I bought haggis value pack(size 4) on Monday at Usave, the diaper strips keeps on tearing so I am highly disappointed and feel like I've wasted my money.

I bought 4 pack of Huggies Pants.

Please see the photo attached, all the packs half of them are looking like this and i am unable to makes use of this diapers.

it has not been teared, it is a manufacture problem. what a total waist of money!!!!

Please replace these diapers x4 packs and more than half of them are looking like this, you can come and take your shit man, this things are not cheap and you pay an excessive amount and this is what you get!!!

i will warn everyone on social media to think before buying any huggies pants diapers, i have a whole bag full of these diapers.

Servere nappy rash from using huggies dry comfort for my 1year old. 1st time using it as I've always been a pampers mom. Tried your Daipers and my poor boy's bum looks so bad. Can't get a refund because they don't take back opened nappies

Good day I notice with Huggies Pampers, there is an X shape where the cotton ( or what ever material used to absorb )does not meet/ join. This is located by the crotch of the pamper , smack in the middle.

I have never seen a more insane design on a pamper. Where the absorbency is need most, that's where the material is lacking. I saw my baby stoop and urine fell through the pamper like a tap. this is not the Huggies brand that i know and have been using with all of my 5 children.

Hi I've been buying huggies overnight diapers size 5 from Walmart and Amazon the diapers are falling apart and sagging I love huggies but lately they aren't living up to their name these diapers aren't cheap iam a grandma taking care of my grandchildren I want them to have the best. I bought huggies gold pants 2 weeks ago. These huggies gold pants have a leakage, they hardly ever stay longer than 1hour and 30minutes on. My baby is always wet from the leakage and has developed a rash. I want to return these nappies, I'm very disappointed on their quality and I bought 3 mega boxes.

I bought a pack of Huggies Gold from clicks on Saturday the nappies are too weak and they leak quickly they make my son uncomfortable during the night he wakes up often. When I was putting a diaper on my baby the tab just came off , it has done that with a few from the same box. Very dissatisfied with this.

I have used Huggies diapers first time to my baby. It gives severe rashes to my baby. And your 12 hours dryness protection doesn't last even for 3 hours. And it leaks too. Whenever I go out with her. Her clothes gets wet.

I purchased the megabox huggies pants at Game store Durban cbd branch 31/01/23, I am extremely disappointed as the urine keeps coming right through and my baby has a bad nappy rash

I’ve used Huggies on multiple occasions with my daughter when she was younger and my son currently, both of my children broke out in horrible diaper rashes from this brand. I can put a Huggies diaper on my son and an hour later a rash has started and if I don’t change to a different brand it gets worse.

lam so very disappointed on these wipes! You have mentioned "skin loving" on the front of the package however it's not as skin loving as quoted. I have my newborn son who is only 3 weeks old and I have been using Huggies wipes are i thought it will the best however I was so wrong as it's taken a layer of skin of my sons Ass.

Noticed my daughter was crying being fussy for awhile. Decided to changed her diaper and saw a big red mark and cut like impression. I’ve been buying Huggies since she was born. She is now 27 months old. It just hurt me to know that the purple thing on the side where you strap the diaper was sharp digging into her skin.

It could of been worse if I left it on longer. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again or to any other baby.

Tabs are breaking on the huggies while trying to put them on. I pay 43 dollars a box. I cannot afford to throw away diapers that haven't been hsed

The diapers are very bad quality , I can show pictures to show what I mean. If I’m paying a good amount of money for them I expect for them to not fall apart like this and they aren’t very absorbent.

It looks almost like a dryer sheet , plus could be a danger to my 7 month old and be a choking hazard. I hope you correct this issue in the future.

Diaper elastic band comes off and gave rash to my baby. Elastic band digger into my baby skin. Very disappointed.

I have recently purchased a pack of the boys (size 5 ) pull ups with the new design of “the lion king” on them.. I started to notice my son was upset crying a lot and I just couldn’t work out why he was so agitated, until I checked his nappy, to find a plastic burn like rash on his inner thighs..

on closer inspection, once I had ripped the nappy off at the side did I see all the lion pattern picture was just plactic with no outer layer around it… I then checked the whole box of nappys and they are all the same! Now I am a big fan of huggies in particular the ultimates,however my local woolworths was out of stock..

i bought huggies box diapers for my 6month and 1 year old they were hard in the inside like they got wet and dried up at the store they would not let me get a refund or trade at walmart so im complaning

I recently purchased a pack of Huggies Snug and Dry. The diapers are defective and are not holding any of the babies pee. I tried to get my money back by taking in the pack of diapers and my receipt.

Since the pack was opened and e few diapers removed, the store refused me a refund. I have a copy of my receipt and the pack of diapers.

the pack states it can be kept on for 12 hrs . But I was actually very dissapointed as he wears it for 3-4 hrs then his clothes is wet which resulted in me using it quicker . As though it is more cost effective but .

I rather went back to Pampers .

I am unhappy with quality and fit of the huggies pants ( size 5 ) , I stopped using your product when my little one was about 6 months old as the nappy would continue breaking. I decided to try the brand again - she is now 2.5 years old and the first nappy I put on her tore at the seam. I am now stuck with a jumper pack of nappies and worried if I will be able to make use of them, with them being of such poor quality.

I bought 3 packs of nappies When taking them out of the packet I already felt that its a bit corse.. I didn't think anything of it until I used it and saw the gel balls is coming out with just one pee It has given my daughter such a bad rash on her bum and back I have never had this problem with huggies before but lately I'm disappointed in the brand Please take this further as its now a medical problem with my daughter that I don't plan on leaving it like this If you need any pictures you can email me as I'm not displaying my daughters privates on the website

Hi I’ve been using Huggies nappies since my kids were newborn they are now 18 months and the batch I bought either are shitty or a really bad batch as one wee and it goes straight through the nappy with being on for 20 minute. I would like something to be done about it

Good day there, I'm a newborn mom my daughter is only 3 months old and she started using huggies gold extra care a month after she was born, I recently bought a pack of Huggies Gold extra care size 2 (80 in a pack) at dischem new market mall and I must say that the nappies are not the same with the ones we've been using previously.

The gel on the nappies are hard as if they've dried out and once my daughter wears them after an hour or so I can smell the odor from her urine and it's making her a bit restless. I really love huggies because it's been the best thus far but this pack and the quality has upset me

Hi please I can't waste money like this I believe in your products truly I use it with my kids but this is the second pack of nappies that I'm experiencing this problem with the nappies strap it's loose seathered before usage literally siting in the pack huggies gold size 5 not attached to the nappy. This is the 3rd one of the same pack! I have to chuck it I buy 6 packs per month

I have bought huggies gold for both my kids. And opened a new packet today Size 5 and in there was 4 nappies that was Size 4.... I mean really. I am very angry.

I bought a pack of Huggies size 5. When i opened the pack each diaper i used had a tore on either one side or both sides and the padding comes out. I checked the rest of the diapers in the pack ans its also torn. I am extremely dissapointed as Huggies is my no 1 brand and i would recommend to others parents too.

I did not get value for my money and cannot use the rest of this diapers due to the condition it is in.

I trust that this matter shall be given attention to and that i will recieve feedback as to what the next step is.

I have been using huggies extra care since birth up until size 2 nd never had a complaint. I moved to the huggies gold and My son is now the size 5 and it is giving me endless problems. The nappies aren't full but my son is soaking wet every single night.

I'm quite disappointed I have complained several times but no one gets back to me. I cannot be spending 800r per month on nappies that leaks. It's pathetic. I have tried other nappies and my baby gets a rash. Huggies was they one nappy that he didn't rash with but is terrible with the leaking story.

Is there a problem with huggies recently or what ? I need feedback asap. I attached a picture of a nappy that's not even full but my son was soaking wet and so was his sleeping area.

My son's diaper keeps un-sticking behind him and I keep having to change his diaper before it's even dirty. I thought it was only that bag but this is the second bag I'm on and it's the same thing. These diapers and really expensive and I keep having to throw away clean diapers because it's not sticking properly the tabs are stuck but the sides of his waist are opening after 30 mins of having it on. Bought huggies gold and the quality is super bad. I used it 4 years ago and it was the best, but I’m super disappointed in the product. Will never buy it again!

Hello, I'm sorry to be writing this complaint but my 9 mth old grandson only wears huggies, which I love. I buy the biggest box the grocery store carries but 2 weeks ago I bought his usual size 3 from winn dixie and 3/4 of the diapers (tape) wouldn't fasten.

I went back to the grocery store and was told I couldn't exchange them because some where missing. If course they were missing because I tried to use them. I just don't think this is right.

I've been using this product ever since baby was born, I've recently change to size and have been experiencing that the nappi leaks, I've been very happy product and it works well with my babies skin so I can't change to a different type of nappi. I have been buying Huggies for my 10 week old baby and she keeps peeing out the side of a fair few

From the beginning of this year (2021) until now I've been waiting for Huggies to give me a refund on the pack of diapers purchased, everytime I contact them all I receive back from them a template stating that they can not proceed with my claim they need a different picture. I am so sick of their lousy service I am thinking of changing brands completely.

All my life everyone spoke of Huggies being the best now, we don't know so much anymore, and their customer service is also pathetic. The worst part is after I laid my complaint the first time, someone informed me that they notice a lot of people complaining about the exact same thing on FaceBook.

I wonder if they got any service from Huggies.

I've always used Huggies brand, from month 2 until now but I just bought a pack of your Little Movers for the first time today. After the first use, my 20 month old had a bad rash on his lower back.

The waist band material is very dried out, and is very rough, Extremely disappointed considering I just had to pay $40 and I cant continue to use them. I purchased them from a local Shoppers Drug Mart and and their return policy doesn't allow me to return them opened.

Very disappointed in this product specifically and very disappointed my young son has to be uncomfortable due to his rash. These diapers were no doubt in poor, old condition. The gel inside felt like hard, dry pieces of dirt. I look forward to a response.

Please, am highly disturbed of the services rendered to us as users of HUGGIES PAMPA'S in such a way as you want to make use of it on the baby, it will just simply cit off from the entire body without handle to clip. we know Huggies for decades not in bad service but adequate service to the consumers of it.
