To whom it may concern, I purchased a GE washing machine through your online ordering system. I had no issues navigating the website or your app. I read all relevant information available through online ordering, and gave great care to the section which stated… do not accept damaged items, or it’s your responsibility.

When my dishwasher arrived today the delivery service neither waited for me to check out the item, or asked me to sign that I accept delivery. I told them to wait while I check out the dishwasher. They did not wait, and my dishwasher had a deep scratch, and dent in it.

I would have graded y'all's service below a zero if available. On April 1 ,2020 I purchased a vanity on line, I was given an ETA of 4/16. That day came and went and we received an email saying it was still in transit so it would be May.

We've called several times since then and still nothing. We were willing to wait until November still nothing. February 2021 called and spoke to someone in shipping, y'all should have all of this documented ! Tried again , all we want is a refund it's been a year and a half!

Complain about Bad services. Today is my date of installation but they cancel installation couple of hair ago. This is 3 times they change date. Today I have marriage day celebration party at my home, but I change celebration date on 20 th July due to today’s installation schedule.

Your appliance protection plan contractors SUCK. My dryer had a problem and l call Home Depot. They scheduled it at Lakeside Electronics a week and a half later. That was totally unacceptable. I called them and they were ride, could care less and said take it or leave it.

I paid $100 for a protection plan that is worthless. I called another appliance company and they cr the next day and even cleaned out the vent line. Your contractor again Sucks I will never buy a protection plan from you again.

I called HD and got not help. I wii be puttingy experience on social media in 3 days of l do not get some refund.

I bought my dad a gas Ryobi chainsaw in May 2021 for fathers day. He has decided he would rather have the ryobi 14 volt one for better ease of usage. The receipt has gotten lost in the meantime. I took back the chainsaw where I purchased it from and had the credit card I had used.

They saw where I had bought it more than 30 days ago. It is still sealed in the box with the paper advertising that it is wrapped around it. I was denied the refund or exhange for the battery powered one.

I now have a new chainsaw that I do not have a use for and I am stuck with it. Is it possible I can return it so I can get him the battery powered one ? Thanks in advance for your help. James Beasley

We went to Home Depot to purchase a range, couldn’t find a salesperson at all in Appliances so went to the Home Improvement Area. I asked the girl about one particular model that we were interested in buying but it was not aligned properly and truthfully looked like it was going to fall apart any minute. I asked the girl if that how it will look when delivered but she said. no, people come in and mess it up, opening the oven door and hood top. She didn’t even get up to say, well I’m sorry it looks like that, let’s see what we can find for you. Instead she sat on the computer and showed me the picture on your website! The girl was too busy on her computer and couldn’t be bothered to help.

I did my shopping before Home Depot closed. I left my bag in side the store, and my keys. The lady would not let me back in the store to get my bag. She got the bag but no keys.

Then she said she would have someone check where I was. No keys. This lady was not let me in to get my keys. I had just left the store. She must of thought I was a robber. I was getting very up set.

Finely she let me go where I was to get my keys. This lady was a older blond haired short hair cashier, who does the self check out. I couldn’t sees a name tag. But very unkind. And when I just stepped out the door.

Home Depot scheduled a home delivery through their trucking company NSD for July 9, 2021. Both the Home Depot and the NSD websites showed the item to be out for delivery on that day. After 6PM, I contacted Home Depot in Arizona, they said it will be delivered by 9PM.

Two calls to NSD customer service were not returned. No phone call, email, or text update at all ! Contacted Home Depot Monday, July 12, and they said it will be delivered Tuesday. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Will not use Home Depot again !

I bought a gas stove and had it delivered. Stove arrived dented and was refused. No one signed for it. Home Depot deducted my payment immediately based on my credit card but has refused to deposit the money back in my account.

It has been a reasonable time for that money to be refunded to me. No one will talk to me about it. I am not a wealthy person and this is a good chunk of my income. I will probably never do business with Home Depot again

There were no cash registers open with a human being checking us out. We only had the self-checkout open. That is unacceptable and very inconvenient for people who do not know how that works. There were no people at the cash registers to take my purchase. I was forced to use the "self service" register which I knew nothing about. Why are there no "living - breathing - people at the cash registers now?

Don't you make enough money to be able to pay employees to do the checking out at the store. I disapprove of the way the big companies handle their customers. There is no customer service at all anymore. I for one will not shop at your store anymore until you have the cash registers manned with a human being - no robots.

My Husband William Ahern had purchased two bags of Ash River Rock item #47583 03369. He either used his Home Depot card or paid cash. He purchased the rocks in the Delray Beach, Florida store. Today I went to the Home Depot in Deerfield Beach, Fla as it is closer to our home.

Ordered appliance, on March 26, 2021. Was delivered installed in April I have had issues since it was installed it was installed incorrectly. Someone came out to fix it they stated it was put in incorrect. A supervisor/manager was called to come out she gave me a day and time.

I drove from home which is 1 hour away. To not get a call or anything to say she would not be there. I called they said it was nothing on file for a time. I left the property, she later called to come out she called once at the property saying she would send someone to fix the issue.

Gave me a date and time, they came out and said the whole unit need to be replace my cabinet has been broken and the unit. This is now June. I’m Waiting on this to get done to get the house occupied.

A checker insulted me and told me I was stupid. The store manager, Rob, said the Home Depot policy says that employees never have to apologize to customers. So I guess Hone Depot employees are more important than customers. Well, they just list this customer.

I spend thousands of dollars at Home Depot every year keeping my rent houses and other business running. From now on I will be buying from Lowe’s, Elliott’s, Ace, and online. The rude employee and manager can try to replace my purchases.

I guess stock holders are ok with rude employees and poorly trained managers costing them earnings.

Your Temecula, California location absolutely dropped the ball on my cabinet order. We are now over a month delayed in having my cabinets shipped to me and it is 100% the fault of this store manager (Abel) and his staff.

We have provided several workaround solutions, all of which were denied by Home Depot. The end cabinet maker has TWICE made our cabinets and done their part to get them shipped, only to have the receipt mismanaged by Home Depot.

I EXPECT a call back today so I can fill in the details, and rest assured if I don't get these cabinets FOR FREE I will be reaching out to a local attorney to file an action against your company for breach of contract. My wife has been dealing with a botched shipment process for 3 months that was ordered from Home Depot and still have not received.

We need it ASAP as it was supposed to be delivered yesterday according to your dispatch in which called back to tell us they have it but can’t find it now. 00 microwave and oven combo from Home Depot for a rental tenant and was given only one contractors name C&M Appliance. Made an appointment with this company for an install on June 21st between 12:00 and 1:00 PM. They never showed or called and when I spoke to them this morning all they could say was that they were back logged.

No excuse for a representative of Home Depot. I have been a contractor for 40 years and have never once treated a client this way. I terminated any dealings with this company and will have my electrician do the work.

The tenant took time off work and lost a days pay due to C & M Appliance.

Bought a dewalt electric pressure washer. The wand was missing. They wanted me to bring it in for a refund. I live an hour away. All I needed was a wand. Was not at all accommodating. It would be a 2 hour drive roundtrip.

Tonight my husband and I visited the store in Corvallis, Oregon. We have become regulars there as we just finished one renovation project and have already started another. We frequent this story weekly (at least). In recent visits we have noticed team members standing around in small groups, chatting, and an overall decrease in willingness to help customers when asked.

This is in sharp contrast to our previous experiences. Tonight was the last straw. We made a return because we were tiling a bathroom and the tiles were such poor quality that when we placed the vanity the tiles cracked.

First I give your service zero stars. My fridge stopped working, since it was between 10 to 15 years old, which I made clear to the sale person,it was time to replace. There was a great challenge to even find a fridge that was available in a reasonable time frame due to market conditions, which I understand.

My delivery was scheduled for today. No delivery was made. When I called about the delivery I was told that no one was home. I was there in my home until 2:00 PM and in my work shop after that with the doors open so I could see or hear anyone.

This is the worst location I have been to! Athena has horrible customer service skills, the little that she does have. I came to this store to return pavers. As soon as I approached the customer service area, three of their employees were talking amongst themselves and on their personal cell phones.

Athena was lying on the counter. Number one, you all are a representation of the company and that’s not a good look. I told her that I had pavers to return. She told me that I needed to get a cart and load them on there.

I went online on May 26th to order a fire/carbon monoxide detector, I purchased it at approx. 6:54 am. I received a confirmation email shortly after. It says, "Were on It! Please wait for a notification before heading to the store.

My name is Kristalynn Cleighton. We have had so much trouble with the Montgomeryville home depot store. In april we had one of our bedrooms done in pergo flooring. They called us to say the flooring was in and to schedule a delivery. I called the store back and they said oh your order was here, but it looks like they sold some of it to someone else. So we had to reschedule 3 more weeks out with USIG. This was inconvenient because we took off work to be home that week for the delivery. Then the day of the install USIG calls and says they will be at our house at 10am. I purchased a 42 inch cub cadet zero turn for $2430 marked down for being re conditioned On 5/29/2021. We opened a Home Depot card for the purchase and received an additional $100 off. We came to pick it up the next day and we’re told it was missing, either stolen or resold.

The manager said she could not honor our price in another and there was nothing they could do to make up for the inconvenience. We now have a line of credit for nothing and won’t even receive the discount on a purchase because it won’t be considered the opening of the card… That is if we ever decide to purchase anything from Home Depot again.

I went to this store to purchase two sheets of plywood. I needed them cut in half in order to get them into my SUV and to make it easier to handle at my shop. Attention: Complaint Department On 11/23/20 my husband and I hired Home Depot, Bartlett, Illinois to install flooring in multiple locations in our home. The install was scheduled to begin on 12/27/20. Home Depot subcontracted the install with GS Flooring. The project was a complete fiasco and we were completely dissatisfied with the results.

The living room floor was not level. This issue was brought to the immediate attention of the installer during the install and requests to remedy this issue were ignored. On February 14, 2021 I placed an order for 4 kitchen appliances. I was aware that it would be April before they could be delivered and that was acceptable. I paid $325 additional dollars to have these items delivered and installed.

The initial attempt at delivery took place the week of April 12. The refrigerator was dented and returned. The stove was installed with some sort of brace that made the appliance wobble in between my countertops. I placed a $6000 appliance order, had to wait 5 weeks, received a delivery date and tracking and no one showed up OR CALLED!!! Went in the next day, new delivery date was set and received a phone call 2 days later that “somehow” my order got completely cancelled! I’m beyond pissed!!!

I told Carol I wanted a full refund and compensation for the groceries I lost, having to eat out because I have NO appliances in the house, the half day of work I lost and the hell I have gone through! Worst company ever! Worst service ever! no you don’t!

I ordered the freezer from them and was supposed to be delivered 3 days prior to them even trying to fix the problem of it not being delivered and still I am working on four days now and being late of delivery and they can't even find the get a hold of the warehouse where the freezer is at for it to be delivered from Denver to us in Loveland Colorado and

I just spoke with a manager at home Depot and she says well all I can do is call the people but you've done that already so there's really no point in me doing it I'll do it but there's no point in it so the customer service and the shipping of you with you guys choose to use is the worst shipping department I've ever had encountered the customer service is almost as bad because all they do is give you lies and

i purchased a riding lawn mower online and was told it would be assembled before i received it at my home address. received it at home unassembled. i was to told by online person who took my order that it would be assembled and was not told i had to purchase extra for the assembled item.

00 on this item and cannot use it because its not assembled. yall have bad online service and i not happy with the situation at all i cannot put this riding lawn mower together myself and as much as i paid for it it should come included in the price. and unhappy customer

Spring is here and so is gardening season: On my shopping list: 40 lb. bag of grass seed 6-8 bags of fertilizer Weed preventer spray with new sprayer Cleaner for high-pressure driveway and patio Various annuals and potting soil Bird seed, feeders and a new bird bath Various other what-nots I plan to spend about $300 to $500, which I do every spring.

Home Depot is less than 2 miles from my house. I will not be shopping at Home Depot this year because I am boycotting the company because of its silence on Georgia's new Jim Crow laws.

Let me start with I would shop at Home Depot all the time but the last few years I would go to Lowe’s but there customer service is getting as bad at Home Depot. Ace Hardware is a little more expensive but worth the money to get treated like they care that’s were I will go I miss the good old days when the customer mattered .

There is nothing more annoying than being in a store trying to buy the right pieces for a project and having to listen to music booming from the back of the store by the loading dock. That is bad enough but they also have other music blasting that isn’t the same type. My nerves are shot.

This has happened on the last three occasions. Guess what I’ll be shopping at Lowe’s or the local hardware store from now on. Wake up store managers, we don’t come to Home Depot for a concert or a night out.

Heaven help the staff that are subjected to it, not fair on them for sure.
