On Oct 19 2021 I ordered flooring from Middleburg Floria store ... It took them until 3 weeks later to call me back to let me know when the flooring is ready. They were going to deliver the flooring on 23 November and the delivery person call the home number and not the cell phone number and we missed the call they had both home and

cell phone on invoice and they didn't call the Home Depot to see if there was and other number to call. So, they took my flooring back to store and would not delivery it again so had to pick it up our self.

Had a custom ordered exterior door and a custom ordered storm door installed. The Door was installed crooked and required follow up service the storm door required follow up service as well. The storm door does not line up or close completely on the threshold.

The door casing was not insulated as well causing cold air to blow thru. The exterior framing is not plumb with the exterior frame. I have emailed photos of the issues to the Okemos Michigan Home Depot. This is the store that sold me the custom doors and arranged the installation.

I am submitting a order number for reference H2723-160599.. The person who came out to measure the door did not measure correctly so it necessitated the order for the custom doors. As you can see the door does not line up with the threshold.

We purchased items at the Home Depot had our receipt from 3 days ago. The extra items that we did not need we asked a family member for help on load in a truck with bags of concrete. Steel Frame door, beams of wood.

Went to The Home Depot today to return the unused unaltered items with my valid receipt of purchase within the time frame of their return policy and did not get my return put back on my credit card. Instead I was told they were not able to do my return because their system was down but they are able to return the items with no receipt give it me on a gift card for less then the amount I originally paid the items for.

I purchased online a multipurpose tool with charger and battery. Black Friday deal that just notified me at about 12:50 am on 11/8/21. At 6:20 ish am received an email that my item I bought was canceled because they were out of stock.

This Home Depot in Tucson Irvington store opens the doors at 5am. I was told be several store associates that they do not pull item off shelves once purchased. They continued throughout the day to sell this online even after being sold out.

Money return takes 3/5 business days. This is the 4 th time this has happened to me. Why? My guess is that my money and everyone else’s is used to invest and make this store money. Which I am going to talk to an attorney about.

I went to Home Depot (Fuquay Varian, NC store) on 10/29/2021 around 7 PM EST. I approached the sales women who was assigned on refrigerator section and told her that I need help on Top freezer refrigerator. She neither not helping other customer nor doing something but after several minute wait she replays to my request. 1 cu. ft.

I have extended warranty on my refrigerator. I have been a month and a half without a fridge. I have called the warranty company, customer service, made numerous calls daily. I’m being told, the part has shipped, the part is stuck on a dock, and yesterday, we don’t know where part is.

It’s not even been shipped according to the escalation team. I have read the warranty info. I should have a replacement or mine should b fixed by now. I’m getting nowhere!!!!! Help!!! My original claim was started sept 15 but now I look it up and it says it was started oct 12.

Everyone keeps passing it on to someone else. The holidays r coming up. This is poor customer service

I purchased 2 doors. When they were ready to be picked up, they were resold to another customer. I need to choose another door and felt this was a bait and switch.. The salesperson was rude and told me there was nothing to do but get a refund.

I paid my contractor and lost time and money. The doors cannot be found locally. I am now without a proper door and have security issues.

I ordered new cabinets doors and drawers in September 2020 and they still are not completed as of Sept 2021. They have been to my house 4 times, had the wrong materials, only installing part of the order each time.

Home Depot does not call me, I call them to get updates. This last issue is that they installed the wrong slider in one draw, not allowing it to close all the way. They were supposed to replace the slider yesterday or today, however they will not return my phone calls.

In addition the facet they I ordered did fit and they haven’t given me my credit yet, it’s been 8 months trying to get the credit. In addition, several of the drawers are not level so they slide all the way open if not fully closed.

I made a small purchase at the Lawnside store for $22.92 and used my Home Depot credit card. I used the card because I got a threatening letter from Home Depot that if I did not use the card, I would have my credit limit reduced by half, which I find appalling. I have bonus credit cards from TD Bank and BJ's Wholesale Club, that I use almost every day. I pay off the balance every month and haven't paid interest in years and am never late. My current credit rating with Experian is 840. The TD Bank Double-Up Visa card pays 2% on all purchases when the bonus is deposited into an approved TD account.

I visited the Issaquah Home Depot on April 24, met with Bruce Benson, and ordered window and door replacements. The job was scheduled for Aug 13, then rescheduled for Aug16.

Next, I was told by Achille Barbell it would be delayed until December. I said that was unacceptable, and he rescheduled it for Sept 7. I have called Mr. Barbel and left several voicemails asking for confirmation. I’ve had no response.

On 8/14/21, went to Home Depot to purchase a new washer and dryer. Settled on LG washer and dryer. I specifically asked if the dryer door could be reversed when it was delivered and was told it could be. I asked for haul away for both the washer and dryer.

The sales representative seemed to be new or definitely had a problem figuring out how to get everything in the system but finally did. My order # H3868-71990 was placed for the washer and dryer for delivery on 8/19/21. When the delivery team arrived they said they are only supposed to take one item not 2 for haul away.

Just about the worst management of any corporation I've had the experience of dealing with. Purchase a major a week ago. Spent all day on the phone Friday trying to confirm the appointment. I received no call from the delivery company.

Call the local stores spoke to somebody claiming to be an assistant manager. Absolutely no help on Friday trying to confirm or verify the appointment. m. confirming appointment on delivery day. m. m.. received the call from your delivery department at about 9:30 stating that they can't come today.

I am very disappointed with your contracted appliance delivery company servicing store 6616 Sunset, 5600 Sunset Blvd Hollywood, CA 90028. My Appliance Suite #H6616-683977 has been loaded and reloaded on a delivery truck some 2 dozen time today because of poor scheduling protocol.

I told the delivery company that i live in a condominium community of 229 units with one freight elevator which cannot be reserved for an entire day, meaning i can either schedule an am delivery of 8:30 - 1 OR 1-5 Monday thru Friday. I reserved the elevator from 1-5 for 8/13-21.

I didn't know the window of my delivery time until 24 hours before the actual day and they gave me a time between 11-3. THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR ME as it will require me to hold up the elevator for an entire day. I cannot do that.

I work every night and don’t want & shouldn’t have to get up to go to the bank for just because they did something on their end that I’m not still aware about because from my understanding I paid.

Shopped at Home Depot in hot lake ms. Looking for small frig and found 3 on shelf. Noticed torn ctns and crushed on sides and bottom torn out. Of the three all had damage from smalls dents and scratches. Whenever a receiving dick receives merchandise of any kind.

The associates should not put damaged products on the shelf to sell to public. The store manger should ensure that it doesn’t happen unless they discount it as damaged. Don’t pass it on to customers

Be Aware!!!! Never buy installation services from Home Depot, its a Scam. Mine was a simple replacement of the existing Dishwasher with a new Samsung dishwasher and hallway the old unit. The delivery person dumped the unit at our house and did not install and hall away, and assured that another team from Home Deport will complete the installation and Hall-away, Since it was a weekend Home depot responsible deportment could not be contacted.

Home Depot needs to retrain their employees in dealing with customers’ complaints and customer service. They do not respond to numerous phone calls requesting information and assistance. When you do speak to someone, they promise you that they will address the problem and get back to you with more information as soon as possible but never do.

I returned an online product in store a week ago. The refund was never given to my credit card. I followed up and the return was never entered but notes were entered on their system. I spoke to customer service who told me to contact the store.

Applied for, and received Home Depot credit card early July. Should have received $100 credit. $1300+ items in my cart, but couldn't get transaction to go through. Reached out to Live Chat, they said to call customer service. Called customer service, they said to go to the store.

Went to the store, she rang items up, but still couldn't get transaction to go through. The following day, I submitted order on Discover credit card because Home Depot card still wouldn't go through. Called Customer service today as I was going to order several more items.

Expected the $100 credit to be on account, but not there. They said I'm SOL since it's been more than 30 days since account was set up even though I spoke to Live Chat, 2 from Customer Service, and one from the store.

I just returned from your Home Depot #4406 4581 S 4000 W West Valley City, UT 84120. It should of been a good event, I and my family spends literally THOUSANDS of dollars with you every year. 98. 00 and I could have used any one of 6 credit cards as I do rotate them.

I politely told your clerk of my situation and he refused to give me an "in store" credit. " That has to be a mistake, so now I'm irritated and the store manager comes up and tells me the same thing and basically I am SOL.

I have been in retail customer service for over 25 years and have never heard of such an anti- customer policy. That's exactly what store credits are for!! I told the manager I would not shop there anymore and he really didn't seem to care.

Hi I have spent over 40k in Home Depot and being treated as a 4th class citizen. My issues started back in Dec 2020 with appliances I ordered. I was given a delivery date by the store as well as your third party delivery company.. Arnoff. Arnoff decided when they wanted to deliver the appliances and it not the same date as I was told. My food I had in coolers sitting outside all froze as a result. Home Depot actually paid me $400 for my lose. It should never have come to that. Your third party delivery company is dragging your brand through the mud and all I get from you store managers is there is nothing they can do. In fact NONE of the actual store managers will talk to me and pass it off to assistants. To me the store manager is responsible for their customers. Not so in Home Depot.

I usually shop at Home Depot’s store on 6199 Wilson Mills Rd Highland Hts, Ohio 44143, I made my purchase and asked for the military discount. The cashier told me Home Depot don’t do military discounts anymore so I started going to Lowe’s.

I needed a hygrometer but Lowe’s didn’t have it in stock and the Home Depot in Cleveland Heights did. I went to Home Depot to purchase the item and mentioned to the cashier my disappointment that Home Depot don’t have military discounts anymore.

My husband was recently approved for a Home Depot card with a $5000 limit. We have recently been handed a home remodel with a very short time frame and needed many supplies. We had a 0% financing coupon for 12 months, which expired 7/31/21.

We arrived at the store later the evening of the 31st and literally were running through the store to get all we needed.

However 10pm arrived and we had not finished, needing hundreds of dollars more of items. On 6/24/2021 I placed 2 orders for vinyl sheet flooring in the Royal Oaks store in Franklin, TN. It was due July 2-8. On the 8th I received an email from HD saying the flooring was not in stock and I would be contacted when it was restocked with no date given.

I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot on Federal Way in Boise, ID and paid the extra fees for installation and removal. The date for installation has been scheduled twice, and both times no one has showed up or even contacted me with an explanation as to why.

I have a brand new dishwasher sitting in my dining room collecting dust. As far as poor service, this is 5+ stars.

My husband and I went into the Home Depot Store at Superstition Springs #0456 on Tuesday, 7/27/2021 and bought a "floor model refrigerator". We realized it was the floor model and we were fine with it. We paid for it, paid for delivery, set up the deliver time and left the store. Everyone we spoke with and everyone who helped us that evening were wonderful.

The next day, Wednesday, 7/28/2021 I received a call from "Monica" that the refrigerator we purchased was "BROKEN" and we needed to come into the store for a refund. RE: Order H2301-134159 I don't even want to rate the service with a 1. We want to replace our patio door. A gentleman came and measured. Door opening is 105 in. wide. Configuration is 3 doors, one in middle opens with 2 stationary panels on each side.

He submitted measurements, but installer refused to perform work stating the order was too large to be brought up deck stairs, and they needed a lift but did not have one. Our neighbors had the same door configuration and deck height, and Home Depot installed new doors for them several months ago.

In your patio doors Masonite brand brochure, it is advertised that customers can choose a 1-4 door configuration. You cannot advertise the different configuration choices and then refuse to install. We are very disappointed with this lack of…

I bought two five gallons of paint, the first one was the perfect color. When I went to use the second one, the shade of the color was different, it was darker than what it was supposed to be. I spoke to the manager and explain to him.

He said there was nothing he could do. So I have to pay for your mistake. Maybe from now on I will give LOWES a chance it might work better for me. (COSTUMER APPRECIATION)

I bought a refrigerator from Valparaiso Home Depot on 7-7-2021. Delivery was scheduled for 7-23-21 between 12-4 pm. At 11:16 am I received a call from some lady stating the guys that were bringing my refrigerator were sick and couldn’t deliver.

But she had other guys delivering to other customers. I told her I wasn’t happy about this. She said could deliver tomorrow between 11-4. Not a happy customer at all
