I ordered an item (order #W888617879), Store SKU #1003399497, Internet #306098363. I reached out to HD Customer Care on 3 occasions, with zzero results. I made the intitial purcashe on 5/27/2022 with an expected delviery of 05/31/2022. I gave it a few days until 06/02/2022 to call on a status check, that call left me with more questions than answers.

I called again on 06/09/2022 and was told that the carrier was running 2 weeks behind and if I did not recieve the tiem by 06/16/2022, then please call customer service again. With the lack of communication from the carrier and no real answer from HD, I was really disappointed with the lack of service that was provided.

I have never received such awful customer service at a home depot as I had at the Leesburg Virgin location. I have attached the letter which I sent to Mr. Brown and now forwarding to you to save time rewriting it.

As you can see I had issue with a employee named Vincent concerning HIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and sent to store manager . Well it looks like MR BROWN has lousy customer service also. Mailed the letter on May 12th and as of today have not heard SQUAIT from him.

No apology, sorry this happened, NOTHIN. HOW VERY, VERY RUDE!!! Read the letter and I will be waiting to hear from you along with the gift card compensating for the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDNESS and ANGER that I have felt.

Multiple multiple multiple attempts to have my $7,000 in doors fixed or replaced and the correct screens I paid for delivered. All a huge run around with George Berganza in the escalation department. One moment I supposedly received a call and voicemail to have someone come check out doors. Which was a lie.

Next moment my paperwork was in the wrong department and is now in right department to be handled and was the department I received a call from that day. Another lie (no phone calls). Now no responses back from George Berganza nor the CEO or others that were emailed.

I have reached out to 4 lawyers and it will cost me thousands to sue, which Home Depot and PlyGem will also pay for. Doors won’t close unless slammed two or more times. Cladding of door is off and shows big gaps.

If I could give Home Depot negative stars I would. My husband bought a washing machine online and purchased the additional installation kit. He was promised that the old washing machine would be taken away. The company (Home Depot) told us the approximate time frame of arrival of the new washing machine.

When the washer arrived it was about 6 to 7 hours early. The delivery company did not call with an estimated time of arrival when they changed the time. Then, when they showed up they stated that they could not take the old machine and refused to install the new one.

I purchased a washer/dryer set and had it delivered 5-31-22. Order#WP35165829. I was disgusted by the incompetent delivery service. The men had a difficult time finding my home. They were unable to navigate the GPS on their phone . They're delivery drivers ?

They were tired and slow even though it was 10:30am. One man ran his dirty hands down my basement wall , twice. It seems painful for them do actually do the delivery and installation. I am appalled at the quality of service workers Home Dept contracts with. Do better.

i had a delivery for today (May 11th) The delivery team came and one guy brought the delivery in. The other guy walked up after the one guy delivered the package just to take a picture of the package for confirmation purposes. The first guy struggled getting the toilet up my front steps by himself (I saw him on my camera) so i wondered why the second guy did not get out to help. I hope my toilet is not broken when I open it the way that the fist guy struggled getting it up the steps.

My complaint is that the second guy started in the house to take the picture. Seemed a little cocky. We older seniors do not carry nor own fancy phone. What a crock. Military discount should be given whenI show ( my well earned) military ID card. Very helpful cler, checked. 00 of merchandise, said I was Military, she had no phone to help get discount.

Went to other female on duty, she came picked up a piece of paper said I had to do it this way! I asked for manager and was informed he worked for corporate and had no customer skills. I looked at nice checker and the other Lady said, “keep your merchandise”.

Went to the window treatment department to get advice on purchasing the right application for me. The salesman had just come in and I asked if he could help me and in a condescending voice utter an answer I couldn’t understand another employee who was standing next to me shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t know either.

Home Depot has an agreement with Greenstar. I trusted Home Depot to not steer me wrong. I ended up purchasing a air conditioner and having it installed by Greenstar. 00 for the unit and install. On the contract there is no amount for the conditioner or other parts that were needed to do the job.

I feel like I was scammed by Greenstar. I will not trust Home Depot again and will be taking my business elsewhere. This also happened with the water heater that I had installed through Home Depot. The clerk told me it would be $2000 total.

The plumber sent by Home depot ended up charging me $3000. Greenstar left holes in the exterior of my house, damaged my electrical panel cover, and left a hole in my drywall. The conduit is too close to the electrical panel that I can not close it correctly.

My wife and I recently moved from NH to SC, Myrtle Beach. We sold everything we owned and moved with only what our car would carry. We purchased a home and immediately ordered furniture, including an adjustable bed. The house we purchased needed interior painting and new carpets in the upstairs bedrooms so we opted to get the carpeting and installation through The Home Depot.

Had kitchen cabinets refaced in 2010. It is my understanding that the refacing should last 20 years. I experienced problems with the veneer finishing becoming unglued. I replaced a range hood in October, 2021 and told the individual that came to measure the inside area of my cabinets with new veneer. I mentioned to him about the veneer on my cabinet doors becoming unglued. Last night I learned the customer is not always right. And that the customer in front of you isn't the most important customer.

Also I learned my time is not valuable. Your tool rental department and stroke manager at Bridgewater falls in Hamilton Ohio taught me this very well. I rented equipment that wasn't maintained and I had to return the item to find that I wouldn't get any compensation for my trouble.

This delay resulted in me doing my work after dark. Because of this I believe I Broke my finger. I'll never use home Depot rental services again and I plan to let it be known social medias and the like.

Order Number WP18062317, dated 11/11/2021. New Samsung dishwasher installed by Home Depot. No power to dishwasher when pressing the power button on the dishwasher. Called Home Depot Simi Valley to check installation. HD Simi Valley refused and claimed Samsung product defect. We hired a handyman, he diagnosed the problem to be faulty wiring connection, and fixed the wiring. Dishwasher functions now. We paid the handyman $75.

Summary: This incident is entirely due to the fault of HD installer. We request handyman service reimbursement for $75. We are very unhappy with HD service. Please reply within a week, or we will escalate to Better Business Bureau.

Purchased plants 6 months ago. Home Depot has a one-year guarantee. Many plants did not live and died so we brought them back. The following was the requirements: 1. Plant must be purchased within one year- We bought them six months ago. 2. Plants must be dead - All plants brought back were dead 3. Plants must be in a potted container still - All plants were still in their containers with the bar code still on them. 4. Ordered a washer dryer on 11-10-21 for delivery on 1-17-21 flew to Florida from nj to receive delivery. It showed up damaged beyond use. Ordered two clamps, and the box arrived with a hole in it and only one clamp. All the packing slip type information was missing. Home Depot suggested I contact my credit card company and dispute the charge for two clamps.

We felt the problem was FedEx, the company who delivered the package, and they denied a claim because Home Depot needed to file the claim with them and not us. We're heading into round two, not feeling very optimistic about getting someone to take responsibility.

Had a problem with a gift card. Spent an hour trying to talk to someone on the 1800 number. Every time I got a real person which took forever; they would transfer me again and it went right back to where I started.

I called to cancel and order, 24 hrs later still no email saying order cancelled and status shows it's still in progress. Over a 2 day period I spoke to 3 different people, each telling me the order wasn't cancelled and that they were taking care of it.

Twice I asked to speak to a supervisor, both times only to be put on hold for over 1/2 an hour and then disconnected. I work as a buyer and I can cancel and order in a matter of seconds, yet your multi billion dollar company can't?

And I have spent a total of 2 hours on the phone having the same sentences regurgitated back to me over and over since no one seems to even know the actual process in cancelling an order. And as a customer I should have access to a supervisor but apparently they are a unicorn within the phone system.

I bought an upright freezer on 12/17/2020. It quit working 10 months later, two different service techs were set out. It was deemed unfixable. Frigidaire is only offering me 70% of purchase price, they will not replace the freezer. On the receipt it is printed "recall amount".

I looked this up, seems Home Depot sold a faulty appliance and I was not advised of this. Home Depot says it is between me and Frigidaire. The book that came with the freezer they state that it will be" repaired or replaced" They are not giving me the option to get another one.

I place my order for a frameless sliding tub door on November 16, 2021. It is supposed to be delivered to the store and ready for pick up on November 20, 2021. I understand that things may be delayed so I waited patiently to call and ask and just continued to monitor the tracking.

I ordered a fireplace online on 11/7/2021. This is the first time using Home Depot Online Services. Funds were deducted the following business day. This was not a small purchase. Estimated delivery date was 11/23/2021. I did not receive a not follow up or contact.

the chair were delivered on 11/9 but the table has been lost in transit? I have called 4xs to get this resolved. I need help! i bought for my families thanksgiving and now 4 weeks later after my order i have yet to have this resolved. WD8522-5183 order
