com, because I was unable to access my account. The agent, Miguel, seemed at first not to understand that I wanted to get into my account, and then he repeatedly gave unhelpful solutions, saying that I must have attempted to log in too many times (the website says I can try 10 times, and

I tried no more than 5). When I realized he was going to be unhelpful, I asked FIVE separate times to be escalated to a supervisor, and every time he denied me. It was a thoroughly frustrating conversation.

Rude staff no towels no toilet roll no tea or coffee and no WiFi I raised a complaint and just got something about the hotels policies despite this affecting my statutory rights. I made a booking at Chestnut Tree Inn in Cherokee, NC for 11-25-22 through 12-3-22. I received an email today from Hotels.com stating that Chestnut Tree Inn sent me a message stating that they closed down their hotel permanently and to make reservations elsewhere. I had already paid for this reservation so I went ahead and cancelled the reservation with Chestnut so I could get refunded to have money back in my account to make next booking I need in Cherokee.

I then called Hotels.com customer service rep 20 minutes later after I cancelled reservation asking for a price match to another hotel for those same dates in Cherokee, NC and the rep said they could have price matched if I did not cancel my reservation already but since I did, they can no longer price match. Hello, I stayed at the Moxy Frankfurt Airport hotel on June 14, 2022 and June 16th, 2022 reservation 9172606215298. During my stay I encountered a number of unsatisfactory incidents that I think you should now of and hopefully do something about it.

I chatted with the online agents about 3 times in the past starting from 6/20/2022 however, I did not get a suitable response so I am trying to reach out to customer service to look into this matter and take some action. During our conversation the online agents told me that they can give me a $55 USD coupon on future booking but that’d not work for me.

When looking for hotels in northern Spain recently, we explicitly demanded AC as we are not used to sleeping in too warm rooms.

We found a good one, €300 for 2 nights, one double + one single room.

Unfortunately, there is no AC - which the hotel readily admitted, but they say that they have not advertised it as having AC; it's something that hotels.com has invented all by themselves.

I'd like to share with you what happened to me today at the Marin Hotel in Dublin, where I have been discriminated against and humiliated by their staff and also by Hotels.com.

I had a reservation, fully paid for, with Marlin Hotel Dublin from July 19 to July 23, 2022. I booked it through Hotels.com where it said "Service Animals Welcome" in their Hotel page, key facts and small print.

I have extreme anxiety disorder and I need to have my trained service dog with me at all times. See his registration attached.

I have a room reserved for 4 nights in Hines,OR at Rory & Ryan Inn for 7/14-7/17/22 and they refuse to change the checkout date to one day earlier (7/16/22) I want it changed from 4 nights to 3 nights - they refuse. I also requested the change before the 2pm time cutoff for cancelations or changes.

They told me 'there is no room available' when I have a room reserved already! I just need the checkout date to be Sunday, instead of Monday. They are forcing me to pay for 4 nights even though I requested the change before there 2pm time on July 13th!!

We arrived at the property to chech in on the day we were supposed to. Nobody was working the front desk but letters were left for the customer to call. Out of the 3 numbers we finely got someone to answer after several tries.

I told her we need to get checked in she said they were all booked up i said i had reservations she said to call my provider then hung up on me. We found another place to stay.

com in the Oregon trip. com and the hotel property (The Ashely Inn & Suites) charged us. com 7 times and the hotel property 5 times. com suggested that they would call back in 15 minutes. But they never did.

I had to repeat the same stories and personal information again and again. com and the hotel property asked us to dispute another party's change. I was kicked back and forth by them.

I was due to visit Thessaloniki on Wednesday the 22nd of June,the check in time was 3 pm and I arrived a bit late. To my greatest surprise and with best of my effort I was not told about the check in details like keys etc.

com. com website. Once we arrived, NOTHING was as they had described. Our room was Not the "resort view" that had been stated. Our view was a small street, almost an alley, with dumpy apartments. We did Not have the 2 king size beds we were supposed to, much of what the room should have had--such as silverware and trash cans, weren't there.

On top of that things didn't work, like a shower and the dishwasher. The hotel management would not move us or fix anything. com for help. They were very hard to reach and once we did they weren't any help at all.

I made an attempt to use a gift card that was given to me as a wedding/anniversary gift. It's a $100 gift card, and it doesn't cover the cost of most hotel rooms.

However, I went to make a booking today and attempted to use my card. I entered the information for my gift card. Due to it not covering the balance it prompted me to enter credit card information. Despite me previously entering the information for the gift card it didn't appear to apply.

During my stay the holiday inn Plainviewnew New York. I had the worst customer service imaginable. I had no housekeeping service during my 3 day stay. I had no clean sheets, no room cleaning and I had to beg for fresh towels and washcloths.

I was treated with disrespect by the front desk clerk because I was Black. She had me wait 20 minutes standing at the desk while she was on the phone and I just wanted to ask if the coffee was complimentary.

It was for a quick stop on a motorcycle ride. When I checked out I received the hotel folio for a total of 167.80, but hotels.com charged me 197.06. I spent 30 minutes dealing with a virtual agent and on the phone, but was never able to talk to a HUMAN, and get getting disconnected because my confirmation number didn't exist. (past stay)

- Granted the difference is only 29.26, so why waste an hour on the issue...

I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham charlotte Airport North I-85 last night. The AC in the room did not work and I went to the front desk around 12am this morning to file a complaint. There were other customers complaining about the same thing.

The clerk was RUDE and unprofessional. She told me I had two options, either leave and find another hotel or deal with it. I repeated her statement to her and she said the same thing once again, "either deal with it or leave and find another hotel.

" There were two other customers who overheard this conversation. I wasn't even given the option for another room, but as previously stated, there were other customers complaining that their AC wasn't working either.

com for the first time this past weekend. I was traveling to Virginia from NJ with my teen son for a sports show and would be staying over the night before. We were arriving later at night (10 pm). I found the highest rated hotel they had listed near the expo center.

I booked a room and paid $160 plus tax, which seemed reasonable compared to the others listed. My card was charged and I got about 20 emails from them over the next 24 hours (only 1 was of any importance).

I booked a two night stay this past Saturday June 25/26th. I reached the hotel and the counter help told me they where booked solid and didn’t have any rooms available for my son and I. com and spoke to a horrible employee that would t help in ANY way shape or form.

She said I could t get refunded even though I paid for the insurance to make sure it was a “for sure” deal. Nothing. No help whatsoever. So I booked another two night stay at another hotel. I just got an email saying I would not be refunded. This is complete bs.

com and the property listed that I "stayed" at recently. The concern is the inaccuracy of the rating enjoyed by this property and my experience to the contrary. I traveled to Auburn NY for family reasons. I booked two nights at the Inn at Finger Lakes in downtown Auburn.

I was booked today in Apollonia apartment hotel Athens Greece for five nights, a hotel next to the beach, and a room with side view of the sea. All this is false I checked in and out I. Less than one hour.

Services with lack of local opening and was informed once I got to the hotel then my bank acct debit card would be charged and when I spoke to hotel clerk at that time 1AM no open until check out and then no guarantees if customer decided to stay, so we opted out of staying in the hotel.

They charged my account and when I dispute the transaction they denied my financial institution refund of $80 I was charged. They had no way for me to contact and due to auto accident delay in taking care of this..

com for a number of years and am now a gold member but this company is not as good as it used to be. My main complaint is that if I call about a concern, it is difficult to find a person to talk to.

You would think that for a Gold member, who books so many hotels with this company, this would not be the case. When I finally get to talk to a person their english is poor and there is a lot of background noise of other people speaking.

The person is polite but doesn't solve any problems. They tell me there is no manager or customer service department to complain to. If you look on line for a customer service department to complain to, you just find the general number.

This is a poor way to treat the customers.

Some of the customer service really sucks big time. I screen shot my the months and days I stayed at OYO HOTEL I-55 south Jackson Ms. I uploaded the screen shots for you to see because the days I stayed is marked on my calendar through my cellphone system.

I have contacted hotels.com chat twice now and been told to wait 72 hours each time for them to email me back about my refund due to my booking apparently being cancelled and being made to pay at the property the second time I am really just fed up with it I was assured that I will be contacted the second time which I haven’t been so now I don’t know what to do because this keeps going round in circles. 66 per night. Today I had to cancel one night but the total I have to pay only decreased by $109, and the rate I have to pay for the two nights increased by $40 each night. I can understand paying more if I added a night, but my rate increased on my existing reservation when I cancelled one of the three nights.

Their website says to call if you have a problem with a reservation, so I called their customer service number, spoke with an agent for more than 45 minutes explaining the situation (to a very hard-to-understand agent) who put me on hold numerous times and ended up telling me there was nothing she could do.

I had to cancel my trip due to my husband and son having COVID, I was never given an option to protect my trip to obtain a full credit. com was unable to help me. I had to directly call the hotel for a refund and unable to get anywhere.

The website is very misleading. They claim if you stay 10 nights you earn 10 stamps and get a free hotel night. They claim you will receive your free night 72 hours after you check out. That's not entirely true.

You get it if you pay right when you book the stay. If you opt to pay the hotel when you arrive, you have to wait 35 days. Big difference and not right. The customer service agent I spoke with didn't speak English very well and was hard to communicate with.

She just kept saying it was the policy. I will not be using them again. I don't like being misled.

I purchased the booking insurance policy back in December for our trip May 6th. My daughter who is immunocompromised, woke up May 5th very sick. We took her to the ER Thursday afternoon and she was diagnosed with Covid. I contacted your website today to cancel and Jamica told me I would have to call the hotel myself and deal with it, even though I purchased an insurance policy through your site.

So now I have a very sick child and a mess to worry about. com customers but unfortunately after this, we will take our business to a different website and spread the word as well. How very sad.

Super simple request... com account. com account numbers. Every agent stated they are not able to do this simple task. Very, very frustrating and terrible customer service. Especially when all 3 agents had thick agents, poor comprehension and writing skills.

Clearly off-shore agents, and when asked for on-shore and a manager they stated they can not do that nor get me to a manager or resolve my issue.
