I purchased a vent dryer tube. It did not work. So I returned it. The return person asked me if we cut it. I responded no. She gave me a look and then the 2 proceeded to stretch the tube out to 8 ft.

I effect she called me a liar. I did get my money back. 16. I told him the qty he decided to count them. Then he accused of stealing. Long a box of screws and said he did not charge me for them.

I showed him on his register that in fact he did charge. This store treats its customers like crap. I asked for help and I was told go ask another department. One visit and this is how I am treated. The total was $25.

I just moved here but I am not ever coming back.

I ordered soil to be delivered to my house on Tuesday 11/8/22 at 12:38pm, order #WB29436738. 97 each for scheduled delivery between 10AM and 2PM on Wednesday 11/9/22 that would work with my work schedule. The label was created at 12:39pm on 11/8/22 and cancelled at 4:37pm on 11/8/22.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING! DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD! I have had the worst experience with Home Depot's customer service. I bought a dishwasher online and paid to have it installed by Home Depot. The dishwasher was installed incorrectly and had been leaking, unbeknownst to us, for a year! Black mold was in walls, behind cabinets, under our hardwood floors...

We were told by the restoration team that our house was unsafe to live in and to leave that day. A sign, "DANGER! MICROBIAL HAZARD! KEEP OUT! AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY! RESPIRATORS AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING ARE REQUIRED IN THIS AREA!" was posted at our home.

Ordered carpet last August, have had two appointments, so far for the installation. Both times the installation was cancelled by the installer. I live alone and have to either pay someone to house sit for the installation or take unpaid time off.

So far it has cost me $200 for someone to house sit. If I was talking time off for the installation it would have cost more than double, from lost wages. Now this project will cost me a additional $300 due to paying someone to house sit for both cancelled installation and the next scheduled install. This is unacceptable.

I am gone from home for work quite a bit and is problematic to schedule this service, which has now gone way over budget. A $835 job is now going to cost over $1000. I think this is BS

I had my windows and door installed through Home Depot services . Door had 10 year warranty in 2020 The glass insert of door came out I reached out to Home Depot no help pandemic is going on . This year after repeated request they escalated and.

Instruct area manager got involved in July 2022 it’s November no resolution they keep killing time and don’t respond worst experience ever …. Never recommending or using anymore .

Purchased windows from HD. My address 33 Parkview Loop 10314 staten island ny 718 983 7839.

Multiple problems. Ordered approx oct 2021 receive order in Feb 22.

One of the windows in the 4 window Bat window cannot be closed. For months go back and forth with HD and as if to fay still does not work.

Almost impossible to speak with HD staff and hey information pertaining to a resolution for window Constant referrals to other service people who are difficult to reach and never return calls. No real respect for the customer.

I am a senior and cannot keep running after these people. I paid for windows.

Supposedly hardware needed to make fix.

Additionally waited 5 months after delivery of windows to finally get screens. Was originally told screens come with windows. No apologies no anything…

My complaint is regarding a product that is sold in your stores. Summit wall oven model # TTM7212BKW. I can't believe that a corp. with your reputation would allow such poor quality appliances to sold at your stores. This in wall oven is so subpar with any other ovens. When purchased it I read the reviews which were pretty bad. But then I told myself Home Depot would never sell such poor quality appliances to their customers. Well , I was wrong. I will never buy another appliace from Home Depot, you no longer have my trust.

I received a dented fridge, getting a replacement has been a nightmare. Two times scheduled delivery and no show, no communication and only to find out my fridge wasn’t on the truck either time?! Military discount is a joke. Through the years it has changed many times making it more difficult in each change. It seems to me that HD does not trust their employees, making the latest move to one that has to be handled with their app., not an employee.

Latest one is a limit on to $50 with a $400 annual maximum.

I used to be a big customer of HD, but, no more. I now do all of my shopping at Lowes. A Lowes employee recently complemented me by saying "you are on of our best customers". I've built a two story garage, a large covered deck, a new kitchen, a storage shed, and rewired my home.....all from Lowes, not HD. Order WN28947210 from Mill Basin store in Brooklyn NY After placing a paint order for pickup on 11/4/2022 and trying to reach the store via telephone for 45 minutes I messaged at 2:06 PM. The final result in nutshell was the order would be ready in 1 to 3 hours.

I have the message conversation. Today 11/4/22 I still had no verification of ready for pickup. This started again the laborious process of the day before ending with Celeste of Resolutions …, who confirmed the order was still not filled for pickup.

I placed an order for a deck and went through so much stuff and employees not being truthful,and being told different things and that mangers not being in the store that they are gone home. We spend a lot of money with you to be treated like that, and had to wait in the store for over an hour and a half just to pay the difference on the order.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I placed an order at this store at the Professional desk about over months ago. It was for 200 corner guards. After a couple of weeks I received a telephone call informing me that they have 40 pieces ready for pickup. I told them I have a large project and cannot start it before I have all 200 pieces. I asked to please call me when they have all 200 pieces. A couple of months later I went to the store to see what was the delay and I was told that my order was cancelled by one of their associates. I wasn't told about it. It was just cancelled. I was not happy and one of the managers helped me re-enter the order again. This is a request for the video recording of an incident that occurred on 10/21/2022 at 10:00 at Store# 8517, 3850 S. Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. Another driver crashed into my car and when the other driver was uncooperative in providing identification and liability insurance the police were called.

A Grand Prairie policeman arrived and said since there were no injuries to either party, he would not create a police report and each driver could exchange insurance information and left it at that. My husband who was the driver at that time asked the police officer to review the footage because he saw there were cameras in the area, but the officer ignored the request.

Accident happened at 2000 Howe Ave Sacramento, CA 95825. This happened on October 29 of 2022 between 12:30pm and 1:15pm. I was at the self check out for cash payments. I scanned all the supplies I needed to finish my project.

On August 28 I purchased a stove /oven at the Home Depot in Ellsworth, Maine. This was for our daughters new house. The purchase went fine. My daughter setup a delivery date. This is where the problem started. She explicitly told them that the time would need to be in the pm after 3:00pm.

When they returned from work that day, they found a note saying they tried to deliver at 10:00am. She immediately called and asked why they tried to deliver. She was met with not a good customer experience. No one seemed to care.

Store # 4707 Could not return 2 windows still in the original packaging. I have a Pro account that states I have 365 days to return items, but the store manager said I only had 90 days. I feel that my loyalty to Homedepot is being thrown out the door after many years of continuous purchases.

It doesn't seem fair to small contractors like myself, that spend a lot of money in Homedepot stores and get treated this way. I've personally seen others return windows with no problem, but for some reason I don't seem to matter as much.

Could be because I'm a minority Contractor, Its a sad place to be in America. Tides are shifting and you will need us more than we need you, we will not forget. Thanks for nothing!

Carpet installed 3 years ago with recommendation by specialist at homedepot and it’s worthless. Anytime I tries to blot out simple stain it gets huge dark areas. I think the padding is leaking color and making the areas dark grey, The entire carpet looks stained.

6" slipper tub from the Home Depot. My first tub was scratched when it left AKDY factory. I returned it and reordered the same tub. Well when that tub arrived at the Altoona PA Home Depot a Home Depot employee drove a Forklift through my tub!

I have been without a tub since October 14, 2022 and since my tub is an Online Special Order I won't receive a new tub until the week of November 7-17! This is unacceptable I'm on vacation hoping to get this done. It is only a room measurement. I'm getting the run around and no one seems to care. If this large company can't fulfill the order, please be honest from the start and let the customer know. 11 to my HD Card for cabinet installation at my new home at 2719 Veranda Falls, League City, TX. The charge to my card included building of cabinets at Kraftmaid, and subsequent installation of cabinets and countertops at my home.

Since start of this project, we have experienced significant delay after delay, and our new dream home is still in disarray. We were told to contact the HD project specialist as soon as our cabinets arrived from the manufacturer, so the installer could check to ensure products delivered were not damaged.

We did exactly that upon arrival on Friday morning, the installer arrived on Monday and determined one of the cabinet pieces was in fact damaged and would have to be replaced (that replacement will NOT arrive until 11/11/22 (3) months after start of our project…

Ordered a refrigerator online that was the same measurements as the old one. The delivery was accepted by a friend at the time. The delivery man pushed it I to it's space but said he didn't want to scratch it so he would let me push it in all the way when I got home.

The refrigerator door to the freezer opened differently from the old one and would not open with the new refrigerator in place because itnwas too close to the wall. The delivery man should have checked this at the time. Now I am told I must bring the new refrigerator back to a local Hone Depot and be charged a 15% restock fee as well for their error.

I will NEVER shop at a Home Depot ever again!

Craig's list is loaded with ceiling fans being sold by 3rd parties who claim that the Home Depot product that they are reselling is "NEW" in the box. Some of these ceiling fans are "Hampton Bay" which I know is an exclusive Home Depot product. Other return items being sold are "Hunter" ceiling fans and "Home Decorator" ceiling fans.

I have a couple of questions regarding this. Are these ceiling fans guaranteed by the manufacturer since they are adverised as "new?" When Home Depot sells their return products to a third party, is their an agreement "not" to advertise the product as new ? If I buy one of these products can I send the product to Home Depot for repair under factory warranty?

After having purchased, but not yet installed, composite decking, I asked an employee if I could buy nosing to cover the exposed ends of the decking. I showed him the decking we had bought. His answer was, “yes, you can order them at the pro desk”.

Since it was a Sunday the pro desk was closed. We built the deck. Three days ago I went in to order them at the pro desk and was told they do not exist for the type of decking we purchased.

The deck is already built. Now we need to do more to cover the ends. At the very least, the employee didn’t know what he was talking about and at the worst, he was dismissive to me when I asked for help.

What can Home Depot do to make this right?

This occurred at the Home Depot at 1060 Sugar Bush Drive, Ashland Ohio. My husband and I were shopping for a new refrigerator on Saturday Oct 15. After quite some time looking, we decided on the Bosch B36DN50SNS priced at $2198.

The salesman's name was Steve Conrad. He looked up the model and very brusquely told us that the factory had halted production and that unit was not available at this time. He did not offer any further explanation. He said we could check back in a couple days if we wanted.

He did not offer to get our names, nor did he offer to help us follow up our purchase. I called back on Tuesday October 18, and the woman I spoke to on the phone said that there were 1,900 units available.

24. I have not heard from them since. I went to the store on Oct 7th, Oct 14th and Oct 21, only to be told "oh they will call soon. I haven't had a front door in 2 months. It's getting cold outside and I have children.

I would like the entire amount of my money back they stole from me. I'm not paying a restock fee as I wanted the door installed not restocked and they have had the door for almost a month now. Please refund my money so I can go somewhere that will actually sell me a door and come and install it.

I’m trying to get this feedback to the corporate office. I went to home depo with the intention of new installation of flooring in my entire home. I was quoted one price, went to the store, prepared to make the payment and get the flooring installation schedule.

I asked to see the new baseboard that would be installed, the person I was working with called the phone number that did the measurements they instantly up the price almost $3000 more. I had to leave to pick my brother up from the airport.

First, let me say this complaint is not specifically about Home Depot, but about your shipping companies. On Oct 7, 2022, I placed an order on line for 6 items. The order # W897028143. Four of the items were fairly small, and delivered on time.

6 GPF comfort height white toilet and (1) Home Decorators Collection Windlowe 49" Vanity in white with Carrera Vanity top were never delivered. They were both supposed to arrive om Oct 13, with a call the day before and the day of delivery.

I did not receive any call , and called Home Depot. I was told that the 2items were shipped by Barr-Nunn shipping and the items were transferred to USPACK shipping. They were transferred in Secaucus, NJ- n on Oct. 11, ,the other on Oct 12.

On the day that your workers came to deliver the refrigerator, the driver first said he couldn’t get the truck down my street. My husband told him bigger trucks have come down this street. So, they did come down my street with the truck, with no problem.

Last night I purchased 30 sheets of T1-11 siding from my local HD store in Auburn, CA (#8597) and I tried to have it delivered this week, but was told deliveries were booked out for 20 days! So I came the following morning to pick it up only to discover after an hour of associates looking, that there was NO STOCK, even though the computer said there were 53 in stock!

So we got a refund and traveled an additional 40 miles to another HD store in Roseville, CA (#0636) to purchase and pick up what I needed. I'm glad I didn't have workers waiting to install this today.

I am beyond frustrated with all this. Not only have I had to travel 40 extra miles to get all this siding to my job site today, but the trip also consumed an extra three valuable hours that I could have been getting some work…

Multiple days in a row (3) Days have attempted to come to Phenix City and purchase a piece of plywood and have it cut down so I could bring it home. On Saturday I waited in line behind 2 other people having wood cut down.

Once it was my turn, the associate left to help someone else, told me he would have someone else help me, then after an hour of waiting, no one even came back cause no one was certified to run saw. Then today, I go back, and the saw is out of order.

People are busy, but as much as wood is costing now, people like me have to manage every dollar and every day I have to find wait, is another day I can't finish my jobs and cost me time and gas driving.

Good afternoon, I wanted you to know about what a terrible experience I have had dealing with Home Depot on my custom blinds. I have spoken with multiple representatives and at least two supervisors, but mistakes continue to happen and no one cares or is willing to make it right.

Bottom line, with all the issues I have endured and time (literally hours)waisted calling in and trying to get the situation resolved talking with and explaining to multiple people over the past three months just to continue to have mistakes made. Bought a refrigerator which was in their backroom. Waited 10 days before they could deliver the merchandise. Waited all day and called the store and was told that they had truck issue, in which, no one even called and was told it would be another 5 days before we could get our refrigerator delivered, because, we were put behind other people's delivery after our purchased date. Buy local!

Stop supporting these big box stores. They do not care! This is how Amazon is going to close your stores.

I am at Glendale. Ca located Home Dpot. I have waited more than 20 mins to get product. This is ridiculous to the product. I have request many many time with different associates.

However, no one show up to unlock. This home depot need serious problem with customer respond time. As I am writing this, I am steel waiting to some to show up.

I placed an order with store 133. My delivery date was set on 9/22/22. 29. the problem was that the order the order was supposed to be delivered in one load. As soon as the material was delivered my Carpenters called me and told me that the material is not all on the job site.

So that put me in a mode of rapid decision making. My Carpenters did what they could and then left about 4 hours later. So I went to store 133 and told the pro manager that I have an issue and it took him an hour and a half to figure or make a resolvement on what to do.

He called the place where the material was supposed to be delivered from and they said that they did not have enough room on the first truck. I don't know why they didn't send a second truck that same day.

Second day the truck delivered some more…

Around noon on Sept. 28, 2022 I ordered a Royobi leaf blower. it said there were 3 in stock. Being in Florence, SC I needed to Get ready for the hurricane. On Oct. 1 I went to the store to pick it up, needless to say there were none in stock.

It to 2 people to tell me they had none and would issue a refund. I was told "she called you and told you we didn't have any" when I asked who "she" was . No one could tell me but they repeated "she called you and told you we didn't have any" .

I had my phone in my hand and offered to show them my call log at which point they got angry that I dared to question them. The 2 of them, 1 male, 1 female then refused to cancel the 2nd half of the order.

It is amazing how they always have the best price but never in stock. On the way home I did get a call…
