Three phone calls, 25 minutes, 45 minutes, and on hold now. The wait music is excruciatingly painful to listen to. They are full of sh*t. They asked for a callback number in case we were disconnected. We were disconnected and no one called back.

I called 3 days ago regarding an issue and was told that I'd hear back from someone in 48 hours. I did not hear back from anyone so am on hold again. Much better hotels out there.

I regularly use the Parking options at HI Orlando airport. During a recent trip I had an unexpected layover. I called to extend my parking. HI has engaged a new third party to manage their parking lot. It is a huge hassle and double the price.

They said that I could not extend because I did not memorize my tag number. I have no documents with me that has my tag number on it.

However I went online and paid for an additional week anyway using the color/make of my car in the tag number box. The staff member Jessica said I was a liar and did not pay because you couldn’t pay without the tag.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express at 120 Camaron St, San Antonio. Room 110 Arrived 6-5-23 Departed 6-7-23 I reserved directly through the motel. I told them I was a AARP member. They said when arrived tell them that, which I did.

When I checked out I told them is this the AARP rate. The manager did not know how to apply AARP. 95. They did not apply my AARP as I was told they would do. I demand a refund of what it would have cost with AARP.

Another issue the bathroom sink plug handle was broken and had to lift the plug by hand. The TV digital guide was not working right. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I checekd in on June 8th. Went to out and come back with roaches on the table crawing around the phone. The front desk has a video of the raoches. She moved us to another room the next day come back from supper and roaches was crawling up the wall she has pitures of that and seen the dead bug.

Manger was to issue a full refund if I changed Hotel which I did. My daughter has has bed bugs bites on here back now. This was an awful experience and I didn't bring any of my clothes home beside what I was wearing.

I need a full refund for the stay and my car cleaned and detailed, and replacement of clothes and damges. I should haven't have to pay for a roach house. My money still hasn't been credited back. I need to replace everything I put in the trash to not bring home.

I recently book a room at the Holiday Inn Express in La Plata, Maryland on 6/8/23 (checked in) through 6/10/23 (check out).

However, on 6/9/23 I inquired about extending our stay until 6/11/23 and I was advised that there was no availability at the time, but to check back in the morning for any cancelations. On 6/10/23 at 6:30 am, I contacted the front desk staff (at the front desk in person) and advised that I would like to extend my stay another day and check out on 6/11/23.

The staff checked their system and advised that I could extend my stay and check out on 6/11/23.

I am a Platinum Elite Member with Holiday Inn. I have been an IHG member since 2005. They have been in a steady decline the past few years. On occasion, I will stay at another brand to see the quality of front desk, amenities, room, and breakfast.

There are still a few Holiday Inns that hold up well, but my last trip to North Charleston, no welcome and thank you for being an IHG member. No body wash in the bathroom. The breakfast stopped bringing out cinnamon rolls before 8 and breakfast was until 9.

I think it bothered me because it is the third time in my last five trips that I was not welcomed as an IHG member. I went to a Drury Hotel a few days ago and felt like family. Over the years, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars staying at Holiday Inn Hotels.

the rooms were not good at the bedding had stains on the pillows and comforters and there were gnats flying everywhere in the bathroom on the mirrors, while sitting on the toilet and while taking a showing when leaving out the room had to brush a few off my clothes.

I left a note for the manager and even call 3 to 4 times and manage still have not called me back. The staff would say he wasn't there or they promise he would call me back. I feel like this is unacceptable for any business.

I went to Holiday Inn Tappahannock on June 2, 2023 for a reservation. The manager, Amanda Lowe took my ID and credit card and I was told to return later for a room. When I returned there were three different people at the front desk and they said we did not have a reservation and would need to pay again so we left.

The next day I noticed there was a charge for the room. When I contacted Ms. Lowe she said I was a no show and she would not give me a refund. I contacted IHG by phone with no results.

I was never given a confirmation number and was told there was no reservation. I would like a full refund.

Major issue with room this past stay - 1 night from June 2nd to 3rd - to list out, here are the issues, which is yet to be resolved -

Originally, reserved a 2 queen bedroom- for 2 adults and 2 children

As soon as I saw a reservation changed to one king bed, I immediately called and explained that it was a parent with two girls and that the one king bed wouldn’t work. The front desk acknowledged it and said they they were able to change it back to a two queen bedroom. (FYI - we reserved way in advance - but hotel gave away our rooms to another block of rooms AFTER we had already reserved these rooms.)

Other parent got there with her daughter and my daughter, and found that we were switched back to the 1 King bedroom - and front desk ended up giving 2 - 1 FULL SIZE bedroom for 3 of them.…

My husband & I had a reservation to stay at the Holiday Inn Marina IHG in Corpus Christie on May 19 for 1 night. 38. Our stay was fine. The problem is that when we got our credit card statement in we were charged twice for the 1 night.

I called the phone # associated with the charge on our statement and gave the lady all the information she asked for. She stated it would be looked into and an email would be sent. No email ever came and so I called back on Fri. June 2nd.

I gave that lady the same information and was told the exact same thing. We have never heard back from anyone thru email and I don't know who else to contact. Can you please help me get this issue resolved and out money refunded.

This is for the Independence Holiday Inn express. We have been speaking to Laura and did book an event for my Mother in law. Covid was still a concern so we decided to just use the money we put down on the party and use it for something else.

We tried doing that and Laura pretty much said we lost our money. She verbally gave us the ok to use it towards another event and to just call her when we decided. Today she pretty much said we lost our deposit and could not tell me where this money went to.

Maybe her pocket is to why it was easy for her to tell me we lost our deposit. She did not say we had a time limit when we told her we would do another event and not the bday party as originally planned and just said to just let her know when we were ready. What a rip off!

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life and I travel all the time . When we checked in I was given a different rate then what I was quoted. The girl at the desk called her Manager.

Supposedly she was the General Manager. She put me on the phone with her. I was very polite. She was extremely rude . Basically I asked her why I was getting a higher rate than what I was quoted. I even showed the girl behind the desk my conformation email with the rate on it .

I was at your place in Chesapeake, Va on Gum rd. What I experienced was horrible. In the dining area the hot food was gone and the girl wouldn’t make anymore. The same girl was yelling at another lady for having her service dog there.

She didn’t stop to listen. All she did was holler at the lady to remove her dog. She needs her dog. The girl in the food area was rude and just horrible to the guests. She also told us her daughter was the general manager as though it meant something to us.

I think that somebody needs to do something about this situation because it doesn’t look good at all for your business. Treating a disabled lady the way she did is absolutely unacceptable. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when I tried to get some help either.

To advertise a price for being a veteran, after a long drive get to hotel to be told the price has doubled because of my husband didn't have travel papers, he is 70 yrs old & a veteran how would he have travel papers? He served his country & his veteran status is on his license.

Behavior of Front office manager was rude and she nor staff acted in a professional manner. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express and were never disregarded as we were by Ms. We made reservations for one night over the phone and were not told renovations were being made at the mentioned Inn.

Renovations did not bother us as we entered the lobby and we did see the taped up computer printout informing us of the renovations. We checked in and found the room to be not ready for occupancy but did think it was clean.

This was a Holiday Inn Express in Toledo, Ohio. The level of service has tanked at your hotel. They do not clean rooms even when asked. They do not supply fresh towels even when asked. They do not provide enough toilet paper and tell you if you want to get any to come get it.

They do not provide garbage bags. We were told if we want our trash taken we needed to drop it off ourselves. This is a hotel, not a hostel. Do you not realize we have many choices when booking rooms.

I’d think you’d want repeat business. The rooms were 150 a day plus fees. We do not work for you. We are your customers. What is going on?

My family stayed at Holiday Inn and Suites Nashville Downtown May 7-9, 2023. The staff at the hotel charged my accounts 3 times for the same stay. The hotel has taken over $2500.00 from my accounts. If I could give this place zero stars I seriously would. I just stayed here with my three girls and the place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

First off, there was no hot water in our room, our toilet wouldn’t flush because it was clogged. I told the front desk and all he said was oh I didn’t know that and that was the end of it, so we basically couldn’t use our toilet.

There was rust and mildew on the bathroom and kitchen sink. Our room smelled like a wet cat and mildew literally, there was a big stain on one of the chairs at the table. And there must have been a leak somewhere in that room because the wallpaper has big bubbles in them.

I checked into the Holiday Inn Express at 11370 Days Court, Waldorf, MD on April 28th, 2023 and checked out April 30th, 2023. I am a loyal IHG and have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express hotels. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any hotel.

Stayed at the holiday inn express in Charles, Illinois as part of a hockey team. They pretty much labeled us as soon as we walked in the door. We were accused of drinking alcohol in the lobby at 6pm. Had the cops called on us!

We were literally sitting in the lobby watching hockey drinking leftover drinks from chick fil a, soda bottles, coffee bottles, etc no one had alcohol but had the cops called on us! The cops even thought it was a joke!

There was an incident that morning when we did have bloody Mary’s but we were unaware of their alcohol rule so they rudely told us and we abided by their rules and apologized for not knowing. We’re a travel hockey team and have had many hotel experiences but never have had this issue!!

Stayed at holiday inn in Germantown,Tenn Clerk charge us 149 per nite for four nites. 00 for room no331. This was April 18 through April 22. When leaving I ask clerk for our paper work. The clerk gave me the paper work for room 231 by mistake. 00.

We have been trying to work with the Holiday Inn in Forsythe, IL, for a room block for my daughter's wedding that is coming up in September 2023. My daughter got the initial room block set up and she's had some follow up questions that she cannot get anyone to respond to her.

I made a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Palm Desert -Millennium for Saturday April 8, 2023 for a one night stay. We arrived prior to the stated 4:00 check-in time (at 2:30). The front desk person stated that there were no rooms available for early check in yet, but took my cell phone number to text me if one opened early.

If not, a room would be given at the regular 4:00 time as promised per company policy. No text was received, so returned at 4:01 pm. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in. I was told to wait.

My parents booked a room on April 2nd because they had been w/o electric and my father is on 100% oxygen. He is also a veteran. When they arrived, they were told there is no early check in and had to leave so they could be someplace where he could stay and charge his oxygen.

They cancelled the reservation within an hour after making it due to the circumstances. The manager told them there is no refund because it was through a third party booking company. com, tried to speak to the manager about the extenuating circumstances and was told there would be no refund.

My parents live two miles away from the hotel, so the staff was aware there was an outage. At the very least, an early check in was warranted. There has been no compassion or care as to this situation from the Newell Holiday Inn.…

I am trying to reach someone at Holiday Inn’s corporate about the lack of help and respect we have received after miscommunication on the hotel’s end.

We have been fighting this issue since December 2022 and the offer extended to us based on that is insulting. Here was the response your manager gave Amex when I originally tried to contact them. “We understand the importance of getting a refund due to extenuating circumstance, after speaking with Holiday Inn Express And Suites Detroit Dearborn, an IHG Hotel they have told me that they are holding to the original cancellation policy for your booking and declined your refund request but in exchange they are allowing you to have a 3 nights stay in same original location that is valid to use until December 31, 2022.”

Hello,

I'm writing today to express my total displeasure with your property in Nassau, Bahamas. My wife and I stayed there on Thursday evening March 30th for one night only. We were in town for an awards dinner at the COVE and wanted to spend one more night in town. When we arrived at the property, we were totally shocked. The first room they put us in which was room 407 which was completely disjointed. The queen bed was on one side of the front door when you walk in and to the right of the front door was the sitting area. If you look out the window from the sitting area there was tons of pigeon dung along with the associated pigeons. Not a good presentation.
