was having a field day with all the food there ,was she not ashamed doing this in front of millions of HSN cust. I can’t belief HSN allowed that ,she should have been thrown if the set, I couldn’t watch it changed to QVC .

Never bought the pan . she has no class ,I don’t watch any of her shows , she just turns me off . you may want to rerun that show .

Purchased the cheese grader that was on your program a little over a month ago. Used it once and was totally impressed but on the second time which just happened to be over a month from purchase, it broke. Grading parmigiana cheese it broke right where the two pieces meet. Not useable.

I bought this for my wife and I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened too. I would appreciate another or a refund. Let me know . I tried to attach a pic but would not load.

I ordered a size 7regular shoe I was sent a 7 wide. Your rep said that's what I ordered which was incorrect. The return fee would not be waived. 00 coupon that was used. She said one size fits all.

Why were other sizes available? Your representative was very dismissive and unfriendly.

I purchased Nutrisystem from HSN on a recurring monthly program. The program was presented as a 22 day program to be shipped monthly. The only change to the original program was for the second and consecutive months there would be no Protein drinks and no little plastic food containers.

I then receive an e-mail from HSN stating there was some confusion with the presentation and that all future shipments would be for 20 days only. ). This is a terrible way to treat customers. If you purchase something under false pretenses something should be done about it.

This was very misleading to say the least and customer service was of no help at all.

My complaint is not with HSN but I wanted to inform you of what I sent to Bissell.

I ordered your cleaner from HSN. I do not have any pets but I thought the deep cleaner would be a great addition to my home. I went to use the cleaner as instructed & I used it on my stairs. I used it once and it didn't clean good at all. I thought well I tried it again the next day. I released the liquid and the liquid was being pulled out so I didn't notice until later that the brushes were not turning. I called support and as instructed I took off the brush and found that the belt was broken. This unit was supposed to be new, and the unit snagged my stairs because of the broken belt. Nowhere in your manual did it say you couldn't use on Berber carpet. Your equipment was flawed & now my stairs has a white…

Order a product when it was advertised on tv on the 16th of January, thought as said many times on your shows order now so your order will be counted. Then get an email my order no longer available on the 24th a couple of days before estimated to be delivered, that’s seven days, so unprofessional and not what your always advertising on your show…very disappointed

I called in an order approx. 4 weeks ago for a 3 piece Lancome perfume gift set. I was given a confirmation number and was told my order should be here on December 10th. After not receiving my order, I called customer service and i was told that my credit card was never charged and the order was never completed.

More like they couldn't fulfill the orders so the last to order were knocked out of the order process. They said it sometimes happen that the order is not completed. I called in and talked to an actual person so there was no reason this should have happened.

I Ordered item #832-359 online. Order # 1863952465 (a cordless snow removal machine). It was supposed to go to a military base in Anchorage, AK. 5933 Goodwin Ave, Unit B, JBER, AK 99506. Phone # 510-588-0520. The order was accepted.

Today Dec 10, I received the snow blower at 3713 Apache Ln, Las Vegas NV 89107-2133. I immediately called customer service & both representatives I spoke to apologized for HSN's error. 52. I choose to get the Kash Purchase refund because I am a good customer and will use it later.

At the last minute of my conversation, I was informed that her manager was refusing to honor this agreement. It wasn't until today that I was told they wouldn't ship to Alaska. The clerk at UPS gave me Greviance # 877-910-2100.

I am 82 years old and I refuse to be treated this way.…

Ordered Samsung phone with 2500 text, data snd munutes.

Missing white plug needed to charge phone. Got white cord only. Have ordered phone before and always got charger piece?

Also had numerous problems to got phone set up. Tracphone has many problems with incompetent staff! Sim card is already in phone!

I recived my order on 10/27/22 they didn’t fit and of course no return label I couldn’t get return label on line so I called for help they are sending me a UPS label not a post office one so now I have to drive a half hour to UPS rediculios I have been a long time customer and I will be closing out my account.

Returned a pair of shoes in July and as of October 25th, still have not been issued a refund. Online service said I need to track my own package that I dropped into. a USPS package drop box with return label properly placed on exterior of original package.

Oh well, they've lost me as a customer but the employee said oh well!!

This complaint is & will be taken as a bit out of the ordinary, due to the purchase date of a Dell computer that I purchased from the HSN, but here goes.....I generally have my "main computer" but just in case, I always have a BACK-UP computer, should same be needed.

Hello you need to make sure your hosts do not bring up equity inclusion and diversity on your program. I have been a customer of HSN since you started I'm 73 years old and do not appreciate your hosts making loud comments about this because you are turning off the public.

I will never ever shop at HSN again because Marlo Smith has a real problem bringing this up just about every time she's on the air. You have gone downhill because of your choices and your opinions made out loud and you are ruining this company.

What I used to enjoy I don't anymore. If you want to be successful you keep politics and opinions out of the everyday workplace. I worked for a company over 40 years and learned that a long time ago. Just remember nothing stays the same forever good luck.

I want to complain about the new models that you have now. Some of them are large size and are put in clothes that don’t fit them well at all. All of the older models are so professional and wear their clothes well.

I don’t care for the new ones snd they are making the clothes not looking like they should because they are wearing a size or style that doesn’t fit them.

I ordered 2 orders of microfiber sheets. One order queen and one order king size. I got 2 orders of king, sent one size King back. They sent me a Queen set for the one I sent back. A couple weeks later they sent me a letter saying they were putting the money back on my card.

I called them and told them they didn’t owe me anything because I had gotten a replacement. They were so apparently for my honesty, i said no way will I go to hell over some sheets. Here I am weeks later I get a letter saying I have not returned the sheets.

They are going to change my card again. I don’t have my tracking number. Called ups, they don’t keep records when they are already wrapped. I know I sent them back, i am not a thief. If I was i would have let them put that money on my card.

This is the 2nd time that HSN has sold an item on air to find out they do not have the inventory and my order has gone on waitlist. How do they continue to sell quantities during the airing when the inventory is not there. I am very angry over this and will not shop with HSN any longer. This just simply is not acceptable.

Denial to have pan replaced by Warranty Dept. I have tried to get a replacement pan, the finish is worn and everything sticks in 4 months, defective. Was told first finish discoloration was not covered, then told it had overheated?

I cooked hamburgers, steaks, pork chops, salmon and chicken patties and carne asada for dinner. Did not use any metal spoons or forks, scratches appeared out of nowhere.

Opened a hdn and received a $40 coupon. I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend and they did not like the colors, (2 face makeup set) I returned it and previously paid the difference in the amount from the coupon. 00 back.

Was never told anything about it when applying. If it was something they give you as an incentive to open a credit card with them , why wouldn't you receive a credit for a future purchase. Needless to say I closed the account.

I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from HSN or QVC.

Horrible customer service. Only gave scriped robotic answers. I had an order due before Thanksgiving. It was 2 side dishes. It is now the day before and it still didn't arrive by the due date. I contacted HSN to find out where my orders were.

The online said "packaging" nothing else. They gave me a bunch of crap about delayed shipping and sorry scripted answers. No solutions except let them know when it arrives and get it shipped back. I said cancel it. The fault is on the company for not shipping out on time. They refused.

Paid past due bill months ago and account was resolved. Went to order a special today and was told account was resolved months ago but paperwork not completed by HsN si can purchased anything until accounting department comes in next week.

Can’t get special item although the issue with my account was resolved. HSN dropped the ball and the customer is punished for it.

I place an order and was told my card did not go through. I knew i had money on the card. I asked for a sup who reran the card and was then told that my address was a concern issue.

I waa even given a third excuse that there was no flex pay option eventhough the item allowed me flex pay, gave me a down pmt amout and a monthly pmt amount. Is this company discriminating about taking orders from certain areas.

Please address this as i intend to file a bbb complaint and go to my local media

On 3/20/20 I placed an flexpay order (Order #1653979190) in the amount of $212.80. I was interested in purchasing a PS4, I submitted all correct banking information and got a confirmation email for my purchase. A few hours later, I get an email stating my card was declined. So I called my bank and the Representative mentioned that the money went through on their end. So I called HSN to attempt to figure out what is going on. I placed my order on 10/30 for a cricut explore 2 and was given a expected date by 11/11. I have called and chatted four times regarding this shipment because they informed me it is in stock but they have no idea why it has shipped and no one can seem to figure out why.

So I wanted to just cancel the order and now am being told I can’t until 11/12. This is a joke. I in good faith placed an order with you and there is no way it can make it here by Monday now and no one knows why it’s just sitting hasn’t shipped.

I started my use of HSN when QVC bought it.\, but the customer service cannot hold a candle to it. I purchased a fire TV cube on June 23, and do not have the required 12 inch clearance from my tv speakers. I misplaced the return label, and unlike QVC I am told a new shipping return label cannot be provided. This is totally ridiculous !! It cost HSN 3.50 to mail it to me, now I must go to the post office and pay much ore to return it.

I have been a loyal fan of QVC since its beginning, but I will not buy from HSN again.

My order from HSN was scheduled for delivery by UPS 5/10 by 7:45P. Waited until 6:30P then was informed pkg would be delivered 5/11 by 7:45P. I had travel planned for 5/10. Called UPS to change delivery date. They said they would.

Package was delivered 5/11 with no one home over the weekend. This complaint is about your delivery service, UPS, not HSN. I have filed a complaint with them, also. Just an FYI. ONs 1586962485 & 1586977299

I received the HSN card and the bill for what I ordered ( Fix it Stick ) order # 1572169856- item # 628066. How am to pay for something I never received. I complained once asking who the carrier who delivered is. No response. The only thing I can think of is they left it at the wrong address. 00 item the HSN agent that sold me MacBook told me it was the current years model however the MacBook pro was almost two years old. I been waiting since 12/3/18, it's now 12/31/18. I spoke with customer service five times regarding this matter including a supervisor-126172 and a manger-172205 now I being told I have to waiting 5-7 days I now have a payment due on an item I requested to return since 12-3-18.

i'm now taking this up with me credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HSN WITHOUT A RETURN LABLE IN THE BOX

My complaint is I placed an order for 2 RCA 10-inch tablets with keyboard to come to my home which is in Richmond California and one was supposed to go to 5 Trey Court which is in Virginia clearly spoke to the lady over the phone and she asked me twice for the address I spelled out to the person who supposed to delivered to Nancy Borrero and she said no problem I came home too see at my front door all three tablets at my door that 5 Trey Court address is already in my history address.

I understand a human error. But customer service did not want to email me correction shiping address slip. so iam sad to say I'm shipping my entire order back. I was just with the expectation free shipping.

To my surprise ( Angel Avila ) when i try to use my account to order Bearpaw boots the representative told me i would not be able to use my account because there is a account at the same address that is not in good standing ( wife accounts ). 19 at the same address.

so unfortunately i could not order the boots for Christmas for my daughter and other things i would have like to on my account, that was in excellent standing. so i decided to close my account ( 11-13-18 ) and started looking for a on line shipping network.

The decision makers of this company really needs to rethink this policy which only hurts your client like me, i hope this complaints goes as high as it can go like the CEO of this company, just so you know i was very happy being part of the HSN family

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and have always been pleased! But now I have a complaint! I bought over 850 dollars worth of crafting goods and supplies over the past several months. I received what seemed like 25 packages! Some big, some little!

I didn't open any of them because I left for a 6 week vacation to Cape Cod. it felt like Christmas! I opened one, the Crafter's Companion accessory set for the Gemini Junior. I don't own the Junior, I own the big Gemini and the Go Gemini.

I contacted hsn as I threw all of the packing slips away. I spoke to a woman who said she would send me a return form. to Tennessee. I called back and was told this would be sufficient. I still was skeptical so I called once again and was told this would be fine.
