Your Holiday inn Nashville Vanderbilt has no business hosting hockey tournament lodging, I cannot believe I am paying money to stay here and be treated like a second class citizen. Keep hearing how they have had damage in the past from a hockey team so apparently it is ok for them to treat guests poorly because of this.

I DO NOT CARE what has happened in the past, that has nothing to do with me or my family. I am paying good money to stay here and do not appreciate being treated poorly. This experience will definitely make me choose another hotel chain for our future travels.

As a corporation you need to revisit how to treat paying customers and provide better service to reflect that, disgusted with your Nashville holiday inn.

Our last visit to a Holiday Inn was the worst. We stayed there on Jan 13th after a surgery. They were great getting us a room. During the night, our room started flooding. I calked the desk and they told us go back to bed.

Workers then came in and worked right outside of our door for the test if the night into morning. We checked out and was not offered an explanation or an apology. I called and someine got back to me. He apologized, then said he would give us 20% off our cc.

This was not a way to handle a problem. We will never go back to a Holiday Inn. I used to think they had better standards. I think the way they handled it was totally unacceptable.

I like staying in this Elmira Holiday Inn very much. It is a lovely place to stay, the food is terrific, all of the people are very kind and helpful. I have many friends that stay here. It is a great hotel, and I want to praise the hotel.

My problem is that someone is interfering with the guest computer. I asked the hotel administration what to do, and they let me know that IGH is who I needed to talk to- that Holiday Inn computers are run by IHG. I tried to complain about someone making problems- I can't upload the document I typed up talking about the details, but will copy and paste it. r someone kept changing the settings so that the computer would remember my signin details, addresses and financial details, passwords, and also changing the inputting of numbers and letters so that…

the weather on 1-15-2020 was the worst snowfall on record in the area. The reservation was made at 23:30 at night and when the customer went to leave the airport to the hotel the taxi line up was 4 hours long.

The weary traveler decided to go back in the airport to rest in a chair after 24 hours of travel and didn't have the energy to wait in the 4 hour line up. I will no longer stay at that property when I travel with my baseball team to the area and we will book the 15 rooms needed else where.

Its a shame after staying there for so many years to be treated like this.

I arrived at the Puerto Vallarta Holiday Inn Express on Jan 15 at 4 pm to check in , I am staying for 5 nights , I booked a king bed and am travelling alone . The booking was through Expedia.

Phoned customer service to complain about horrendous stay in a Holiday Inn and was told that glass of wine compensation that hotel gave me when I complained was enough. When I asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold and left there to die.

Gave up holding on after 40 minutes. Just lost a regular customer with your couldn't care less attitude. You deserve to go bust with customer service like this.

About 6 months ago, I made a reservation for January 18, 2020, at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Houston. I planned to be in Houston that weekend to participate in the Houston Marathon.

About Jan., 11, 2020, and Jan., 12, 2020, I received 2 e-mails from that Holiday Inn advising that they had overbooked and that I could stay at the Holiday Inn Airport location. I have notified the management at the downtown location that I would not accept a transfer to another location. There is less than 1 week for the marathon, and I do not appreciate the uncertainty that this matter has created.

Therefore, I need confirmation immediately that Holiday Inn will honor its commitment to the reservation as originally entered into between myself and Holiday Inn.

This facility is being updated but the American Flag and Alabama Flag out front are a disgrace. Both are torn and tattered and show a disrespect for our country and state. The Alabama flag is about down to 15% of its actual size. Pitiful.

The American Flag is ribbons of material. Come on Holiday Inn, you can do a lot better than this. I went in and the people there said they agreed and would replace the flags but this has gone on now for months.

Booking no. 23702759 Good evening. I am an IHG Member and booked two room hotel stay at Holiday Inn, Taunton on Satutday 04th January. I booked for breakfast at the hotel and paid additional 10 pounds per person. We booked this as the children normally enjoy the pancakes every time we visit a Holiday Inn.

In the morning when requested for thos, they said not available and did not have any. The children were really disappointed and did not reach much. And therefore left the hotel hungry as we had other commitments to follow. Had to buy them additional pancakes as a breakfast place and eat. Please assist.

I cannot fill this out as it says I have already completed it but I didn't think I had finished it. I'd like to know if you have received it and if not could you please sent me another link so I can complete another one. I am not happy and I have been waiting for a part refund for my stay. I paid £400 for my daughter and I to stay in a room that was worth £159.50 (if that, seeing as it had ripped wall paper and odd curtains that didn't match and a broken shower head that I fixed). We made reservations on December 24th through December 25th The main reason we made the hotel reservations was for the water park! We bought a water park package with 4 tickets and one night hotel stay. m. to ask if we can check in early.

They told us that they have decided to shut down the water park at 4pm and that they would not be open for the rest of the day and the 25th,because they decided to give their hotel team a day off from work. We we're clearly upset.

Stoped at your hotel in George West Texas Dec. 30 after we checked. In went to get some ice, no ice machine in the hotel worked (none). Then tried to have a cup of coffee in the room, coffee pot didn’t work.

First night of stay we had to relocate to another room because the hot water didn't work in the shower. Moved us to a floor that was having construction and when my wife and 2yr old Left the room there was dust everywhere and my son has asthma.

Moved us to another room back on the third floor and they shut down the elevator at 10am before checkout time and my wife had to carry our bags and our 2yr old down 3 flights of stairs. No one told us about the construction nor did anyone tell us they would be shutting down the elevator.

Holiday Inn Express Hamilton accepted a booking and payment from my 17 year old son who was visiting friends 290 miles from home then turned him away as he’s not yet 18. All of his travel had to be paid for at an adult rate as he is over 16 and so as far as he was aware he is also an adult for hotel purposes.

Not only was he turned away onto the street in an unfamiliar area, but there was no apology or offer of assistance. Absolutely disgusted with the pure lack of customer service of this company.

Female employees writing schedules for all employees, heavily favoring same sex. No coordinating training.

I just wanted to tell you how very disappointed I was with my recent stay. When my wife and I went down for our Quick Start breakfast, we were told by the two dumb ass ladies handling the breakfast that there would be no hot breakfast because the truck didn't come in. What inane reason is that? If these 2 bozos are responsible for ordering as well as preparation, I would fire them immediately. The main reason I stay at Holiday Inn Express is because of the breakfast.

All we were left with was one yogurt and some dried out bread, muffins and bagels. The oatmeal had way too much water in it and every waste container was overflowing.

Recently stayed 1 Night at the Hoilday Inn Brighton Seafront 31/01/19 New years eve booked ex family room with Sea view £207 inc parking. Booking ref 44988713 .

We arrived just before 3 pm check in time and parked in the underground car park . We made our way upto reception with our overnight bags The reception was very busy with only two staff serving, we waited in line for approximately 10 minutes to be seen . Once we reached the front of the queue and spoke to the receptionist we were told our room was not ready and they didn't know when the room would be ready .

Stayed for 12 years with dogs at Woolston and have always been charged per dog oer stay by every different person who booked us out.. Room cleaning excellent bar staff and staff that wait on you excellent service. Stayed at Chester West for 5 days previous week and dog charge was per stay just as always but was told new manager per night per dog.

Was absolutely appalled and was charged per night. Not staying here ever again because of this. We booked the Holiday Inn in Canmore, Alberta. My partner and I were celebrating our 10th Anniversary. We arrived at booking in time on the 29th December to be met on the front desk by someone who couldn't work the computer to book people in.

First, let me start off by saying that the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful and accommodating. My wife and I drove up to Jekyll Island and met my cousin for a short vacation for New Year’s Eve.

We made the mistake of not checking to see if this was a “Pet Friendly” hotel... it was. We seemed to be the only people there without an animal. That was not the main problem. The first evening a dog close by started barking and kept barking for what seemed hours, so we didn’t get very much sleep.

On New Year’s Eve day, we went back to our room to take a rest and the dog next door was crying... for hours. When we got back to our room on New Year’s Eve day the staff had “cleaned” the room.

We just checked in Prague Congress Center today and we had some problems for heater in our room. A technician came but he could not solve it so we asked to change the room. In second room, there were two luggages and we went down very disappointed and angry.

My family and I visited the Holiday Inn Express in Germantown Tennessee this past weekend( 26th-28). Our experience was less than great. The night we arrived I asked for a bigger room because I needed a double bed suite. I was given a double room but no suite.

So that same night I woke up to go to the restroom and the floor was wet. I thought nothing of it wiped the water up and went back to bed. The next night the sink was clogged so we had to change rooms.

I booked a hotel in Birmingham UK when trying to book one in Birmingham AL. I called IHG to resolve the dilemma and was assured the the hotel in the UK was cancelled and that I would not be charged for it.

When my credit card statement came out it clearly shows that I was charged and in fact the hotel did not cancel my stay and insists that I still pay as a no show. There was a large 6-7 foot floor length mirror weighing well over 50 pounds that was floor level and not attached to the wall. My one year old twins ran over to it and it came unsecured from the wall. I was able to lounge and catch the weight of the mirror, I wound up with bruising all down my leg, and one of my sons had scratches across his face. I was so upset I left the hotel room and lost my second evening I had paid for. When I called the manager to complain that the rooms need to be safe for infants so that they are not crushed, I was only offered another room, no other remedy. I am not a regular customer at Holiday Inns even though I am a member. I was surprised to be told that the room rate did not include breakfast. , also the toilet seat has some sort of material on it so we did not sit on it as usual.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Shreveport - Downtown on Friday December 20th. The elevators where not working so we had to carry all our luggage upstairs. When I went to take my shower the next morning we did not have any hot water.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Columbus, Indiana on Saturday night, December 28, 2019. The accommodations were nice but they are building something next door and the sound of pylons or something being drilled into the earth BOOM (wait 2 seconds) BOOM, ALL NIGHT LONG was terrible.

We feel that guests should be warned that construction sounds are constant and obviously do not have a stopping time. The town where we live has city ordinances that determine the hours that construction is allowed and it is banned during times when people are sleeping.

Has anyone checked on stopping the noise during the night? While we understand you have no control over this, we feel you should alert customers who are paying more than $100 a night to provide transparency for the customer experience.

I have attempted to make a reservation for the last 3 days over the phone. Everytime I call the representative does not understand what I am saying and does not give me the information I am looking for. Today the representative hung up that call when I asked him to add my reservation to a group that I am traveling with.

We stayed at the downtown Detroit holiday inn. Our room had dirty towels on the floor, open soap and what looked like mold in the cap of the lotion. Our heater was blowing cold air so maintenance had to fix it.

The elevators were not working and the next morning I took a shower that went from freezing cold to scalding hot. None of the elevators were working in the morning. There were also no plates at breakfast. This is by far the worst experience I have had and the fact that I paid $250 for this is shameful.

I feel like we should get a refund or perhaps a free night to try it again at a later date when you have improved the hotel. Either way I look forward to hearing from you to rectify this.

I would like to put in a complaint on behalf of my sister Hellen Greyling who is still in hospital after returning 29 September 2019 back to South Africa and being admitted to Life Groenkloof on the 8th October 2019. At the above mentioned Holiday on a tour with a group and a friend she got into the shower which was digital, when she switched the shower on the water pressure threw he against the wall and fractured her shoulder.

She was bruised black and blue all over her body. She was taken in for an emergency operation at Liv Ankara where I do have the documentation of the doctor in charge and had 8 metal pins put into her shoulder.

After fighting the system and getting lied to I'm absolutely tired of getting a travel company, not getting what I want and not getting discounts or IHG points that are due me. I prefer the express hotels, they are clean and friendly but having to pay before I get here, pray nothing happens, I am told that they are sorry.

Stayed at the holiday inn Express Slough last night, knowing full well there was no heating in that room , they was going to put a heater in the room and put it on for me as I was off to see a client and the room was freezing. I’m Alicia Stigger, contacting the CEO in writing concerning my Stay at Holiday Inn Resorting Montego Bay 25-29 Dec, Confirmation # 27704060. I opened a case (10475633513) via telephone on 25 Dec. There were 2 issues/mistakes made by the customer service rep when I booked over the phone on 8 Oct 19 that was not realized until I checked in on 25 Dec , hoping to have a happy 1 year anniversary but

that proved not to be the case as a result of an inexperienced rep that booked my hotel stay. The 1st issue of having to pay for an extra guest despite booking for 2 adults/2 kids, one of which is a 13yo was satisfactorily resolved once I was promised a refund of the $320 I was unexpectedly charged.

Terrible mattresses... no support whatsoever. No sleep at all. Was a faithful customer... Manager said scheduled to replace "sometime in the future. " After our faithful many stays in US, We're losing faith.

Also, rewards points take way too long to earn a night ... and when we can, use way too many points for a single stay.

I just called the 1-888-HOLIDAY.....number and finally got a hold of a CSR that as rude as they come......when I told her my reservation was not being shown on their/the website.....you had ZERO response/answer....and wanted to get me off the phone call asap.....when I nicely asked for the direct hotels email to send a message about my stay.....she blurted it out......and I asked her FIVE(5) separate times to speak slowly AND ONE(1) letter at a time.....since it her feedback was running together.......so.....I replied....A as in Apple.......B as in boy....and she STILL would not do it that way.... so......I asked her to...."with all due respect".....forward my call to a manager....who speaks English(she sounded like she was from India....FYI......I am an…

Only In 2nd night of 5 night stay. Cannot state complaints in only 100 words. Senior travelers. Renovated room—terrible design, faucet leaking (still not fixed), room not cleaned, had to get linens from desk, no back on tv remote (batteries kept falling out), key cards did not work, had to be replaced, poor lighting, had to ask for lamp for roll out desk, (husband is diabetic and needs light for testing and insulin injection), pen in room fell apart.

Spoke to Earl Flowers, manager, this AM. Said he would take care of faucet. Returned this evening - not fixed!

Excellent customer response from James, who found and brought lamp to room.

I Lost $100 in my room(106) the manager said that the INSPECTOR AND THE HOUSE KEEPER get inside my room the Keeper goes inside but did nothing and I guess shes the one who stole it I just left my wallet inside my bag and go out in the room around 8am to take my breakfast I stay in the pool for awhile around 30mins and I never expect that things will happen to me!

the manager take no action in my complaint I am looking forward that you can Answer Back A lot of us seafarer are booked on this hotel so its a Big impact not to me but to our company that this things had happened to me. they don't even care about my complaint they just get my email and thats it Nothing No Action!

I just want to call your regarding the room that we have used dec 19-22 2019. The comfort room is insane.. pls check.. theres no division in cr for bathing .. shower water scattered all over.. i had a slight accident..
