I signed up last November for your Black Friday special, haven't had any issues up until April I got kicked out and logged out of my Hulu account. Tried to sign in and create a new passwords and the TV keeps telling me no subscription found, but you guys are taking a payment out of my debit card for 2 months.

Call the gentleman this morning told me that he doesn't have any emails under those names and cannot find us I said but you're taking a payment and it doesn't make me happy. So he said okay give me your credit card number that made me even matter so I hung up wow he ended up calling me back so somebody has my information somewhere.

I want a refund for the two months and I want an extra 2 months for free and I want answers now

Hulu restricted my login from either home or work. If I can't watch content at both locations (individually, not in tandem) then it's not a service that suits me. Switched to YouTube TV which does not have Geolocation issues.

First it's 2 hours with anyone, second after informing them I've been being double charged for at least a year I was told that I can only get a credit for 3 months then when I asked to speak with someone higher I got hung up on

Three weeks ago, I contact Hulu because every time I watch a show on my Firestick, it freezes and buffers. After an agonizing long conversation that involved being told to do things I already did, like reset my modem, clear the app cache, uninstall and reinstall the app (and being told all of this through a middle person), I finally was told that my complaint would be escalated.

No one ever reached out or contacted me. I reached out again, and was asked a bunch of questions to verify my account (email address, last four digits of credit card I pay with, and recent shows I have watched).

I then was asked to perform the same steps I took already - running an internet speed test, uninstalling the app. I responded that I already did all of these things. I then was told to "hang on," and a…

Keep having sane issues. I pay a lot of money per month. On hold forever. When I do talk to someone , never gets fixed. I can't delete my recordings. They keep coming back. Company won't do anything about it.

Their customer service is impossible to get in touch with. My Hulu account has been cancelled for over 1/2 a year and they decide to try to charge me. I don’t have access to my old email & they make it impossible to be able to get ahold of someone.

They don’t even have good shows/movies, that’s why they have to result to tricking people to make money.

I call for help sign in doesn’t work and online help direct to a phone number to call for help I waited 20 minutes I get someone on the phone they send me a change password link Then they tell me to hold on for another 10 minutes It told me 45 minutes to get the app sign in on my app

Just got done canceling both my hulu accounts for each house. Constantly getting kicked off my roku TV and told to reset my password/words... Hulu was happy to charge me for the service and accept my passwords in the 1st place.

Who are they to dictate my service now? com garbage was prompted to a phone number on a one hour phone call that ended in no resolve. I feel that this is just a backhanded way to get you to sign up for disney plus and shove the advertisement in your face ....

This is nothing short of harassment to all the people that pay for hulu on a monthly basis. I canceled my hulu and upped my standards so up yours .....

Bandwidth has been terrible through March Madness. The final straw was getting cut off for the last 30 seconds of the FAU-San Diego State University game. If I'm going to continue paying premium rates, I should get premium service. Should I switch to a lower cost service?

Although I like Hulu a lot there's one movie that just came out called Boston strangler and it is so dark that you can't even see it it's cuz it's so dark and that may not be Hulu's fault but I wouldn't put movies out that are so dark you can't see him it's just it's rather irritating anyway that's all other than that who knows awesome

WTF! now that negotiations have broken down for abc affiliates consumers are getting screwed. We are paying for a product that was ripped away without notice buy we are still expected to pay@ . Come on, negotiate and provide what was included and expected! Dang it!

The price for Hulu service is crazy.Hulu monthly billed is $69.00 .Which my regular Spectrum cable bill and internet was $69.00.Hulu went up on prices cause of Disney plus.But I don't even watch Disney plus nor do my child.Hulu is a rip off and on Hulu live it shows the same episodes of all the channels.

Don’t use Hulu disgruntled employees change all of your info so that your account does not even show up anymore and Hulu says they can not do anything about it. Even though your card with your name on it (which doesn’t have an account) was charged less than 12 hours ago!! And I can prove that I signed into this account with this email less than 24 hours ago but they don’t want to see that!

We have Hulu live. I’m tired of trying to watch old classic Christmas shows and it tells me not available with my subscription or it’ll just play a completely different show. Why pay for live tv if you’re not going to let us watch what is actually playing live.

Also I was watching a movie on freeform halfway through I changed to check another channel then it tells me show not included in subscription but I had gotten through half the movie already. I’m just frustrated with what we’re paying do a service and things like this keep happening.

I hate hate hate that I pay all this money on monthly fees and can’t watch Chicago PD without commercials. I’m ready to get rid of this dam# app. Why would I go to the cheaper version of HULU to watch a show I was watching without commercials. This makes no sense.

50 a month for Roku Hulu for I don't know how long. com. And charged to an old charge card that was closed and a new one I have now. I explained to the very nice customer service representative Abyssinna that my husband was sick and I didn't know I was being charged.

Just to give you why this wasn't noticed and it's not an excuse. Being a care giver by yourself of a sick person for two years that had a GBM brain tumor is all the time you have. He passed 2/1/22 and it's devastating.

50 was being charged to my card. I have Hulu that I pay with Disney. And have been a long time customer andnever missed a payment. So I'm getting charged twice a month. 36 or something like that back. I think I should get more being charged twice a month.

My 7 year old son went to Hulu kids profile and the commercial that played just before Secret Life of the Pets was all about getting hard and lasting longer in bed . I really don’t think a 7 year old needs to know about taking pills to stay harder longer . On his kids profile. FIX IT !!

Terrible service from foreigners, they don’t have a clue what they are doing. Trying to watch Aves Hockey live no one can fix it, they can’t understand a anything and and have to repeat things over pans over after waiting for over a half hour.

Then they they say they are having technical issues and can I call back. Really? You don’t have a problem taking my money but your assistance is the worst!

Hulu has a streaming error. I’ve gotten the same code several times this week. I’ve completed every recommended step to resolve several times this week. I called, thinking that would give me a faster & better response. I was told by that agent that she had to speak with the tech team & 5 calls were ahead of us, but she would update me.

About an hour later, I did a virtual chat while still on hold. I remained on hold for an hour & 10 minutes & that agent NEVER even came back on the line. I ended up hanging up. ” Of course, prices get hiked again next month, go figure.

He said I was supposed to get a survey about the first agent, but I never did. I wish I did. I want to complain directly to Hulu about her, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that.

99a month to Hulu and for the last couple of weeks all I get is constant freezing, I guess buffering is what you might call it. I called Hulu customer service at different times of the day and night and I can't get through.

I wait and wait and wait. It's ridiculous so I canceled it and I'm not going back. Terrible awful customer service!!

Hulu is a sad service now. Outsourcing your customer service is a huge headache on us. We/I pay enough for the service and expect better treatment from you. Since you switched you unlimited DRV to free in January nothing but problems.

In January all of sudden I could not record my local TV station, and it took 4 weeks to fix. It worked for about 2-3 weeks and the same problem surfaced. This has been going on and on since then.

I have to call in every 2-3 weeks with the same non-record issue…

I just pulled up Conversations with friends and it pulled up the LAST One, instead of the first. So I watched the last one only to find out how the show ends without watching the entire show! Urg! So frustrating.

I wanted to watch the whole thing! How does stupid stuff like this happen?

Won't allow you to stream at home AND at work. Only one or the other. They don't Geotrack cell devices but you can forget trying to watch from both home and work. YouTube TV has no such problem and neither does Formula One streaming service.

Hulu needs to update their game and join the 21st century.

Hulu customer service rep Andrea was very rude, unprofessional and had dogs barking in the background! I am still on hold waiting for a supervisor which she tells me does not exist at Hulu… she said she is transferring me to higher lever of care but that I could not talk to a supervisor because there are no supervisors at Hulu.

Finally she transferred me to the higher level of care and that representative was very professional. Andrea should not be allowed to represent Hulu and if representatives are working at home they should not have dogs barking in the background.

I could have ignored that but the total rudeness and not wanting to let me talk to someone else is unacceptable. The only way I could talk to someone else was to repeatedly say I want to talk to a supervisor every time she…

I have Hulu live. The cost had jumped 20% in two years with no service upgrade. Every week when I watch football the channel it's on is having problems. None of the others. Just those. Customer service has no answers.

I had less service interruption with a dish. Having to pay full price for half service with no recourse is frustrating.

Movies and shows volume are so low compared to commercials. Cant even watch at night time as the commercials are ridiculously loud and wake everyone up. If it dont get it fixed i will not be buying another month if hulu .this terrible.

So i just recently got a 50$ gift card for Hulu, which is nice because it is super expensive anymore with everything I have. So I added my gift card, just to find out it only took 20$ off my next upcoming bill, and I could not figure out where the rest of the gift card went as my next bill was the normal price, and

the date was moved up by 10 FREAKING DAYS! 75$ A DAY out of that gift card to continue with my services after i pay the rest of the bill that is owed this upcoming Thursday. THAT MAKES NO SENSE.

1) Hulu doesn't even an offer a pay by day setting, so how are you going to use this gift card to charge me by day (but don't forget on Thursday I have to pay the rest of the remaining balance on my bill or you guys will shut it off and the rest of that gift card I am assuming becomes…

According to the email my Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV subscription will include access to Disney+ and ESPN+. I have Disney + which I pay annually I’m wonder how much credit I will get back each month from December.

The customer service agent Scott got annoyed and told me I’m not eligible to get credit back only the bundle subscriber can get $3 back each month. I even read the email 3 times to him, he kept saying Hulu only offers bundle deal.

I know this is new product for Hulu but if the customer service agent doesn’t know the new change how can I expect to get help from them? It seems like Hulu need to work on training the customer service agents.

I also emailed to the support didn’t get any response back at all. Bottom line poor customer service.

I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone today complaining that the closed captioning and the speaking does not sync up on Chicago Fire season 10 episode 1. After trying everything with the customer rep it still did not work and she still could not get it fixed.

I feel like I wasted my time. Very unsatisfied.

The customer service representative Alvin V said he refunded my account on September 3rd and never did so. I have waited over the 3 to 5 business days and had to call back and was told I was never refunded by him and now I have to wait another 3 to 5 business days to get my money back.

Alvin was rude, argued with me, and lied to me. He should not be working in customer service if he cannot do his job and be polite and do what he says he will and then make it hard for customers.

This was an unnecessary inconvenience to me. I do not complain often on people doing their job as I know times can get stressful, however I feel it is important that his employer know that he definitely needs some coaching or should have to go through the training process again.

Complaint! I have been watching the Good Doctor for 4 seasons but Hulu advertising states that they have the current episode on Hulu the next night FASLE!,!!!! You only have season 1 displayed, what about the rest of season s and current one especially with the finale played tonight,! How can u advertise such blatant lies when paying people count on them to HOPEFULLY watch their shows they been watching for years.

Why can this not be resolved????

I am writing to Hulu as a complaint and warning. I have had several friends cancel their hulu membership strictly due to the volume of the commercials, and I am about to do the same. We normally listen to and don't care about commercials, but this is ridiculous.

We have to mute the commercials and therefore don't even pay attention to them, so it doesn't benefit anyone for them to be 10 times louder than the actual shows/movies. We can't even watch Hulu in the bedroom because the commercials wake us up if we fall asleep.

I highly suggest fixing this before losing more customers.

My channels were not on the dashboard after the update. I called customer service'. Both times I was cut off. On both calls I explained I was handicapped with arthritis and unable to type or push buttons easily. I also explained I was not familiar with tech. The second call I made did show me where my channels was, but she could not tell me where to find what she told me to click. She had to add a local channel which she had problems doing.

At the end I requested to be transferred to a person to complain about the my channels move because it will be much more difficult for me to navigation this change due to my handicap. Certain channels always freeze or have a blank screen while im trying to watch them. Somethin comes across the screen saying they are working on it. This happens everyday! Channel 4 wbz does this every day and Cozi tv wasnt working over the weekend.

This started to happen as soon as you raised the prices.

Also when i delete things from my dvr it never deletes!

The first day, freeze, disconnect, unable to access the app. total lack of service, I followed every instruction given. I disconnected the internet three or four times. Nothing I could do allowed me to see the program for more than seven minutes.

I paid for no ads, all ads were shown. Terrible service. No customer service telephone or contact given. Take your Hulu and stick it up your Hulu.
