Yesterday I went to Honda in Zanesville Ohio. I needed to get an oil change done. I had also mentioned that there was something wrong with my cruise control. They told me that they would look at it when I picked up my vehicle they had charge me $80 for a service.

They did not ask me permission to complete upon taking it home the cruise control still did not work on my own. I had realized that I had just turned off a button on my steering wheel so I was charged $80 for service.

I was not talking about that I did not agree to they sent me a text stating that all the cruise control functions were working, which is false they treated me so rudely and disrespectfully. I need to speak with somebody about this as soon as possible in the photo, it will show that they said that the button was on…

A few weeks ago I received a call from my son stating that Garcia Honda Albuquerque was going to put a Lein on his car because he could not afford the service bill. Upon intervening I found the situation to be a bit out of control.

My son is 22 years old and trusted the service advisors at Honda to steer him in the right direction. He took the car in stating that it was not driving correctly and was shaking. My son advised the servicers to "fix everything wrong".

" The situation was escalating but it was late on a Friday afternoon and we had to pull his car out. The service guy said the only thing he could take off the bill was the diagnostics charge. I told him he should since they didn't actually fix anything the car was taken in for.

I got the recall letter back in May of 2023 for rear bar corrosion on my 2011 Honda CRV. Louis and they kept telling me that they don’t have the parts for it. I don’t understand why a popular car company like Honda has difficulty getting parts for cars they designed.

I never had issues with Toyota with recalls and will probably go back to them again after my disappointment with Honda.

For over 30yrs, I have been a faithful Honda owner. This is the 1st year I experienced a 150% negative experience with the car & dealership. June 15, 2023-present I have paid approximately $3,500 in service tickets, and yet the problem remains.

The level of service provided by Gilman Honda Houston is so pathetic. They kept my car for two days without even starting a diagnostic test on the car. The advisor Eric Macias had least amount of empathy while talking to me and was adamant in saying it might take us 5 days and we cant even give you a rental car.

I would have to follow up multiple times without even getting a response from him. When I tried to escalate this to his manager Jose, he gave me the standard answer. No wonder the ratings on Google for Gilman Honda are going down.

Once it used to be a very good place with good service. Unfortunately, this is not true any more.

I purchased my Honda Clarity new and drove it about two years when the dealer told me that there was a recall on the AC unit. I let them service the recall even though I had no problem with my AC, it worked fine.

Shortly after I moved to Oklahoma where my AC stopped working. I went back to the dealer where they couldn't find a problem so they refilled the AC coolant and it seemed to work for about 3 weeks afterwards. not we are having triple digits temps and my AC blows only hot air.

00 for 3 weeks of cooling. My conclusion is that the dealer where I originally purchased the Clarity didn't repair it correctly and the Dealerships in Oklahoma are not obligated to properly repair the AC. My concern is what are my options at this point?

Bought a 2019 Honda Certified Pre-owned Vehicle. Windshield leaked over time. My warranty I read says 7 yr/ 100000 but dealership in Columbus tells me 3 yr /36000. which 16 months ago they gave me a rental sent my car somewhere to b fixed an I went to pick up at dealership.

Upon picking up car seen where my Windshield had been cracked on corner of drivers side. I called their attention to it but left in Vehicle. Should have dealt with it but over time I just forgot till it started leaking again.

which I guess was March. Again I haven't seen that in my paperwork. Honda sold me a car with leaking windshield an far as I'm concerned didn't make good on fixing. Will never buy from Columbus Ms dealship again or probably Honda either.

I was notified that my car needed maintenance service even though I had just had it done 6 months earlier so I made the appointment. I received a text that my appointment was set so I brought my car at the designated time but my name wasn’t on the list.

I showed them the text they registered my car and I went inside. From there i it was extremely frustrating as the “gentleman “ using that term very loosely proceeded to rattle off a lot of information but talking so rapidly that possibly he thought I would just agree to everything that he was telling me I needed.

Customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Had my vehicle in for service and picked today. Interior panel sitting in back seat not replaced they didn’t even at least rinse the dust from the car and a courtesy vacuum would have been nice.

Nothing extra just serviced the car collected my money and that’s it. I have 3 vehicles from the Same dealership and you would think they would do the little extra. Sad really this new generation of lack of customer service is non existent.

I have a 2018 Honda CRV that I purchased new 5 years ago. 00 in unexpected repairs. Six months ago the computer system was stolen from the car. This happened twice because Honda made it so easy for the thieves to steal it.

It literally takes less than one minute to pop it out .

Second , is the wheel bearing went bad twice on the car. Most recently last night the transmission stops working in the middle of the highway. This cost to me by Honda service department $6000 on a five years old car.

I sent the following email 3 times to 3 different contacts at Germain Honda.

I had my Pilot serviced yesterday July 20 2023. When I got home it had a faint odor of burnt rubber and seemed to be riding rough. Since it left with all paperwork saying it's in good shape, I don't want to pay for an inspection for a car that just got serviced.

I'm just sending this to have it on record, just in case I run into bigger issues such as I ran into about 18 months ago when I had to have car towed due to a botched brake job done by Germain.

Very disappointed in Honda, my 2017 Honda civic is having a sticky steering wheel problem. I called to see if there was a recall and they tell me there isn’t. 00 dollars. When I buy a new car and get the extended warranty and no one will listen to me when I told them while I still had the warranty.

Didn’t do anything and now that my warranty has ran out they will not help me at all. I have never had worse customer service like Honda. I have had many Hondas and never had any issues with them until now.

I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic in 2018. My steering is going out on a fairly new car. Even though there are several recalls out on the same model as mine. When I call the customer service at Honda corporate they tell me there is nothing they can do.

I am very disappointed with Honda. I’ve had several Hondas and up until this point I’ve always loved my Hondas. I have never had anything bad to say about Honda they were wonderful one of the best cars on the road.

I have now however changed my mind. I will not recommend Hondas. It looks like they would be willing to help a little considering the recalls of the same exact situation. Very disappointed Honda! You should do better when it comes to ppl that love your cars.

My 2023 crv hybrid has had phone issues since the first day I had the car. Honda tried to fix the problem they could not fix it. They finally said I must live with the problem . After buying my last 4 cars from them that is the wrong response.

I'm reaching out because of an extremely poor experience I've had at o'donnell honda. In particular with Brian the general manager.

I have a 2018 odyssey touring that I've had electrical problems with since I've owned it (bought it be from your dealership in 2017 summer).

Display cuts off, crackling in the speakers, doors occasionally don't work.

It's been in your shop for no less than 6 -8 weeks since I've had it. On at least 6 or 7 different occasions.

I bought the car to visit family with my family in upper Wisconsin..a 16 hour drive..

Do you have any idea what is like to drive 16 hours with kids and a wife where you can't turn off the crackling sound?

Fyi..I originally purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty..

Took 2014 CR-V to dealer today. Rear hatch actuator not working. Hatch would not close and lock. Had to bungy it closed to get to dealer. Did not drive it around while bungies where on. Only to service appointment. Told actuator was bad, it was replaced.

Sat at dealer 4 hours, had appointment too. Then it still would not close. They said door could be bent. I've had no collision or reason for this to occur. Left after paying $300 bill and same problem. Drove off all bungee up. I'm outraged!!!

I can't afford to have a $3000 new door which is what they suggested!!! Or go to a body shop. What?!!!!!! This is not right.

I own a 2008 Honda CRV. The car was given to me by my mother approximately two years ago. It was originally purchased in Canada, but my mother spent half the year in the US. I live in the US.

It has been brought to my attention that there are three safety recalls connected to this vehicle: a Rear Frame Corrosion issue; and the driver’s and passenger’s airbag inflators need replacement. I have attached the three recall notices to this email.

I recently took the CRV in for general maintenance here in Maryland (where I live) and asked if, along with the maintenance issues, if these recall issues could be addressed. I was told “RECALLS WILL HAVE TO BE RESOLVED IN CANADA DUE TO LOCATION MANUFACTURE BUILD PER MANAGEMENT.”

I do not understand why the issues cannot be resolved by this Honda…

I have been trying to deal with Honda for the past few weeks. There is an issue with a common problem on my 2011 Odyssey. The problem has to do with the piston rings alignment and an extended warranty period was issued to deal with the problem.

Except that the warranty period ended prior to my purchasing the vehicle and the service was never done, despite all service being done at a Honda dealership (I have the service records to prove this). I have been trying to talk to them about whether they will be able to help me at all with the now $10,000 bill to fix a problem that was known to occur.

Safford brown Honda my car was brought to them through caliber collision to do some repairs for an accident. The car has been there since 3-13-23 waiting for a passenger side radar assembly which is part of the artificial intelligence letting you know a car on is on the side or is in the lane to the right of you.

Also there is a recall on the seat belt buckle of my 2018 Honda hybrid accord. I requested to have another shop work on my vehicle and I was told that it was not possible to move my vehicle because of the safety recall.

Hi, this email concerns the third Honda Odyssey car I bought from Honda. I have never had any complaints against Honda services and the car itself. Which, is why I have been buying the same car over and over again I just love it so much.

Call them back in october about the recall that's closing the backup camera and display unit to stop working they said they would call back when they received the part, never received a call back. called again in january was told not to worry about the recall they would check during my next service visit.

Well my next visit was the camara and display unit working as the recall said would happen. They told that they don't know why this happen I informed them again about recall they said it had nothing to do with recall and that I would to oay them to fix it.

Honda roadside assistance is the most frustrating, useless service I have ever dealt with. The person I dealt with had minimal command of the English language. Simple communication about a simple FLAT TIRE became more complicated and confused than human heart transplant! And took longer!

This is not something I expected from Honda, as this is not my first purchase from Herdrick Honda of Bradenton Florida. The service at the dealership has always been top notch, and continues to be so.

On the other hand I wrongly assumed that Hondas great service record would flow over into other areas of it's loyal customers expectations. I was badly mistaken. My thanks to Hendrick and I sincerely hope that someone in a position of authority and customer support will address this complaint. Thank you.

On Monday april 10 2023 i lurched a 2018 Honda crv from Honda of Morristown. I had test drove the crv and a Kia. We'll I decided that I would purchase the CRV that I had driven and when I first got in the car the gentleman told me that it had 60,000 and something miles on it. OK.

I purchased/ordered a CRV on Jan 19, 2023 from Honda of Sarasota, the purchase was made and I signed the contract. On Feb. 9th, the car came in, we were told we would only need to resign 1 document, we ended up resigning everything (I have hand problems, so signing is not easy) the finance person was rude, inpatient, and was mocking me.

On March 3, Honda contacted me telling me I had to come back and redo all the paperwork for a 3rd time, he said all the original paperwork was incorrect, mind you I had the car since Feb. 9th. I recently had an accident where my vehicle was totaled & I had broken 2 of my ribs. 2 weeks after the accident I came in & financed a Honda civic hatchback 2023 EX- L. Currently I am between a rock and a hard place when it comes to my Honda civic 2022. We have been waiting for over 3 months for our van to be returned to us. The body shop is stating that they need a driver’s side airbag for the 2017 Honda Odyssey, and we have just been waiting- first the part is on back order- there was a date in January, then February, now March, still nothing! This is terrible!

We have 3 children and both work full time jobs. We only have 1 car for our family and it has taken a terrible toll on us. We have had to cancel family trips since our current car is not conducive to long drives.

My car has about 61,000 miles. I was never told that the transmission fluid needed to be changed at 30,000 miles. I am very diligent about my maintenance for my vehicles. As a result my transmission needs to be replaced.

But this is supposed to be due to the belt wearing out, so what that has to do with the transmission fluid, I don't know. This is a known problem that I have seen on the internet. So far, the dealer is telling me that I have to cover the new transmission.

I purchased my 2021 CRV a year ago from the Gurley Leep here in Elkhart on Cassopolis street. I have not only experiences poor service but have had an ongoing issue with my back passenger side tire. The back tire makes and has been making a scraping noise for months and when brought to the attention of the service department on more than 5 occasions they would ride with me , tell me in the car they heard the noise and

then lie and say on paper they didn't hear anything, I would then talk with the service manager Todd who would at this point ride with me also and tell me he heard nothing until I finally went in one day and the general manager Ryan was there.

I purchased a Honda CRV in March of 2020. It currently has 35000 miles on it. I was told by the service dept at Team 30 Honda in Merrillville IN that my tires are 'legally bald". I am quite upset by this news, considering the manufacturer's warranty isn't even expired yet!

00 for this vehicle and feel that the tires on a brand new car should not go this bald this quickly! I rarely drive on the highway at high speeds, my driving consists mainly of small town paved roads, with a 5 mile commuter drive.

So can someone please explain to me how this could possibly happen? I have been paying 100s of dollars to cover regular vehicle maintenance. Now I am expected to pay 1200$ or more for new tires, before the warranty expires! com. com.
