I purchased a Washer from Home Depot on 11-11-2022 and still have not received to today on 12-28-2022. When the washer was delivered to my house the delivery man who had it dropped it and dented and scratched the washer.

The claims department told the man that I could not keep the washer. Call upon call and even a trip to the store directly and I still do not have merchandise nor my money, which I requested be returned to me.

00 has been sent to my account. Home depot is drawing interest on my money and holding me back from another purchase with a different vendor because they have not returned my money. Rediculous.

I order a LG refrigerator and the your deliver folks said they could not get in my kitchen door. They did take the frigid öff the truck can and measure the doors and said did not fit. I have gotten a 30’ samsung gas stove no problem and washer and dryer no problem.

My neighbor said these same two guys told her the same thing. My friend she they told her the same thing. They all went around the corner to Lowe’s they deliver each house hold with no problem. You would think someone in the Corporate Office would check this Delivery Co out.

And ANOTHER THING WHILE IN THE HELL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE TO TAKE THE APPLIANCE BACK BEFORE I CAN GET A REFUND. THIS DOES NOT HAVE SHIT TO DO WITH ME. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY GOD DAMN MONEY.

I’ve been waiting over a month for the Home Depot to contact me about finishing the job they screwed up nobody has contacted me since they came out to see what was needed .my attorney has sent letters to financial institutions to say I’m not paying anymore till it’s done the counter guy came out and has never called me back I am giving Home Depot and contractors a one star and will never buy anything again at Home Depot.

My complaint is with 2 cashiers at the Home Depot in Houston, TX on FM 1960. This has happened to me twice. I was going to the self check out line and there were 2 cashiers standing back away from the lanes talking with another African American man so I walked past them to the self checkout lane behind the people checking out.

When they were done I started to checkout when the cashiers started yelling at me. I turned around when they yelled “he is next in line”. Talking about the man they were talking to 7 feet away. I said I didn’t know they were all standing so far away.

I ordered a clothes dryer online from Home Depot because of their delivery time was short and I needed the machine.

First I was emailed and told that my delivery date would be pushed back from Dec 19 to Dec 20 with no explanation as to why. Rescheduling my plans I stayed home on the 20th to wait for the delivery within the 24 hour window that they gave us.

My husband also worked from home. At 10a I checked my email to see that 'We're sorry we missed you' and immediately called customer service. I was told that the driver had been to my home at 9:30a and had called my contact number and was told 'this is a wrong number and do not call it again'.

My Husband did an on line order at the Home Depot on Circle Drive in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, this afternoon when we arrived to pick it up it was not ready they asked what it was we had ordered when we explained what we had ordered and how we wanted it cutting they told us that they’d get it ready right away and to wait under the awning at the lumber entrance.

After waiting in the car for a half hour the worker came out and asked that I went inside to tell them exactly what I wanted after my husband had already explained this. We had ordered a piece of styrofoam 96 inches by 24 inches and we wanted it cutting into three pieces 32inches each.

Now to me that’s not rocket science but if an employee cannot figure that out then you are hiring the wrong people. I’m definitely going to think…

ordered insulation on line bundle of 8 bags only use 5 wanted to return 3bags called corprate they approved the return took them back to store for the second time of loading and unloading them waited another 30 mins while they got the approval

I ordered a Samsung range on 10/27/22. It is now Decemeber 16,2022 and I still have not taken delivery of the range. The delivery has been scheduled 7 times and I have waited patiently with no delivery no call from the delivery company or warehouse.

Customer service people are absolutely clueless, they tell me I will hear from a warehouse manager and no one calls have been told I will hear back by a certain time with no call back. Horrible customer service even worse delivery people.

One delivery driver suggested I cancel the install fee and give it to them and they would come back to install new appliances and remove existing even though the service was paid for in my order. I purchased a washing machine which was installed Tuesday, 12/13. I’m happy with the product and was happy with the installation.

However, during the installation, the exhaust tube for the dryer was disconnected. Probably accidentally by the installation. I’m not upset about that. Stuff happens. What I am upset about is that I have to wait three days for someone to correct the problem.

I waited three days to get the washer installed. Not a problem. But to wait another three days to get the problem corrected? I can’t use the washer without being able to use the dryer. I’m disabled or I would reconnect the exhaust tube myself. Your mistake.

I purchased 4 appliances from the Home Depot in Loganville, Ga #172 and had them installed. The installation went very poorly with several mistakes made. Approximately two weeks after the installation, the microwave made a loud pop noise and dropped an inch or so on the left side.

I went back to the store and spoke with management. The follow up install team was sent to my home several days later and discovered that the retaining threads on the left side were stripped and the microwave required replacement.

I called the store again to discuss with management and was handed off to a support person for special order products who took my information. He said he did not have the authority to replace it but would speak to the manager (who was off that day) and get things taken care of.

83 Pick up from store #4284 Westerly, Rhode Island. Item arrived after Nov 28 This item is large so I needed to get a trailer and help for pick up. I went to store #4282 to pick up my purchase on Dec 10.

The item was found on a small pallet with one end sitting on the wet ground. When the employee picked up the box with the lift, the end of the box on the ground was wet and frozen to the ground.

The contents of the box were all over the ground. Some parts were lying outside of the box on the pallet. He continued to lift the box and drive the lift. While he was driving items in the box were falling out onto the ground.

At this point I refused to accept the item in this condition. The person at customer service said they would reorder a new one and would attach a note stating not to leave…

Absolutely horrible, try calling the credit card services line. Each person at the main office should get a question to get an answer for so they can see how they make out when they call. I was on the phone for over an hour and had nothing but problems with little result, I was disconnected multiple times with a very serious problem, credit fraud issues and

just kept being questioned on more personal information after giving the reference number from the letter they sent to my home. Your system needs review. I personally hope someone sees this and gives it a look. It definitely effects your returning customers.

First I want to say I love Home Depot and it has always been my go-to store for building/home repair items. When I place an on line order I usually place the order a few days before I need it to ensure the order is available when I get there.

It is 100 mile round trip from my home to the nearest Home Depot store. I will usually place my order before another visit to Tallahassee so I can combine Trips. Recently the order has not been ready a few days after I placed the order, on these previous occasions I was going to town soon after so no big problem.

I spent over $6k a year ago for 2 sliding doors. It has taken many months and many visits to my local Home Depot store to locate the items - all of which have come in piecemeal. I still have not received two screen doors that go with the order.

Dealing with them to locate my order has been disastrous. Nobody knows where anything is and. they have had me waiting for hours in the store while person X, tries to find person Y or maybe someone is scrambling in their chaotic storage area to find things.

I have gone into the storage area myself to assist. Awful!!!

I called to cancel my order,of a side board buffet,within 24 hrs of ordering on line. They said they couldn't cancel,because it had been shipped. Upon ordering it, it did not say assembly required. I have called 5 times to get a resolution,on line number. Customer service is awful!

I'd give them a zero,that was not an option. I got hung up,lied to,told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I will never shop Home Depot again!!! I came home to find ups stickers by my back door.

I've been hauling the 95 bld boxes in and outside on my front porch,via what the call center told me. The 1 I spoke to this am said ups will be here Dec 7th. It's Dec 5th. I thought finally someone listened an told the truth.

I have a Home Depot credit card and every so often I get a 10% off coupon in the mail to use. I also get gift cards from people/family to buy stuff. This is not about the store card you get from returns.

My problem happens when I want to use my 10% off coupon along with my gift card. Home Depot won't let me use both, they say I can use the 10% off coupon only with my Home Depot credit card.

I thought a gift card is the same as cash. Other major companies allow the use of both , but not Home Depot. My only recourse is to go to customer service, show them the 10% off coupon, and have them give me a 10% customer satisfaction discount.

Then I can use my gift card to pay the balance. This should not have to be such a complicated process to save a few dollars. I hope Home Depot will consider…

Had delivery of an oven scheduled today. Received a phone call at 6:44 from a random number and no voicemail. Went back to bed. Woke to a call from home Depot at 718 saying I had until 730 to get out there guys are there.

Went out there at 724 after getting dogs out and they said nope can't deliver now since we have until 730. I said it's 724 and they said have to call Home Depot. As I was in middle of the street calling, at exactly 7:30 they just drove off. No communication no nothing.

I ordered a fridge, washer, and dryer to be delivered today. The installers came with just the washer and dryer. I asked where’s the fridge? And I was told that they were not tracking of a fridge and yet I received an email with the confirmation of delivery for all 3 appliances.

I purchased a GE range and was delivered today (11/18/2022). The delivery was as scheduled. I inspected the range for any damage. The only thing I didn't check was to see if the drawer closed completely. Unfortunately due to the power cord it did not.

I immediately call customer service, spoke with Diane whose only resolution was a service call on November 28th! The drawer sticks out (in a walk way) and when pushed in hits the cord. My fear is continuous pushing the drawer closed being sharp metal will eventually cut the power cord.

I asked for a supervisor got Alex who offered no resolution better than Diane! Ten days was the best he could. When asked for his supervisor, I was told that person was not available or was his supervisor. I was told I could not have contact information…

Purchased a refrigerator and freezer and 2 days later found a coupon for $75 off. Was told by credit department that in order to use the coupon I had to return to the store. Was told at the store that I couldn’t use the coupon because the refrigerator was already discounted.

Hello,

We purchased windows in mid 2021 with an installation date of October 2021. The windows and installation was problematic, and is still not complete more that ONE YEAR later. We have been trying to work with Tracy, a 'regional manager' in Kansas City, and have gotten nowhere. We contacted our salesperson to assist, and he was able to get her to call, but still nothing has been done.

We are now in the second winter with incomplete installation and waiting on replaced windows.

Please advise.

I purchased 6 tons of wood pellets. The pellets were damaged before delivery to my house and restacked. Some on double pallets. My initial contact with home Depot I was given 8 bags of pellets as a replacement. As I started burning the pellets they would not burn properly.

They were powdery, smelled, dusty and my stove would shut down. My second contact with home Depot I was told they are aware of the problem and have been getting a lot of complaints from other customers. They refunded me the delivery fee and said to contact the Pellet mfg.

I did contact the Pellet mfg and I was told they were unaware of any quality issues and I was the first and only complaint.. They also told me they never would ship any pellets on double pallets and it was home Depot issue.

I'm frustrated going back…

Worst possible extended warranty you can purchase. They will not honor, will not repair. My Samsung $1,000 washer is barely 2 years old, broken, and the Warranty Department keeps canceling Samsung tickets. So a new service call must be made and the process started all over again.

DO NOT BUY, DO NOT GET, DO NOT BOTHER. No one cares and no is off assistance.

I went into the Hermitage Pennsylvania store today to pay my bill and get an item price matched. The item that I wanted price matched is an eco flow Delta mini portable solar generator that I paid $749 for on 9/14 of this year and was currently on sale on the home Depot website for $599.

I asked the female customer service associate to price match it and she refused. She said that they only price match for 7 days. She got her manager who was having the morning meeting right by the desk and he said that he will not do it either and that she is correct with her 7 days price match.

I said that this doesn't make sense because I can return the item for 90 days. They agreed that they would return it which forced me to go home get the unit and bring it back in return it. They also told me that…

00. In my search, your website indicated that your Laurel, MD location, had a quantity of three leaf blowers in stock. I then traveled to the Laurel store location. Upon my arrival, I asked several store associates for assistance as I attempted to locate a leaf blower to purchase.

After a lengthy search, the associates reported that the store did not have the leaf blowers in stock. I then asked to speak to a manager. When the manager approached me, I immediately detected a note of irritation. His tone was condescending and dismissive.
