Bed bugs!! And I don’t just mean a bed bug. I mean a lot and I am pissed at this point. My husband emailed to inform you of the situation and has heard nothing back. My daughter was a ton of bites and my bites showed up a few days ago.

We were treated like this was our fault and that we didn’t know what we were looking at. It’s completely unacceptable! At this point I am considering a lawyer because no one is even bothering to message us back! The attached picture is just one of my arms.

my names is James Bauhaus, my wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Bethany beach Del. 8/18 - 8/19. the night before we departed we realized our in room refrigerator was not working. we had a cooler with some ice already in it so we put our food in the cooler.

the day we departed i went to the desk and told the person behind the desk about the refrigerator and she got an attitude and wanted to know why we didn't contact the desk that night. I told her our situation and walked away thinking we'll never stay in a Holiday inn again.

I booked a room with the holiday inn express east Orleans in Ottawa for my parents. Once my parents got to the hotel they ended up paying for the room the personnel said the money would be put back in my account within 24 hours.

After 24 hours it was not put back so I called back to be told it would be 3 to 4 business days so today I called my bank to see if it was put back in my account and it was not their was not a freeze or anything so I called the hotel back to be told it was going to be 5 to 7 business days.

What I dont get is why am I getting 3 different answers. I will never do business with holiday inn again which I stay at 5 to 7 time a week

Whilst staying at holiday inn express in Stevenage with my daughter and her 2 small grandsons overnight Saturday 19th October. She had just returned to her room with the children after breakfast to get ready to check out when another guest entered her room with a key card.

Thankfully the person exited quickly.

However this has now made my grandsons very anxious and asking lots of questions such as what if a bad person had come into the room at night. We obviously aired our concerns when we checked out only to be told it was all ok because the computer system wasn't working and the person was another guest.

To whom it may concern I am writing in regards to a major problem I have come across when I was staying at the holiday inn in Lakeland Florida on s FL ave. I checked in on Friday the 19th of October.

I checked in room was booked and paid online before hand when I got there I checked in with a gentlemen had no issues I got my room and went about my business. That morning I get a call I need to show my I’d and check out then re check in I went downstairs and then later got automatically judged as being a criminal in jail because I had a inmate Id from polk county.

I then explained to her that I worked with LPD and that is my only id that I was getting my new one tomorrow . She called to see if she could take my id which I later have found out that when I check out I have to be trespassed…

I use to work housekeeping for the Holiday Inn Express in Aurora Co 80011 ive worked there for 2-3 weeks and they refuse to pay me for the time that i cam in and worked for them. i am not going away or letting this situation go until I get the money that I worked for.

Washington DC east-andrews air Force Base Holiday inn Express I'm very disappointed in the service that was rendered here at this hotel no hot water door slamming all night, housekeeping still cleaning rooms at six 7 in the evening then early morning knock at the door housekeeping at 9 check out is not until 11 kids running up and down the hallway and you could hear them this is ridiculous coming from a hotel it's I could give you a zero as a rating I would!!!!! m. and they told us that our room won't be ready yet. So we said we would go get something to eat. m. and it still wasn't ready had to wait a little longer and they gave us a different room.

Which I would prefer the first one we had cause it wasn't right but the front door. Got woke up by the receptionist being loud. So I took my husband out for the night and we stayed in the suite this is the second time we stayed and got the suite and the last time we had to wait 2 hours.

I get it that they are short staffed but every time we stay here that's the answer we get. We like to stay at holiday inn but i'm begging to wonder.

Shower pressure was so low, I couldn't even shower. The rooms have 2 full size beds, not queen. The fitness room TVs were not working. Remote had tape on back to keep batteries in it.

i need to cancel a reservation and I am being told that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy even though that is NOT mentioned on the confirmation. Confirmation #48636533. I have now spoken with 5 customer service each one completely unable to help.

I requested a manager and I was told that no manager was available and that a manager would call me back within 24 hours. I requested 2 hours. And if it was after that, that the manager leave a direct call back number.

I have spent more than 20 minutes trying to get this resolved. What do I do next? Write to the Corporate Offices? If so to whose attention. Or is there a direct number for Corporate Complaints? it is ZERO stars.

Holiday Inn Express is the worse hotel there's mold in all the bathrooms, the rooms smell, the maintenance guy looks like he on drugs, he standing up falling asleep, the laundry lady is working in flip flops noone wants to be seeing her feet. Thats gross.

The GM is living there dosnt want to ever help the guest out and will refuse to help them. He as well does drugs in his room. Setting off alarms at 4am.. Its all family related working there. So anyone who is not related to them get treated horrible.

The maintenance man steals all the towels and linen. If Rose dont like you or your family she wont hire you or shell have other people do things to u to get u fired. This is the wprst hotel to stay at or work for.

I recently booked a stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites on 4112 South Carrier Parkway, 75052, Grand Prairie, TX. I was traveling 10hrs from Rio Grande City, Tx to the hotel and arrived at 12 but upon arrival they told me my room has been canceled due to insufficient funds at 10pm.

I was confused because upon arrival they charged me a different room that I did not reserve with the same card they said I didn’t have funds. The manager over the phone did not give a reason to my question and asked us to leave if not we were going to be escorted out. Over the phone. Very rude manager.

She did not want to give us an answer to our question and instead of going about it in a respectable and professional manner, she just told us to leave without explanation. ”

I made a reservation with this location listed on October 15, 2019 for a one night stay for October 22, 2019. I called on this morning, (3 days later) to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and therefore was told it was a prepaid reservation and I could not get a refund.

I have been a IHG rewards member since 2018. I was not aware this was a prepaid reservation, nor did your representative inform me of that when placing the reservation. I received an email confirmation and nor did the email state that.

Holiday Inn French Quarter Chateau Lemoyne I booked my reservation for last week Oct 10-13th in March 2018. I specifically chose a room King bed WITH A BALCONY. when I registered I was told I had been bumped to another room because of a wedding party.

I was not apologized to or compensated in any way. My view out every window in 305 was a concrete wall. If I had been notified before I arrived I would have chosen a different hotel WITH A BALCONY. That is the French Quarter experience I was looking forward to.

The front desk lady named Terry assigned me and my girlfriend to a handicap room. We had to demand to be booked into a regular room like I reserved. This was at the Holiday Inn Express on St Simon Island in Ga. on Oct 11 -14th.

After that incident we were given dirty looks from Terry for the rest of our stay. It should be noted that Terry is white and we are African-American.

My wife and I checked into the hotel at approximately 6:30 pm on Friday,the 4th of October 2019. When we arrived at our room (220) there were towels laying on the floor that had apparently been used by the previous occupants.

We were hesitant to go into the room thinking that it had not been cleaned. As we looked down the hall all of the rooms had towels bundled up outside the doors. My wife and I basically dropped our bags and headed out to meet some friends for dinner.

When we returned to the room at approximately 11:30 pm, I went into the bathroom. I flushed the toilet before using it and found that that water would not go down. I tried pouring water in the toilet using the garbage cans provided in the room.

00, for three weeks earlier. Evidently when I called to reserve a room the front desk mistakenly made it for the following Monday, so I didn't know, and didn't cancel a reservation I didn't make. Long story short, they can't either credit my card OR give a voucher for a future room.

Very disappointed in how this was handled, or, not handled. I've always had excellent service with this chain, nice clean place to stay, so I was surprised this happened.

We stayed at Holiday Inn in Memphis Tennessee on October 14, 2019. Group of 4 adults. We were treated very good, price was reasonable . Had a great stay! Next day we traveled to Nashville Tennessee. We stopped a Holiday Inn at W 140 and Whitebridge road!

We asked for 2 nights each for 2 adults in each room. Receptionist said they had rooms for 1 night only. Then she said she could put us in handicap room for 2 nights! She gave a price and we agreed and signed in.

When we checked out Wednesday morning we were charged $27 dollars more for the second night! We did not agree to that nor were we told the second night would be additional charges! We are very unhappy with Holiday Inn, does that mean they can charge whatever they want and not tell the customers!

Good afternoon my name is Ebony Womack. I checked in on October 1st and I started to notice little bites on my neck and face. On October 12th i wake up to bites all over my back and arms that itched.

I went to the front desk and they inspected my room and they found that it was bed bugs. I was moved to another room that was not very accommodating. There was no were to put away my clothing and since in here until December 4th I prefer not to live out a duffle bag.

I was the bride. Reserved a block of rms HIE Wanaque,NJ 10/11-10/13/2019 a good month before wedding 10)12like19. Told I DID NOT NEED deposit for rooms. Was told my wedding party could give their cc time they called to book.

Though "I asked to, to secure family rms," since they were coming from out of state!! Week of wedding family called HIE & rooms weren't available!!! No one called me or I did not receive info stating I needed a 2 wk notice, which was only said time I called day before wedding to find why rooms were not available!!

I have names I spoke with, including when I was at HIE speaking face to face with several employees. When I called mgmt I was blown off several times!! net. I've been nothing but professional. I expect the same.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Riverfront inn East Peoria, IL on October 11th and 12th. Our first night there, they were getting there first front and it was horribly cold. When we got to our room, there was no heat--only air conditioning.

My husband called the front desk and a woman came up. ) After finally convincing her that it was the unit--not us, she informed us that the tech lived 45 minutes away and they were completely full so there was no where to move us (assuming that we would just say ok forget it).

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff are not helpful and lazy. There was never the nice greetings that other HIs give. I knew that this was an older hotel, but the carpet and upholstery were terrible. The drapes had been badly ripped and were held together with white tape. The room was hot upon entering. Trash bags were laid across garbage cans for us to put in. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The shower door kept opening while in use. There were no tissues. I also discovered on Saturday night that there was no hair dryer. I called down to the desk and was told that they would try to find one. I Stayed in Delhi International Airport Holiday Inn Express on 29 September 2019. I forgot my Makeup Kit which worth almost 900$ Canadian dollars after I showered I used it and when I checked out I forgot to check the bathroom and left it there.

I ask my family members who lived up there to contact them and ask them to hold it because my brother was going to fly through Dehli Airport so he could pick it up. Because it was expensive they refused to acknowledge that I left it there .

Husband and I stayed at the Holiday inn, 800 Jefferson street, Rochester Ny. Wasn’t made aware that the cost of the room didn’t include breakfast until we arrived. Upon check in the woman was incredibly rude. I asked her to clarify about breakfast and she didn’t.

She rushed us away from the front. Later that night we needed an extra blanket so I called down. The gentleman who answered the phone sighed when asked if we could have a spare and he told me he would “check to see if there was a spare blanket”.

While we were there there was a hockey team of young boys running up and down every hallway. One hit me with his hockey stick as well as several doors they were banging on. I got no sleep the whole weekend.

It was a very horrible hotel nightmare experience.

Upon making reservations thru Priceline for 10 - 14 October 2019 we understood that breakfast was included in the price of the room, considering that it cost over $500, for 4 nights. But to our surprise, when we were almost finished eating the waiter asked us how we if we wanted to put the cost our breakfast on our room bill or on our credit card. We paid in cash and he seemed almost insulted.

Know on the room problems, the bathroom door had a poor fit in the door frame as we had to force the door closed and to reopen it, There was frust on the wall next the bathroom door.

Likely as not we will not stay at this location again. We visit Jacksonville at least 4 times a year.

On 9/29/2019 a group of coworkers ( on clc lodging) checked into the hotel ( 1863 west Main Street Stroudsburg Pa 18360) my roommate and myself placed our food into the refrigerator and went to bed when we returned from work the next afternoon found out the fridge was broke.

I was degraded by the staff and management who offered a 20 dollar reimbursement to share with my roommate, when I informed the manager Stacey Christman that would not cover food for the week that we both purchased made and was now distroyed was told that I could leave. We are customers and currently staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Red Wing Mn.. We left today around 10 and returned a short time ago, Our room was not cleaned today. We called down to the front desk and were told they woulk speak to housekeeping. This past weekend my wife and I came to Baltimore to celebrate our 28 yr anniversary. I wanted to notify you of the experience we had at your Holiday Inn Express Baltimore at the Stadiums. We checked into our room on Friday evening and upon taking a shower we noticed the water temperature was only lukewarm at the highest setting.

Well a day after we made this my mother in law passed away and because of this we would need to be making a trip back to PA from SC for the viewing and spending some time with family. I called the customer service line and they were un willing to do anything because it was non refundable. They said it would have to be up to the Holiday Inn to refund it. I booked 2 rooms at Holiday inn Herbert Walker way Southampton as a pre cruise stay. we checked in and gave number plates for the 2 cars we travelled in and was told to pay £20 on leaving which we did as I luckily have the receipt.

When I have returned home my Daughter and I have both been fined even though I paid. I spoken to a very rude unhelpful person in admin and emailed her twice with no reply about the fines. All I was asking if the fines have been sorted as apparently the reception didn't put the car park fee against the registrations of our cars.

I really think the staff should be trained to do the job properly as customers should not be wrongly fined and have to deal with the ride admin lady.

Let’s start with grading House Keeping Its sucks! and they clean at inappropriate times. I came home to my room at 4pm and they barely have started. September 30th to October 1st I was a guest at the Holiday Inn location 250 Pine street in Charleston, SC I was there for several days for a transplant evaluation at the local hospital MUSC which is about a mile from the hospital. I was greeted very warmly at the front desk, I checked in and proceeded to go to my room.

the room was very basic, but clean, I was also working remotely as well and brought my Bluetooth earbuds and laptop. after a long night of working and preparing for my hospital visit, I decided to go down to king street, I left all my electronics in the room.

Regarding my stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Flint on Saturday, 9/21/19.

I specifically called ahead of booking, to check on a business center. I was advised a business center was at this location. However, upon our arrival, the new desk clerk, of two days, was not aware of a business center nor its location. Scanning the lobby, I discovered a computer, between the service desk and the breakfast room. I was unable to sign on to the computer as a hotel guest, without requesting assistance from the clerk. The computer, was also extremely slow, and due to needed upgrades to your system, printing my boarding pass was unsuccessful. We stayed in you hotel portland by the bay. The first night we stayed I threw my back out sleeping in the bed there. I told the front desk women , who informed me that she had never had such a complaint.

I can't believe this has never been heard of before. Over 2500 locations probably 100,000 beds but this is unheard of. Really?. She did not suggests any compensation for this. It ruined our entire trip. It wasn't inexpensive to stay there.

We paid over $900 for the weekend just for the hotel room. I also called when we got back, spoke with someone else in your hotel told her what happened as well and was pretty much dismissed. She really couldn't be bothered.

Also when I got back I had to see a chiropractor to help me and I'm still in pain , This is day 4! I have to say all around it…

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Charles, Illinois.

First, we waited an hour to get in our room. There is a sign posted that check in time is 3:00. We were there for a wedding so we had a block of rooms. The Manager was so rude. He just whined about the previous guests.

I will let my family know how terrible his customer service was. He is not respectful to his staff. We were not compensated in any way. I left something I need for my cpap machine in the room. I wanted them to send it to me.

Of Course I will have to pay for it, he couldn't even do that for me. I will NEVER stay there again!

Bed bugs found in the hotel bed and room. Room number 410 at the Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center. I have multiple videos and pictures. I have notified the health department and officially filed an compliant to the BBB. It was a very stressful experience to say the least.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Mt. Kisco NY-10/4/6/2019. We checked in and asked to use my points was told no can't use them. Then go to our room and I plug my flat iron and the plug would not work.

I then told the front desk on Friday, I was told it would be fixed. Saturday morning getting ready to go out and the plug still didn't work, had to find another plug in the room to dry my hair and flat iron it without a mirror.

I go to the front on Saturday morning around 8AM and told them the plug still didn't work. Again we were told it would be fixed on Saturday, gone all day, back to hotel at 10:30 PM and it still doesn't work.

Then we were told we didn't know how to work the plug. Then I went to use the bathroom and someone used the toilet in our room and did not flush it. At this…
