After paying and pumping premium fuel I noticed a sticker on the pump saying 87. So I went back in the store and asked why were the stickers there and was told they only have unleaded fuel and it's been that way for weeks.

I asked why I was charged for premium if they don't have any and asked for a refund for what I was over charged and was told no. Come back tomorrow. I sead I wanted to speak with a manager and was told no. Come back tomorrow.

I refused to leave without a refund. The store at 1709 Nicollet Ave S. There is a guy named Tyler that works there. He is rude disrespectful and so loud. He screamed at my daughter and told her that if she didn't have the right amount to just leave the store.

The woman Sherry told my daughter she would help her and was so nice. I have noticed that Tyler does not really help Sherry out that much when the line is long at the store he stands there on his phone or takes off walking away.

The advertisement for if you purchase an item so many times you get one free. The computer system keeps track of how many times you purchase the item. Then when you suppose to get the discounted item, it tells you, you have the item for free, but will not apply the discount to the price.

The employee can see your suppose to get item for free and do nothing to correct the error. It feel like false advertisement.

Why is every pump at the holiday store 274-6446 out of order? It’s filthy dirty and the majority of the gas pumps are not working? The carb wash is usually down too and when it is working doesn’t even wash the soap off the cars.

7 or 8 times since mid November 2022 the buy 7 sandwiches get 1 free program failed to credit my free sandwich. The screen displays I've reached my free sandwich but it never discounts on my receipt. This has happened again this morning at the Holiday in Apple Valley minnesota on Galaxie Ave.

I recently kicked out of Holiday gas station by the manager for no reason. She was upset that one of her workers got thrown in jail for violating a restraining order against a family member of mine. I personally have nothing against the guy.

Stopped to get gas, sign stated 3.14. While pumping I notice the gas pump stated 3.19. When I went into pay and asked about the difference, they shortly stated it is 3.19, I stated it was false advertising. They stated 'no it is 3.19 cant get the sign changed', no apology or we're sorry it was short and to the point. They didn't even offer me my receipt. The attitude was like: pay and get out. I'm writing regarding an incident at the Marquette MI Holiday Station on US-41. I have been a loyal customer for many years buying gasoline, propane and various other incidentals. I stop at the store multiple times per week. Today I attempted to return for exchange a broken propane tank I purchased a few days ago.

I hooked it up to my heater hose today and when I tried to turn to gas on, the handle came off in my hand with all or part of the valve stem attached to it. I've used propane tanks since the 1970s and have never had anything like this happen.

I had paid for the tank a few days prior with my credit card and opted to not get a receipt. I was met with a brick wall by the two employees at the store.

Finally one called the manager and said I should come to the store tomorrow…

While I was being helped buying a car wash today at 5:00pm, at the Holiday in White Bear Lake, Mn off Hwy 61 and County Rd F, staff member May or Mae was loudly yelling at another male staff member while both staff were at the service counter. May was yelling at the male staff to get away from her and stop looking at her.

The male staff was quiet in his interactions with May and walked away to the back room after about a minute of this going on. This was very disruptive to customers and totally unprofessional. I asked the gal I was buying the car wash from for May's name and she would not tell me, stating it was not her business and she did not want to get involved.

Any issues between staff NEED to be handled in a private area. Unacceptable!

I could be wrong but can't you use your banks checkcard to purchase lottery if you input the pin? I've done it at other brands gas stations before. I had to use the ATM because I didn't have cash, which charged me a fee because I bank with a different bank other than US bank.

I prepaid $10, the pump didn’t stop so I went inside to see why. The store manager said it was a cashiers mistake then with a smirk on his face asked me how I was gonna pay the difference and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t pay.
