Bought a new Hoover smart wash less than 4 months ago. It stopped working. It has a 5 yr limited warranty. I completed the on line form. I have made multiple attempts to contact them to follow up to no avail… sometimes remaining on hold for up to an hour.
What kind of customer service is this? If I didn’t need the cleaner I would not have purchased it, sitting here with one that doesn’t work and will h no plan to replace it is incredibly irritating
