I have 8 stamps, I made a reservation for 3 nights. I should have received 1 night free but was charged for 3 nights. I tried to get a refund but now you have to pay and stay before you get your rewards.

They keep changing the rules in order to redeem. Once I get my free night I will no longer use this booking site

We booked a trip in Amsterdam 3 months ago. Received email confirmation for our hotel 3 days prior to arrival. When we arrived the hotel had shut down. We spent 3 hours back and forth on the phone trying to organise new accommodation, of course this was more expensive as it now had to be re booked on the day.

Our original hotel was in the centre of Amsterdam. Relocation adviser LENA was horrendous, sent us to 3 different hotels in Amsterdam and at each venue said it was too expensive, despite the whole error being on hotel.com ‘s behalf.

We wasted 3.5 hours of our first day, missed 2 booked activities and was delt with and lied to at a disgusting manner.

Eventually we spoke with a manager who arranged our accommodation within 30 minutes, this should not have taken so long.

Your company deleted, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, my reward account No. 14033813 with my 7 reward nights worth more than 700 dollars (or I have booked more that 70 nights through you systems which I really preferred). It was explained that my account was switch to Russia region (I think this is your IT guys problems, who never studied geography and for him all east Europe is Russia), BUT I NEVER have been Russian, I'm a Europe Union citizen and always was them.

My previous account also was established in EU (Lithuania), more than that your company let me to open new account with THE SAME addresses. I'm insisting off restoring my previous account with all my fairly connected benefits, as I still have existing bookings with my previous account.

I booked a hotel room for 2 adults and 2 children and when I went inside the hotel the receptionist mentioned that it had only a king bed. No roll away bed or sofa bed. I called hotel.com right away with in 10 minutes of booking the hotel to cancle and had to go to the other hotel to spend the night.

I called customer service twice and even talk to the manager and explained him the situation but just got an email that said they won't refund me the money.

Ur app is miss leading and this company is fraud. They just took my money.

Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room. We walked into a room that smelled like smoke and cat pee. My son sat in the chair by the table. Within minutes my youngest son said that he was itchy asked if was was?

My oldest said yes I’m. My husband said no but the smell is bad. We got a non smoking room because we have major health problems. I said Walmart it 4 minutes away I will run to get a candle and some fabrezze.

RUN / DO NOT USE Hotels.com!!! The absolute worse experience of my life,,Hotels.com made an error with my Reservation, I was charged for 3 rooms and neither Hotels.com or Boca Suites hotel in Deerfield Beach will provide a refund.

com. 77 for two nights thinking that because of the price I payed, I was getting a decent room. I took my parents who are over 60 years of age to a family trip and Desert Hot Springs Spa seemed to be a good place to stay.

com supervised the hotels they have listed for their customers. When I checked in Friday night, there was a horrible smell. My parents and I opened the slide door/window (there was no actual window) to let some fresh air come in.

I did not request to get a new room because my parents were very tired after driving for 5 hours and simply wanted to sleep. We checked in around 10 pm. C. on hoping it was going to let the bad smell out.

When we returned around 8:30 pm, the smell was still there. My parents did not want to move their luggage back to the car to go request…

As I was booking I clicked pay at property option and after the booking was confirmed, my account was charged over $600. I’ve called several times to resolve the issue with no luck. I was lied to about them contacting the property.

Then I was told I could contact the property which was another lie. On my third attempt, Rowan was my representative, she denied my request to talk to a supervisor more than once. I asked for the dept number that my case was referred to and once again was told they didn’t have access to that.

She supposedly tried to contact the property and while I was on hold I was able to get through to the property with no problem but she said she was unable to contact them. The hotel property told me this has been an ongoing issue.

Generally speaking, my experience booking hotel rooms through Hotels.com has been very good. As my Hotel.com points indicate, I have been a very loyal customer for many years. That said, last night I tried to check into the following hotel just before midnight only to find out that they were over-booked and provided no help for me to find an alternative.

com. I had an old account that this reservation was applied to. all my other personal information is the same. com will not honor their policy for my three nights stay under my new account. They will not transfer these three nights from my old account.

I spent a half hour online and then another HOUR on the phone. They still will not transfer my nights. com for over 10 years but will not be using them in the future!

COMFORT INN on 1000 upper front street Binghamton NY. Nicole from the front desk is VERY rude and problematic as well as Luigi. They both act nice but when you don’t do things their way they start making smart comments.

My family and I are very clean and they kept saying we smelled like shit. Nicole kept purposely coming over near us and spraying when the lobby in there always smells as you can see from other reviews. They purposely give you stained up sheets (more proof in other reviews) so they can charge you $300 for it because you “damaged” it.

When we got to our room the sheets had yellow stuff on them and yesterday when I checked out Nicole made up a lie saying it wasn’t there so I had to pay $300 for it. Other workers there are rude, stuck up and talk about their guests.

After planning a wonderful exciting stay in Birmingham. I thought I will book an apartment to where I was going for an event and paid - thinking they was all sorted.

I booked 2 hotels through Hotels.com - 1st was for a Riad in Marrakech on 10th March to 17th March, 2022. Hotel.com took the payment for both of these bookings and then claimed they did not receive any payments. There is proof of these payments on my bank account. After complaining to them and telling them the bank fraud department would contact them they paid the money back.

This is disgusting and by a so called reputable company who are obviously corrupt. They need to be investigated further and i shall be reporting this matter.

com and prepaid ahead of travel. When we arrived at the destination (a Hilton) they claimed they did not have the reservation. com and once at hotel in order to stay (for the same night). They said they would launch an inquiry and get back to me in 2-4 weeks.

A month passed and nothing. I tried again. Another month and again nothing. Now they are saying that I cannot receive a refund because I didn't contact them from the hotel!!! Which was impossible because they wouldn't answer for over an hour.

They are scam artists and basically stole over one hundred dollars from us. They can't be trusted and the customer service is completely inept.

Upon arrival, hotel did not have the reservation, even though my employee had the confirmation email. ) and she proceeded to put my on hold for 20 min the first time as she "spoke with the hotel" then put me on hold for another 15 minutes- when she came back she just told me again that the hotel doesn't have the reservation.

I called on the 29th of December to mention that my wife tested positive for Covid19 and the agent said he'd contact the hotel of which my stay was meant to be on the 30th of December. So I called back an hour later and a second agent mentioned that they had done the date change and it was sorted.

On the 5th of January I receive an email that the hotel was unable to change the date. I call in and to find out that the agent did not send a confirmation email to the hotel to confirm the date change.

com yes I purchased no refundable but I purchased travel insurance. I actually checked into the hotel and went to the room. The room was under construction, there was NO lock on the door, no light in the hallway, and the floors were nasty.

For each reservation, I receive 3+ IDENTICAL emails about it (NOT including the email regarding the insurance policy). This is now the third time it has happened to me, so I reached out via chat to let someone know. The chat representative was dismissive, telling me to clear my cache (which I do regularly already and have done since the last time it happened) and/or reinstall the app (which I don't have). I asked her for a technical support phone number but she refused, claiming this isn't the type of issue they help with, then reiterated I should take the steps she suggested (so putting the blame on me again).

Horrible company with NO customer service based in the United States. When you have a problem, you have to give your personal information to an uneducated call center operator in some third world, underdeveloped country that barely speaks English and they REFUSE to transfer you to the United States. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they tell you they won't take any calls but will call you back, which never happens.

I already filed a complaint about this issue. They replied saying they were very happy to assist through customer service. I called customer service and reached out via their chat option. The customer service teams explained that they are not able to help as there is something wrong with my voucher (COVID booking) and this is exactly the issue.

Stalling is their strategy / making sure they don’t have to refund a customer. This is the problem in short: my hotel booking at Novotel City Amsterdam was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID. To date I still have a balance of + 2,000 USD.

6 hour journey from London to Liverpool. Got there and was freezing cold only to be told they lost our booking although we'd paid nearly an arm and leg for it. Hotels.com makes room reservations easy, right? Wrong! Like many people in the last year or so, I had to cancel a room reservation due to a Covid-19 lockdown that made it illegal for me to travel. Not a problem, I contacted Hotels.com and they provided me with a coupon, valid for one year, to make a new reservation at the same hotel. Great, thanks for making it easy.

As the year progressed and it became increasingly likely that we would be locked down again in my area, I contacted Hotels.com to ask if they could extend the expiry date of my coupon. This they did with no qualms at all, in fact they did it twice, extending the expiry date all the way through to December 2022. That's great, thanks again Hotels.com!

So, with European travel opening up again I decided to make that reservation…

First of all these company operators are all from overseas, Philippine, some they most talk not listen and it’s very hard to understand, if you have a complaints and make you pissed off and angry then threatened to hang up if they kept repeating. I accidentally used two different emails even though I am member since 2010, my wife ordered with my other emails, so I had 6 nights and current has 4 nights, I called to combine that refused, it’s their way or highway.

com uses philipinos which they are like a robot. And usually threatened to hang up. I don’t understand simple things can be amended, I even offered send them my passport which good thing I didn’t. Who know they can scam with it.

com. I had a situation where the hotel I booked for was a complete disaster. com had drugs on the floor of the hotel and there were sketchy people wandering around. I ended up not staying there and let the front desk know as my family and I did not feel comfortable staying there.

I left the Hyatt place hotel after staying there for one night ( booked for 10 nights) because the hotel room smell really bad and the service was very poor. com rep and I was told I will get a refund for 9 nights but the hotel will charge me 1 night extra as a penalty (which they charged me separately).

com gave me about cancellation policy. I still did not get my refund. com for a refund, I was told the Hyatt Place will not refund. com responsible for providing me incorrect cancellation information. I would not have left the hotel if it was non refundable.
