I made a reservation for La Quinta Inn in Nashville,Tn for 1/25/24-2/1/24 for 3 people. The total cost of the room was $495. I just looked at the email I tecieved from you and it says got only 1 person.
I spoke to one of your reps and informed them that they made a mistake for the number of people. She said she could change it from 1 to 3 but it would now cost $822. Why should I be held responsible for a mistake made by your people.

I booked through hotels.com platform and received the confirmation voucher which is refundable but after that I received a message from the property that there is an additional terms and conditions (not mentioned in my booking voucher) will apply upon check-in and when I asked to cancel my reservation without penalty they refused and when I contacted hotels.com they informed me that they can’t help and the new and additional charges are coming from the property (while I booked through their platform) and any changes on the terms must be managed by them as they are the service provider

I booked a refundable room using Tesco clubcard vouchers. I needed to change the date. I contacted you to request this but you advised to cancel then you would refund my voucher for me to rebook. I was told I would receive the voucher within 24 hours so I proceeded.

I have been a loyal customer of hotels.com for many years and have booked more than a calendar years worth of nights through them. I choose hotels.com primarily because of the rewards program. However, they have now created a new scheme which ascribes a value of 0 to my loyalty. My outstanding rewards nights have simply been wiped out. Just reckless and irresponsible.
Online chat "help" is simply useless. They won't provide an address for legal service (the company still exists but has effectively defrauded me by offering rewards which it will now fail to deliver) and also won't provide a transcript of the chat ("take a screenshot" is the advice) because, presumably, they don't want to be held accoutnable for its content ("don't worry, all will be sorted out").

When planned a vacation in Bodrum for my family (2 adults 3 child) I didn't found any hotel that can welcome a family composed of 5 persons, The agence told us that maximum capacity for rooms are equipped for 4 persons. Or they will give us 2 separated rooms, and of course that's not negotiable.

Manually taking away reward stamps when they were earned 5 months prior. On November 24-28 2022 I flew Southwest from TN to NY. I booked a room for those night through your company. Was rewarded the 4 stamps then in march 2023 someone manually took them away and refuses to give back.
They are saying that I cancelled which I did then had rebooked right after. Rewards are awarded after the stay is complete but the reps are saying because I cancelled the first time and rebooked they manually took away the rewards.
Reps that email back and forth with a customer are very rude even after showing proof of the flight and them seeing fir their own eyes on the screen. You follow the rules and join their reward program only to have earned stamps taken away.

The hotels.com website is not correct when it came to a booking I completed. The website showed a price of $72 with the original price of $129 crossed out. This $72 shows up in the price details along with showing a credit for ONEKEYCASH. The issue I have is when contacting hotels.com customer service line they told me they couldn't see the $72 and my room would be $129 after the credit is applied l. This makes no sense mathematically. I am asking for assistance to be refunded for my 2 nights.

We Booked a room through Hotels.com at Candlewood Suites in Ft Myers, FL Sanibel Gateway and stayed the night on Friday, May 26th (room 324). In the morning of Saturday at around 5:30 am we awoke and turned on the lights to discover dozens of cockroaches all over the kitchen (we never used) and the bathroom.
When I complained at the desk the manager told me that because I booked through Hotels.com they could do nothing for me in way of compensation. She suggested I contact Hotels.com and file a complaint. Which I am doing.

Hello, We had a disastrous issue with our family the day before we were to stay in the Hotel.com booking. This circumstances included a death of a family member. We were told that Hotels.com would work with the Hotel for a cancellation so we could use it at a different time.
