I really do not know if you train you people in customer service or not, by the way most act towards customer is No there is not training at all. I know there will be nothing done of this complaint, probably the higher echelon is impalpable of treating customers who visit your stores.

all month I've struggled with morons whom are lazy, rude, incapable of taking care of themselves much less customers. did you get the part where nothing will be done? Let's start with March I purchased a wheel barrow after being removed from parking places where no cars or trucks visible then waiting in a hot sun, for good lord how long, I finally got into the store.

I have never visited a Home Depot. I was looking at an ad online regarding garden soil. I decided to order online and pick up. My closest store was Seymour. The order was placed on Sunday at 5:10 pm. I was going to pick up on Monday 4-20-20.

Monday morning I went to Home Depot in Seymour. Unaware that I had to go inside store anyway to finalize my pick-up. Not sure what for? It had been finalized the night before. But I was advised I had to visit the service desk.

Well I parked my car, took the baby out of carseat, and waited in line. {Distancing} When I got in store could not get to proper counter for pick up. It was blocked off. Then I was told to remove the blockage and replace it again and come on through.

My adult son was at Home Depot on Serene and Eastern in Las Vegas, NV this morning at 8 am to buy a gallon of paint, he had walked up to paint department and only be there a few seconds and there were 2 employees. " this embarrassed and made my son angry, he said F_ _ k you and came home.

I called back to the store and ask to speak to a Manager, the man that answered ask what I needed, I said to make a complaint, without even introducing himself, he said you can tell me. I said who are YOU, he replied an asst. manager.

Hi. I came at Home Depot store at South Hill, VA, Saturday prior to this one, bought a battery for my small tractor and returned a core in min. Tried it at my cabin, and it was completely down. Tried to recharge it, it would not take fully charge.

week later, when we came back to our cabin, I went back to the store to replace it. that was last Saturday. And Sunday, nest day, I brought DEFECTIVE one back. Please, understand, that was a defectives. Customer service lady told me that I need to bring a core back to get my money back.

Me and my husband have been going to home depot for years . on sat the 4th we went in twice together . We understand they have to put lines in to keep people from taking things and because of covid 19.

On Sunday we needed to get a washer and dryer we went across the street to Lowes to get prices and compare to home depo. We went across the street to Home depo me and my husband holding hands as we got to the front doors we where told we could not go in because we where from the same house hold WOW.

On-line website said free shipping over $40. 64. When I looked at the receipt 1 item was listed as in store pick-up. Why would I want store pick-up for 1 item when the website said free shipping. That is what I wanted.

I don't want to drive 5 miles and wait in line to pick up any 1 item on an order. If thats the case I might as well pick up everything. I called the on-line service number 1-800-430-3376 and after a 45 minute wait the line went dead.

So I called the Cypress Park store in Los Angeles. The girl at first told me it was my fault I had entered something wrong (must fall under customer is always right). she put me on hold for a minute and when she comes back now it is something the system does and they can't change it (really).

I am very upset with your company. My niece had our roof replace in 2006 and were told she/we have 20 years. Well, I have been calling this time since December 2019. I do understand your are not in the roofing business, but had turn this over to Gentec.

I call, call, call since then and I were told that someone will contact me within 3 business days. At this time I have not heard anything from them. In the past I had call about the roof leaking your company had sent someone to repair it.

Placed an online order (#W851539621) for delivery 3/26. Was called by the trucking company (YCR) on 3/26 that they weren't able to deliver that day, but they'd deliver today, 3/27. Went over all the shipping instructions with Cindy at YCR regarding the delivery.

Due to the weight of their delivery, I'll need assistance to help unload. My husband took off work on 3/26 and today 3/27, only to be called again that YCR will not deliver to our neighborhood. They'll redeliver on Monday with a smaller truck.

AGAIN, my husband will need to take a 1/2 day of work. At this point, I really do NOT feel we should be paying the $100 in shipping and should be given a credit. Your assistance with this horrible experience is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Wife and two daughters were humiliated and belittled by store employee in the Queen Street, Southington store on 3-22-20. Told they should leave these thing to the professionals. Wife called and spoke to manager Gary who stated "well that guy usually gets compliments so I'm not sure what to say".

We ordered a dish washer a month ago paid in full was told I needed to be home for delivery took the day off, received no call or dishwasher. Called to go pick it up myself they said I could not.

I purchased an item and had it return it because of the wrong size so at customer services I asked for a store credit," since I was going to get the correct size,". The cashier Dinora ask for my receipt which I did not have so the cashier stated without a receipt that she could not give a store credit but since I use my Home Depot Credit for the item I was able to return the item. I went into Home Depot on Saturday February 29, 2020 to purchase a new refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. I was told by the attendant that I could not get anything other than floor model of a refrigerator for 5 days.

I had just moved into a new house and needed the appliance much sooner. I agreed to take the floor model and was told that it could not be delivered. I had my grandson pick it up. My children attempted to install the appliance with the water hose that was sold to me.

On Monday (03/02/20) I visited Home Depot for the purpose of availing myself of a compact, trim router. The kit package (included a 1/4 sheet finish sander) was $30 less than just the router, but there were none in the store.

So, I had them order that kit for me. It arrived the next day, and I'd thought that I would be happy with it. It turned out, however, that the micro adjusting wheel was defective. I asked a question about the difference between 2 carpet trim products from the guy in the flooring area (behind the computer screen) in the Watchung NJ area mentioning that the 2 flooring surface was 1/4 inch difference so which product to choose. To my surprise, he answered that the product I'm holding was for equal flooring which was not as it stated explicitly on the label "for uneven floor".

I ordered paint color samples online from Home Depot. The samples took over a week to get. When I received them one had spilled paint all over the inside of the bag it came in. The reason I ordered online is because when you ask for a sample in store it takes 10 minutes.

The project I'm working on got held up for days waiting for this sample. I thought I could just drive to the store and pick it up the same day. If this is the best Home Depot can do forget it.

I purchase two kohler toilets from your store at 2421 old Taylor Road Chesapeake VA on 1/12/2020. The installation was to take place shortly thereafter and I paid $304.00 to install the toilets. I was contacted by Perez to install them. I was at work and my roommate was onsite as was required. I have two bathrooms. The one in my bedroom was fine. My husband and ordered a shed from home depot on 1/29/2020. and we got the wrong one. We order one of the sheds from out front of the store the number 2 shed but we got the number three shed.

, but its not the one we got and I am not happy with the one we have , because the stuff we have to store want fit everything. They told me at home depot we would have to pay extra to get the tall roof on the shed and we would have if someone had told us we needed to do upgrade to get it .

On February 8 2020 I purchased from the Home Depot in Pahrump (2) toilets for delivery and installation in my residence located at 3822 E, Sedgwick Avenue Pahrump, Nevada. I purchased a Maytag dishwasher on 2/9/20 and paid an installation fee of $149. E. dishwasher, also purchased at Home Depot, that was still under warranty. The Contractor for Home Depot ' warranty company (Assurion) was M And M Factory Service.

I had to reschedule my delivery and installation because of this. I am a senior citizen, not a repair person who can nail plywood underneath my counter to fit and install a dishwasher. I paid an installation fee and should not have to deal with problems caused by your contractor.

I would like this problem resolved ASAP so I can get my new dishwasher.

My complaint takes well over 100 words. Let's begin with the purchase order, H1848-331035, French Doors for my patio which occurred on 11/12/19. I have had nothing but problems stemming from the delivery date, to missing parts for the door, to unclear instructions and mislabeling on the threshold.

And, the worst part of all? Complete and utter lack of full customer care and support from those who sold me the door. I purchased a $2000 Samsung refrigerator in store on Jan 20, 2020 and free installation was included in the purchase. It was delivered on Jan 25, 2020. The water dispenser in door was not tested at delivery and about 24 hrs after delivery I realized it wasn't working but the icemaker was.

I ordered a refrigerator from the Home Depot in Huntsville Alabama. The refrigerator was to be delivered on Wednesday January 15th. The delivery men called 30 minutes before delivery to insure that I was home and the area was clear for installation.

The delivery men came to my home asked if the area was clear and I showed it to them. The area was prepared for delivery. They went back to their truck then came back to tell me that the Refrigerator was on the truck, but was broken and missing parts.

How would they load a refrigerator without noticing it missing parts and broken beyond repair. They then asked me to sign a rejection form for a refrigerator that I had never seen or they never unpacked from the truck. I was informed that this was the process.

I had my old refrigerator removed…

I would like to not even have one star regarding our most recent experience with store number 1863 in Bradenton FL. almost one and a half years and our flooring project is still not completed! in fact I'm guessing that there a real good chance it will be paid in full before it has been completed!

Actually, Im betting that it will! We where so excited in having most of the flooring replaced in our fairly new home.. My wife and I took the time to move everything out of the rooms and rip out carpet and tac stripes..

And this was not a small flooring project by any means.. It took the 2 installation guys three days to install the flooring and they took the transitions with them, they said they where not allowed to leave them on a job site.. Never saw them again...

First we had to wait 13 day for the delivery. The refrigerator was delivered fine, but when they left we noticed the doors was not level and very noticeable. So we called the store and they scheduled a visit on the day we were out of town for Christmas.

So were had to reschedule. 00 saying they would be there in 20 minutes. , and nobody called. I called the store they rescheduled again for Thursday. Again about 4 they called only to ask my husband what the service call was about.

He then said I have not worked on a side by side would you have a manual I could look at. My husband told him not to come. We called the store again. They reschedule again for Saturday, they did show up but couldn't fix the refrigerator said it was missing a part.

the past 2 or three times I went to check out at the counter next to the return register someone that has a problem with there order is being waited on by 2 employees . I asked if it takes 2 cashiers to wait on one person and the reply is we are in something. this happens often and I wonder if someone has a problem with an order or backorder why can't one of the cashiers take care of that while the other cashier keeps the register open for people that want to check out.

I signed a contract with Home Depot to install a leaf free gutter which is life time warranty.

However, the system did not work well and I reported the issue to my local home depot seven months ago. The local store said the service discontinued and the issue was transfered to GenPact company. In the past seven months, home depot asked me to call GenPact, and GenPact asked me call Home Depot, I spent many time to do it and frustrated .

I am wondering what happened and who should take responsibility to resolve the issue.
