This company has horrible customer service. I received an interim recall notice for my 2019 Kona regarding the piston rings. The notice said that if there is an unusual noise or power concern, to take it into your dealership ASAP to be looked at.

I have noticed both these issues in the past few months, so I booked my car in. The dealership calls and tells me if they don't find anything its a $150 diagnostic fee. I explain that its a recall inspection, they aren't diagnosing anything, it is clear what they need to look at.

They refuse to budge, I tell them not to start work and I contact corporate head office. The women I spoke to tells me it is covered and the dealership will reimburse me after they submit. Perfect, I call the dealer back and tell them corporate will reimburse them and…

0 into Spradley Hyundai of Pueblo because I noticed an oil leak after receiving a new engine with the recall. After over a $2000 bill and 20 day stay that included fixing my brakes, window button and steering wheel as well as the oil leak, my car was still leaking oil.

I brought it back to Spradley. They told me that some pipe had inadvertantly been crushed and they needed to get special bolts that would take 5 days to get before the repair could be made. SpradleyHyundai admitted that it was an error on their part and hte repair would be free of charge.

The unfortunate part of this ordeal is that Spradley informed me they had no loaner vehicles. I told the service lady that I could not be without a vehicle for another week. This week is crucial that I have a vehicle.

Hello I have a 2012 Hyundai Equus I recently had air suspension issues I've had to take my vehicle back 3 Tom's in a fairly short amount of time first time they claimed it was fixed I picked up my vehicle drove an hour back home 6 of 7 minutes from my house the suspension dropped again I had to make another appointment this is the second time I had to tow my vehicle to this particular location they had my vehicle almost a month they replaced the air suspension for more than $6,000 so

I picked up my vehicle again and the suspension dropped once again so I had to tow my vehicle again for the third time they currently have my Hyundai Equus at 7909 mall parkway Lithonia Georgia service has been paid but I still don't have my vehicle and the same problem occurs can I please get some help

I took my car in because the three 12V chargers and USB port were not working. After 5 hours of waiting, I was told that nothing showed up on the scanner. One of the 12V chargers was loose, so they fixed that one.

I was told that all the other chargers would need to be replaced. 00 I was paying to just diagnose what was wrong. 00 and left. The next day I took the car to my mechanic. He tested the chargers with his tools and found out the only problem was a blown fuse. 00. 00 fix?

During the trying times right now I think this is outrageous. 00 returned since they misdiagnosed the entire problem. I do have a 120,000 bumper to bumper warranty and was told this was not covered.

I took my 2017 Santa Fe Sport to Russell Westbrook Hyundai in Anaheim, CA on 4/22/2021 at 8:30 am. When I bought the car three years ago, I was told I had a 120,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. My chief complaint on the 22nd was that the three 12V chargers and the USB port in my car were not working.

I was told that assessing what was wrong would be $195. I agreed and left my car. At 1:30pm I had not heard from my service manager, Robert. I called and Robert informed me that one 12V charger was loose and it was now working.

Robert said that when they hooked the car up, nothing came up that anything was wrong. He informed me that the remaining two 12V chargers and the USB port needed to be replaced. He also said my warranty only covered the power train.

I just had my alternator fixed on my car and while I was on vacation they fell out and I was stuck in Alabama for a whole week and missed a weeks worth of pay and had to pay out over $600 dollars to fix a problem that I took to the dealership twice because the first time I took it they didn't fix it and apparently the second time they still didn't fix the problem either.

On 1/9/20 I traded my G-80 Genesis for a Genesis G-70 and on 2/9/20 made the online payments to the old account thinking it was going to the G70 payment. 09 refunded. I called the Dealership and got no response.

In the interim my account shows 2 cars payments and therefore my credit score dropped from 740 to 709. 843-424-1603.

the service department at Precision Hyundai, Calgary , Alberta, Canada creates a schedule for service/maintenance on my vehicle. whenever I bring in the vehicle for this scheduled service, the service department asks me what my vehicle is in for ???

I am not the person who scheduled this service appointment at interval/mileage and this is not my line of business. Hyundai dealership should know this information. I tried to speak with sean robinson about this ordeal as my vehicle left me stranded due to very poor service maintenance.

sean robinson was not listening and told me to take my vehicle elsewhere and he does not want me as a customer any longer !! I felt he was rude and obstinate. I hope that Precision Hyundai reconsiders sean robinson's position as a manager.

My Hyundai Sonata 2018 Hybrid car's hybrid system suddenly stopped working and I gave my car to Kingcross Hyundai at 1957 Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1L 2M3 on Dec 17th, 2019. Today it's exactly 18 days and my car is not yet fixed.

As I drive for UBER, my car is my only source of income. Though I appreciate Hyundai for giving me a loaner car for my personal use but that doesn't solve my financial problem that I am facing right now.

After 3 weeks now I don't even have money left to pay my car's installments. Every time I call them I get the same reply that they have emailed to the head office and waiting for reply. I am getting harassed by them.

I live in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. I went in last week to purchase a Hyundai Kona but the salesperson I spoke with was very rude. He did not wanted to sit and discuss anything. I felt unwelcomed by the service in Charlottetown.

Additionally, customer service department workers here in Charlottetown are not customer minded. If I wante to make an appointment, I feel like they are doing me a favor to do their job. I didn't really appreciated my last experience at the service department.

Despite sticking to hyundai warrenty reg my vehicle req a part and the warrenty wont cover it. Both services were done, book stamped but at an outside garage a repitual garage. Hyundai are trying to say lack of maintenance. NO.

I have stuck to the warrenty regs but now having to fork out 560 pound. NOT RIGHT. POOR POOR SERVICE. I have decided not to renew my car with Hyundai again. Poor poor service.

Its been almost 2 months i purchased a new Hyundai Santro Sportz CNG. Everything was great but now a minor issue has started bothering me and is turning into a major one. When i start the engine it gives me engine check sign on the car indicator.

I showed to a hyundai service center in Dombivali , they resolved the issue but within a week the engine check sign was back on . This same thing happened twice and now i dont have the time and energy to go there again and waste my time.

Sir, I am using i20 active sa, KL07CC9169,which bought from popular Hyundai, and given for service at popular Hyundai, perinthalmanna on 9th of December, and they promised to return it on 14 th Saturday . But today 17 th evening they brought back the vehicle ,and the repairs were not done on properly.

Therefore I asked him to take back the vehicle for completing the proposed work. Almost last two decades, we as family use Hyundai Santros, i20s and creta and are proud and satisfied with your vehicles. But now with much unsacticied heart forwarding this complaint.

Clutch is not working and toed and admitted at SUSEE HYUNDAI Kappalur ,Madurai (TN58BA9988)They changed entire assembly and paid Rs25228 . 2019. 20lakhs KM only 19990km the clutch is good. Poor quality. Now done 1010km , Smoke is coming from the clutch. Replace by quality clutch.

Service section says if clutch is used this will happen. Without using clutch how can we drive.?

1) 38K radio led dims so can't read. Did not fix, to much money! 2) 40k multiple front end problems with noise sill not resolved. 3) 65k paint started to peal because of CHEAP Primer. 00. 4) 70k chrome on wheels started to peal.

Dlid not fix to much money! 00 Part. 00. 6) 78k DASH CRACKING because of CHEAP Materials. 7) 80k Transmission start in wrong gear. 00 to fix. All of the above are not under warranty. HYUNDAI has know about all fo the complaints above and does nothing.

I have bought a Hyundai I20 Asta(O) (chasis No. MALBM51BLHM424910G ENGINE No.G4LAHM541703 PETROL) in 28 July 2017 from Thrishur showroom.I have drove only 8000 plus. Now there is a complaint in starter motor. I already informed your showroom service manager. They have taken the car to the show room and checked. They informed me that I have to replace the starter motor and it cost 10,000 plus. I request you that it should be done from your company because I have purchased just two years before only and we drove only 8000Km. the complaint may be your manufacturing default or some other cause. I expect a favourable reply from your side.

Aug. 1st 2019 my car was serviced for check engine light and being in limp mode. I was told not to drive far while in limp mode and the repair order invoice #973441 would take care of the problem.

Aug. 3rd check engine light came on again and limp mode. It was Saturday evening and I made it to the Newmarket Hyundai Dealership an hour before closing. They took a look and managed to turn of the check engine light and told me to book an appointment for Aug. 6th. It was a long weekend and they were closed Monday. I am staying in Jamshedpur of Jharkhand state. I want to buy Nios Sportz AMT Petrol model. Grand i10 Nios launched on 20-Aug-2019 is having BSVI engine. This engine calls for BSVI version of Petrol. In our city Jamshedpur, BS6 fuel is not yet available.

Can I use BSIV petrol in Nios car? Will BSIV fuel affect the BSVI engine performance in the long run?

5 years old. I could not start it today, went to the dealer where I bought it, they told me that battery died and that is because I left in in the cold outside (my car is always parked in the garage overnight) and

also because I have low Meiliage (28000 km for 2 years) battery did not charge properly. I drive this car to work every day. I had to pay $400 for new battery and some service tests. 5 years. Very low quality of the battery for $40000 car.

I have also paid $450 earlier this year because of my break pads were giving some sound. The issue was not fixed, it wasn’t again covered by warranty, and I still have to pay for something that was not even fixed.

I very disappointed in such low quality cat for such amount of money. Will never recommend it to anyone

I took the i20 sportz vehicle from Adoor branch which was your dealership last friday. The acsserioes according to this were not available to me. The vehicle was brought from Pathanamthitta branch. He called me there and told me the next day.

When I went there, I was told that there was no stock. We went to the Pathanamthitta branch for a change scratch of car . Then they agree that they will clear all the assesserious and clear scratch. When I came to register for the cart, the return registration paper was not in the cart.

Is this your customer service? Bring the cart to a ready and replace it with a cart damage. I don't need your explaination to know anything. Make sure the cart is ready for me and return it on today itself.

Otherwise i will file a suit against this company and staff…

I recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe limited ultimate from Bill Luke Camelback in Phoenix arizona. Just months after purchasing the vehicle the unit head/navigation/in dash touch screen stereo has completely failed. I still have a little under a year left on the manufacture warranty and another 25k miles in the warranty.

I brought my vehicle into Chapman Hyundai in Phoenix arizona, they told me it would be over 3k to replace it because it was just barley out of warranty... I cannot use a major component of my vehicle and am expected to come out of pocket over 3k just to fix an issue I should not be having.

I need someone to contact me so we can fix this issue.

I got my car delivered on the 8th of November (Elite I20 Sportz+). The first thing i did was fill fuel for 1000 rupees and drove from Lakshmi Hyundai in Kalyan Nagar to Jalahalli Cross which is about 14 kms, the moment i stopped at my location i started to smell petrol, i ignored for a while assuming its a brand new car and looked at the fuel indicator which was completely nill, . After a couple of minutes my brother opened the bonnet to see the attached video, the petrol has been leaking all the way from the showroom to my brother's place.

I was with my wife and my 9 month old daughter. We're thankfully safe. I want someone to please take this matter seriously. Arrange a mechanic to fix it permanently or replace with a brand new car.

I have recently been transferred from New Delhi to Hyderabad. I am having i10 Era and i20 Asta. What I have observed is that there are only 2-3 Hyundai Workshop where the vehicle can be serviced and that too are not giving satisfactory service.
