2020 Honda odyssey elite bought Honda Care on top of manufactures warranty
radio system, back up camera, speakers kept flickering going out was advised had 2 have videos or codes after changing wiring harness & wiring same problem occurred was advised to bring in when occurring brought it in & have videos and advisor is saying that they must now wait on Engineers in CA to replace radio system & wiring has had our vehicle for 3 days trying 2 recreate codes with nothing now being advised to pick up vehicle after replacing brakes, oil and rerouted wires?
We entered into this agreement on 2/18/23. We were working with Jessica Rodriguez. We were told at first, we would be approve with no down payment and that was after a few hard pulls. We were declined for one vehicle but told we were definitely good with no down payment for a used van. We agreed and proceeded.
When I went to sign I noticed that the price of he used vehicle went up from 25,000 to 30,000 and that was with no money down. I advised them that there was a significant increase in the price of the vehicle from literally mins ago until now, when it was time to sign.

I have recently bought Honda HRV model EX-L year 2023 Firstly my windshield glass broke and I ordered it back in November and the glass came in February after 3 months of wait time, however, Purolator damaged the glass while delivering it. I am shocked that Honda didn't packaged the glass appropriately as it knows that the item is quite fragile, Now I have been asked to wait for another 3 months.

The radar failed in my 2017 CRV shortly after a forklift was accidentally driven into the passenger side over the front wheel well while the car was parked. Brickell restored the radar on 1-17-23 for $525. However, the radar failed again three weeks later on 2-7-23. There were no intervening collisions.
I brought the car to Bay Ridge Honda, 419-421 90th St, Brooklyn, NY 11209 on 2-10-23 to have the radar fixed again. Bay Ridge identified a problem that Brickell did not identify that contributed to the radar failure: the front grill on the passenger side is damaged and askew and the grill must be replaced for the radar recalibration to stick. I have bought Honda vehicles since 1988, I am a female senior citizen. I was harassed insulted and kept waiting for 2 hours. I had made an appt. To pickup a new Honda CRV. I had sold my CRV and got a family member to take me to pickup the new CRV. There was only one other customer in the business while I was there. They changed the price, the rude person taking care of the final paperwork did not want to answer any questions or concerns I had he just wanted to go home. It was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered. I was bullied and harassed into buying the vehicle. I don’t believe this is what Honda wants for their customers. Please help me have a better experience when I require service for my CRV.

I have a 2012 Honda CRV that the Electronic Steering Gear has failed. I was told by a dealers Parts Department that this part 53601T0AA01 is not available anywhere in the USA. They couldn’t understand why the part is unavailable as it is not part of the Port holdup situation.

Paint is peeling like an orange on my Honda pilot, it’s a known defect and they won’t correct it. This is terrible customer service. They made a mistake with multiple years and models, the paint doesn’t bond with the metal.

When I was sent back for financing I made a very clear statement that I did not want any packages, except maybe GAP insurance. I called my insurance company and they have a program now that will pay the cost of the vehicle at time of purchase, so determined we did not need GAP.

I have been waiting for a new headliner for my 2020 Honda Ridgeline Sport for five (5) months now. My ridgeline was involved in an accident on August 5, 2022. The headliner was ordered on August 9, 2022. Since then I have contacted customer service and filed a complaint.

6 months ago I purchased a new 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring, which I really loved alot. Two months ago I had a minor accident, mostly cosmetic, which needed work so I took to the local collision center to get repaired. Last week I had a blowout on my left rear tire. I pulled into 100 dealership because I drive for Uber and I had a passenger in the car. I asked for help from somebody from your Honda department, (not helpful Honda dealership) I am a 65 year old, disabled grandmother and was turned away by your service department because I did not own a Honda nor will I ever after this last experience. Brought 2017 Honda Accord EX in for service at 250 Parkinson Avenue, Staten Island, New York. 4 days later there was noise while highway driving. Engine plate had not been bolted properly, plate was hanging. Brought it to local mechanic who bolted it in place and had me order new engine plate.
When picked up was told my car is low and I hit a pothole thus causing problem. Never in 16 years I have owned Honda Accords has this happened. Went to local mechanic to have new plate installed and he showed me how wiper fluid container was not correctly placed - was hanging in front of motor which could have caused a fire - and I have an oil leak.
Cap was not screwed on properly and to bring it back to Honda and should not be charged for service, which will do next week.

I gave my car for a repair for a denting work. While the repair my front glass was stuck with some colour sprinkles that is affecting my vision while driving.

Honda roadside assistance is the worst!!! I called in a request and they told me it would be within the hour. No one showed up so I called again only to be informed that it would be another 2 hours.
No one called me and advised me of the new wait time!!! I was on the phone for over 45 mins just for them to scram around to figure out what happened with the first dispatch, which they couldn’t even connect with.
I tried speaking to higher-ups and they couldn’t provide me any information nor could they give me an email to write to. I bought 2 brand new Hondas in the past 3 months and will never buy from them again!

Honda has the worst Roadside care. I called at 3:40pm and was told that a tow truck would be here in an hour. An hour and a half later, Honda rep told me that it would be here soon. 30 min after that, still no tow truck so I called again.
Rep told me by 7:30pm the latest. About 6:45pm I call for an update and the rep tells me within the hour. It is now 8:40pm and I am still waiting on the side of the road. This is how Honda shows that they care? Wow!
