While shopping at Home Depot, the associate asked if I would like to upgrade my card to a pro extra account. What they didn’t tell me was, they were not upgrading my existing account, they opened up a new account.

So after purchasing thousands of dollars of supplies for a construction project, I was sending in money to the only account I knew I had, not knowing that there was another account that was not being paid. When I got a bill for the old account, I called Home Depot to move some of the credit from my pro account to pay off the consumer account.

I was told $1000 was transferred to cover that charge. So after another call from Citibank again threatening me for payment, I called Home Depot again this morning. Home Depot associates on the phone told me they were unable to see…

I am writing to express my disappointment with the process of getting my dishwasher installed on time. I recently purchased a dishwasher from your store and scheduled an installation appointment. However, the experience was far from satisfactory.

During the initial installation, the installer requested that I purchase a 12-foot dishwasher installation kit. However, there was no mention of the need for a drain kit or a plumber. As a result, I had to reschedule the installation twice more, causing a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.

Purchase Amana side by side refrigerator April 15th then two young boys deleivered April 22. They didn't know how to level, hook up ice maker, etc. They hurry told me to sign paper work cause they had another deliver. Ice maker not working, door handles not put on correctly, not leveled.

WP62620095 Your company charge me $79 for a scheduled delivery and $20 for a delivery window and then preceded to reschedule my delivery multiple times. Then promised the refund of both fees and I haven’t as of yet been reimbursed. Called customer service 3 times and still not rectified. Each time given assurance that it would happen. Last told that Ashley a supervisor from your NYC Queens Ozone Park branch would work on it and get back to me. Of course that didn’t happen.

I purchased a Glacier Bay kitchen double sink with single hole one handle pull down faucet. I went to the store because I needed a new head for the faucet. I talked to the sales associate in the faucet repair department just to find out we don't carry that item in store.

That is strange no repair parts for Home Depot product. I ask where I could get one and he rudely said online probably. He said they were there to sell faucets not repair them. I use to be a loyal customer but I'll be dame if I buy another Home Depot brand faucet that can't be repaired.

Where do I start.... I was sent a quote to me by my contractor. I wanted to pay for it but I wasn't sure how because I never paid someone else's quote before. They told me I had to redo it in my name and pay that way.

Well I did that but, some of the prices had changed (not in my favor). After going back and forth many times and being transferred, put on hold, then forgotten and cut off multiple times. I just paid for the order.

It was a threshold order and was to be delivered Friday the 29th. I got an email on the 29th that it would be delivered on the 30th and would call 30 min before they arrived. I gave them my contractors Phone # to call.

I purchased 30 bags of mulch today at 14000 Georgia Ave Aspen Hill, MD, 20906 (4/4/2023) at 3:00 PM. I rented a truck from Home Depot at the same location and waited almost two hours. I had to return the truck and mulch back because nobody wanted to help me get the mulch. The cashier spoke over the intercom 4-5 times and made a few phone calls but nobody came. I went there and a few associates said that they would bring mulch to the front, which never happened. I returned home at 5:00 PM without the mulch. I was wondering why the store refused to help me get the mulch that I needed. I need a written explanation from you all.

A window replacement went wrong. Water is leaking through seal, bad caulk coming off. During 3 years their subcontractor keeps lying, doing nothing until warranty expire. several calls. B B B complaint, and still have problem. If you have an installation hire someone else.

Home Depot is unreliable and liars. They turn the problem to sub contractor, and are unresponsive. Do not use this company for installation you will be on your own, and your getting destroyed.

I know it is hard to find good help. But the rude way that i was treated yesterday when I picked up a moewer I picked up at your store in Marble Falls Texas was like nothing I have every experienced.

I have had a HD credit card for many years. But because your online website would not allow me to place an order, or even set up an online account, it took me over an hour to place the order by phone. The only reason I persisted was I couldn't find the item elsewhere. Fast forward about a month. I went online to pay my bill. After searching you website unsuccessfully for a way to pay my bill, I called your phone number, and in total it wasted another 45 minutes of my time, just getting my bill paid.

All other corporations I deal with make it fairly easy to pay bills online. Your system makes it impossible. I even tried going online after getting my bill paid by PHONE, just to see if I could set up an account. Once again, your system prevented me from setting up an account.

There is no resolution needed. This is just information. I ordered an Anderson storm door on Mar11. The delivery date is April 13. No one else in the retail word takes almost a month the ship a product. 28 days to be exact and that is assuming it will be delivered as scheduled, and I'm doubting that will happen.

I will continue to shop in H for nickle-dime purchases, but I have placed my last order and ordered my last major item from you. Lowes and Amazon offer comparable prices and faster shipping. I have mentioned this to store associates and no one seems to care I assume this complaint will yield a similar result.

I tried sending a complaint via your web site however I took a phone call and when I returned to the screen the complaint disappeared so I am sending to address I found. My whole complaint started on March 16th when I went on line to purchase a dryer at Harrisonburg, VA.

I was told it couldn't be delivered until March 23. I wasn't happy about the delivery time they were offering but I could live with it. Beware of ordering thru online with Home Depot as the CEO and Board of Directors seem to have implemented a confusing procedure protocol when handling delivery packages that negatively affects legitimate customer mishaps as they attempt to thwart and address their internal logistical fraud concerns at our expense. Recently, I ordered $650 of items (a mix of in-store stock and not) via Home Depot iPhone app $650 paying via PayPal.

I hired Home Depot to install vinyl flooring in my kitchen & hallway. The installers didn’t spread the pattern out. In the middle of my kitchen were 5 of the exact same board side by side. There were doubles & triples of the same all over.

They boarded over the drain under my washing machine, smeared silicone all over, & dented a board in my hallway. The installers refused to come back to fix the problems. Another Home Depot crew came out but said they couldn’t fix the problems without reinstalling the entire floor & left.

I was in your Home Depot today in the tile department at Woodhaven store Michigan, and the gentleman with blue hair that helped us was completely rude and acted as if we interrupted his day. He also rolled his eyes at us like he didn’t have time for our questions, nor did he want to wait on us.

I shopped at Home Depot for a dishwasher…found exactly what I wanted but it was not available in white…it was suggested that I order it on line…the salesperson wrote the item number down for me and I went home and ordered it. When it came it had a large scratch on the door..

I contacted my local Home Depot where I had seen the one I wanted and was told that I ordered it on line and could not return it. In looking closer, I realized not only was it damaged, but also the wrong model…checked numbers and the sales person had written down the wrong item number.

We have been using this store for almost 3 years and have seen it declining the last six months. My biggest concern recently is a safety issue. I know there is a demand with the recent hurricane and the store is trying to keep up with supply but you cant even walk in there with non essential items blocking the aisles along with material lifts and empty boxes in every dept.

You dont know if should enter a aisle or not with partially open barricades with nobody doing nothing? And then there is the main aisles with all their tool specials. Not trying to second guess management but Lowes has all the hurricane essentials outside the building.

We have received large appliances from Home Depot: a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven. All delivered to our house, installed, and the old one hauled away. I ordered a dryer, waited 2 weeks for delivery, then the day of the delivery was told they can't deliver to our house because of a weight limit. What?

They offered to meet us to give us the dryer. What? So, how does that work for haul away and installation? The laziness, the inaccurate information, on the day of delivery after waiting for so long with no working dryer, in New Hampshire. Fuck Home Depot. Never again.

I shop at home depot nearly every day and on Monday. I pulled in with my truck and my eighteen football trailer and they had the loading zone all fenced off. I asked in associate what was going on and they told me that it was for pros loading only well.

That's what I am and they told me that I needed to go and purchase my materials and then let them know and then they would let me in and then I? Could go get my truck and bring my truck up and they would load it for me.

I checked online to see if the Yonkers Home Depot 601 Sprain Rd. Yonkers ny 10710 had a skid of heating pellets in stock , it said 1 skid available for store pick up. I waited online and spoke to the same sales person at the Pro desk who I dealt with on prior skids of pellets I have purchased in the past.

She charged my credit card , and I told her I would take my truck to the garden department to load up with the forklift. The gates were down and I told one of the workers on the other side of the fence that I was there to pick up a skid of pellets and tried to show him the invoice.

I went to two Homedepo stores 6 times in Virginia beach to purchase two commodes and for installation. Nobody knows how to place the order. One lady placed the order and took the payment of 652 dollars for installation and commodes.

She told me I would a call from the plumber within 2-3 days. The following days the store calls me telling me that I have to pay another 300 dollars. I went to the store, looks like everything was paid off but the system shows due 300 dollars.

They canceled the order and tried to place the order again but were unsuccessful. Both stores gave me excuses that the system is acting out and the manager is sick at the BCH store and is off at the Lynnhaven store.

I finally bought two commodes from Lowes and they installed them within 3 days.

On 1/12/23 we purchased a new washing machine from you store. When it was delivered, we were told the base on the previous washer did not fit under the new one so they took it away. We went back and were told they were out of stock.

On the 28 of Feb 2023 it was suppose to be delivered @ 1 pm. Received a call at 8:20 AM saying they were 45 mins away. I informed them that it was not suppose to be delivered till 1 because my husband had an appointment for radiation treatment that he can’t missed.

I helped my father purchase a new Whirlpool machine on 1/31/2023 in the Orange/Tustin Ave. store. We were told if there was ANYTHING wrong with the machine we had 48 hours to call and they provided a printed paper with information about Temco Delivery and the number to call with problems.

Within 3 hours of deliver we called to report the machine made a HORRIBLE LOUD BANGING on the spin cycle. More than if it was "out of alignment". We were not given an option to have it picked up but only to have a delivery inspector come out to confirm the problem.

FIVE days later "Ricardo" shows up. He spent maybe 20 minutes and ran a spin cycle. Told my dad (and later repeated to me) that "the noise is normal, it's a Whirlpool what do you expect. This is the way they make them.

Return refused. I do much business with HD. (Did). Imlive over twenty miles from HD Cape Coral. Today I went to return two items and make multiple purchases including two gallons paint, one gallon primer. Garden hose fittings, screen door closures, paint rollers and brushes.

Indid not have a receipt for my items, because zi paid cash. I waited twenty minutes to return the items, two packages insulation (I had purchased 10 total). ). When they could not verify that they said It was because I had no receipt.

(My employees had bought the insulation, drywall, etc, and paid cash). So I asked them to look up my AMEX card and see how much business I do with HD just on the card. my wife was shopping and came back with most of the items we needed.

We purchased a refrigerator on 2/13. Got delivery on 2/18. Refused delivery due to damage. When I asked delivery person about who would contact me on new fridge he said delivery itself. Well I called on the 21st to inquire.

Was told new delivery would be 22nd. Never happened and I got no notification, I called back and was tol 24th. Didn’t happen and no one emailed or called. So I called again and was told it will be the 25th.

We got delivery but the driver was extremely rude he at first refused to hook it up on water line because I had copper line so I had to call a plumber to come and fix that but to beat it all the delivery person didn’t take all plastic off and plug in to make sure refrigerator ran ok.

That to me is very poor customer service. I lived out of coolers for 12 days and…

Home Depot, 1712 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, Fl 33607 is the absolute WORST! I stopped going to to this store years ago because NO associate was helpful. They NEVER answer the phone! I placed an order online, item was to be delivered yesterday (02/25).

I received confirmation, received notice that item was on it’s way (24 minutes away). Early evening I received another email saying they could not delivery my item (claimed no one at home). NOT TRUE! I was home ALL day, gate open, and I have a Ring doorbell, no one came near my house.

Today is 2/26 and I’m on hold with the store for 20 minutes and NO ONE has answered the phone! Worst ever!!! I’m seriously considering switching and doing business with Lowe’s.

Our complaint is about a person, not exactly service related but does affect service. We shop at Home Depot in Hutto Texas almost daily. We have spent thousands of dollars here. Today while in the garden center I was asking a young man a question if you had a certain plant and he was kind enough to look it up, and then another elderly woman needed help and he helped her.

During this time a woman wearing the HD apron with lots of "flair" and carrying a phone yells at him from across the garden center to " GET OVER HERE". She proceeded to yell and complain at all your staff. Complaining, griping, yelling.

Today I tried purchasing on Home Depot’s website. It took 6 hours to chat with different customer service agents. They would ask me the same question and then just close the chat. I asked about price matching and prices. I also called to try to place the order.

I was on the phone for about 2 hours. The agent couldn’t help me. I spoke to the credit department and they couldn’t help me either. They sent me to the store. I went to the store and they said they couldn’t help me.

I wanted to make a purchase as soon as possible. I wasted almost all day. My order was sent through email and text too. It wouldn’t go through. I would like to get help. I want my purchase to be expedited.

I order a mandalarloian mug that all charges ended up being fourteen dollars. When it arrived it was broken in four pieces. It was just in the box with no bubble wrap around it to protect it. Bubble wrap was in the box just laying in there.

The mug was not wrapped in it. I ordered it because I am handicapped and do not drive. I have no one to take me or go for me. I would like a refund or mug replaced. I appreciate your help
