Purchased 4 appliances that were to be delivered 12/23/19. That never happened. I ordered 4 more appliances that were in stock on 12/23/19 to be delivered on 12/30/19. I never received a call on either order. Supposedly the manager cancelled 2 items so there is no delivery today. What next?

I visited the Allentown South Home Depot and placed an order to have back splash installed in the kitchen. 00 but would go away if we booked the job through Home Depot. The next week the measurement was done and Home Depot called that afternoon with a quote, I accepted the quote and paid for the job that day. 00 for that measurement.

I contacted customer service at the store which resulted in zero help in resolving this issue, she sounded like she didn't want to be bothered and transferred me to flooring, which was even less help. 00 credit on the final bill, which I already paid.

When I tried to explain to her I was still being billed for the measurement, she told me I had to pay it as it was my responsibility. Bottom line is I'm still being billed for this. I've since made 4 calls to…

I bought a Washer and Dryer in Sept. 2019 had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Then when it finally arrived it was damaged, so was compensated , but that does not include the fact that I had to wait 3 weeks to have an appliance delivered.

Now 3 months later my dryer's circuit board is fried has to be replaced. I have wait 2 weeks for replaced circuit board arrived Saturday 12/07/2019, yeah and now I have to wait again ,because I was rescheduled due to I don't know why they just can't send someone to replace the FREAKING board. VERY UP SET CUSTOMER.

When we recieved the refridgerator it was damaged, dented and scratached on the side, they offered us $200 off but that is nothing when we paid close to $2,000 and I'm sorry but we did not purchase a damaged refrigerator, so we had to wait another week to get a replacement; in the meantime we had to still go to the garage for food since we did not want to bring everything inside becuase we knew we were getting another one, and it's cold in Ohio.

I purchased a hot water heater from home depot 2 years ago with a 6 year warranty this hot water heater cracked and caused my basement to flood which was ridiculous I called my insurance company and found out I have a 10% deductible which is $5000 so im not going to put a claim in I went to the store they did give me a new hot water heater so

I asked well who is going to pay to put it in just to let you know there words were you are not to professional so I paid to clean and thought out what was ruined at a cost of around $3800 then I had to pay to install it and that was the only thing I asked them to do which was $400 I spend at least $10000 a year at home depo so

On November 25, I called our local Home Depot store to see if a particular item was in stock. The item in question was a Rug Doctor Model DCC1. She said it wasn't but can have it shipped to my local store and picked up on Monday the 2nd.

She asked for my name and address and Home Depot Credit Card number. I was informed yesterday eve that the item arrived and today the 1st of December I went to pick it up. 90. 51. I called the store and was told it was an internet order and there is no discount for internet orders.

i ave been trying to get a new washer and dryer installed since november 21, the first attempt the washer could not be installed. i had to call in my own plumber and get it done. then discovered that the dryer will spin but not heat.

26 another service call to remove the old washer and repair the new dryer. not repairable, am going to have to replace this one. well replacement will not take place until Dec 4. this seems a bit extreem to me.

i have had nothing but we are so sorry, nothing else to be done. this feels a bit over the top to me. a company the size of home depot surely has a better way and quicker way to satisfy their customers.

Well because I ask an employee about a saw( he ask what kind ) and I said one that cuts wood so he showed me and said battery was not included and I ask how much for battery he said $ 60, so for a friend Christmas present $160 something was pricy.

So I walked by the cord ones and seen one for $ 45, cheap and more like it, but as I walked away That employee said because I asked about a saw and did not know which kind that it brought a red flag up that I was stealing and also because I have pain hair so I stood out, and had to be stealing even through I brought items in to return.

We purchase a Samsung refrigerator from the home depot in Mechanicsburg Pa. It was suppose to be delivered on 11/14/2019 that was cancel by them. It was rescheduled to be delivered on 11/20/2019 by them, we did not get the refrigerator again.

Supposedly we are suppose to get it delivered on 11/21/2019 . I think you should compensate us for all this. We did not do any of the rescheduling it was all by your store and the delivery outfit you have on contract.

A couple of months ago, I went to the home depot customer service desk to request a veterans discount. I had an American legion membership card and a USAA ID number. I was told that this information was not enough and I would have to bring in my DD214.

Today [11/20/19] I returned with my DD214 and was told that home depot policy only issued a veterans discount to veterans with a picture ID. The armed service does not issue ID to regular veterans. When I informed the customer service person of that fact, I was told I would have to get one.

The home depot makes a lot of claims that they go out of their way to help veterans which I have found to be totally false!! All employees that I have dealt with at The "customer help desk" have been rude and uncooperative.

I had back splash completed by one of your outside contractor on 11/14 and 11/15. The job was horrible. I took pictures and sent them to the store. The back splash had cracks and rough area, some were not cut correctly and have uneven edges.

I am paying 20,00 m for my kitchen through home depot, but the work is not up to the standard that home depot has provided over the years. The best things is this whole mess is I had a wonderful kitchen designer, Liz has been there for my support.

This is not the first problem, but by far the worst. I expect home depot to make this right. I called on Saturday, 11/16/19 and spoke with the assistance store manager. No one is calling me back to see how this mess can be rectified.

Four years ago we purchased what was represented to us as pressure-treated, insect-resistant lumber. We used the lumber to build a 60 foot long, three foot high retaining wall. Your lumber is now mostly dry rot and, as a result, the wall must be completely replaced.

It is estimated that we will need an estimated 240 feet of properly pressure- treated 2" x 6" planking and 50 feet of 4" x 6"'s for the 15 supporting posts.

We can provide samples of the rotted wood and photographs. Anyone you care to send to the house is free to make a separate inspection of the deteriorated condition of the existing wall.

We request that Home Depot provide the above-indicated amount of properly-treated lumber plus another $3000 to cover the estimated labor cost of removing and replacing the old wall.

I had a horrible experience with Jonie-MOD on Fair Ave. she called and yelled at me about I should have known that I am not supposed to contact Home Depot for any problems and she gave a list of different phone numbers were given to me and

I bought 3 pallets of heating pellets and had them to be delivered last Monday 11,04,2019! the pellets were never delivered. I called the store in Wilkes-Berry on Monday night. I was passes over to the delivery department. The person I talked to said that he would call me back!

My complaint is that I waited in line for 20 minutes while young, clearly inexperienced employees hugged and chatted with each other at the cash register. They paid no attention to the frustrated customers waiting in line to get their order rung up.

Hello, My complaint is that Home Depot will not deliver a new dryer to my home in Lordsburg, NM. The nearest Home Depot is in Thatcher, AZ approximately 80 miles away. I have ordered other items and they have been delivered to my home and I do not understand why a large, expensive purchase such as a dryer is somehow against Home Depot's delivery policy!

I do not have the capability to go and get the new dryer, remove the old dryer and install the new one. It seems unfair to deny delivery for this appliance, and yet if I order something else, it will get delivered and delivered for free!

I have recently been remodeling my kitchen. I have a Home Depot Credit Card, so of course I have been purchasing the items I need at Home Depot. I have been a Home Depot Credit Card holder since 2017 and until today I have had no problem with anything that I have purchased there.

A couple of days ago I purchased 3 gallons of Glidden paint. Once I got them home and did a little spot test on my kitchen wall, I realized that the 2 color I had chose for the walls were way too dark.

I sent an email to the Home Depot question email inquiring on the return of paint and was advised that stores with the OOPS table usually would let you return them. So I proceeded to the Home Depot where I purchased the paint and left very unhappy.

I am writing to complain about an associate in store 2841 located in Shakopee, MN. His name is BOB and works in hardware, he was working October 20th around 3pm. My wife can in to get a product for an unconventional use, he proceeded to insult her by literally calling her "stupid".

I purchased a washer dryer combo from home depot on Sept. 1 2018 and I purchased a 5 year extended warranty. On Oct. 10,2019 I called in for extended warranty repair on my equipment. I spent about 6 hours trying to get this arranged.

The Home Depot automated system is Absolutely the worst I have incountered. You CANNOT get to a live person, and no options work! If you do get through to them either you get someone you can't understand, or a real dumb ass who could not even help themselves!!!!!!!!!!!

I applied for homedepot credit card on 9/16/19 i waited and it didnt come and we are now on 10/09/19. I called customer service 800-677-0232 the most rudest, disrespectful agents. I was told my card was mailed out on 0923/2019. business days weekends excluded.

I called again on 10/09/19 to find out where is my card. I was told by agent the card comes in an unmarked envelope and it takes 7-10 business days. I said we are in October and i still have not received my card.

I have lost out sales from online and store due to i have to wait for this card. They can not tell me where my card is at this point for there is no tracking number. I recently purchased a snake for a clogged sink. as most things it was late in the evening , and I had to rush to Home Depot before it closed. after finding something that I thought would work. I went home to try it out.

I rate it not even one. To start off with my Refrigerator went up on the 14th of September. I went to the Annapolis Md. store the one on Defence Hwy. I could not find a sales person in the appliance dept.

I do not understand why you use such a bad appliance delivery service in New Jersey ~Weehawken. A couple of years ago I cancelled a dishwasher from Home Depot and bought from Best Buy because there was a no show and no call, and no rescheduled delivery.

The reviews on the place you use were pretty much a minus 1 including people saying their items were dumped on the sidewalk. Today I had a refrigerator delivered. They didn’t even bother to take off the tape much less switch the door opening to actually face the kitchen.

They said I had to call you and get the parts. They were unfriendly. It became even more obvious the 2 guys actually doing the work were under duress when a third guy showed up on their way out taking the tip from the working guys~This surly third man was their boss.

To whom it may concern, we placed an order for a stove on July 2, 2019 (order # W936067104) for a Frigidaire Gallery 30 in. 5.0 cu. ft. Gas Range with Self-Cleaning QuickBake Convection in Stainless Steel. The unit was due to be delivered July 9, 2019.

After multiple set backs, being told that the unit was finally going to be delivered only to wait for the delivery truck for no truck to show up due to the unit not having arrived to the warehouse, the unit was finally delivered today September 17, 2019. After an incredible wait of 77 days for this unit to arrive, the unit is damaged. It has a dent at the metal top adjacent to the burners with paint removed.

My dad ordered me a washer and dryer and to have it delivered and installed. The delivery man said that they cannot install my dryer because there was no hard vent. Which there is a hard vent pipe. DaysThey left in a hurry.

The next day when I had somebody else hook it up we found that My floor west rent you floor was ripped and a gouge in the wall. I called the store and they never apologized. I was even speaking to the manager.

They said my dryer vent did not meet their spec. I have put in a claim. I am never ever going to have Home Depot deliver or install anything.

You think when I spend a minimum of $60,000 a year at your stores you could afford to fix the exhaust fan in the men's bathroom! I have been after your managers for two years the smell is hideous. I have complained about it every month and they lie to me about fixing it.

Fail to deliver items and do not bother to inform the customer. The incident took place twice, once with appliance section regarding a delivery of a fridge, a dryer and a washing machine.

Second time with blinds section. They failed to deliver the blinds on date. Five days past when the installer came (it was him who was supposed to bring the merchandise according to store)he had no idea if he to bring the blinds from store to installation house.

Every Time I tired to call Home Depot for an update on my order, I had to wait an inordinate amount of time until I finally spoke to someone who could direct my call. Often the phone call was automatically recycled through the same annoying robotic service, only to land me back with the same person of whom I had originally spoke with.

Also, promised returned calls never happened. Every contractor that I know has warned me about this poor customer service, and know I know first hand. To an outsider, it seems so obvious that profits could increase dramatically if just this one aspect were addressed,

Poor customer service by Joanne in the paint department. She completely ignored the entire line of customers waiting. She could have, at least said, she would be a moment, because of whatever she was supposedly doing. We stood there, for over15 minutes, while she ignored us. I told her, I wanted the manager, then he came and helped us. She needz to learn how to multi-task, and at least be kind to the patrons. Please address my complaint.

Went there this morning and got my lightbulb. Went to cash out and all self check outs were credit card only except for two and one of those was broke. Ya know, I like to have an organization at least have the decency to have a real person take my money and say thank you.

Leaving one register open to take cash is disrespectful to my time and me personally. Not having the option of a cashier is cheesy. I won't be back to that store.

Not anywhere in the receipt or rental agreement does it state that it takes 3-5 days for a tool rental deposit to be returned to a debit card.

Also a customer is supposed to be given the opportunity to elect or not elect to an additional damage protection charge, not to have it automatically applied. So Home Depot requires a substantial deposit on every customer who rents tools, equipment, ect.

And it must be charged to the customers debit or credit card that's every rental customer every day. That money sits in home depot's bank drawing interest. This whole thing is a scam.

Today, August 8, 2019, I was returning a bag of mortan that we didn't use, the customer service clerk at the Home Depot in Jacksonville, NC, named Jonni-Aimee didn't want to give me a refund because she said that the mortar is supposed to be powdery and that the bag of mortar ( which cost about $15 or less) I was returning is hard!

She asked if it had gotten wet and I told her that it's been inside our condo while we're doing our rebuilding. She said that maybe the humidity made it hard. She also said that she couldn't find the item on my credit card purchases.

My dryer completely died, and we had recently purchased a washer at Home Depot, so we went back for the matching dryer. My complaint is your delivery service. We were told we could have it delivered 8/8/19 in the afternoon, however when I got the call I was offered 9am to 1pm window.

My husband and I both work, I am not willing to let neighbors in my house, and my daughter works as well. So now I can't get delivery until August 13th. I HAVE NO DRYER, my husband works outside, I do a load of laundry daily, and now after working all day I get to go to a disgusting laundromat.

was in your Salem Ohio store Tuesday evening looking to purchase a patio set. They had two sets ne was a bench and two chairs with red cushions on it with matching umbrella. the other set was 4 chairs with orange colored cushions on them with a burning table with it .

2 of the chairs were very wobbly but I would have accepted them that way . I wanted to purchase the huge red umbrella and asked if they would switch the orange pillows for the red ones. all this furniture was on sale.

I think it was the store manager she said they could not switch them because the red pillows came in on the chairs. I was buying the red umbrella so no one would have been the wiser about the switch of the pillows.

I placed an order from the Home Depot in Yonkers NY and delivery was scheduled to be delivered on August 6, 2019. I paid additional fee of $20 Dollars for same day delivery. I did not receive the delivery just yet as on August 7, 2019. I called the Home Depot Pro department few times and the persons I talked to put me on hold and never came back to talk to me. I called again and the representative hangs on me. It is very difficult to get a hold on someone who is willing to help. The members were rude.

As I mentioned I paid $20 more for same delivery and I want a refund back for the $20.00

I order a pallet of concrete cement bags and the delivery did not come yet so my project is delayed.

Needed a piece of wood cut. Went at least 5 times & was told the saw was broken. Today I ask if they got the saw fixed, I was told yes. The boy was about to saw, another boy came by & said they couldn't cut the wood, was against company policy.

I ask for a manager. He said he would cut it. The boy that said it was against company policy said something to him, the manager then told me he couldn't cut it because the saw was broke. So, after waiting for 15 minutes for somebody to come to that dept.

Then waiting for a manager, I still did not get the piece of wood cut. This is not the first time this has happened. I spend a ton of money at Home Depot, but I am tired of dealing with lazy people.

I will not shop at Home Depot in Roanoke, TX. again. My rating for this store is below a 1!

In April went to Home Depot to get a storm door for my back door. Randall at Home Depot said that someone could break into it and we needed a security door and we needed to get it that day if we wanted for the sale price.

He said that they would come back and remeaure door. They did not. So door not correct fit. Plus it is not secure at all when you can put your hand in the side rail and unlock the dead bolt and unlock the door.

Took down all my door trim. I am very dissatisfied. Been trying to get this settled since April
