Let me start out by saying you need to take customer service out of any web site , and or store verbiage. It is very clear Home Depot has no clue as to the meaning of a Customer, let alone the word service.
I ordered a door on line , processed the purchase for store #3842. when I went to pick it up, it was not anywhere in the store ? Not the employee did bring out two of the four door set to me it was damaged ,but at least it was a half order, better than nothing.
I am sure if I put up half of a door it would look awesome, something I am 100% sure of that Mr. Craig Menear would be proud to display, I don't even think DM Mike Collins would put it up. SO WHY WOULD I.
