I BOUGHT THE JUMBO PACK OF 120 HUGGIES GOLD No4 THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE GEL IN THE INSIDE OF THE NAPPIE HAS HARDENED / CRYSTALISED AND ITS EXTREMELY UNCONFORTABLE FOR MY DAUGHTER TO WEAR. THESE NAPPIES DO NOT SOAK UP THE URINE AND ARE FAULTY. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT REGARDS CYRIL RYDER

I recently started using the huggies pull ups and every hour or two the training pants are leaking through my my kids clothes I thought it was a better protection brand them pampers but I guess I will be going back to that brand

I bought a box of huggies from walmart and every diaper I have used out of the box has torn apart at the side. I have never had this problem with these diapers before as I've been buying them for 6 months now since I got guardianship of nephew and neice.

I recently bought a pack of size 7 diapers at one of my local stores. We use 1 diaper out of the package on my grandson before he went to sleep at night. When he woke up in the morning he had a terrible rash on him.

We didn't use anything different as far as shampoo ,soaps or detergents so we are assuming it was the diapers. We throw the rest away. Thought I would pass this on so it can be solved. Thank you

The Huggie diaper break my baby out so bad and I’m guess it’s the blue dye that’s in them but it’s totally not safe and need a better way to go about this situation!!!

Huggies are the worst pampers to purchase. When my newborn urinates, the urine seeps out of the pampers leaving his clothes wet. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend these pampers to anyone.

I was told my voucher to purchase another pack of Huggies would be delivered to me in the next 3-4 weeks. According to my calculation 4 weeks ended on the 18th of March we approaching April now.

I was horrified My 2 children 3 and 1 last week I for the first time used your brand Huggies pull ups and diapers then both my children when I went to change them had a horrific rash on there private area, so bad I had to rush them to emergency clinic where the the doctor did definitely determine they both have severe chemical burns from your brand diapers. they may be scared the chemical burn is that bad. so I want someone immediately to contact me to discuss this asap. trust me lawyers are waiting to take this case.

The tabs on the diapers are falling apart before my daughter puts them on I've had at least 5 do that in the same box

hi. had no issues until now. i am very disappointed with da quality of 2 packs that I purchased. In the 1 pack the Velcro sticker is not cut correctly and was forced to use it at times with a pin and the 2nd packet the Velcro is detaching from the join even before I can use them.

I have been purchasing huggies gold nappies for the past 11 months now and have been very happy with it UNTILL NOW. The new huggies Gold nappy is terrible. I bout the box/bag and i am very disappointed. The sticky part brakes off completely making the nappy useless before i have even used it.

This nappy feels a lot cheaper in quality now, but the price went up. I am really dissapointed and upset. I would like my money back as this nappies are useless to me now. It is really pathetic how things change to rip off the customer.

Good day, I have bought huggies 3 x in a row now and every time there is something wrong with the nappie, Either the sticky tabs ain' t there or it rips off as you fit the nappie to babies bum. Well this is a manufacture issue and I don't understand why consumers has to face this day after day.

I am very disappointed as right now i have to use pins to hold my babies nappies... this is not fair to me as a mother, spending as much on nappies and not getting satisfies service in return. the shop wont exchange it as I don't have a slip for it.

I have bought these diapers for my daughter and she has broke out and is red all over down there. She fusses and screams whenever I try and put them on her. 00 for a big box and I would like a refund because I’m refusing to put these diapers on her and I don’t want my money to waste.

I have been using Huggies for my son but lately, I find some nappies don't have the wings to close the nappy so I would keep them and use them when I'm at home and use tape to close them. I am not happy at all with this. I used to think maybe it's just a mistake but now it's a regular thing. I love Huggies and I don't want to change because of the price suits my pocket. Thank you.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, today we bought our first 4 boxes of newborn diapers at Walmart and they were all defective. It seems as if the diaper had previous moisture inside at one point which in respect, made them very crunchy feeling.

Hello, I want to make a complaint of a box of diapers I bought for my 4 month old. I have a box of size 2 (186ct) Little Snugglers scew#0 36000 40760 0 that I had opened a few days ago that about every other one, the Velcro side rips off as I open it to put it on my baby.

I always buy your product and have never had this problem before? I've already opened the box and have used about a quarter of the box so I cant return the product? Any suggestions?

I love huggies the oy diapers I'll use but I got a box of huggies snug & dry size 3 at Walmart well I went to get some out of the box and a lot of the sleeve of diapers was stuck to the plastic and ripped and the box of 198 cost me a lot

I purchased Huggies snug and dry and upon using them I noticed the latch to close the diaper was put vice versa so I couldn’t close my sons diaper at all. Very frustrating when you realize you can’t close the diaper.

I had to twist both sides so that it could close.

Also, I’m shocked that target and Walmart brand diapers hold up way better to leakage than does Huggies. I found my sons pants soaked on 3 occasions using Huggies and I never had any issues with any other brand such as pampers, parents choice and up and up.

Good Morning, I am a 49 year old grandma and have a 3 1/2 year old grandson in which I am raising. I have bought Huggies diapers for my grandson since he has been born. I even used Huggies on my 2 children growing up.

I have ALWAYS been HAPPY with the results of Huggies, but the last case of Huggies Night Time Diapers Size 6 I bought are NOT UP TO THE HUGGIE STANDARD! In the case, probably 8 of the tabs have broke, ripped off when trying to put it on and for the last 5 nights there have been leaks which results in me having to wash bedding everyday because the diaper is not working.

Hi i bought a pack of the huggies slip on diapers and i noticed on a couple of them that they didn't have the velcro on the side to close up. Other than that we love huggies diapers.

Something needs to be done about y'all cases of pampers come with bugs literally inside a bag of closed pampers. I'm not the first person its happened to I'm its getting outta hand. You all need to do a sweep of the factory cause yall y'all have bugs it ridiculous.

I bought a box of 100 snug and dry diapers, and 90% of them were missing the left side tab to hold the diapers closed. I couldn't take them back to the store since I didn't have a ride, and huggies complaint department was closed for thanksgiving.

I called huggies today and they were very nice. They are sending me a prepaid paid card to buy diapers with, and there was no hassle about it. I understand that with any manufacturing, there can be problems that are not caught before the stuff is shipped, and it did suck not having good diapers, but huggies made it so easy to get the problem fixed I will continue to buy their diapers.

My complaint is that i started using huggies on my 18 month old son. The product left him with redness and a horrible diaper rash. He also was peeing through the diapers very easily. I have switched to luvs. They are much better for him.

I think that your commercial regarding new mothers and needing hugs leaves out a large section of the population. In the ad there is not one woman of color, I. E. I think you should think about being inclusive in future commercials.
