Ordered 2 $200 chairs. Thought parts missing. Complained. Ryan in servicecalled. He couldn't figure it out either. He said he'd caller seller and call me Monday. On. A.m. seller fixed proble. All is well. Today is Wed., and Ryan emailed to say 2 chairs/seats being Mailed. Have tried for 2 hrs totell him not to. Text won't work. Emails won't go through,as you failed 4 times to email codes. Call and was on hold 30 min when I hadto stop. Horrible, horrible experience. It's Lowes for us hereafter.

I ordered products online and found "free shipping" for what I wanted. When I checked out I looked at my receipt and they snuck in a $35 delivery charge. I immediately called and waited 49 minutes to resolve the issue. She was nice but said that I didn't call within the 40 minute time frame. I said that I had called and was on hold for the entire 49 minutes. She said that she would remove the $35 delivery fee and that is fine, but it doesn't make up for their deceptive practices. Their web page said that I could also go to live chat but there was no link....

I will not order online from HD again.

Amazon is much easier.

We ordered a large order to be delivered to our home address; we ordered the bricks, tumbled block and wood two weeks early in order for the delivery to be made in time for the project plans. We were told when we ordered the supplies that this would give time to get the items from other locations if needed.

The day of the delivery arrives; we are called and notified that it will be delivered between that morning and 8:00 PM. We are also told that part of the order was not there and that we would have to very likely wait another 2 weeks for the tumbled pavers.

Long Island Eastern Suffolk ( Selden) store. If I didn't know it was a Home Depot from the sign outside,To me, it looks like a store that is going out of business and liquidating their entire stock. There were dozens of empty bays. out of stocks everywhere.

I went in for a broom and dustpan. The entire 3 bays of brooms were empty, Then over to the door sweeps, Out of stock on that too. Garden department, looking for a wrought iron plant holder. Nope, none there either.

I asked an associate why everything was out of stock? Did he say the virus? The virus? Bull!! I went 4 miles away to a clean, fully stocked, South Setauket Home depot. So whats their reason for being in stock? Better management? YES!!!

We purchased a cast iron umbrella base on line from Home Depot. They assigned a UPS# but didn't, have the item. UPS says they never received it and can do nothing. It has now been 3 days of waiting from one connection to another while waiting for service.

I ordered a gift for my Grandson along with a storage shelf. The shelving unit was delivered post haste. Still waiting on the 6 ft. float gift. Promised delivery and by 6/11/20 Tried three times on two different complaint numbers, waiting fifteen minutes twice before calls cut off.

When will my order be delivered? Why the hold up? Had a bad experience waiting on Ryobi batteries to be delivered, finally came. I like Home Depot, but deliveries have much to be wanted. Would like some service.

Recently I Purchased a Washington Veranda Cypress 6'x6' vinyl fencing I ordered 15 panels ~ 16 post and 16 post caps. I went to my local Home Depot in Dartmouth MA (02747) and originally wanted 6'H x 8'W and was told I needed to go online to place the order however the girl was nice enough to look up all the components I needed to put the fence together.

When I went on line there was a notation that the 8' length panels would not be available for some time. Being that the 6' panels appeared to be good to order I decided that I would go with the 6 footers because it appeared they were available.

Trying to buy some lumber. They would not allow me to order and pay online. On June 4th, I broke quarantine and went into the store and ordered the lumber and paid for it.. My handyman was going to pick it up the next day.

Vickie at the Prodesk said that would be fine. I called about 2 hours later and spoke with person at Prodesk (Vickie) who had taken my order. I told her that my handyman would not be able to get there until Saturday.

I am very disatisfied with the current service that I have recieved. I oreded a new stove on 5/25/20 and the delivery date was scheduled for 6/3/20. I received a call on on 6/3/20 at 3:30pm telling me that my 2pm appoinment was delayed by 90 min. I took off of work to be able to be home for the delivery. Needless to say, after waiting all afternoon and evening I did not receive my new stove! No one called me with any updates after waiting for hours. This is very disapointing! I went to the Home Depot store in Austintown, Ohio to purchase a product which was out of stock. Then I went to the Boardman, Ohio store and it was also out of stock there. So I went to the Salem, Ohio store (#3877) and I found the product I was looking for.

I added a few other products to my purchase and the clerk would not accept my veterans discount because she couldn't accept my DD214 and drivers license authentication. I spoke to a young supervisor who probably didn't even know what a veteran was.

She was rude to me when I told her I have purchased countless products at the Austintown store and had no problem using my DD214 with identification. She said she wasn't going to argue with me and told me to leave the store.

Ordered 2 LED Floor Lamps online the day before Memorial Day and received confirm e-mail that they were ready to be picked up, headed to store. 5" Hampton Bay LED Floor Lamps" she could not proceed without the order#, so I walked across the store to the correct exit, back out to my truck where I had left my phone as it the battery was almost dead, back into the store with the magic order#, waited in line, gave order# to Lexi and

I called to inquire about a lawn mower. The website stated that few were in stock at my store. I did not want to drive thirty minutes only to find out they did not have the mower. So I called the store to see if it was indeed in stock.

The lazy girl who answered put me on hold three times. I was on the phone for a total of 30 minutes, to no avail. I never did get to speak to anyone. It's a shame. I will now spend my $3,000 on a lawn mower elsewhere. What horrific customer service.

No wonder I always shop at Lowe's!!! Guess I needed another reminder. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. And, they don't even have a customer service email to complain to. I called the customer service complaint line, only to be told I'd be on hold for 30 minutes!

I have been trying to buy three appliances from Home Depot online for a condo we are renovating. When I first began this difficult quest, the delivery date was June 3. It is now June 9. I need these appliances as soon as possible, so this is a big problem for me.

This is far from the biggest problem, however. When I tried to pay for my order online, I got an insufficient funds notification. 00, and tried to pay again. Again I got an insufficient funds notification. I called my bank again, and they finally figured out that Home Depot had put two charges of $2,000 each on my account.

I shop at the Picayune Home Depot very often. Today I arrive to buy 2 cans of wasp/bee spray, but as usual I made my walk around the entire store. 97 large umbrellas so I picked up 2 of them, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. 00. 00.

After contemplating whether I should purchase this vacuum I made the decision to carry it in my basket for the next 35 minutes while I added a pack of batteries and a new tape measure. My wife ordered a new LG washer and dryer. It was delivered while my wife was out of town so I accepted the delivery and signed for it. When my wife got home she noticed it was the wrong LG washer and dryer.

When we looked at the paperwork it looks like the lady who wrote us up that night keyed in the wrong model number. I went into the store Saturday to let them know of the issue and was treated very rudely by someone who said if I signed for it tough luck.

Ordered 7 items to be curb side pickup. All items were in stock and appeared to be in adequate supply. Received message indicating 1 item was ready at curb side. Received another message one item was placed in subscription, to be delivered every 6 months - I did not ask for this.

I was able to cancel the subscription on-line. An hour later I checked to see the status of the rest of my order and found that it was scattered out over the next 3 weeks, to be delivered to my home.

My husband and I just visited Home Depot on Lake Worth Road and Military trail. In Lake Worth Fl. We were standing in line on an x spot in front of us there was another couple on their x spot.

They moved forward to the self pay area. When we went to their x spot to take our place next in line. I was screamed at by a very large employee with pink hair not even wearing a mask. It took two weeks and 3 delivery dates to finally receive my refrigerator.

First delivery: Gave driver my gate code and he failed to tell me he was driving an over-sized truck and needed the side gate opened. When he finally let me know this he said he had a 15 minute window and i had 5 minutes to get someone to the gate.

I was unaware until that moment that I needed to find a security Marshall to open it and as i was looking up their # to call them, he said my time was up and he left! The next appointment was Monday.

Got my text from them that they would be here between 3 and 7. They never came, never called and did not answer any of my calls to the number they had texted me to call. I waited at the gate til 9:30 pm and gave up.

I visited your store recently and there were people without masks on. I find that very disrespectful considering the pandemic that we are having. My life is as important as yours that I protect wearing a mask. You don't let people in the store without shoes so the same should apply to people without masks.

Droplets from just talking stay in the air for 8 minutes so the virus is spreading from those who you allow in your store without a mask. They are making to take longer to stop spreading. We have been coming to your store for many years but since I encountered people without masks in the store I took my business elsewhere.

In March I order a Whirlpool refrigerator on Sale to be sent to Milford Ct I have had to reject 5 because they were badly dented I upgraded the refrigerator thinking I would get one that wasn't dented and they one that couldn't be brought up the stairs. So I tried to reorder the first refrigerator again hoping I could get one that wasn't dented but Home Depot now wanted me to pay full price.

Each time deliveries were made I had to have a contractor so he could put back cabinetry at $150, and because this is a rental my new tenant who was supposed to move in last Saturday cancelled the lease of $2000/per month. So on a $1500 purchase that I never got, it has cost me an additional 2,900 in lost income and carpentry.

"So sorry for your inconvenience" just doesn't cut it.

This is not the first time I've seen this at the West Delray Beach Home Depot. Some of the employees are NOT'm wearing face masks (5/12/20). I was there last week and I noticed there were a number of employees not wearing masks as well.

Customers are not allowed to enter stores without wearing one, but why does Home Depot get a pass?

A few days ago I placed an online order, to be p/u at Store 6945. Part of the order was sent to 6945; partial to 2507 and the reminder to be shipped to my home(so I was told). Why? Why did I take the time today where I wanted my merchandise and you send it to a completely different location?

I pick up the order from 6945 no prob, but then we go to the dreaded 2507 (I’ve had isssues with this store. I go out of my way to stay away from Store 2507 one of your worst stores, if not THE worst.

ordered 2 gal of stain online for pickup in anchorage. I ordered and paid for it online with a debit card. I discovered I had ordered it from the Rodeo store by mistake. I meant to order from the Tudor store.

I tried to contact both the stores many times via telephone with no answer. I went to the Tudor store and talked to customer service about the mistake. The un-friendly woman at the desk said I would have to wait while she tried to get the Rodeo store to pick up the phone.

so on may 10th, today I proceeded to enter the west seneca ny Home Depot. being very concerned over the cover issue in ny I wear a 3m n95 mask for safety. Most of the people around this Home Depot have bandanas or paper over there faces.

This week I ordered on line two items. The first one was a Suncast Hosemobile then a couple a days later a tarp. The online advertisement said they're over sixty in store, and the tarp was also available. I went to the store uncertain if both items were ready for pickup.

We shop with Home Depot regularly. We ordered for a delivery. Hamilton store driver the day it was supposed to be delivered stated he could not get his semi in the complex with is a total lie. Cancelled the order.

Scheduled another delivery coming from the Winder store from 6-10. No show. Called the Athens store at 10:45 because they are the one who placed order. Took 15 minutes to get someone on the line. Cancelled that order. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

You should be a shamed to not require your employees to wear mask. I am appalled at the way your stores handle the virus. Gathered around talking with each other and with costumers. Check out people scanning things in the buggy, not behind windows.

get out of my face idiot. No one in your stores are being even slightly careful. I have numerous video's and pictures. My daughter purchased a refrigerator from you when ours broke without my knowledge. It was supposed to arrive today (May 1, 2020), but she got a text saying it couldn't be delivered today, but it would be delivered on May 16th.

This totally unacceptable and I consider it unprofessional of you. I asked my daughter to cancel the order and that I would purchase the appliance from the people from whom I have purchased my appliances for the past 45-50 years: Sears.

They have never disappointed me during my business with them and yet this is the third time that The Home Depot has disappointed me. Rest assured that I will never set foot in your store and I have shredded my Home Depot card.

I ordered and was told delivery would be 4/30. I was then notified delivery would be changed to 5/1. After waiting all day I checked and it said delivery would be 4/30, it was already 5/1. I tried to call and was told a wait time was 5 minutes.

After 45 minutes, I hung up. with no notification. I will NEVER shop Home Depot again. What happened to their customer service??????????

I ordered a refrigerator and stove, order W951898512 on 4/21 and scheduled delivery for 4/29. I live in California but the items were to be delivered to a rental home I own in Cary, North Carolina. I flew out to North Carolina for the purpose of being present for the delivery, as the house is vacant, and was scheduled to fly back to CA the day after delivery.

On 4/28, I received an automated call from Home Depot, confirming my delivery on 4/29 and giving me a time window from 1:30 - 5:30, advising that the driver would call 30 minutes prior. On April 29, the delivery never arrived and I never received a call or any message.

Order number WA5668351 Part of the order was for 25 bags of topsoil. My husband and I were building raised bed Garden‘s. Of the 25 bags of topsoil, eight were Top mud apparently the supplier packed mud in the bags made it very frustrating to try to mix it with compost etc The vendor I believe is Trailwinds topsoil Atlanta Georgia.

I would have selected 0/5 if that option was given. I am very disappointed in this entire ordering experience, and will not be ordering from Home Depot in the future. I placed an order on April 2, and was given a delivery date of April 15.

On April 15, the order, according to your tracking feature, had not been shipped. A call yielded an automated response that my order would be received by April 15. Attempts to contact customer service resulted in over an hour on hold before I gave up.

Two days later, on April 17, I received an email telling me that my order was delayed. On April 24, I was notified by email that the order had shipped and would be received by April 27.

However, attempts to confirm this on your automated call system informed me that I would receive my order by April 15.…

Checked the online quantities for a 30 x 80 bifold door in North Dartmouth store. It stated they had 4 on hand and so I drove to the store to find out they had none.

Also no one in the millwork department. Drove home and checked Taunton store on line. Computer stated you had 7 on hand. So before I made the 20 mile drive I wanted someone to verify this quantity.

First person (Aaron) hung up. I called back, I was on hold for 17 min 11 secs. when a woman (Diana) finally picked up the phone and proceeded to give me a list of excuses why someone just can't pick up a phone.
