Bought a new Hoover smart wash less than 4 months ago. It stopped working. It has a 5 yr limited warranty. I completed the on line form. I have made multiple attempts to contact them to follow up to no avail… sometimes remaining on hold for up to an hour.

What kind of customer service is this? If I didn’t need the cleaner I would not have purchased it, sitting here with one that doesn’t work and will h no plan to replace it is incredibly irritating

I bought an inexpensive vacuum cleaner for a small apartment. The box was in perfect condition. When I unboxed the vac it had a broken latch for the dirt cup. I contacted Hoover customer service and used the call me back option.

It took 3 1/2 hours to call back. I wanted the to replace the broken part, Seems pretty simple, The Customer service rep wanted me to send pictures and versions of the broken parts with a detailed explanation. they also required the proof of purchase.

All of this red tape for a broken latch that was packed in the box at the manufacturer. I returned the vac to the point of purchase. I will never try to buy a Hoover again. The vac is also cheaply made all round.

Customer or lack of customer service is the absolute worst. Tried to make a warranty claim for several weeks and 1. cannot submit form because reads into an error (several attempts made over course of weeks), 2. no answer through customer service - waited hours multiple attempts on different days, 3.

chat is completely useless because system freezes when 'connecting to agent'.

Specific I own two products a shampooer that I just purchased within the last month that is missing a part and I contacted them and have not heard anything back after sending all my information. And I have a upright vacuum that I purchased from them that is still under warranty. And I've gone through support and they constantly end the chat or the chat is open but it says that they are not

After purchasing a "One Power Emerge Complete" we used it for about a week. just "spit"it back out, when you went from floor to carpet. Today is 8/8 and I am still waiting for my refund. 00 to ship it back.

Always liked Hoover products, but their return department is TERRIBLE.

I have bought 2 Hoovers in the last year…. I now hate Hoovers…. The first after 3 months hardly using it, the belt broke & it melted to the brush….. Hoover wouldn’t help me at all…. Like I wanted them to replace it… They didn’t, I still have it….

So I went to Walmart this time & the Hoover vacuum was on sale…. So we bought another one… 2nd time I use it the cord won’t go in… Two pieces of shit…. Never buy a HOOVER!!!

I have tried to contact them at least 4 or 5 to get my broken powersash pet fixed... I am now almost done with the warranty period I contacted them again during there operation hours and was hung up on and the chat said they were closed.... Again ....45 minutes before the website said they were closing...

WORST COMPANY EVER. I bought a brand new pet steamer cleaner. When I received the box I opened it right away and I noticed they send me a used streamer. I call customer service right away and they asked me to send them pictures of the used items in order for me to get a return label from FedEx .

I complied and did all the step and I never received an email confirmation that they received the items nor my money back nor my new replacement. I have called numerous time and send them email and they don’t respond.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.!

I spent extra money that I couldn't afford to buy a Hoover pet carpet cleaner. It was supposed to be ranked high. Supposed to work. Everything supposed to be good. I bought it and it only lasted a month before it burned out on me. I called customer service.

They try to get me to fix it myself.

First of all, I asked him why should I have to learn or fix a vacuum cleaner that I've had less than a month? Why do I have to fix it When I told him I know nothing about vacuum cleaners.

That's why I bought the vacuum cleaner from y'all. I've always bought Hoover vacuum cleaners but now I talked to customer service. They try to tell me how to fix it and then after a month and then don't return my phone calls.

Whenever I call them again said they were going to say they are very sorry ass company…

Very poor customer service. The bot that you call live chat refers you to 888-624-0123. Try it. If you hold an hour you might get someone but probably not. Push 1 for a call back. That’s not happening either. 1-800-944-9200 will give you the call back option. Funny.

440-996-2114 is your number on my credit card statement. Not a good number. Very poor customer service

If i can give 0 star i will, i have been trying ro contact hoover for the past week, on the i waited 20mins no answer, i went to thw website i have spoken to an agent twice but i get disconnected without no follow for the company every time you try to chat with an agent you have to restart tje whole process if you gey disconnect, a sent an email mo response

Unable to contact Hoover for a warranty issue on Hoover Onepwr Blade. Tried calling: line is out of service or line is not available during the business hours posted. Tried chatting with customer support: no agent is ever available as i get is a bot.

I still have not been able to get my problem resolved that i first contacted them about in NOVEMBER. My Smart Wash is under warranty. It is impossible to get someone on the phone. Wait times are well over an hour.

If you leave a call back number they don't call back either. Horrible customer service

the worst customer service. I bought a carpet cleanser online back in december 2022 than I found a better one same brand but cheaper at walmart . I followed the return policy and ship it back to them 5 weeks ago.

and they received it in 2 days. i called after 2 weeks and they confirmed that they got it and it takes up to 4 weeks for me to see the refund. and now after 5 weeks of waiting and more than 4 hours spent on the phone trying to reach their customer service and I didn't get any answer.

I have a carpet cleaner that is under warranty until 9/14/2024. I spoke to a rep who gave me the number of a service center near me. When I called they said they needed my receipt, which I don’t have.

I have the order #. I did a chat on the website and was given a case # 05955734. I was told someone would call me back. No return call. I called back today and was on hold for 1 hour and 7 minutes.

I need my machine fixed. Please have someone contact me at 1 (516) 526-1170.

Hoover has had my order now for 2 full weeks with no updates. I have tried both their chat and calling and every time I call it says their office is closed and the chat times out. This is ridiculous from such a large company.

I purchased a Hoover Power Dash pet Carpet cleaner model #FH50700 after only using it twice I went to use it just where the Christmas tree was going to go then do a clean after it came down. fill the soluiton blle with hoover cleaning aolution and water aftet it was turned on it started leaking water on the rug.

turning it off and removing the bottle i noticed that the plastic gasket that kept the water from leaking was not fitting correctly but after trying to get it back it still leaked. i have 3 solution to the issue.

Replace the bottle, replace the solution bottle or 3. replace the entire machine. 00 dollars but that money came out of my limited income to beging wioth so it was not smallk purchase to start with.

I bought my sweeper and had nothing but trouble with it it keeps shutting off on me did not even run it 5 minutes it gets so hot unbelievable the cord is out the whole way I believe this sweeper is a fire hazard should be recalled filters are clean would like it to be replaced with a new different sweeper it’s very frustrating I can’t run my sweeper 724-285-3992

I have emailed called many times and tried to chat with a representative but it will never connect! No one answers you at any of these choices. I have tried to return my vacuum because it is junk and I can’t get a hold of anybody to return the damn thing! No email returns!

Can not get customer service to answer phone and tech-support online is useless. I have a rug scrubber that is one year old and under warranty and I cannot even get somebody from customer support to talk to me. This is a extremely poor way to run a business.

I paid over $200 for the hover wind tunnel with the cord release. The belt is to long and the brush will not turn. I called customer service ant they told me it was because the belt was cold. The lady sent me another belt and it's the same thing, it's to long.

So I went to YouTube and there is the same complaint. So your belt #562289001 does not work. But belt #38528-058 works. You would think customer service would know this because I'm not the only person that has complained about this.

I bought this vacuum for my wife 3weeks ago and was unable to use it. We have bought Hover vacuums for years and I expected better from you. So please fix this problem.

Hoover sent me a warranty replacement vacuum cleaner, which took at least 2 mos to get! The " new" product doesn't even work. It smelled like it was burning. Then it would cut off while using it. Turned it on and now it will not work at all. Why would Hoover replace junk with junk??? Unbelievable!

Hoover Evolve cordless upright vacuum purchased from Walmart 5/15/22 - 4.0 battery S/N: DF20514n220716 is dead and cannot be recharged. Checked with Walmart C/S and was told to contact One PWR. Carpet shampooer stopped working. Still under warranty. We had to send the product back. Told that once they rec'd notice that it was shipped, a new machine would be sent "immediately". We have emailed them numerous times, called (kept on hold 45 min-1 hr) 6 times, and still no tracking number, response to email inquiries or new machine.

Started this process 4 weeks ago.

I purchased a Hoover spotless portable carpet cleaner through Amazon on June 15, 2022. The item worked great until 2 days ago. I contacted a agent via chat 3 times. I was suppose to receive an email instructing me what to do with the cleaner for service. The cleaner does not dispense water, it just drips. I never received the email.

Next, I contacted customer service via phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes at which time I opted for a call back. I'm still waiting for that call.

I purchased this item 4 months ago. One of the agents said it should still be under warranty and the email will instruct me what to do. To whom this may concern:

I work in the pet care business and I constantly have animals in my home. I wanted a machine that could clean the floor and sanitize the floor without a hitch. So after some heavy consideration between the Bissell cross wave I decided on purchasing the Hoover one power floor jet. I love that I have the cordless option and it could clean up spilled messes on my floor, wash the floor then suction the dirty water. It was ideal!

I’ve had it for almost 3 years I bought it at the Gardena target in California….. I believe at the end of 2019 or the beginning of 2020. I recently I realized the hose broke. I’m not quite sure how but it did….. so I called expecting it to be taken care of no problem under warranty only to be told that the model that I have is no longer…

I RECEIVED DEFECTIVE BRAND NEW HOOVER FLOOR MATE VACUUM CLEANER. THE WATER THANK IS NOT HOLDING WATER AND IS EMPTYING. APPARENTLY IT IS VALVE PROBLEM. I CALLED HOOVER CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TWICE I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

I ordered a smart wash on the 15/12/2021 received the machine on the 23/12/21. The machine should have arrived with 2 years of free cleaning solution. Every week since getting my machine I’ve called the customer service number always told yes it’s coming.

It’s now nearly the end of February & I have only received one bottle of solution. I’ve told them the machine can go back as I’m so angry but on reading terms & conditions they will make me pay for the postage NOT HAPPY

I have been waiting since September 19th for a refund for a Hoover carpet cleaner that I returned through FedEx.

I have spoken to at least 5 different reps, each with a different version of how things work before my refund will go through. Yesterday I was told that I needed my tracking number, which I cannot locate (Murphys law).

All I want is my $160.00 returned to me as I have done everything they requested. I could use it for Christmas for sure. But I guess Hoover needs it more?

I called Hoover on Monday morning today November 1st when I finally was connected to someone to help me I told her my PO box number was wrong she said she would fix it and send me an email here it is over 2 hours later still have not received an email from Hoover but they have not changed it I do not feel I should have to call them back and wait another 20 minutes almost this is no way for a company to do business it surprises me on Hoover

The “smart wash” literally fell apart in 2 weeks. Belts broke and it started smoking. I called best buy and because it is Hoover I have to deal with them. They said they would replace the unit only this was a month ago.

They lie every time I call. The latest lie this time was that the “supervisor “ would contact me either later that afternoon or in the morning (Friday 10/01/21). That never happened. I have never had an issue with other brands and will never buy a Hoover again.

***negative 3 star rating*** I purchased a small replacement part 34 days ago. Have patiently waited until 2 days ago. Covid and all) but don’t promise a 10-14 day delivery if you can’t keep that promise. It was mailed via FedEx so I got a tracking # which I checked regularly.

The part was sent from OH to IN where it has been sitting in some facility for weeks now. So, I reach out to Hoover via email and get a generic reply “oh tracking says it’ll be there by the 27” which was 1 day after I called.

So you’re telling me that my package was gonna make it from IN to CA - on my doorstep - in 24 hours?? HA!! So I waited. I called FedEx to find out about the package and they said the same…wth?!

My Hoover Vacuum cleaner failed within 2 yrs of the 5 yr warranty. I called cust support and they told me AND I QUOTE "Just cut the power cord and take pictures of that procedure being done..and the label which has the serial number and other information. Then attach that to our email and within 7 days YOU WILL HAVE YOUR REPLACEMENT VACUUM CLEANER.

Guess what? I COMPLIED AND YOU DID NOT EVEN RESPOND. IN ADDITION, NO VACUUM CLEANER SHOWED UP.

NOW WE ARE IN A RIDICULOUS DISPUTE FOR $158.00 AND YOU STILL REFUSE TO RESPOND EVEN AFTER I SENT YOU NUMEROUS EMAILS WITH THE SAME ATTACHED PROOF.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH HOOVER? ARE THEY GOING DOWN?

I have always bought Hoover vacuums and steam cleaners the last two I have bought have been junk. The first one wouldn't pick up water, and the eleite I used to do my carpets last fall once. And now I'm trying to do spring cleaning and the brushes won't turn.

I checked the filter and it is clean. And I cleaned it before I put it away. Walmart won't take it back it's been too long. Now what do I do?
