I a loyal Honda customer. I purchased a Honda Accord in 1994 and a Honda Ridgeline in 2013. When I purchased my Ridgeline off the showroom floor in 2013 at the Piazza dealer at the Philadelphia auto mall, shortly after, the latch to the cab cover jammed and is still jammed, because the dealer promised to order an replace the latch and never did.

This is the reason I take my vehicle to a Manchaic that I can trust to handle my baby with the best care. On Wednesday, April 7th at approximately 4:45 pm, I called Piazza service because I had to jump start the battery and needed the code for my radio.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic. In Dec. of 2016. Over the course of 5 years, I missed one payment and got 1 extension. The bottom line? Even with Lojack, an extended warranty, and a $448 payment, I have paid 56 of tbose 60 payments.

Then the pandemic wiped me out. or did they? After lulling me into a false sense of security that I had more time, they actually came and took my car. I have 1 payment now I can make, with an arrangement to pay the other three. Really?

First I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I will try to be as short as possible. There is an active case #12888119 in the email below. On 2/26/2022 I had an appointment to return my leased 2019 HRV EX and lease again. I met with David.

He asked me if I wanted to stick with the HRV. I said yes. He said let me see what we have. He informed me that there were not many cars on the lot due to the shortage. He stepped away and came back.

He told me that they have two in stock a black one and a white one but they were HRV LX. I asked what was the difference and he said you will not have the sunroof, heated seats or side camera on mirror.

2017 Honda FIT was just diagnosed with a bad VTC actuator. This is a know failure component. Yet Honda tells me they will not pay to have the VTC actuator replaced. The rep said there is Noone else to refer me to. His decision is final.

The are at least two Honda TSBs out regarding the VTC actuators for other years and models. There are at least two class action lawsuit for issues with VTC actuators. Some things I've read say that catastrophic engine failure can occur.

Some things say not so bad. I want Honda to repair their design/material flaw.

I went into Honda of burlington here in Washington and was coming in to pay off my 2021 Honda Accord and was persuaded to purchase another vehicle of lesser quality. Within 24 hours of the purchase I regretted this decision because the car was not of equal quality to the car I had drove in there.

The general manager called me to tell me she would not give me my original car back. Again it had not even been 24 hours and I had been calling all morning trying to reach someone in management but they were all in meetings.

DISHONEST TRANSACTION AND POOR QUALITY CONTROL. My new honda civic lx sport 2020 broke-down several times after it came out of regular service. 1. Feb 22, 2022 Honda Servicing at Sheikh Zayed Road - the car went through a regular service and on the same day they finished the job and I picked up the car drive around the city and went home. 2. I purchased a used car. 2 days later there was loud noises coming coming from car. Took it back to dealership and it was checked and decided it was the strut. Manager called and said he would order a full d/s strut assemble to install which cost $400 but I would need to pay half and it would take 3 hrs.

Hello I've ever only owned two cars in my life and both were Hondas. Mostly everyone in my family drives Honda because they are super reliable. I currently own a 2014 Honda Civic. Im the first and only owner of the car. I mostly go to the dealership to get my car serviced because I know I will get quality service every time. So you could understand my frustrations with my last Honda experience that I will explain below.

I went to get an oil change at Faulkner Honda on Paxton Street in Harrisburg, PA on Dec 22, 2021. I've been riding a Honda motorcycle since 1971 I reached out for tech support at the motorcycle division. And got nothing but put off. I've had 27 Honda motorcycles since 1971 I ride a 2004 VTX 1300 S with severe carb issues you don't no longer make the carburetor anymore it can't be rebuilt there's something terribly wrong with it the bikes only got 21,000 mi on it. The steelerships don't have a car specialist that know the technology on your bike as well as Honda motorcycles should I'll never buy another one of your products I asked a simple question on a part that's no longer available which is the carburetor for the 2004 VTX 1300 if the 2006 and 2007 would work as a replacement??

Honda got two recalls one for rare camera and one for connectors. We visited Brandon Honda service three times for recalls and they never completed the recalls.

First time when we visited they said they need to order the parts and they said they will call us back when they get the parts. We never received the call and we visited the service center again, they said they added us in the list.

Third time we took dan appointment for the recalls and oil change and they gave us appointMent to fix the recalls. When we arrived they said the same thing that they don’t have the parts and we are not in the list.

Every time we are driving 40 miles for the service center and the response from the service center is very bad. When Honda cannot fix the recalls please take my Honda back and pay my money…

I took our 2019 Honda CR-V in to Honda Fairfield (Ohio) for an oil change, disable lane departure safety, rotate tires, and clear drain tube (there appeared to be leakage in the passenger side door near the botttom). I was told this would take about 1 hr.

After 1 hr, the rep came out to review the work and inspections done. I was told all 4 tires needed replaced, as they only had 2mm left. I expressed this couldn't be, as the car only had 13,000 miles.

The rep said she would check this with me. I asked to check and see what the tread was on my last visit. The rep went to another computer and after about 15 minutes came back and had a tech check the tire tread.

Took my 2015 Honda CRV AWD in to Thelen Honda in Bay City to investigate why the engine would stall sometimes when backing out of the garage in the morning. I also said I could occasionally hear a rubbing sound.

The car has 42,000 miles on it but also has the Honda 8 year 120,000 mile warrantee. They reported they could find nothing wrong but said I was overdue for transmission and rear end fluids to be changed. I thought that was strange since there had been no maintenance flags shown on my display and all my previous CRVs had a 90,000 mile fluid change interval.

Hello, I went to Maita Honda on 6151 Auburn Blvd. Citrus Heights, CA 95821-4701. 5 hours. Guess it should be called oil change instead of Express Oil Change. Well I asked my advisor Craig A. Griggs to actually do a 21point inspection instead of just checking off boxes.

11/12 Blew a tire on the front passenger side and was stuck out on road with no lights or home around and I was too far from home so drove it back to Soboba Casino. Called triple AAA and removed the tire and put my spare.

bought a new Honda, got the registration and title in the mail. then paid NJ MVC for a duplicate registration for my daughter. Then I noticed something wrong on the title and registration. It said 2 door instead of 4 door.

I was told I had to bring back the title to get it fixed. Why do I have to do this? Why isn't a new title and registration sent to me? And will I be reimbursed for another duplicate registration???

Scheduled an oil change and a state inspection sticker. on sat 8/24/19 with Ocean Honda. Ocean Honda could not perform the state inspection , they sent me next door to Mcgovern Hyundai. My car failed due to emissions. I went back to Ocean Honda to ask why and the shop foreman took my car for approx 5 minutes.

He then informed me that he drove my car in a way that it will now pass inspection. I brought my car back to Mcgovern Hyandai and again it failed. I then went back to ocean honda to let them know.

They ran tests and no codes came out. They said my battery was ok as well. I waited 2 days (mon 8/26/19) and brought my car back to Mcgovern Hundai and the battery died during the test and again it failed.

I own a 2018 CRV. It is 11 months old. I have already had a recall on this car and then I received a letter about possible "drivability issues" that "may" happen with this vehicle. Instead of recalling the car and fixing the problem, Honda is only extending the warranty. Honda will also fix the problem for free, AFTER it occurs. I purchased a 2019 Honda Passport in April of this year. Two weeks after owning it the vehicle was making a loud squeaky noise. I immediately made an appointment to have it looked at. The service department had my vehicle for about 3 1/2 weeks stating they could not figure it out and they were replacing part after part to figure it out.

(I was shocked since the vehicle was brand new) and I was the first to drive it. One day after getting the vehicle back a new noise was there. I again returned it to the dealership and they had it for an additional week.

Car break down, the car had been pushed to a repair shop I was near. Found our started went out. Called Honda dealership apparently got a central service number. Asked about my insurance told had to bring the car to the dealership for them to check on coverage if that s what was wrong.

Never was I told that Alignment Specialty could call for authorization. Being that I have a leg broken, concerned about not making it to dealership and not being able to walk far, I told them to fix it. 00 which I did expect.

Honda mailed a recall notice on the accelerator of my 2018 Pioneer 1000-5. I contacted Loewer Power Sports in Alexandria because they were the closest Honda Powersports dealer near me to have the recall issue taken care of. The person in the service department took my information over the phone and told me the part would be ordered and they would contact me when it came in. Two weeks later, I received a call from the service department and asked when I was planning on bringing my Pioneer in because the part was in. They never called prior to this to inform me the part was in!

My wife and I are in the process of getting a divorce. During this process, my wife went to the Della Honda dealership in Plattsburgh, NY and to trade in a vehicle which had my name on it as well as hers.

Hello, We are on our 4th Honda purchase from the same dealership with the latest being a new 2017 Pilot. We love the vehicle and have been very satisfied with the service from the local dealership up until this latest purchase.

The model we purchased did not offer a video DVD player, however the dealership stated that they could send it out to a local vendor to have one installed for us at an additional cost. We agreed and took possession of the vehicle, once installed.

I have been extremely pleased with my 2010 Honda Accord which I purchased, used, in October of 2013. I get it serviced regularly and keep it clean, inside and out. Recently, however, I decided it was time to do something about the armrest on the center console between the two front seats.

For some reason, over the years, it has become gross-looking (see photo below). I live in Florida where it is quite hot. I am unable to park my car in a shaded environment so the sun has also contributed to the deterioration.

One day, I got the bright idea of checking on-line to see if I could buy a replacement. 98! Great! I grabbed my screwdriver, went out to my car with the new armrest but could only get 3 of the 6 screws out!

On June 1st I took my Honda to the dealership in Langley which is on #10 Hwy, I usually use this dealership for my oil changes and updates etc. I took my car there because I had a tire going flat.

After two hours they managed to find the time to look at the tire, by the way this tire was fixed by them a year ago which was also going flat. They looked at the tire and had the nerve to tell me that it had a nail or puncture in the same spot as before and therefore was NOT repairable.

I told them if they thought I was stupid enough to believe that garbage they were dreaming. They had the nerve to say oh you need two new tires and we will sell you two new tires for 400 dollars plus.

I told them I was not buying tires from them at 400 for two lousy tires. I told them to put the spare on that…

The reasons for my complaint are the following: I purchased my 2007 Honda CRV - New from Front Range, which is now called Mike Maroone Honda, since then my car was recalled for all 4 door locks. This process took days to complete.

The next recalled was the Airbag, which could have caused me and my family their life. This process was for approximately six months. m. I put my key in the ignition to start my car and it was locked. I could not start the car or turned the steering wheel.

Leasing a 2018 Honda CRV. Found out gasoline oil-dilution problem. Took CRV to Buerkle Honda, 3360 Hwy 61 N, St. Paul MN 55110 on May 24 for "product update" to solve this problem. On that date, found out that gasoline was mixing in the oil.

Sent Email to Travis Moreno, sales consultant at Buerkle Honda on May 27, 2019. My car has 8,900 miles on it, and I believe this "update" is only a "Band-Aid" and not a repair. 5 Honda Earth Dream engine. If I would have know there was a defect, I would not have leased this vehicle.

5 had engine defects in 2017. I would like to set up an appointment with you and your new car manager to return the car to Buerkle Honda and get my $3,000 down payment back. I believe that you knew about the engine defect and so did Buerkle Honda.

Hello, On Memorial day, May 27, 2019 I went to Honda of Annapolis inquiring about leasing an Accord. I had a 2016 Mazda 6 trade-in. After looking at several cars we finally came to one that I wanted. I figured out that with my trade-in and 3000.00 which came to 15,000.00 the residual value should be about 8 to 9 thousand. I asked the salesman and he said that should be about right so I agreed. The car was prepped and my tags removed . I then went to the finance dept but they were having computer problems so I was told that I would have to come back to sign the paperwork. On Tuedsay I turned in my tags and notified my insurance company of the changes. I contacted the dealership

I purchased a 2019 Passport on March 30, by a trade-in. I transferred my metal plates from the 2016 HRV to the Passport and this has been NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE. I was contacted by the Maryland DMV and assessed a fine of $150 b/c my 2016 HRV had no car insurance.

I explained, the HRV was traded in for a 2019 Passport. I had to trade-in, etc, documents. As of May 28, the DMV still has NO RECORD of the new vehicle (Passport). The person handing the financial transaction went on maternity leave and everything has fallen apart at Honda, Bowie MD.

On our 2018 honda odessey EX-L, our 9 speed transmission will not shift into 9th gear automatically at highway speeds above 65 MPH. It will shift into 9th gear at approx. 50-55, then go back to 8th gear when reaching speeds above 65.

If we touch right hand paddle shifter, even though in automatic mode, then will go into 9th gear. When going up a hill or slight grade, its normal for it to downshift to 8th gear, but then when letting up on throttle and going down hill, will stay in 8th gear until touching the right hand paddle shifter again to go into 9th gear.

Been to dealer two times, and they cannot solve the problem. The vehicle is 14 months old, has over 23,000 miles on it, and this problem has existed since it was new. Would appreciate some kind of answer.

Transmission oil leak. This has been ongoing since June 2017. A new transmission was installed on September 2017. Since then it has kept leaking. We were told that a gasket was leaking, it was replaced. We have been in touch with various people at Honda Canada and keep getting the run around.

March of this year we took the car to the dealership in Courtenay where they took photos and confirmed that the oil was leaking. We were then told that it was ok for that to be happening. We got back on to Honda Canada and was told that it was in tier 2 and was escalated to tier 3.

This was on the2 May 2019. Phones today 23 May and was told we had to wait for tier 3 to get back to us. The file numbers we have been given are 4016601. And 0138350. Are we stuck with a lemon?

I purchased this vehicle in 2015 and was 100% satisfied when a surging problem developed after about six months. A solution was not readily available at the time and after a few months Honda came out with new software for the car and ever since my gas mileage went down 10-15% in warm weather and 20-25% in cold weather.

I have only taken my car to Tiffany Springs Honda in Kansas City, MO for service and help on this problem and have not received any satisfaction. Of course, my cars has over 35,000 miles on it now and every time I have oil changed, I've asked them to check the software to see if anything can be done to solve this terrible mileage.

They have refused to put in on the computer for a check and I am very dissatisfied with Tiffany Springs. I may or may not purchase another Honda…

Dealership in Middletown NY can not fix my electronic problem on my computer screen on my 2018 Honda CRV! I have documentation and videos on the problem. They keep telling me that Honda is working on a fix!! What do I do in the mean time?

Its been over a year now and no fix! Spent a lot of money on this vehicle and should not have to put up with this! Stereo keeps getting bright and dim and goes black and turns off and on!!

Had the car in for this on 4 different times for this!! I paid extra for an extended warrantee! Still hasn't been fixed!!!! I would liked to be compensated for this by fixing the problem or getting me in another car!!

Its very distracting when driving causing a safety hazard!

I have a 2010 Honda Civic with 45,000 miles. Last year May, 2018 I noticed a leak in the trunk. 00 they replaced the seal around the trunk. This year it was soaked again in the trunk and I returned it last week and the sealed the edge between the rear window and right fender.

Today I looked again and guess what??? wet again and this is after $100. When I called them they told me I would have to have the window replaced and they did not do it. I asked about a rental car and was told to call the insurance company.

I did and although I have rental insurance I was told it does not cover rental unless it is an accident and that they do not cover replacement. This is the 6th Honda I have owned and it is the last.
