I called at 3:10PM to make a same day reservation at the Holiday Inn in Mesquite, NV on Nov 9th for my husband and his friend who are on the road. I was told by the reservation clerk that they had two rooms - I said I will call back after I check with my husband (who was on the road with spotty cell service), The reservation clerk said they were very busy and

she encouraged me to HOLD the rooms with my credit card and my husband can use his card when he checks in. I said fine, that I would check with my husband and call back right away if they didn't want it.

We were recently made an offer by Holiday Inn Club Vacations. The offer was that for $249 we would get a three night stay at one of their resorts. If we attended a two hour tour we would get a refund of $149 and 20,000 Holiday Inn Reward points. We believe they purposely failed to provide the time and location for the tour so that we ended up violating the rules and they then charged an additional $300 to our credit card. On June 6th, my wife called Holiday Inn Reservations to make reservations for a hotel in LaPorte, TX. As I was checking in they said they did not have a reservation ... then she said wait , you were suppose to be here last night. I clearly had my reservation number and my hand written notes from my phone call from July !

Their mistake but wanted me to look like the fool in front of other guests. They got that corrected then she said in a loud voice .... your credit card is declining do you have another !!!!! I was so embarrassed!

I was not reimbursed my security deposit and I have called the hotel several times. No-one has helped me and no one has called me back. I did not leave my room a mess or break anything. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Birmingham (Alabama) Airport from 10/10-1012 2019.

My husband and I stayed at Hoilday inn scotch corner Richmond 31st ioctobet one night . On the morning of of leaving I fell in the bath as the bath rail was lose ( it did not come off) I filled accident form .

The next day the front desk rang me to offer me 5,000 points which I declined . Manager rang Monday at work. did not ring back till Wednesday . Still only offer me same . Said it did not come of wall as if did not fall .

Below is a write up of a recent experience with Holiday Inn Club Vacations. While I realize they are a separate company, one of Holiday Inn reservation agents put us in touch with them, therefore, I feel Holiday Inn Hotels is at least partially responsible.

I booked my accommodation on 14th Oct at below mentioned Hotel for my stay from 22nd Oct to 25th Oct 2019. When I reached the Hotel the front desk person told me that my reservation is cancelled and he does not have a room for me, I was given no reason for cancelling my reservation without talking to me and at the end of it after spending an hour at the front desk post my 7 hrs travel I was finally given a room after begging to the hotel manager. seems they forgot the steep incline at the entrance. Then, the doors are difficult to open. Not all of the halls have elevator access so for me, arriving in the middle of the October storm, I figured I could get a bit of help getting my bags in... nope.

The reason for my visit was a conference. I called and spent an hour on the phone with Lori from sales who booked us in so I could explain my food allergy. It's not an I don't like it, it's the last time I ate an onion I was intubated and taken out in a chopper. Not fun.

She assured me that it was all taken care of. Not so much. 3 green veggies on a plate with a tiny piece of pale chicken is not going to cut it. And she neglected the rest of the meals.

on friday 1st novemeber we arrived at the Holiday Inn Eastleigh - Southampton. On arrival (early evening after a long journey) we were given our room key. On enetering the room both windows were wide open and the room was none other than freezing, we put this down to the room maybe only just cleaned but even still its the beging of novemeber and the weather outside was horrendous.

We shut the windows and went down to get a bite to eat as it was late and needed to get my little boy to bed. After eating and going back up to the room there was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the vent in the bathroom we shut the bathroom door and had to open the window.

Not told about extensive construction. Agent told me she booked me for a king room suite with hide a bed and baby crib. The room was neither a suite and dis not have hide a bed or microwave. This was an extreme disappointment.

We stayed as limited room available in area and to tired to continue to travel or move rooms. Room clean though. Staff courteous. Booking agent should have informed me of construction and got room correct. Terrible. Simply terrible

I picked to stay here because it had a pool so that my nephew would be able to swim. The pool was so gross. the sides looked like they haven't been cleaned in years, there was sand in the pool (which is weird because there isn't any sand around where this pool is) all of the handles and

lights that were iunderneath the water was BLACK (like to were its coming off and going onto your skin and bathing suits). Our shower doesn't drain until after you are out of the shower, so I was showing in inches of water (which is gross) the microwave doesn't heat up a bottle ( it was in there for 3 mins and still cold).

It is 10:00 pm on November 1, 2019 and I am spending my night listening to adults and children running and screaming in the hallways. Kids are playing basketball by the elevators and this is happening all over the hotel.

When I stepped outside my door I met some adults and was told it was a hockey tournament and sorry for the noise. I called downstairs to the front desk and was told someone would be up to deal with the noise.

Nothing changed and the noise continued. What does a hockey tournament have to do with parents and kids disturbing the rest of the quests in the hotel. Frankly my dog is better behaved in our room. This is the first time I have stayed at the Holiday Inn and it will be my last.

My daughter is a flight attendant so we travel quite a bit and any chance I get I stay at a Holiday Inn, I have always been very satisfied! We recently planned a trip to Honolulu. We fly stand bye so normally I don't book a hotel, but we saw that there were 35 open seats so I went ahead and booked it for 6 nights less than 24 hours before we were supposed to get there.

incident details: I had booked to stay at the holiday inn whilst I was having surgery in London. I had purposely taken my monzo travel card to safeguard myself against theft whilst in the private hospital as this runs off a zero balance until I transfer funds as and when needed.

10 stayed at Holiday Inn Almaty, Kazakhstan. Payed mine stay upon check in with credit card and confirmed with PIN. During check out wanted to pay ordered taxi with the same card. Lady from reception desk charged my card again for hotel accommodations and taxi, no PIN required so she violated privacy data as I haven’t confirmed value charged on mine credit card.

Instead good bay I’ve got advice that I should listen to her. So now I have to write appeals to mine bank to your hotel as you have incompetent stuff on reception. Even saw in reviews that this is common practice in your hotel.

I stood at the Holiday Inn from 10/18/2019 to10/25/2019 and rented 2 rooms for the money that I spend I expected more because 1 they had humidifier in the room that every night I had to empty because it would beep all night and my wife called front desk they said they would send some one but nobody would show up.

2 they had 2 elevator and 1 was broken and the other one was being use by housekeeping and contractors so I would have to carry a stroller and baby down and up three flights of stairs every day . 3 then you go have breakfast and as you are eating some bum dirty off the streets walks right in and is touching the food and serving him self and toaster did not work legs on bed was water longed I have pic just have to figure out how to up load from phone

My complaints are as follows, firstly your manager couldn't care less if he was paid to do so, we stayed on the 25th October 2019 and paid £14 on top of the room for parking. Went out to eat to find on our return the parking had been given to another customer.

The manager was too busy to talk then only offered a refund once we complained. Breakfast was also cold, eggs were watery and tasteless the rolls were drying out the sausages lacked taste we had 2 rooms and were very disappointed

We are currently staying at the Holiday inn express Biloxi and last night my service dog barked to wake me (alert me ) my sugar was dangerously high 892 My bag with my insulin could not be located we ran out in a frantic looking for it my dog did bark when I left the room but this morning I received a call from the manager who 1 could barely speak English 2 was extremely rude about the situation .

We checked into the Holiday Inn, Budd Lake, NJ on Friday evening, October 25, between 5:45 and 6:00 pm. We were being driven from Newark International Airport by a Lyft Driver named Martin. We asked Martin to wait for us as we checked into the hotel, went to our room to change clothes, and then came back to have Martin drive us to a rehearsal dinner at Perona Farms in Andover, NJ.

I had just climbed in to bed started to fall asleep, then could hear an odd noise turned on the light and saw a mouse. Went to the front desk to get a new room, the fellow gave me a room the a jacuzzi tub which I guess he figured would fix everything, however since it was 10 pm and I needed to be up at 2am I wats not concerned with the ‘upgrade’.

Nearly a year ago, (Oct 26th and 27th, 2018) I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Mishawaka/Granger Indiana. 58 for the two nights. 58 out. That is $250 OVER the amount they were entitled to. They never provided me any explanation until I contacted them.

They said that since I signed a non-smoking agreement, then went ahead and smoked in my room, I owed them an extra $250, which they went ahead and helped themselves to. One problem with their story. I DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. I DO NOT SMOKE. I NEVER HAVE SMOKED.

The power has been out since 1pm and there is no running water. We were told power should be back by 8pm. Still nothing. The staff are doing the best they can. My complaint is about management. There is no direction or assistance from him. Do you know that the staff were told to charge for bottled water??? Until my colleague said - You don’t have running water, you can’t charge for that! The manager should be talking to the visitors and handing out the water. First and foremost I love staying at the holiday inn, have been many of times without a problem. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay last min “day of” do to a passing in my family and traveling over two hours away from my family was not something any human would do considering the circumstances.

The following day I go to pay for part of the arrangements for the funeral and my pre paid card is denied. It was only three bucks on the card. I was baffled because I know I’d not spent any money.

I checked my card and not only was the money gone, I’d been charged for the entire stay. I called the hotel and they denied me. Mind you the girl I spoke to claim she couldn’t help me but didn’t fail to mention it’s nothing she could do because manager wouldn’t be back in until Monday.

I have never written a review about anything before, and even though it's been a few weeks since our visit to this hotel, I felt obligated to warn others who make vacation plans that include services from Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Orleans Airport South 110 James Drive E, Saint Rose, LA. This is the review I sent through Goggle and TripAdvisor.

The room was very nice, however, we chose this location simply based on the fact that they provided shuttle service to the airport. Shortly after checking in with John (which is when we made arrangements to meet the shuttle the next morning at 6:30) my husband went down to the lobby and overhead John speaking to someone on the phone about "lost keys to the shuttle"; "hasn't been able to be used for awhile".

I stayed at the H I in Jefferson City, MO on 10/17 thru 10/20. Housekeeping emptied trash in the bedroom, spread one bed, but not the other. (Indicated that there were personal items on the bed) not true, Nothing was on the bed but linen.

The trash was not emptied in the bathroom, Clean towels were left, but nothing was cleaned. Called front desk, was told to move to another room. Packed up and a young man was sent to clean the room. Front desk told him I said that I would stay in the room.

(Not true) I had to pay for the 3 nights in advance. Front desk indicated that since I moved to another room, that was all she could do. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. You can hear everything going on in the hallways and low toilets.

As a long time Priority members (780373601) I have to make my initial complaint concerning one of your hotels (the Holiday Inn Express in Toledo OH on Secor Road. My husband and I were traveling from Maryland to North Dakota and stopped for the night in Toledo, OH. On our way there I called ahead asking about prices and various discounts. I was quoted a price of $117.00 which included all discounts and taxes. I told the clerk that I would call back later after conferring with my husband. Before I called back we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express and when I went in to check in I was told that the room would be $123.00 plus taxes.
