96 power cord I had was only 6 yrs old and was exact same as one they sold me and installed del men said no guarantee on stove if old cord used and in fact they could not install it I WOULD HAVE TO do it myself install thestove that is.

Purchases a double wall oven on receipt #H1245-15194 at your New Rochelle store. The oven was delivered on Friday Sept. 9th. Your installers were scheduled for Monday 16th. My husband and I took the day off. Two brothers showed up around 5:45. They had no cutting tools with them. They said that the oven was too big and they couldn't do the job. We drove to Home Depot to try resolve the issue. We spoke with the appliance manager and asked if we could return the oven and reselect something else. We offered to pay a restocking fee. I've been doing customer service for the last 38 yrs for a major retailer for furniture and rugs. I found the young lady to be combative. I was rather surprised at her attitude.

Good afternoon My name is Juan Lopez I am a Technical Sargent in the United States Air Force. My complaint is that I was deployed overseas in the autumn of 2013. 00 charge was applied to my card ending in 7722.

I spoke with various home depot representatives and they researched my account and found that it was part of the 50million cards that were hacked. Home depot fraud department assured me that they would clear the account and cancel my card. 00 that was charged.

Home depot had told that they would contact Citibank who is your creditors to resolve this. never happened, mind you this is in 2013. Please can someone rectify this for me. mil. Thank you and God Bless America.

Almost three weeks ago I purchased a cooktop in store. Was not able to fit, per Home Depot contractor. This was never communicated with store, and so I had to make numerous calls and emails after which the cooktop was collected from my home.

I spoke with store representatives as well as sent emails regarding a suitable fit. Again no response and so I had to visit store and each time no one is able to assist. I was told that I would receive a call from manager or credit.

To date neither of the above. I will therefore seek legal advice, as they have taken my money and have forfeited their side of the contract.

I hate to give one star because our sales person was so nice as was the delivery driver. Beyond that the experience is frustrating and I would say there is no such thing as customer service at home depot. We bought a washer/dryer last Tuesday 8/16...why is that in caps? Because if you pay Home Depot they should take care of an issue not the customer spending 2 days and phone calls to Home Depot store, Home Depot number attached to delivery form, LG, Deliver service, Customer Service complaint/resolution (Not) and still I wait.

Saturday 8/20 on delivery the dryer was damaged (the box looked great but the front of the dryer was smashed..now how does that happen) so it was never taken off the truck. It is now Tuesday 8/23 at almost 4:30 pm and I still have no idea when the replacement dryer…

We are having a new kitchen install with new appliances as well, We have spent $20k on this project and we get no support from your staff. I have spoken to your customer care department and they can't even get the store manager to call them back about my concerns.

Today they delivered the appliances. As I should have expected this was a fiasco as well. We were expecting the appliances to be delivered and placed in the house. But when the driver showed up they stated it was curb side only.

When was the sales person going to let me in on this? 00 of appliances setting out front of my house with no way to move them and I had to leave work to meet them. So now I had to pay another company to come to my house to finish the job.

i ordered two interior doors. The first ones were damaged. I looked at 4 other other sets all damaged. I was going to have the last set installed on 8/8/2016 The doors were damaged again! I have been dealing with this over a month. i called and canceled my order.

The doors are improperly handled and not protected. I was told they need to be painted. I know that!

Primer and paint won't cover scratches and cracks in the board.

Me and mom went to get some keys made and the guy that did the keys was just plain mad and mean. Home Depot installed a new kitchen counter, faucet and new plumbing. There is a water pouring from the faucet and this has caused water damage to the new countertop. The water must be turned off after each time the tap is used.

With the water turned off it still leaks. There is a bad smell coming from under the sink. I have reported this many many many times but still no one from Home Depot has come to fix this problem. Over five weeks now.

I call and they tell me that they have processed the paper work and I should get a call but I never do. I am very disappointed in the service of of Home Depot .

Ordered a set of appliances on 7/11/2016 with a delivery date of 7/16/2016. Appliances arrived damaged, the damaged appliances were sent back and I was given the soonest available next delivery date 5 days later. Unfortunately for me, once again one of the appliances the second refrigerator I was sent was also damaged. The Home Depot told me that next available delivery date was July 28th, 2016. 12 days after my original appliances were supposed to be delivered.

I reached out to customer service on countless occasions and their only response was they do not schedule the deliveries and the appliances don't come from their warehouse, so they could not speed up the delivery process.

The customer service team did nothing to satisfy me as a customer.

Do yourself a favor and don't order…

9 cubic refrigerator was purchased (cash) last year September 2015 at Home Depot off Valley View and Lincoln Ave in Cypress CA, and picked up two weeks later at Home Depot La Mirada Blvd, La Mirada, CA. by a sister of mine, She gave to my daughter as a gift.

Since moved several times and lost the receipt, In June 2016 this refrigerator that is not even a year old and still under warranty broke, bottom portion does not work, top freezes, also motor seems like is coming out, had to throw away all food and disconnect. Took two items without receipts to Home Depot for a refund or store credit. Home Depot would only refund one item and not the other without the receipt. I asked for the manager. He came and I asked him to authorize the refund or store credit. The value was $3.30 on a Home Depot product but he would not without the receipt. And he gave no explanation why the discrepancy as to why they would refund one item without the receipt and not the other.

A few month ago I and my wife went to home depot between 159th Street and 151th Street on root 7th, to buy an internal door. After a few weeks I got the costume door that I ordered. Unfortunately the door was broken when it got to me, and I sent it back. The drive that delivered the door to me said a lay claiming that I knew, and I knew that the door would be broken. Several months ago we bought a new lawn mower at Home Depot in Valdosta, Georgia. It quit working and we took it back. Was told had a 30 day return policy but they could send it off for a fee which we paid.

Was told it would be a couple of weeks. Last week we got a call from the store saying they just shipped it and it would be 6-8 weeks. This is not acceptable as cannot mow the grass and have company coming for the 4th.

I recently purchased almost $900.00 of rails and posts to construct a post and rail fence in our yard, I placed the order online and when I went to pick it up there was a lot of confusion and what should have taken about 10-15 min. ended up taking an hour. The employee waiting to put the material on my trailer could not seem to get a "spotter" to help him move the packages through the store. We ordered carpet for our basement and two of the cuts were short aprox 3 feet. We called back and it was going to take them about 3 weeks to get us our correct order of carpet. no refund or discount offered on it for being screwed up.

They were going to pick up one piece to take back. In the mean time our basement leaked and it got one corner wet. We had to pay $150 to keep that piece of carpet that we particulary do not want.

If the order had been done correctly to begin with we wouldn't be 4 weeks behind in remodel I could of shampooed the spot that got wet and we wouldn't be out $150 on a screw up that Home Depot did to begin with. 6 months ago I visited home depot 1066 Central Parkway San Antonio, 78232. I was looking a light bulbs, a salesman recommended the Led bulbs as he told me they would last as long a 20 years and point it out on the promotion. We spent $5,000 dollars on windows and patio doors in January, The contractor was rude and not professional. Here it is June and we have yet to have a lock on screen. Home depot has not come out to inspect the windows and door.

We were told by the contractor that he normally don't put the locks on because it will warp the screen. we were told that we will be sent a gift card for delayed time. , This was by a manager.

However I feel I must explain a situation I experienced recently. I went in the store around the 10th of June. I ordered 380 of block for the foundation of my mobile home. I personally went in the store to order these products.

An associate that helped was the name of Kevein that I later found out he was an associate Assistant manager. Kevin's customer service was a 5. I was told that my materials would be delivered on the following Monday in which they were. 00 per hour.

I bought a home at the end of May and my credit score was 772-736-716. I asked HOME DEPOT for a project loan for $10,000. Instead, Home Depot sent me a credit card and a letter that implied my credit score was 695 and because of my score they would only give me $5000. I called customer service to find out where did they get the low score from I spoke with someone name Derrick in the credit department. He informed me that my card is void and hung the phone up without an explanation.

I was scheduled to deliver 9 pallets to a Home Depot in Laredo. It's by a Walmart and Academy. Got there 4 hrs early let them know in receiving I had arrived but not expecting to get unloaded until my appoint. Time between 9:15 and 10:15. Went back at 9 and they said it would be 10 . Called not to complain but let the Mgr know that I was told I would be unloaded at 10 but I honestly couldn't understand what he was saying. Another he went by and another. First I have been a Home Depot customer for many years, I experienced a very embarrassing incident on May24@7:30pm. Upon checkout I was informed that I could not get my 10% military discount because not every item was discounted and only when I paid was I able to see what was discounted. The cashier was rude and when asked to talk to a manager I got a disgusted rolled eyed look. The manager would not talk to me but told the cashier she was right and that's the way it was.

Incidentally there was a customer in front and in back of me who was veterans also and we were all stunned. I have always respected Home Depot and valued its 10 % discount. I did not purchase anything and went to Lowes who thanked me for my service and as always gave me my 10 percent. If this is your policy, that's ok…

Went to purchest some things a Home Depot,in New Port Richey Fl. When I handed them my Veteran Card,They told me they no longer except the card unless you are active. So I left everything right there and went to Lows where I was treated with respect, for fighting in the Vietnam War.

I have shopped Home Depot many, many times through the last 30 some odd years. I have always been satisfied with service but when prices were higher, I just went to another store. But I see where you had a customer to wear a hat that said "America never was great" referring to Mr Trump's slogan. I strongly disapprove of the hat and especially what she said it stood for. Ordered April 29, 2016 49 inch extension pole WHITE!! Model Number 205568851, order number W485322725. Waited and waited finally delivered May 17, 2016. 16 DAYS!!! Wrong color, really this is not the first time with a screwed up order but it will be the last.

Dead Flowering Potato Shrub : It was purchased about this time last year (2015) and it flourished all last year with beautiful flowers and new shoots to spread. It was already pruned when purchased onto a stake and seemingly healthy.

This is the second time I have been treated this way by Homedepot. It seems that every time I pay my account in full, Homedepot lowers my credit from $2000 to $500. I have also researched and found that this is not an isolated matter.

Other consumers are being treated this same way. As it stands now homedepot has has libel damages to me, stating my credit report is terrible, therefore homedepot will lower my credit with them as I am a credit risk. I pay my debt in full, twice, and I am a credit risk.

Homedepot does this to because they lose the interest that is added every month to make a profit. My first step will be accuire an attorney, then notify the news media of what has transpired, then the final step will be a trial by jury.

We were loyal HD customers for years and, since we are serial renovators, had spent a lot of money there. All 14 of the windows in our current home in Pensacola, Florida, needed to be replaced. We had purchased windows for a former home from HD without a hitch but what a different experience this was, dealing with the Davis Highway store. Before it was all over, HD had ordered 30 windows: the first 14 were the wrong kind and two of the next 14 were broken on arrival because they were improperly packed.

On the first try, when we called to report that the wrong windows had been delivered they cheerily told us all we had to do was "bring them back." Oh, really? Fourteen windows weigh about 14 tons. Then they wanted to charge us a 15% restocking fee and THEN they wanted us to pay rental for…

Purchased a Smart LG Laundry washing machine from the The Home Depot in Collierville, TN, it was delivered December 30, 2015. I called The Home Depot in Collierville to complain about the machine as it was not cleaning our close they told me they weren't responsible that I should call LG from the number in the book I received. I called LG and they sent a repairman out and reset the machine however it still would not clean our close so I called LG again and a repairman came out and reset the machine but it still will not clean our close.

Home Depot: Order Confirmation for W473175591, I would rate the Home Depot customer service a 1. I purchased 2 appliances online (refrigerator and dishwasher) and the day they were delivered, they went on sale. Sale prices are supposed to be good for 30 days.

Since I am a mute, I wrote 8 emails, and other than "we received your request" and call customer service for faster results, I never heard back. I recommend to shop at Lowe's. In the past they have been more cooperative and helpful.

In the last 10 years we have spent tens of thousands of dollars in the stores located in Palm City Fl, Chattanooga Tn, Port Charlotte Fl and Vero Beach Fl. Remodeling our homes and other properties. In January of this year we purchased a $6900.00 complete new air conditioning unit from Home Depot. Recently we were trying to order $1600.00 worth of cabinets. Finishing the order and arranging for delivery, we were told that they will NOT deliver to the second floor. We were also ordering all new appliances with the same issue--no 2nd floor delivery.

the store at 20360 hwy 59 ,humble tx. I am remodeling my house and have been using this store a lot.my latest purchase was 80.00,and I have used the store at least ten times this month.i told the cashier kamus kxb2411 three separate times I was a veteran and yet when I got home I had not received my discount.this is one of the reasons I choose home depot instead of lowes..your cashiers always forget.whats the use of having a discount if you never give it.

It has now been a month since purchasing an expensive, top of the line impact driver from Ridgid. I purchased the product because it offered a Lifetime Service Agreement and was, I guess, supported by Home Depot. I have followed the detailed instructions to the letter and submitted registration for this product online. Twice. I‘ve been rejected twice. (“Unfortunately, we encountered an issue when cross referencing your product and/or proof of purchase information with our records and were unable to upgrade your products to Lifetime Service Agreement (LSA) status”)

I’ve double checked all numbers. Twice. I re-submitted online, as I was told I could do by both Home Depot and the Ridgid documentation that came with the product. Twice. I’ve been told by a recorded message to call back during…

went to homedepot store niles ohio where I go often but may not be going much longer your customer service sucks big time the more i go there especially at 3 or 4 in the afternoon on a sat we spent about 100 bucks but as usual went on to lot to pick up mulch no one out there to help cars backed up 6 deep went in store 2 times still no help set out ask for manager on duty but

no where to be found he or she should have on floor ontop of everything poor lady working in garden shop by her self with a line as far as you can see you had better get your managers on the ball and start paying attn to customers and whats going on in your store or you wont have to worry about it much longer.

I don't want anything but good service when i spend my money at your store i could go to loews or menards…

I am sending this to you to inform you why I will never do business with Home Depot again. We contracted Home Depot/KBA to remove and install a new shower in my home, the one that we had was old and my wife was using the soap dish as a hand bar. The KBA sales person came to our home and we contracted to have a one piece shower stall with a bench and hand bar on the back wall. My wife and I thought that the price was high, but the salesman said that if we applied for a Home Depot credit card that we would get 10% off and have a year of interest free in which to pay it off, (when I got the card I found out that it was only six months interest free) and we agreed.
