I signed up last November for your Black Friday special, haven't had any issues up until April I got kicked out and logged out of my Hulu account. Tried to sign in and create a new passwords and the TV keeps telling me no subscription found, but you guys are taking a payment out of my debit card for 2 months.
Call the gentleman this morning told me that he doesn't have any emails under those names and cannot find us I said but you're taking a payment and it doesn't make me happy. So he said okay give me your credit card number that made me even matter so I hung up wow he ended up calling me back so somebody has my information somewhere.
I want a refund for the two months and I want an extra 2 months for free and I want answers now
