Discriminated! This will need attorney advice! Not filling prescriptions because the pharmacist THINKS the patient doesn’t need it is DISCRIMINATION! Not even giving patients the option for pre authorization so the doctor can state why the patient needs the medication!
Humana will NOT address the issue with their system! It's apparent that they have changed something with their system. In the middle of the year they have changed my Primary Physician, without my permission, claiming my physician no longer shows up in their system!!!
BUT, ALL OF MY CLAIMS HAVE BEEN PAID. They will NOT acknowledge that the problem is on their end. So I am forced to take the primary that they give me. They problem is theirs!!!!!
Worst customer service. As a provider I called in to get Authorization status and they transferred the calls to different department without intimation. When I called in again and asked to a supervisor they never transferred the call to supervisor and hung up.

I've reached out to Jean Joyce on May 16, 2023. S 08/16-12/22/22. The services were denied for no auth; I've provided all the auth numbers to her in which she assured me that she would send the claims back for review.
She did absolutely NOTHING BUT WASTED MY TIME. She didn't follow through with her task, and I will report this to the state if we do not receive payment ASAP and we will NOT wait for another 30-60 days!!!!. Humana provides very poor service to their providers !!!!!
The customer service agent told me that I will be playing a copay of $47 for medication mounjarno in which I change insurance. And when I went to the pharmacy tell told me that my copay is $547 is my whole check.
In which my another insurance I was going pay $200 which was fine with me. They won’t fix it or examine why $547 copay or what happened to the $47 that I supposed to pay. If a insurance agent called to tell you about another insurance company .

When I was solicited for joining Humana Medicare plan a booklet was sent to me concerning medications and the tier the were in. The person who solicited me said the tiers were in the booklet and that’s what I would paid for the medications and that is a lie.
I tried to call this sales person several times and also your customer service left messages for her to call me and this person never calls back and she works for Humana. Now all of the prescription I renewed as a much higher price then according to the booklet that I have. 00:which you lied.

I have called about a dental claim for the last 12 months and I have a case # that I was given 1000350270665. I have spoken with 2 agents that didn't want to deal with my case . They did not say please hold they just left me on the line.

Customer service is horrible. I have only called a couple of times but both times the representative was terribly rude. I just don't call with any questions because of the poor customer service. I had ask a simple question regarding the transportation company who takes me to appointments.
She was rude and said she couldn't help me because it's not Humana who transport me. That they use someone else. I already knew that. I just had a simple question. All she had to tell me that they use Modivcare and direct me to how to contact them.

Call about my prescriptions refills which I thought was taken care off online prior login set up prescriptions online with center well. I found nothing on the site as to me registered my order with Humana on line completed and submitted in May and medications received and co pay paid .

I upgraded my policy in Feb and I have asked for a primary care physician on 6 separate occasions!! I have been given doctors that don't accept my ins twice. Doctors that aren't accepting new patients 3 times and my call was not returned the last time I called.
Humana is well aware that I am a diabetic and that I was diagnosed with a blood clot in one of my lungs over a month ago!! Humana doesn't care that I am in VERY SERIOUS need of medical care.

my doctor ordered a test to check to see if a nodule in my lungs had changed in the last 12 months.. I get to the hospital and after waiting for over an hour they informed me that Humana was not going to cover the test.

I changed providers as of Jan t,2022. I know have a medicare advantage plan with United Health Care. I have made numerous calls to Humana because you still have me in the system. Each time someone apologized and said my account was now closed.

Have had Humana for 2 years. Got a letter on Saturday requesting that I send proof of my marital status by September 17. My house burned down and in order to get the required marriage certificate, the city i live in states it will take 6 weeks which is outside of their time frame.

I just spent over two hours on the telephone enrolling for a $13/month prescription drug plan. I was asked the same questions over and over again and had to listen to the sales agent read the cost of coverage for every drug tier for every type of drug, and it was an extremely tedious process.
I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes while the sales agent checked on In network pharmacies in my area. Then I had to listen to a recording that repeated much of the information that the sales agent had already told me.
This was an unnecessarily long enrollment process, and if I had known that this is what I had to go through. I would probably have chosen another company for coverage. You should really look into streamlining this process so that people can enroll more quickly.

The attached was received on 9/23/2019. The form was completed an returned on 9/24/2019. Per the communication, refund was to be issued within 12-14 days of receipt of required documentation. As of this writing, I have not received the refund.
I have contacted Humana's Customer Care Team (1-877-255-5078) three times to inquire of the refund, to no avail. No one can seem to answer my question with regard to the refund and no one will call me back. I feel I am getting the runaround.
