My complaint is regarding Home Depot Extended warranty department. I filed a complaint on the 9th of September, they gave me a repair man out of Houston, who want answer his phone. and has lied to me and had me home 3 days waiting on him and he don't show up!

They advertise that the labor on their carpet installation has a lifetime warranty but no one in their customer service departments nor at the local store can assist with actually providing that warranty service.

In desperation I tried to find a customer service email account. I found one, customercare@homedepot.com, to which I sent the details and I received an auto-response saying the mailbox is no longer monitored.

I placed an online order for home delivery on Saturday ..with a delivery time by 8 pm on Sunday (after paying delivery fee) . When order not received I called Home Depot customer service & was told that they contacted Eastvsle Home Depot who said not only are there no deliveries on Sunday, my order was just sitting there. They kindly refunded the delivery fee & said the order would be delivered Monday by 8 pm.

When order not received again on Monday evening I called customer service yet again who left me on hold & then the call was disconnected. I purchased a generic generator online it has been a nightmare from beginning till now. Never in my life have. I had such a pooor experience with any company. It was to be delivered a week ago. After 11 hours of phone calls and 11 calls in answered from your delivery service it was delivered today.

They we y were to cal 35 minutes prior to arrival and never called and left this 400 pound item in middle of driveway it came in a damaged box no manuals and the Yranfer switch was not in box. The box was not sealed keys to generator were thrown in bottom of the box.

Called Home Depot was online for another hour where the gentleman who barely spoke English could not transfer phone call then had me on mute kept saying hello hello fr 10 minutes and proceeded to hang up. I drove yo my local store…

Bought a fridge online and the item is damaged. Not up to the measurements detailed in the information about the fridge. Had a large crease on the top and side. Tried to refuse order, but the delivery gentlemen did not speak English.

Not able to communicate due to language barrier. I tried the local store. They did not want anything to due with this order stating it was bought online, they don't have the ability to make a return. I am through trying to talk to someone because No On In Your Staff Has Any Abbilities To Preform A Refund.

I am not rich I don't even live a comfortable life with the fixed income I am suppose to live on. This has taken a toll on my bank account and me. I am madder then THERE IS NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH....

On August 21st I ordered gutter screens from Home Depot. I received an email later that night that the order had shipped and would arrive on August 24. Promised delivery date, status still showed order had shipped. I called Home Depot and after they investigated wrote the following, "Thank you for your recent order with The Home Depot! The Vendor has determined there is an unexpected shipping complication , your new order ETA is 9/5 under Fed Ex tracking XXXX" Today is the 5th and looking at Fedex Tracking info shows that they have not even received the package. The customer service representative I talked to assured me that the package will be delivered today. I would post images of the emails, but order numbers and tracking numbers would be visible.

On June 28, 2022 I ordered (Online) a Lifetime 57 in. x 96 in. Commercial Grade Picnic Table online; Order # W890874965 to be delivered to the Home Depot @ 5730 S. Transit Rd. #1268 Lockport, NY 14094. I was informed it would be available July 20, 2022.

Just try calling Home Depot customer service. If you like to do this press this? Really after you just got screwed over again by Home Depot. It was so funny listing to a Home Depot sales manager give a pep talk to his employees about sales.

Alex you are a real gem! How to increase sales? Screw your customer over? I wanted to buy 100 feet or 10 - 1 5/8" sticks of power strut/uni-strut. I wanted to order it for pick up. Online there were only 8 sticks available at the Home Depot I was looking to order from.

If could buy the 10 like I wanted to do in the first place I would save about four dollars a stick. That is twenty bucks I would be saving. When I get to the Home Depot I check their inventory only to discover they could have sold me the 10 sticks at the discounted price.

Your delivery guys sat in front of my house staring at their phones while I stood at the gate. I waited for a while then I had Close the gate so doggy wouldn't get out and waited for them. Then they left and lied that no one went out.

On August 1 2022. I order a washer . Purchase number WB19926552. Made arrangement to have the washer delivered on Thursday August 8, 2022 between the hours of 12:00pm - 8:00pm. I took time off from work on Thursday August 8, 2022.

On this day I didn’t receive the washer delivery and no one call me to explain why the delivery was not made! On Friday August 9, 2022 after several calls I was told that the washer would be delivered on Saturday August 10, 2022.

On Saturday August 10 2022 at 9:00am the delivery guy arrived on my front door to tell me the washer was not on the truck he was driving but on another truck that was scheduled to deliver the washer shortly. I waited around on called all day on Saturday August 10, 2002 for delivery.

I bought a refrigerator today and there was a dent. We were offered a discount which was appreciated. We went to pay and the cashier didn't apply the discount. She couldn't help with the issue so we had to go to customer service.

At customer service I was told that we either had to have a store credit for the discount or they would have to refund my money (which takes 3-5 business days to get back into the account ) and charge my card again. So double the amount would come out of my account today which I don't want to happen.

I placed an order for a refrigerator which I paid over $3,000 for. It’s delivery date window was August 12 between 10:30am and 2:30pm, which is perfect since I just close on my brand new home and am almost fully moved in.

Delivery date comes, I get a call saying they’re 6 minutes out but they don’t have anything on the truck for me, they thought I was just a service call. I had to take off work to sit at the house and wait for an empty truck do to pure incompetence.

Now I won’t have my appliance and I have to wait to hear the next available delivery date. There is zero remorse from this company or any urgency to get my item to me. I highly suggest using a company who is actually competent and cares about their customers.

I cannot make a return on a purchase that was bought with a Home Depot Card and I have a receipt. The items have not been opened. The system has flagged the return so that it cannot be returned. I am told this is because part of the purchase was bought with a store credit.

I had a home depot gift card. I used it, bought a mini fridge and needed to return it cause it didn't fit where I needed it to. I returned it to the store they couldn't put it back on the gift card they issued it as store credit.

They scanned my ID and handed me a receipt with the store credit information on it and said that's all I needed. No store credit card nothing just receipt and ID. I contacted them regarding the store credit 5 times and 3 different managers later no one was getting back to me.

I've ordered all my appliances from home depot. My stove my old fridge,washer and dryer. Every order my door between my dining rm and kitchen measures 29in. On 07/28/22 order number H4112-419241 was canceled by delivery person. He said my door was 28in and my new fridge was 28in.

When I went in the store to purchase the fridge I wanted it was measured at 27in. The sales associate was very nice and told me yes it will fit. Online the fridge says 27in. The delivery person never took the fridge off the truck.

When the delivery men came to make the delivery they refused to hookup the dishes washer and also the washer stating I need a plumber for both appliance. I called home depot and let them know that the plumber had done what is to be done and all they have to do is to place the washer on the dish and haul them away.

They gave me the first of August I did not accept that time because the washer was up stairs and block the hallways and it was very difficult to go around it. Today I spoke to Ms. Keesha and tried to assist me to get an earlier date but unfortunately she could not.

What is going on at Home Depot? My complaint is about delivery of Samsung front loader washing machine-first delivery was scheduled, rcvd' call in the morning saying it would be 25 minutes, they never showed upend did not call me. I placed an online order for a bathroom vanity top on 6/27/2022. Order number W890780845. , 14875485. The first delivery date was July 15. On July 6th the delivery date changed to July 18. On July 7th the delivery date changed to July 8th.

I also received a call saying that the delivery was scheduled for July 8 with a time of 11am - 3pm. We were on vacation and drove over a 150 miles to get back to the house. At 3pm no one delivered the vanity top.

I checked the tracking information again and now it changed to Out For Delivery July 11. We will not be able to accept delivery on the 11th or 12th. We called the delivery company numerous times and no one answers the phone or after spending time on hold waiting to speak to someone, the phone disconnects.

I made my first phone call to customer service on June 8th to teport a problem with hurricane sliding glass doors. There is water and leaves coming into my patio from The doors. Today is July 6th and I have yet to receive a phone call.

I went to the store where I started the process in July 2019 and was told I had to take pictures and email pictures. What kind of ridiculousness is this. Send me somebody to my home to fix this problem I spent $25,000 on Home Depot installation and I will scream from the rooftops to anybody looking to get it hurricane windows and doors to nit even consider Hone Depor.

Purchased a refrigerator online. Had to wait 2 weeks for a delivery date. Delivery was supposed to be July 2 , 11:45-3:45, kept checking for a eta, was told the driver was delayed but delivery was going to be made.

I ordered a Generac generator June 11, 2022 and was told it would be delivered on June 16, 2022. I arranged for a trench to be dug and for our propane company to hook up the generator. It did not arrive on that date.

Everyday thereafter I called Home Depot and each day was told it would be delivered the NEXT day.

Finally, after upteen calls, I was told they did not know where the generator was. I was told to cancel the order and reorder my generator which I did on June 27, 2022. It was to be delivered on July 1, 2022.

I made arrangements for it to be connected. It did not arrive. I called - was told it would be here the next day; and every day thereafter I was told the same thing. Today I was told they do not know where the generator is.

I ordered a refrigerator on June 20th and it was to be delivered to my office on July 1st I did not receive a phone call that they were on their way. I had a note on the office door stating I would be at a certain address working on a rental because I am a property manager, they came and located me at that address and refused to follow me to the office to deliver the product and left. I came to do a return and the cashier had to call the manager to give me the money it took the manager almost 45 minutes to come to customer service and he was taking his time to getting here. Then when she explained what it was I needed he had to go back to the back to get my refund.

If he would have called the front desk all this could have been avoided. One of the employees asked me you still waiting he has been pass me about five times already. This will be the last time I shop here the service here is very slow will only deal with Lowes from this day forth.

I purchased a Water Softener and Storage Shed from Home Depot. The Shed has a 10 year Warranty but is rapidly falling apart. Home Depot refuses to honor their Warranty stating that I did not pay for the Installation. Here are the Facts.

The day I purchase these two items I was experiencing pain from a back injury setting on a Cart for over an hour The purchase was delayed because the Sales Clerk was constantly calling Atlanta Office for Assistance to process the purchase. I asked her to purchase the Water Softener nd Storage Shed and Installation at the same time.

Because of the pain I did not realize that she failed to document the Installation of the Shed. She also failed to give me the 10% Veterans discount. All of the documents that I received from Home Depot at the time of the sale…

nothing gets delivered. they give you a delivery time and you wait and wait and it doesn't show up. been waiting 2 weeks for my $2000 dollar refrigerator. and todays oder never showed up . done with home depot.

I purchased a Ryobi 100 ma zero turn mower in May and then got a message that the divery company fast mile would deliver on June 8th that day came and went. I contacted home depot and was told to contact fastmile to which I told them no one answered.

I was told by customer service would call me back but no call so I went to fast miles tracking site and then saw the delivery date update to June 14th that day came and went and then fast mile updated their site to show that it would be delivered on the 17th that day came and no show called home depot and take to a customer service rep that i explained the issue to and
