00USD. On Friday December 31, 2022 I Had an alert on the heater which referenced code A102 which is a water sensor alarm. At that point, and being under warranty I place a call to the protection plan center since the above alert cuts power to the heater and thus no hot water.

The customer service rep explained that I would not receive a call back before Wednesday January 4, 2023. That was due to a 2 business day delay plus the New Years holiday being on a Monday, thus Sat,Sun,Mon, then 2 business days Tues, & Wed.

I purchased a Wyze camera from Home Depot and it will not work the assistant manager has given me a rough time trying to get it replaced he kept my camera and told me I could pick one up on Feb 14th still have not received it so I go in to store to check on status customer service lady flat out calls me a liar and they don’t sell cameras I spend a decent amount of money here and feel like I have been disrespected multiple times.

Store in Bridgeport, WV. I made 3 laps around the store trying to find someone to help me find brackets for blinds. I never did find anyone. I then went to look at an upright freezer, which I was prepared to buy that day.

I ordered a major appliance for delivery. The delivery address was incorrect by 1 block. Same street wrong house number. The delivery was returned to the warehouse and rescheduled for a week later. I completely understand the rationale behind the policy, but when it does not make sense there ahould be someone who can make an executive decision to make an exception.

Customer service updated the address in the system, but the truck literally had to drive past the house and take the item back to the warehouse. Same street wrong house number . Makes no sense. If I can find the product elsewhere with a faster dwlivery, it will be done.

Order # H0238-217889 the following day I called the store & was ref to spk with a manager by the name Clarissa. Informed her that I had paid a qty of 15 but only 12 was loaded to my car.

08 because an employee at the rental department at store 0489 @ 3:50pm made a mistake when closing my contract. Manager solved the overcharged amount of the salvage fee and the fuel charge but did not solve the over charged of the sales tax fee and the vehicle rental tax fee after I had a discussion with the two young employees working at that time.

Order a kitchen suite on November 27,2022 and was told we would get them on January 14th. Now a month before ordering thses appliances the glass top stove we had cracked and could only use one burner. So on January 12th we get a call that says our order got pushed back to January 31, 2023.

They all finally showed up that day, and the delivery driver damaged all 3 dorr of the fridge bringing it into the home. So the fridge was refused. The night before this our old microwave decided it did not want to work anymore so we were happy the new one was there.

So we plugged it in and it sounded like crap, like a fan hitting something inside the machine. I did complain about it and was told to call the delivery company, which I did and they sent me to samsung.

Last week I purchased an American Standard toilet from your store #4905 located at 2927 Market Pl, Onalaska, WI 54650. Please see attached. Actually, I purchased two for our two baths. I worked installing one and it was not easy, and I am experienced.

When finished I adjusted for maximum flush but it has a very weak flush. It will not flash inadequately. I returned the second toilet still in the box. Then I did some research and found it was rated as a toilet you should never buy.

American Standard makes good toilets but this is not one of them. It has thin construction, is difficult to mount, does not flush enough, and the working parts in the bowl soon wear out. Store #4905 had marked these $80 off and had over 80 units available for sale.

I wouldn’t give this company one star they make me pay for Kyle instant install ahead of time but then I have to wait four months for an install. I have no bathroom because I’m waiting for tile. I got a brush my teeth in the freaking bathtub.

Bought french doors. Had home depot contractors to install. Man brought wife and 5 yr old kid. Nerve wracking. After he finished job 5 hrs later I went to look at finished product. I could have cried. Door scratched up paint scuffed dent in bottom.

Pegs missing from front to cover screws looked like a repo. Now weatherstripping sticking. Door scrubbing. Went to home depot and said they would have to order pegs I demanded they take off another door so she gave me one pack.

Had to go back and get another pack. After fussing worker said she'd give back 125 protection we paid for. Then she said paint the door. We will cover paint. It's a brand new door who wants to paint it. Very disappointed.

We purchase appliances during your black Friday sales and our delivery was suppose to be Jan. 6, 2023--the four appliances came and three were damaged so bad the drivers had to take them back. The only appliance we have is our Fridge, so we have been without a stove and microwave and dishwasher now for almost an additional 30 days--I am a Disabled Veteran with special dietary needs that I can't eat out every meal or afford to eat out.

I have certain foods I have to cook but can't because we are without stove now since January 5th when we got rid of our old stove. My husband and I own and operate a plumbing company out of Fayetteville NC. We have been a faithful Home Depot customer since we opened our doors. We only use and operate Milwaukee tools so we have always chosen Home Depot over Lowes and such.

This past Christmas we went to Home Depot and spent $4000 just in Milwaukee combo kits for our employees. 2 of those same employees went out of there way also to Home Depot and bought my husband and I a M12 Milwaukee saw.

We use the M18 tools and fuel only. This evening we took that same tool (without a receipt because it was a Christmas gift). We went to customer service and asked for them to return the M12 tool in store credit because we were going to put that amount towards the M18 saw because that's what we use.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did we not get the products that was ordered, I was called a liar and so was my landlord. We were given 3 different reasons why the products weren't delivered and when I called them out on all of them they hung up on me.

If you say you called me than you should give the correct number. They didn't even have my number. Then you say they were at my home but you had no idea that I have security cameras all around my house and nope they weren't on them, you decide your best option is to hang up on me.

I ordered flooring at my local store, Douglasville, Ga 12/21/2022. Received numerous emails as to when it would be delivered. Got a call from an associate at the store letting me know they didn’t have the full amount of boxes I had ordered, but had most of it.

, NYC. Invoice# H6120-183408. 1 overhead (glass) door was not with the order. I have contacted the kitchen design team on multiple occasions via face-to-face, telephone and email. The vendor (Kraftmaid) sent 3 doors (all incorrect sizes) and refuse to make the correct size.

I Bought a new Bosch Dishwasher, and paid to have it installed. They installed it and did not leave me a manual. The test cycle came out wet. I then learn that I needed to use a rinse aid. HomeDepot did not provide me with a manual and asked me to contact Bosch. When I contacted Bosch, they said they would send out the manual in 3 days. So I did not have the manual, and I had to wait. I then bought Rinse aid, and when I tried it i found that the rinse aid compartment was leaking.

I would appreciate it if this issue is resolved as soon as possible. There is no way I could have detected the rinse aid dispenser leak within 48 hours, as I was not even aware i had to use it for drying and I had no manual.

On December 23, 2022 my husband, Rich and I made a special order for a dishwasher at your Kenai store # 8938, first there were no dishwashers available for purchase, we had to order them and because of the model we wanted we had to make a special order and were told it would take 8-12 weeks to receive our dishwasher.

Husband and I wanted a security door. We ourselves had to pull out the boxed doors to see them and then we had to load them ourselves. Also bought plywood. Husband 75 years of age, me 70. Between seven to ten employees walked by us as we did business.

For 21/2 hours I tried to purchase a $1600 refrigerator wit a new Home Depot credit card one time pass I spoke to a half dozen people each more unhelpful un knowledgable than the other I went online and purchased the exact same refrigerator for the exact same price and delivery time.

Went to get a pump and a couple other things that I need out of home and garden and wouldn’t let me in sad it was a safety issue water on the floor well if that’s the case all doors leading in should be closed cause there was water on all and no signs say sleeper floors.

I ordered a zero turn lawn mower online 12/22/2022 and it was scheduled to be delivered on 01/06/2023. I checked the tracking number and it showed that it arrived at the transporters facility on 12/30/2022. The delivery date had changed from the 1/3 to 1/4 to 1/5 and back to 1/6.

I saw this and tried to call and find out what the deal is and they told me that the mower was to big to fit on the transporters liftgate and that they wouldn't be able to deliver it. So the transport company sent an email to Home Depot Corporate almost a week and a half ago and there still hasn't been anything done to resolve this.

Hi,

I had new frame and door installed. The measurements were off and both doors does not close correctly. I immediately brought this issue to the installer. Mario, the installer was supposed to come by and take a look. few weeks ago we had strong winds and the strong wind got the storm door open and got busted.

Char Griller Texas Trio Model#3070 Delivered missing one knob for a burner (only 3 of 4 in the packaging). Scratches on the lid of the grill. The installer told me to let the burners run for approx 10 mins before cooking.

He must have left something on the cooking grate because it went up in flames and melted on the grate and into the bottom half. I have pictures and videos Also I tried speaking to someone in customer service. After being bounced around your automated options for ever, I finally spoke to a human.

He told me to return the item via UPS but then hung up the call before actually solving anything.

I have been a Home Depot customer for many years. I also so have a pro account. I had the most unpleasant and horrible service yesterday at Stafford Home-depot, which I have shopping at for many years. As I have planned to change my sliding door, so I went to Stafford Home-depot.

I purchased a water heater on or about December 22, 2022. The water heater after, having checked with City Public Service 3 times, found my water heater control box to be broken, thus leaking gas! When I contacted the store where I purchased the product, the assistant manager, Andrew, was of no help at all, so I called the 800 #.
