We r currently staying at a Holiday Inn in Tx. We wanted to check our rewards and were told we did not have any points because they expire after a year. We were never notified of the change. Had we known our points expired we certainly would have used another hotel chain.
Moving forward we will not use you in the future. Treating your long time customers in this manner is unacceptable. You are overpriced to begin with.
