I got my car delivered on the 8th of November (Elite I20 Sportz+). The first thing i did was fill fuel for 1000 rupees and drove from Lakshmi Hyundai in Kalyan Nagar to Jalahalli Cross which is about 14 kms, the moment i stopped at my location i started to smell petrol, i ignored for a while assuming its a brand new car and looked at the fuel indicator which was completely nill, . After a couple of minutes my brother opened the bonnet to see the attached video, the petrol has been leaking all the way from the showroom to my brother's place.

I was with my wife and my 9 month old daughter. We're thankfully safe. I want someone to please take this matter seriously. Arrange a mechanic to fix it permanently or replace with a brand new car.

I have recently been transferred from New Delhi to Hyderabad. I am having i10 Era and i20 Asta. What I have observed is that there are only 2-3 Hyundai Workshop where the vehicle can be serviced and that too are not giving satisfactory service.

To the CEO of Hyundai South Africa, Dear sir, madame. 68 000km on the clock and never gave her any problems since. I trust and respect the name Hyundai and that's why I've bought my very first car from Hyundai Wonderboom.

I asked for prices and was convinced to take a personal loan from my bank. I purchased my i10 "demo" cash and added mash and grab. Asked my bank to make a immediate transfer. The salesperson delivered my car at work and had to signed for closure.

I never had the time to read what I was signing for and couldn't inspect the car. I was very excited and went home and phoned my insurance for appointment to have my car inspected. The smash and grab made bubble's on the back passenger window, my front tires was on the last level marked on the tire's.

About July 18, 2019 we bought the Tucson from World Hyundai in Matteson IL, the tire pressure light was on the sales person told me he would change the tires then the light would go off, light came back on took can back, was than to reset the censer, that didn't work took car back, they were than going to replace it to this day light is still on my daughter have made 10 trips to this dealership since we have had the car and

Good Day,after taking Hyhundai H1 for serive on 2 occasions and reported a fault with light comming on and also petrol not getting through,and stopped at Hyhundi Strand,to check as was on the road,eventually took to Hermanus service centre,and was charged for repair,which I do not agree with at all,as was brought to their attention on more than 1 occasion,and had a service in between,I have 2 Hyhundii vehicles and am most dissapointed,I would please like a refund on this amount,as have a maintainence plan.

I have a 2015 Genesis 3.6 All Trac and have had nothing but problems with it. Most notably a noisy sunroof that whistles above 70 MPH. It was turned over to a guy named Nelson at the consumers affairs who did nothing. He didn't ever have the car inspected and closed his complaint file for no good reason. I have called him several times but he will not return my phone calls. This is the worst case of cutomer I have ever experienced.

One after 3 years of ownership, the fan for environmental control in the car, stopped working, I paid for the service to inspect the vehicle and was told the unit needed to be replaced would cost 300 to 400 for parts and service, So when I took it in for repair they tell me the price of the unit went up is now about 600, and on inspection they noticed there is also a problem with the wires.

So additional cost of coarse, almost about 900, for repair, very different from original quoted cost, because of coarse products always double in price.

My hyundai Verna car no JH 10V 5570 met with an accident on 8th Sept 19 for which I sent my car to Hyundai showroom ,near bank more Dhanbad,Jharkhand,India on 9th Sept 19 for repair with insurance. 5 years ago. The engine has already given out on our car at 60k kms. We brought it into the North Battleford Hyundai to get it fixed and wanted a loaner in the mean time. I have a nice size family where an SUV would come in handy but hey said they only had cars for the dealership.

We brought it in on Sept 15th and got an update today that they’re still waiting for oats and they don’t have any SUVs to give us for a loaner. That’s almost month without an SUV. When we bought this SUV we carried over the loan we had from an elentra putting our principle at around 35k.

I have an extended service plan with motor vaps. I booked my car in for service on Tuesday. For 60k service n stated I'm using policy motor vaps. Car was booked. This morning on Thursday. 10. 10. 2019 the device consultant says they can't do my service coz my policy delays in payment. I said.

It's not problem n two when I booked my for service. Why wasn't I informed that they don't do motorvaps. N who going to refund me with my time n petrol. I requested for the manager.. He says he be there at 8am I need to wait..

I must pay up cash for they to do my service n my plan will reimburse me. When I contacted my policy holder. That doesnt happen. Coz the consultant need to send a quote to motorvaps to get Auth. In which the consultant says no.

We are at our wits end with Hyundai Leasing dept. We have attempted to buyout our car at the end of our lease and our nightmare began. After being given conflicting instructions, we took a loan out from our credit union and sent the check directly to Hyundai Corp to purchase the car.

We were then notified that because we live in PA we were supposed to purchase the car directly from a PA dealer. Hyundai Corp promised and assured us they had sent the check back to our credit union but we later learned they had actually cashed the check!!

We were then reassured they would refund the money back to the credit union so we could redo the transaction properly but after 2 months and dozens of frustrating phone calls our credit union still has no check! Hyundai is holding up the process by not…

I purchased Creta from Kundan Hyundai bavdhan pune last year 2018. KUNDAN Hyundai bavdhan service station did wrong lubricant at the clutch paddle and and clutch paddle become jammed due to expansion of the plastic bush due to chemical in lubricant but the Bavdhan Service GM is not ready accept this fault .There is meter to check the clutch hardness it is shown 130 reading ideally it should be 100.

I wen to the DPM Hyundai Dehradun(Uttarakhand) for the Clutch Plate checkup and regular service. After handing over the vehicle, i told them issue with my clutch they said they it could be because of some cylinders. After i got my vehicle back, firstly the prize charged for fitting individual component is separate and labor charges were exorbitant. Once i got checked my clutch, it was again hard to press, this time they said, it could be because of Clutch/Pressure plate for that 12,000 need to be paid separately and labor cost separate. I am clueless why did i spend 20,000 on servicing of my vehicle when the problem is still persistent.

It is unlikely that i will visit any Hyundai service center ever and will not ever recommend anyone to purchase Hyundai vehicles.

We tried since end of April, 2019, called over 5 times, sent letters & necessary documents many times. All we want is our pink slip for the car (2016 Equus) that we purchased at the end of our lease.

They have not sent us the pink slip yet. We included our phone number if there are problems to notify us. We sent the odometer/mileage disclosure statement MANY TIMES. They never called with any problems.

My 2019 Elantra was deemed a Total Loss after an accident on July11,2019. This was my 5th Hyundai car. I am a very loyal consumer.

However, There is a disconnect between my insurance company and Hyundai Motor Finance. For over 3 weeks my insurance company has faxed or emailed the information countless times that HMF states it needs to release the Letter of Guarantee. And HMF continues to state that they do not have all the information needed.

There is no communication between HMF and the Total Loss department to determine the exact document needed. And every time a document is sent from my insurance company there is a 3 day waiting period before they receive a response.

I am requesting that someone in the corporate office intervene and finally resolve this most exasperating situation.…

Today I went in to the Mitsubishi car show room in Kirkcaldy and asked the Manager who happened to be the sales person if there are any Offers on the cars. At first I asked about a certain model and then asked again about other models if there are on offers but he didn't answered me, so I said to him that you should know if there are any Offers.

He asked me to leave which I replied that you were rude to me, then he push me as if asking to leave then I pushed back and he punched me on my right face and I fell on the ground. I wasn't rude to him when I spoke to him when I went to the showroom initially.

I hope you will look into the matter as I haven't experienced this sort of behaviour elsewhere. Thanks.

This week we were scheduled to test drive and purchase a 2020 Hyundai Palisade, Limited, White on Beige. The dealership was Vandergriff Hyundai 1120 I-20 WEST ARLINGTON, TX and we had purchased at this same dealership twice before. Anyway, we spoke with several different people during this interaction.

First, Mike Mullins who set up the appointment with Saul. Eventually, we spoke with a Michael and do not know his last name. So, before going in Michael calls and he going over info and he said yes, this vehicle is $51,000.

I said your website shows $45,000. He said yeah, that's wrong and we are working on updating. 2 days later it was never updated. We canceled the appointment and chose not to purchase with this dealership. Very disappointed in this service.

Surprise, this is not a complaint about my Hyundai instead of a complaint I have awesome news about my car. So hear goes, I bought my 2009 Sonata in 9/2008 and this morning I hit a milestone of 300,000 miles on my way to work. I have officially have my car for 11 years and it is still running. I am impressed how this car has handled.

Now, there are some things that are still original on the car such as, ALL belts, alternator, fuel pump & filter, and thermostat. I have not maintained the vehicle as instructed by the manual. I have not changed the transmission fluid. Now with that being said, you can ask yourself then why is this vehicle still running? good question. I believe this is a well built vehicle. I have used this vehicle as my 4x4 off road, and everything you can think of.

Hello, I took my car into my Superior Hyundai Dealer service department @ 238 W Mitchell Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232 over 3 months ago for engine issues. They informed me that the there was recall on it.

Finally I get a call the week of 07/22/19 informing that Hyundai has approved the engine replacement. Then I get another call from the service department saying my battery was no good 07/26/19, that I need a new one, I asked the service manager if he would see if the battery would take a charge because I did not have the $160 at this time.

He said ok and then I get a call today 07/29/19 saying I never had a battery in my car. I find this unbelievable and disturbing that a good name "Hyundai" would do such a thing, that warrant suspicion. So for 90 days no one new my battery was missing, so…

Around January this year i reported a hooter that was not working to Hyundai Wonderboom, my car was booked in and after some time i was told the hooter was replaced. I didnt test it right away, upon leaving the main entrance i tested the hooter, it was a low pitch hooter while my car was a high pitch hooter. I called one of their service consultant to report the low pitch. I was informed that, that is the hooter for my car. Mind you, my car is a 2016 Tucson.

Sir My Car Xcent 2017 has given to Service dealer at GT Hyundai Pvt Ltd, Karur, Tamilnadu for regular service.
