We have a Husqvarna riding lawn mower that is still under warranty that has been in an approved Husqvarna repair shop for 6 months. We have tried contacting husqvarna's customer service via phone and chat and nothing has been accomplished and the repair shop where our lawn mower has been all summer has tried to reach out to them as well and has had no reply. We would like to have our warranty honored before it runs out!

your company has taken customer service to new lows. I purchased a 320iL trimmer and want to purchase a flail heat tp replace the currentstring head. After trying to "chat" with one of your agents( Eliz online for over 30 minutes I am no closer to getting the information I need.

When I asked for the corperate phone I was informed that they don't give out that information.

59 to Mower’s Direct, online, on 5/16/2023. Order number LMD3481739. When it broke the first time I used it, I contacted the seller. They refused to stand behind the $1200 piece of cheap junk they sold me. I have had the opportunity to use this piece of junk 5 times in 3 months.

The rest of the time it’s been broken and / or in for warranty service. I have 8 acres to mow. I mow for 30-60 minutes each night after work. I wanted the bagger so my property wouldn’t look like a hay field.

First, it is a generic bagger made in China. Says right on it: “NoBrand”. Assembly: Instructions are for multiple baggers. They don’t tell you which instructions are for which models (they don’t list the models). You will waste considerable time trying to figure out why the instructions won’t work for your…

Florida... I love weedeating so this ment the world . I didn't have this thing 3 months foe it to stop running . All measures were carried put correctly. I was running it personally. Never cranked since. what don't make any sense there.

They recommended me to Jimmy a guy 2 streets in the nack who I'll have to pay to direct it. still stings. I love your brand always have stuck strong by it till this. now all the money I missed put on work had to stop. Someone please help me.

Please save yourself the headache and don't buy one of these tractors. There is a known problem with the frame on certain model years. I have been trying to get them to contact me back now for a week without any assistance.

I called and asked to talked to a manager and they hung up the phone after telling me service is only on-line. It's absolutely ridiculous! Their mowers are junk and so is the service! Please please please get a mower from another brand.

Absolutely horrible parts fulfillment department. You buy direct on-line, it says order will be fulfilled within 1-2 days and sent by FedEx. Their webpage for order has no Tracking link whatsoever. I called the Parts Department after 4 days and they said it will take another 2 days after Memorial Day before they gather and ship the product, so at that point I'm at 10 days before even shipping the product and

my $14,000 professional Zero-turn is sitting instead of doing the work it was intended for. I asked why they don't send or have tracking info, the Husqvarna employee couldn't care less. USELESS is too good a word to describe the company's attitude towards the customer.

Given I have several of their products, you can be assured I'll never by Husqvarna products ever again.

I have had a part on order for my zero turn lawn mower since October. The first date was Jan then Feb then Mar then May and now it is June. I am out of pocket for a push mower to do my lawn now.

This type pf service is very poor, Plus the price of the part is outrageous and should have been deliver to the dealer months ago. The part is the smart switch 586590711. I noticed all of your new products have gone back to key ignition.

Bought a 54" riding mwer with reinforced deck 10 year warranty first deck broke in a couple years second deck probably 50 hrs broke now they wont replace says due to stress, it even has wheels to keep it from dragging, their decks have been junk for over 10 years i wont by husqvarna again

Hopeless customer service and customer support from Patil enterprises, Dharwad. Instead of multiple follow ups for subsidy claim Patil enterprises is irresponsive. Purchased husqvarna brush cutter 131R on 20/09/2022 and yet not claimed subsidy. Kindly take back your machine and refund the money.

My riding mower is still under warranty. Husqvarna is not addressing my several request to service the warranty repairs. It has been more than two weeks and still waiting. Their service centers are rejecting to honor any warranty work, and the company is not doing anything to address the issue.

I used to always buy Husqvarna lawnmowers, but I can no longer continue to do so. My 5-year old Husqvarna lawnmower requires a $20 part (the front baffle). It's a simple but essential part: it keeps rocks and other items from flying out of the lawnmower.

I have contacted Husqvarna no less than 6 times, and each time they say the same thing: I should not operate the lawnmower without the part, they no longer sell the replacement part, and hence I should not longer use the lawnmower. I have, of course, searched online for the part--but it's not available because Husqvarna evidently wants to lawnmower to become obsolete so that I have to buy a new one.

I keep asking them, Can you suggest an alternative part? But their response is the same: I need to buy their part, and it is no longer…

Had a new 562 it messed up two times and dealer sent it back we'll Husqvarna sent brand new saw back to me and it messed up and they work on it and didn't get it fixed properly and told me it went out warranty although they were going by original saw not new one and were very rude and hateful Dealership is in Covington VA Covington farm and fuel

Bought a TS348XD IN APRIL 2019 for $3736. We have had nothing but problems with it. Repeatedly took it back to Burchett’s where we purchased it, they kept replacing batteries. I kept saying it was something more. They refused to listen. Even got nasty.

I finally took it to my local place. Replaced carburetor but still running too hot and fast. Camm shaft was blue and engine also. Now we are getting into serious money. Wth? My 34 year old cub cadet never had these problems.

Why doesn’t husqvarna stand behind their mowers? No support!

My husqvarna RZ 5424 is leaking oil from engine and both brackets on the mower deck have cracked/ broke. Only ten years old, very disappointed! Buying a new John Deere tomorrow. Will tell all who I associate with never to buy a husqvarna product .

Noticed on line this is a common problem and a horrible design flaw.

The power supplies supplied with the 310 / 315 Automower are clearly designed badly and fail regularly. This is bad enough. Now we are being told that replacement parts are on a 9 month lead tine. Not good enough Husqvarna, please do better.

I bought my fist zero turn lawnmower in2019. The deck fell apart 2020 I bought another the same thing happen to that one the deck fell apart. I PURCHASE the 3rd mower 2021. The same thing has happen to this one the deck fell apart.

I have been trying to replace the deck on this mower and none can be found. This is my third mower i have purchased in three years time. Husqvarna mowers is the worst mower you can purchase. Lawn mower is supposed to last more than one year.

I will let anyone who would listen DO NOT PUCHASE A HUSQVARNA ZERO TURN LAWNMOWER. You cannot get anyone to help you when you have a problem i get the same response. There is nothing we can do

We brought brand new concrete cutting Saw of $70K in march 2022,started working in April ,it’s powerpack got blownout in may,just after one month . We gave to husqvarna in mississauga for repair and nothing have been told yet. We are sitting free till now ,there is no source of income of our company.

We haven’t got any replacement products.

I purchased my TS 248 XD on Dec 2021. I want to get a set of mulching kits for my riding lawn tractor but have to wait until 5/22/2022. After paying the purchase and waiting for more than a month, no email, no call from Husqvarna.

I finally contacted Husqvarna via their website and only then I was told I can either wait (no ETA given) or cancel my order. What a b**ch.

i have purchased and been happy with quite a few Husqvarna products in the past, but will never buy another one because of their failure to back one of their tools that they clearly got wrong. my wife bought a $400. battery powered chainsaw.

that has failed so miserably that we have decided to wright it off after about 12 uses. the first thing to fail was the battery after about 6 charges. that was replaced under warranty. 00) it would not charge the battery.

it turns out that the second battery had failed. a new battery was going to cost over $ 200. 00 . we checked out other peoples experience with this product on line and found that the batteries fail quite frequently.

00 cost of getting a $400. chainsaw working and for slightly less, bought a Stihl gas powered chainsaw. as we move…

Reinbold Sales and Service was recommended by Husgavarna that would service newly bought Husgavarna chainsaw that was purchased in November of 2020. An aluminum plate behind the bar and chain got tore up and Reinbold said the chain jumped off the bar which was not true.

They complained about not doing the warranty work on it because we did not purchase it from them. We will never recommend Husgavarna to anyone they do not stand behind their warranty they offer. Need more information contact us at 313-203-6623 there is more information to be given they were so nasty just awful people.

I purchased Tractor raider RC320 TSAWD on 2019 April 17th. The reason for my purchase was because it has an active auger collection system.

However there is a continuous problem with the electronics and mechanical failure of the auger. It has been in fro repairs numerous times and air the present when I need it the most it is again in for repairs. There seems to be basic problems with this tractor (and I understand mine is not the only one).

I have a Husqvarna lawn tractor currently under factory warranty. I purchased it through an online retailer. The tractor doesn't work so I contacted Husqvarna customer service. They referred me to 5 or 6 authorized Husqvarna repair shops in my area.

I called each of these shops and they all. refused to repair my lawn tractor under the factory warranty because I didn't purchase my tractor from them. I contacted Husqvarna customer service and notified them. They said if the repair shop refuses to do the repairs, that goes against their franchise agreement but there is nothing they can do as a company.

So I'm stuck with a non working 2 year old tractor that I'll have to pay a private repair company to try to repair. I will never buy another Husqvarna product again. I realize not all…

I bought a lgt 2654 mower in july 2017 . since then I had to replace the transmission , wrap throttle and choke in heat retardant wrap . this year in may the engine threw 2 rods ! now I own $4000 of junk!

it will cost $2000 to replace motor . I have owned and still do many of your products . as of now I will be selling them or throwing them away ! I am very angry over this and will never refer your products or purchase another ever again !

I bought a Husqvarna riding mower from Brace Mower in Carrollton Ohio 3 years ago. This year I started having trouble with the belt and reverse. Took it back to the dealer and three weeks later got it back having the same problem plus the back end felt like it was rotating.

Found out the differential mount was cracked. Since then I have found out from many people that they are having the same problem with that model mower. I will never buy another one of your products. T his is the third time I have sent a complaint and had no response. Thanks for nothing.

Incident: 190624-003867

I just hung up as a dissatisfied customer after a call with customer service. I am waiting for a replacement battery (P/N 967091702) for the chainsaw I purchased last September. During my initial contact with customer service in May, I was told the battery is covered under warranty and given the name of the local dealer to receive a replacement unit. The chainsaw had never been used and the battery was dead in the box. The local dealer, Scranton Grinder, was helpful; he checked battery and charger and confirmed that it was a battery not a charger issue. He placed an order for a new battery and said it should be in in 1 week.

After 2 weeks had transpired, I contacted the dealer and he said the battery was on backorder and the new date was June 22nd. I called the…

I have been a chainsaw user and instructor for 50 years. For most of that time I have had little problem with equipment sold under the Husqvarna brand and often recommended it to my trainees. Of late it appears that you must be outsourcing your supplies as they are made of inferior material.

Husqvarna technical helmet costing £95, the little lugs that hold the visor on fall apart as soon as something touches the visor and eventually fall off and the inside headband mounts keep coming loose so the helmet flops about on your head. Husqvarna felling leaver and turning hook.

On the second day of use on a course I was demonstrating how to use the hook to turn a hung-up tree and the hook bent and dropped me on my backside. This could have resulted in severe spinal injury.

I obtained a quote for a new engine for my YTH22V46 riding mower from Elliot Supply in Polkville, NC. I did not buy the engine from them. 00 less. The woman at Elliot Supply warned me about Internet parts being no good, and having no warranty.

Since then I have tried to purchase repair parts for the mower from this woman at Elliott Supply. She will not sell me parts. She says I have the wrong part number or wrong model number or some other lame excuse.

The real reason is that she is mad because I did not buy the overpriced engine from her. This is NOT good business. I am completely satisfied With the mower and until this episode have been happy with Elliott Supply and Husqvarna.

From now on I will deal with on line part suppliers.

I priced a replacement engine for my YTH22V46 mower at the local dealer in Polkville NC. I got a price about $400 less online. The dealer warned me about buying products online. "no warranty" etc. I bought the online engine.

Since then I have been given poor or no service at the dealer. Twice I have attempted to buy replacement parts but have been rejected. They claim my part numbers are incorrect or some other excuse why they can not sell me the parts.

I know they are upset because I did not buy the engine from them. This is inexcusable. I have had my mower for many years and am perfectly happy with it. This experience has spoiled my good relationship with Husqvarna.

If you contact the dealer about this I know that things will just get worse. So I will just not bother with this dealer…
