To anyone out there going in to buy at Home Depot, watch the prices on the shelf as opposed to the price at checkout they are sometimes way different. The Home Depot store in Visilia Ca seems to be happening a lot.

I know of two distinct instances of the shelf price being not what the checkout price is. 00 price on the shelf. 00 like it said. The old adage "Buyer Be Ware" is so relevant even in these times.

Hi

I bought and installed new hvac system at a cost $13256.00 minus $1500 (rebate). I received a credit card and $1500 debit card, where $1500 card was fraudulently being in used. The card only had the option to activate online only, unlike other cards (mostly have option with phone, ATM or online). I found the card had $1100 balance, when I called the phone number written on the card, then I could reached an associates after series of voice recorded options. Who then gave a case number. After few days I called them again. This time they informed I have only $200 left. I belief the entire rebate team is not fair, and someone in the office is doing fraudulent activities. I request a thorough investigation of the issue and resolve it without delay.

On 3/1/20 I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot online. 3/6/20 a small unmarked truck with two foreigners (one barely spoke English & the other had a heavy accent) arrived to deliver the refrigerator. They removed the old one and installed the new one.

I was asked to sign two pieces of paper – one for the new fridge & one for the removal of the old one. 00 more than the other. I immediately called Citi Bank (handles HD’s credit cards) at 800-430-3376 & asked that the 2nd charge be removed.

I was told a dispute claim would be filed and don’t pay for the 2nd fridge. Since that point I have made numerous phone calls and have spoken to 18 representatives over many hours from Citi Bank & Home Depot repeating the same story, as well as filed a police report, and

I ordered flooring on Home Depot on Feb. 9, 2021. They lost it. They lied several times and said it was delivered. Now, March 28, they admit losing it and it is now in its possession. Despite several promises to reimburse and compensate, I have never seen a penny. Store location in Mcdonough, GA on Jonesboro Road, had a customer service representative wearing a mask that said "Dont be a maskhole, wear a mask" I found this to be offensive and very unprofessional. I dont not have an issue with the representative wearing a mask, but it should not be something that is offensive in nature.

I purchased a Frigidaire freezer in October, 2020. It has stopped freezing. I have called Frigidaire Electolux and have had two service calls scheduled and nobody showed up. I last talked to Aiyana who was going to call me yesterday to verify a service call for today. She did not call.

The number she gave me for the repairman is no longer in service. The first person I talked with at Texarkana Home Depot was going to check on this and call me back. He did not. I then asked for a manager and spoke with Carol.

She did a conference call with Electrolux. Carol called me yesterday afternoon to see if I had received a call as promised from Aiyana. In the meantime I have a whole beef stashed here and there to save it. Carol has tried to help me, but I need more help and time is of the essence.…

I called the on line customer service number to inquire about an on line item I was considering purchasing. The person answering the phone was very unknowledgeable. I politely asked to speak with her supervisor and she hung up. In the past whenever I shopped at the home depot in cedar hill, I felt that they employees had a desire to help in anyway they can.

Today, it is not that way.

Ordered a vanity, they canceled the order 10 minutes later. 00 was taken from my acct. called two people in Georgia and was told I would get my funds returned in three to five days. I asked to speak to a supervisor.

I was holding for 25 minutes. My husband spoke to someone in Chicago who told us to call Georgia again. I did with no results. Waited again for 15 minutes for a supervisor after being told he would tell me the same thing.

Why after canceling after 10 minutes because two people said it was out of stock and two other employees said it was an authorization issue, would I have to wait five days. Obviously the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.

I should have to wait 5 days for a refund, try totally unacceptable.

I purchased a dishwasher on July 2, 2020. Installation was scheduled for July 14. On that date the dishwasher could not be installed because it needed a hardwire cord. I ordered and received the cord, and called to reschedule installment.

No one ever answered the phone nor did they return calls. During this time I also spoke to several Home Depot sales reps and supervisors. They also could never reach anyone in the delivery/installment office. One rep actually got through and a new delivery date was scheduled for July 24.

No one showed up nor did they call on that date. On July 27, after 14 days, I was finally able to reach someone to reschedule my delivery and instillation. My dishwasher was finally installed on July 31, after dozens of attempts to try to reschedule.

I am very disappointed in Home Depot and its associates. I ordered a dishwasher with installation and take out of the old one on July 30, 2020. Not only did the installation crew fail to install a new dishwasher but also refused to take out the old one.

They said they couldn't take out the old dishwasher because of an "elevated floor". They also told me that I have 30 days to return the dishwasher, but when I called the Store (located in Monroe, NY 10930; the associate working in appliances told me that there are no refunds for dishwashers.

She was very rude and refused to help me. The dishwasher cost around $1000 + around $300 in installation fees and taxes, so you can imagine how upsetting it was when the associate working in appliances refused to help me with the matter.

We went to the Johnston RI Store approx. 6 weeks ago to purchase flooring. They set up an in home measure and that happened about a week later. Home Depot called us with a price and requested payment over the phone, which we did.

Then I didn't hear anything for two weeks. I made several calls to the store over the next few weeks and received only empty promises of a call back. The following week I finally spoke to a woman named Alice who got back to me.

She informed us that the product we already paid for somehow was repurchased in the store. ( Home Depot sold the product that we already were charged for ). So Alice got in touch with another Home Depot in the area and had them make a delivery of flooring to us. Great!

The store website states that facial masks are required by all customers in the store. There are signs at each entrance stating that facial masks MUST be worn. But when I went into the store # 1104, I see over 1 dozen shoppers without masks and 3 employees without masks.

When I checked out the cashier told me that masks are NOT required. I called the store to ask about it and they hung up on me!

I purchased a new LG refrigerator and waited 3 weeks for delivery. Upon delivery the installers dented the door. I refused delivery and am now being told it will be ANOTHER 3 weeks for me to get a replacement. Home Depot is blaming the manufacturer and says there is nothing that they can due.

I contracted with Home Depot and PAID in full and still do not have my refrigerator. If I were to cancel my order(which I got on sale) and repurchased at the higher price they might be able to move up my delivery.

So, that says to me that once they have your money they don't care about customer service. Very poor customer service and relations.

I paid over $17,000 for Flooring/Carpet at Gig Harbor, WA Home Depot over a month ago. In less than one business day was my installation (July 27th). I had to look for management to find out that they canceled everything without telling me.

I have been working with them since December 2019. I had at least 7 times people coming to measure and remeasure in 2020. I took out a home loan to pay for all the remodel. I moved all the furniture for installers to come and change my hardwood floors.

I took time off work. It's unbelievable. I need corporate to call me ASAP

I have been trying to purchase a Ridgid 10" Table Saw that Home Depot has been advertising for $279 since May. Model R4814. Offer expires Aug 2. However, not a single store in the greater Denver, CO area (within 100 miles of Denver) has inventory on this product, they cannot tell me when it will be back in stock, and the website says you cannot order it on line. Before you know it, this offer will have expired. I suspect once the offer expires, inventory will show up. Just a suspicion though.

Can Home Depot please respond to myself and probably many more people that want to know when this product will be back in stock, and will they honor the "special" price once it does show up?

I was just in your store #1516 at 11111 S. Parker Rd. 80134 where I experienced a total disregard by your store's employee to enforce our state's mandated mask ordinance. I noticed some of your customers walking (without face coverings) in the store passing by store employee's whom did not say a thing to these people.

I ended up leaving your store and making my purchases elsewhere in a store that follows our states law. If you want your store to be closed or fined by the state that is your business but I refuse to submit myself and family that this reckless behavior of your store and employee's.

Our health department is also being notified about this stores actions and I would suggest you get with your store's management team and straighten this issue out.

i bought an Amana washer from HD last week using my nephews debit card. The transaction was processed. The installation guy sent was also the driver of the truck. He asked to inspect the installation site where my old washer was till in place.

I've unhooked the tap incoming water tubes a few hours ago already. This installation/driver guy pointed to the cold tap and said that's not good enough for installation. Of course I was surprised by his comment and realized he will not be installing the new washer.

1) good luck finding anyone in the department you are looking to purchase from. Found someone once to schedule a measurment appointment wihich i should not have had to do as the previous measuring was less than a year before.

I ordered a freezer at a local Home Depot. The website said there were five available. Waited a couple hours for confirmation for pick up and got a text the order was canceled. It was not in stock. Suggested to get back on website.

Found another Home Depot that had one list as available but it suggested to call. I called and was on hold for an hour. The phone rang and I thought it was finally my turn only to have the phone ring over and over again and then I was given an error message and told to call back.

I called back again waited an hour to only have the phone ring over and over again and told there was system problems and to call back again. Was not going to see if the third time was the charm.

Frustrated that I spent my day thinking I would be buying a freezer.

20 and placed an order for lumber delivery at the Pro Desk. The gentleman at this desk was awesome.

First he thought I was playing a prank on him due to the low/no supply of lumber. We proceeded to the lumber section and the wood needed was there. He said we should pick it immediately so he could band it and mark it for delivery or it would be gone.

We did that, i paid and that was the end of it. Delivery scheduled for Saturday the 18th. Come Thursday the 16th, I receive a phone call from home depot telling me the lumber I had ordered was not in stock.

Upon entering Home Depot at 2600 S. Hurstbourne Parkway Lousiville KY 40222 on July 11,2020 I observed several people entering the facility NOT wearing a face mask as mandated by the Governor of Kentucky on 07/10/2020. When I asked an employee why this was being allowed, she stated that the store manager "won't do anything about it".

" This is against the LAW, and I DID report it to the COVID 19 hotline and the Governor's office. I will NOT shop at Home Depot anymore until they start putting the safety of their customers first!

Went to Home Depot to buy Murphy's Oil 1 gallon. They were out but suggested I go to CSR and ask if a local Home Depot might have the gallon product of Murphy's Oil.

Two CSR's were just shooting the breeze when I arrived and I got "Nancy". Through my mask I asked if a local Home Depot in Souderton might have 1 gallon.

I only gave it a 2 because after asking three people Kyle actually was willing to help. I asked someone in garden to help load bags of gravel to my cart. He wouldn’t give me his name and it wasn’t on his orange apron.

He then went on a rant about how many people in Marin have bad backs. He actually stopped another customer to point out and ask her if she had a bad back pointing out I had a bad back and he just couldn’t believe how many people had a problem with their backs.

He embarrassed me and made me feel like shit for being disabled. He then told me next time I should come with a strong man. Really!? This is someone that’s working in a customer service field and he speaks to me like this, embarrassing me with other customers. So rude!

Removal of spooled truck tie-down rope, or black and red 1/2 dia rope. I went to Watsonville HD to by this rope as I use it for my commercial beekeeping business to secure beehives and other equipment for transport. I needed 5 -30 ft lengths. Once there, all rope spools were removed with a sign stating "HD no cuts rope at this time." I called a store employee to the rope section and asked what happened to the spooled rope? He said they were removed due to the protesters of BLM making a hangman's noose out of one of the HD purchased ropes.

I purchased a new Refrigerator on order number WM10712918 online to be delivered to an address in Clarksville, Tn i live in Texas. I am retired military and asked for a 10% discount. The store in Clarksville told me I would need to go into the store in Clarksville, Tn and show my ID Card to get the discount.

I said I live 11 hours away and cannot do that. The store in Clarksville, TN told me to go to my local store in Texas and show them the order and show Military ID. I did and they said they could not do it and someone commented just give them a few dollars off.

I purchased storm door Feb 2020 No H1122-147151 Storm Door. It was installed by Home Depot, several problems with installation. I can see light above door when closed, water leaks out the bottom corner of door, screws holding bottom door opener will come out. Those are my problems. I have contacted the Murrells Inlet Store mover five times, I keep getting the run around, yes someone will contact you, No one does except for one occasion , once called and said installer will get back to you , never did.

I am writing to you today because of no help from this store, when you call the store, phone rings and rings, finally someone answers . I ask to speak to a Manager, several times I get dis-connected. Please help in getting my storm door repaired.

I purchased 23 bags of Rain Forest polished "black" grade A pebbles from one of your Tucson Az. 98 a bag. That's $250. Since I put the last bag down almost all the pebbles have faded to a normal gray pebble color.

I feel Home Depot should take responsibility for such a poor product by refunding me the $250. Obviously the pebbles are no longer in the bags and I have discarded the the bags and the pebbles are on the ground in my yard.

It would be impractical and unreasonable to require me to pick all them up and return them. I have attached a photo. The pebbles were shiny black when I purchased them. All receipts are online in my account.

In the Home Depot location nearest Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream New York, there is an employee by the name of Namal. I am not sure how it is spelled because he had his name tag covered by a "6 Feet distancing sign".

I asked him to for assistance finding an item that was listed on the Website and he became belligerent, yelling at me stating that I should not use that item. When I asked for clarity on what he meant, he again yelled at this writer and demanded that I do not use the item.

This was an online order. The one I liked the most. 3 weeks later received just the top by truck. Which I returned. After multiple customer service calls no one could give me a strait answer where the vanity was.

Finally talked to somebody that could help me. Told me the vanity was on backorder. This was at the end of March. And to reorder around the 13th of April which I did. So I reordered the same vanity with top.

To be delivered by truck. After 3 1/2 weeks started to make multiple calls to customer service. Again no answers until I talked to someone that could help me. And told me the vanity was damaged on the truck. Now it has been almost two months.

With no Vanity and my bathroom not useable. I am not happy at all with online ordering.

I have 2 complaints . 1st back in April you didn't have enough carpet at your store at the time . So I was told that it would be delived the next day. And I would receive a call when they were on the way .

Didn't get the call until late in the morning letting me know that it was dropped off hours ago on the side of my house on the freezing ground . And after I got it warmed up to unroll the carpet 7 of the 8 cuts was completely wrong .

So I had to bring it back to the store . I received terrible service . Finley talked to Seth at the rockroad store . And was told I would receive some kind of discount . That never happed. 2nd complaint .

Go in a day early to set purchues more carpet. And to make sure you had enough in stock at the time to cut that day to be picked up the next day. Come in…

The Home Depot delivered a defective refrigerator to my home and refused to let me return it. It never has worked, and I paid approx $1,000 for it. It's been over a month, and they are still refusing a return. I doesn't even run and is sitting in my garage. I called the day it was delivered and asked for a return. The Home Depot does not honor their guarantees on their invoice.

a complete mistake getting a Home depot credit card. 52 charged on it. They never sent me a card and after a length of time knowing that the bill would come up, I tried calling for assistance , Almost impossible.

Their system is bad bad bad , it is so bad that I have to assume it is that way so they don't have to respond. Here's the problem I had , you can't get into their credit card dept without the card number which I never received, they never sent me a card/ I Tried 3 times with no results, a couple of hours total ,then I accidentally got someone the 4th time, from I believe, a totally different dept.

04 a $30 late fee. 04 charge. Here's the small print they can charge you 40 dollars for a late fee. It seems more like a racket then anything else. I've been a good customer of home…

Went to Home Depot on 10000 blk Bustleton Ave Philadelphia PA after 3 mos of staying home. I am 88 yrs of age. Upon going into outdoor garden dept saw that cashier did not have face mask on, just hanging.

Asked her to put mask on. I had mine on fully. Verbally attacked me, cursing me. When asking her name, coverered name on her apron. Tried to see if her name was on white tag attached to her apron. Touched TAG, not her.

She came right up in my face & threatened me with bodily harm. Another employee sae & heard her & tried to apolpgize for her. I went into store to find manager & she came in behind me with an employee on both sides of her.

She came up on me again, still screaming &,& threatening me with F curses. Upon telling my story to both asst mgr & mgr of store , I was told to leave…

Your Cleveland Heights Ohio store. 00 in electrical supplies. I stand in line for the check out and watch as YOUR EMPLOYEES wave up people ahead of me after this happened 6 times WELL I COULD SEE IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS WHITE.

YOU HAVE LOST ANY OF MY OR MY COMPANY MONEY AS YOU HAVE SHOWN YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RACIAL AGAINST PEOPLE OF ONE COLOR. HATE IS A 2 WAY STREET HATING ANYONE JUST BECAUSE OF THERE COLOR IS WRONG YET IT SEEMS YOU SUPPORT THIS AT THIS LOCATION.

Shame on your company for trying to make things worse rather then better. I am very sure LOWES will take my money AS I HAVE NEVER SEEN RACE BE A ISSUE AT A LOWES STORE IN OHIO OR PA.
