamming. It was discustiing to think a five star hotel that i spent over 700 dollars during my stay would even have such a thing happen. And yes i was able to get another night at a discounted rate i had other issues as well.

I was treated very rude by one of the night hotel staff when i dropped my cell phone off my balconey and requested help the employee kept insiting we go up to my room instead of just going to get my phone so i went to get my fiance and he and i ran into the same employee…

I wanted to get some clarification on access and parking for my reservation tonight at the Frankfurt Airport Garden Inn, but posted phone numbers for the hotel on my reservation confirmation or others listed on the internet either have a not available recording Or are not in service. Pretty embarrassing for the Hilton Group. Very frustrating.
