00USD. On Friday December 31, 2022 I Had an alert on the heater which referenced code A102 which is a water sensor alarm. At that point, and being under warranty I place a call to the protection plan center since the above alert cuts power to the heater and thus no hot water.
The customer service rep explained that I would not receive a call back before Wednesday January 4, 2023. That was due to a 2 business day delay plus the New Years holiday being on a Monday, thus Sat,Sun,Mon, then 2 business days Tues, & Wed.
