I would like to lodge several complaints against harmony hyundai in rockland ontario. I called to make an apt as my palisade was making a noise at the front end of my suv. I spoke to Emmanuelle ludavoa and expressed my safety concerns.

He told my they where booked until the 30 may and told me to seek service elsewhere if not happy with time frame I again expressed concern and a magical apt Showed up on the 25 may 2022. i asked him to stop and he continued after 5 more corrections.

Spoke to his manager and his response was that he is from the Philippines and they do that there and I need to understand his customs. We are in Canada and that behavior is unacceptable. A person is referred to by there proper gender and that was a totally unacceptable remark.

I have. 2016 Tucson Eco bought new. I have 120k miles now and all my dash lights come on when started. Back in September 2018 you issued a Technical Service Bulletin # 18-01-026 which Healy Hyundai, Beacon, NY performed in 2019 on my vehicle.

I was not experiencing any problems at the time. They should of sprayed sealer on the outside of the cap to prevent future failure of the part. I purchased a new part #59201 D300XQQH and installed it myself. It corrected the problem.

My complaint is that Healy never put the sealant on the cap according to the service bulletin. I have the part and sending you a picture of it for your opinion. 49 for the new Cap Housing Kit. I’m just making you aware of this part which I feel service was never performed on my vehicle.

I’m extremely extremely upset and tired of the follow ups we have been doing since last 6 months with rexdale hyundai. We are given promises and always fails. I would like to elaborate my situation and expecting a realistic answers. We booked our elantra hybrid since November and we have been patiently waiting for it knowing the global supply chain issue which is understandable. But,in terms of customer experience they have failed in every way. We have been insulted many times and every time we follow up they have a different story.

We bought OEM tire sensors from a dealership and had them installed at a dealership and two were bad on the drive home. We had to drive back the next day and PAY a to have the two faulty ones replaced with two used ones.

We filed a claim with Hyundai immediately and it’s been 8 months. They just asked for NEW documentation this morning. We sent in receipts and everything they asked for including an email from the dealership explaining that 2 of 4 parts were bad. Nothing. Crickets.

Hours of arguing via phone and email and nothing. Delays and stonewalling. The worst ever. DO NOT GET INTO BED WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID!!!!!

I called the Finance Department to get a payoff amount for the my current lease and the representative that handled my call was very rude and unhelpful. I wanted him to explain the process and required paperwork, but he was unable to help me.

When I asked to speak to a manager he refused to transfer me to a supervisor or provide a number for customer complaints.

Additionally, he refused to provide his name as he said that information was personal. It was very disappointing and upsetting not to be able to obtain help from your customer service representative.

I own a 2015 Hybrid Hyundai Sonata. 3 weeks ago I had my vehicle towed to the Dealership Service Department in Cary, NC. For 3 weeks I've had to deal with poor customer service, poor communication, the upmost ineptitude and lack of consideration.

This is my only vehicle I can use to work. I've never had to deal with such horrible service in my life. I spoke to the advisor Jason because I had to call a million times and have the receptionist get up from her desk to go and find him so that he would speak to me.

Went to Tonkin Hyundai in Gladstone OR 2/7 in response to the most recent Recall notice. Left vehicle for 2 hours; upon return, drove to discover the car wasn't functioning properly ("staggered" at 35-40 mph). Returned to Dealership; Service Rep scheduled me for a diagnostic inspection 2/9.

Left vehicle for 2 hours; upon return no diagnosis; the Service Rep claimed to have test driven the vehicle (though the "Odometer In" reading was exactly the same as the "Odometer Out"). Claimed to have noticed "a little hesitation from the transmission," but no diagnosis. Drove home; no improvement.

I was threatened and bullied by one of your employees Alexis at the Hyundai in Wesley Chapel Florida. I had to file a complaint with the Sheriffs office. Alexis got involved with an issue between me and a Customer, Mary Mary and I was trying to resolve an issue Alexis got involved.

Alexis and Mary are friends. In the text she wrote that I had BETTER RESOLVE the issue with Mary by 6pm yesterday or else. I filed a report to the Sheriffs office. Lyft does not give out any phone numbers, I believe that Mary added Alexis to her phone number to contact me with the threat.

Since we experience problems with my H100 with reg CAA 240819 NO one call me and asked if i'm happy with the service on my vehicle. Why????? Because Cargo Klerksdorp give such a POOR service all the time. My rating to Cargo Klerksdorp are not a 1 but a 0.

It took them 20 days to change a lifter. We took/tow the vehicle to Johannesburg. If possible, I will never took my vehicle to Cargo Klerksdorp again.

I had my 2017 Hyundai Tucson towed into Hall Hyundai of Chesapeake the third week of November. Today is January 28th. I have been without a car that I am paying a monthly note on, car extended warranty, gap insurance and car insurance all to be without a car for months with no end date.

I have spoken with Hall Hyundai on multiple occasions as well as Hyundai USA to get help for a rental or a loaner. Every time I call I get the run around on how many loaners they have available and where I am in their waiting list to get a loaner.

The service counter attendant has a habit of having rude responses, and so does another worker who is always in the parts office. I have been taking my car there for sometime now and it is rare that either of the two aren't rude.

Always complaining they have too much to do and not enough time. That isn't my fault I'm a loyal customer trying to get my car serviced. I was told by the mechanic to break my car back because he over looked a problem and the service attendant didn't even want to acknowledge what I was saying or call the mechanic and ask what I may have been talking about.

I leased a car from this location for 34 months and when the leased expired I bought it in December, 2021 from Jose Chairomonte . On December 24, 2021 my engine sensor came on which indicated a problem. Due to the timing of the holiday I couldn’t bring in for service until 12/27/21.

I was told the service rep that they could only look my car with an appointment. The service rep was TD and he came out at looked my car sensor light and told me it was okay to it and I had to make an appointment, which I did.

The appointment was made for 1/18/22.. I was very considered but didn’t have choice. I continued to drive the car it suddenly started to buckle as I was driving. I called the Jose Chairomonte and he told to come in right away.

Bought car out of state in Ohio on Dec 4, 2021 and took possession of it to drive home to Alabama. Upon noticing that we had yet to receive paperwork to register our vehicle, we reached out to the dealership.

They said they had us sign the wrong forms and were sending out new forms to be signed. In the meantime, my temp tag expires in 5 days on Jan 18, 2022. They dealership sent the paperwork to us overnight, yet the paperwork states our payment is due January 2, 2022, WHICH HAS ALREADY PASSED.

They also used the date on November 18, 2021 on the contract and want us to sign, as that was the date we agreed to the purchase. My problem is: I will not have a valid temp tag to use to drive my vehicle and Alabama has NO grace period.

I was inquiring on a hyundai tucson hybrid, and got a nasty response when I said that we would just wait since with the mark up taxes etc it would be way too expensive. And the salesman Chris King at grey hyundai in Knoxville sent me this message. Very unprofessional and nasty.

My car was totaled in March of 2021. After the at-fault driver’s insurance and my GAP coverage kicked in, there was a remaining balance. I was told this balance was due to the warranty which would be cancelled. I was told to reach out if the balance hadn’t dropped off after a couple weeks.

The balance never dropped off and the financial manager I worked with did not respond to my emails, despite telling me to reach out for help. After a few months, it seemed like all was well. I had no payments due online.

I have owned several new Hyundai. I have always felt that they provided a good amount of value for the price of the car. I have always felt confident in the knowledge that if something happened to my vehicle it would be covered under Hyundai's excellent warranty and that while they fixed whatever was wrong I would be provided with adequate transportation for me and my family.

I was WRONG. I currently own a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that I Purchased New. It has 47,XXX Miles. is covered under both the 5 yr/60K miles Bumper to Bumper Warranty. and the 10 Year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. It has the 2.0 Direct Injection motor. I am writing to complain about your MPG settlement program. I own a 2012 Hyundai Accent which is part of that settlement class, and I was promised payments for the life of the car as part of a class action against Hyundai for false advertising claims about mileage.

I have applied for and received (in the form of a gift card) the settlement payment each year.

However, this year I have not received the payment even though I applied for it five months ago. " This has been going on for five months. I have come to believe that Hyundai has no intention of ever paying out MPG settlements again.

I contacted the lawyers who litigated the class action settlement and they told me that Hyundai voluntarily offered to make these payments in order to avoid a much larger fine for its lies about mileage…

While driving down a busy highway my engine blew. After having it towed to the only dealership in town I was told it would 2 weeks, 8 weeks later I still don't have it back. Every week they tell me they don't have time to get to it...

I can no longer afford a rental and I am in jeopardy of losing my job. My car is under warranty so I have no choice but to leave it there. They do not care and I'm sure they are taking their own sweet time because they are not getting money out of me!

I have a brand new 2020 Kona with 9,000 miles. It would not stop it kept turning over they had to have it towed to Hyundai for repair. When I called they made the appointment for 1:15 the driver to live at the car around 1 when we called it to 30 we were told that they had not seen the car yet.

And they probably wouldn't get it till tomorrow Thursday being Thanksgiving it's a short week. I'm in the medical field and I need my car to get back and forth to work and I was told that they could not give me a loaner.

This is a brand new car I should not be having any issues with it and if you have to keep it longer than a day I would think that this company would be more considerate and loaning out a car to a loyal customer

When I purchased my car new I paid for the extended warranty. I did not put any warranty claims in prior to this. I commute and I tend to put way more kilometres on than the average driver. In four years I have put over 230000km on.

After apr 100000km my car would intermittently shudder when in drive and the brake applied and once in awhile when you went to accelerate the rpms would go up but the car wouldn’t move. If you let off the gas then slowly accelerated it would go into gear and accelerate properly.

Today was the first time I was given an explanation about an unresolved issue. This is my second time leasing and I am not the type of person to ignore calls or my financial responsibilities. Bought a Sonata in San Sebastian. Paid in full three months ago. Since then, stories and lies. HYUNDAIUSA has BLUELINK Support referring out for its internal issues. The guy on phone for over an hour now keeps spouting off numbers that he believes will solve everything.

I get case #18785278 spoken but he will not escalate to his supervisor after repeat requests. Now we are over an hour into his greetnig a Roadside Assistance number in San Juan. He has no solution, but he's able to keep rambling off from a script that he expects clarification.

No one has addressed my issues btw. My issues remain at San Sebastian Hyunadai where my title has been withheld after payoff and the reason given was that I had no PR DL (not an argument over payment made).

the only place you go to repair a problem and come out with additional repairs needed This service is the worst Ive ever experienced! I bought car in for new tires originally Waited over three hours being told car was almost done each time I asked.

I was told my service manager if there was any problem,call him. A day or two later I noticed rear brake lights remained on when car was off. I never heard from anyone the whole day I consistintly tried calling.

My hyundai tucson just had oil change at 51,000. No oil leak. I took it to Hanlees Hyundai on August 9 and until now they haven’t fix the engine yet. They said that they requested a replacement engine but they wanna see my maintenance record first.

I gave them a copy of my oil change at 51,000 miles and a copy of the inspection that they (Hanlees )did as a courtesy when it was 52,000 miles showing the car was in great shape.

Also they haven’t given me a loaner until now telling me they don’t have one available. Terrible customer service. They don’t return calls and don’t give update on the status of my car.

Finally i had to go to their office which is 34 miles away just to get some information about my car. Lost a day from work.

Purchased a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) 2013 Hyundai Sonata back in February 2018. At 97,000 miles engine oil light went on. Pulled over and checked the dipstick and had very low oil. Added 4 quarts. Vehicle was not leaking any oil.

Did some research and noticed a problem with the Sonata GDI engine of excessive oil consumption/burning. Contacted the dealer where purchased from (Pugi of Downers Grove, Illinois). Brought in and they did oil change and started a oil consumption test.

Brought back about 700 miles later and was down 1 1/2 quarts. They documented with photos. Industry standard is a quart every 1,000 miles. They put in an authorization for a “engine clean”. Dropped off June 25 with 98,000 miles on it.

They send off for “pre authorization “ from corporate and was denied because…

Roseville Service Dept is the WORSE!! over 3 weeks to get your car in even under warranty! RUDE sales people and service manager - NO loaner cars I told them the problem yet they would not order part in advance!

Once there you wait over an hour for a technician to help you and they are incredibly rude - this is my families 4th Hyundai, be rest assured I will NOT be getting another one!

There was a recall on the passenger occupant detecting sensor unit. I mentioned to the serviceman that the passenger air bag indicator indicates off when a passenger is sitting , he then looked in the vehicle service records and said its been fixed already May 21 2019 invoice#568541.

00 cause the recall has already been fixed . My issue here is, I really don't think its fair that I have to pay to get this issue resolved once and for all . I'm hoping that someone can help me here, if I was millionaire I would just pay to get it fixed , but its not the case here .

0 T. I have been waiting for my car to be fixed since 6/2/2021. I had to pay for a rental becàuse they said they didn't have any availability. It is going on 3 months that they have had my car.

I couldn't afford to continue paying for a rental car. And they still do not have my parts for my car. And this is the only car I have. They don't care if you have no transportation to get to work.

That being said I have lost my job because I couldn't get to work. I live in a rural area and they are no Ubers or lyfts. So now I am stranded at home not able to go anywhere. This is unacceptable.

A strut broke on my Elantra . The car is under warranty. The earliest appointment to look at the car is for 1 month later . I have never had to wait more than a day or 2 from Kia and Mitsubishi .

I can wait and pay over $1200 in rental car fees. Or pay $1100 to have a different mechanic fix. What's the purpose of having the warranty only to get bent over by Hyundai ?

I took my new Kona to be checked because I noticed that the air conditioner would abruptly cut off and other issues that I was having. I was told that since I didn’t make an appointment they couldn’t do anything .

When I asked to speak to the manager, he sent the service tech. a message saying that they would keep my car for the day but it’s not guaranteed that they would look at it. I was truly upset because I asked to see the manager and he didn’t feel I was important enough to come ramjet to me .

Immediately after leaving the dealership a notification kept appearing saying forward safety system disabled. Radar blocked.

I call plaza and they said any dealership could service the vehicle. Sine I live in Astoria. 00am. Received nav update from Hyundai... not mentioned was a complete change to radio... Hyundai Customer service and Hyundai Blue Link both said nothing can be done. So they made our radio very difficult to read on our Limited Santa Fe...

My car has been in the parking lot of Crenshaw Hyundai in Burlington NC for 18 days. Need a new engine. No loaner car for us and will not pay for rental car. ) Engine is supposed to be here on the 15th of July.

If it come in it will be another three weeks or five weeks before we can get our car back. What are we suppose to do?

I want to report to not trust Hyundai of Old Saybrook, Connecticut. I recently got a factory recall that came with a complimentary inspection on my car where Hyundai told me that my car is in perfect order in two weeks later my car suspension snaps on the highway where I almost hit three people and

The deal ship did not have a loaner car and would not pay for a rental. I will be without a car for three weeks or more. My car has been setting in the parking lot going on nine days .

They said the engine will be here on the 15th of July. The engine stop running and left me on the side road. Smoke was coming out from under the hood . I found out that its on a recall which I have not received any information.

I was treated like shit, the staff is really rude and unprofessional. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR NOT. Appointment 1:20 pm, I showed up at 1:15 pm, NOBODY approached me, they let me sit in my car for 25 minutes at the check point. THERE WAS NO WAITING LINE, no other car. I was the only customer. Finally, I get out of my car and ask if the procedure has changed, the guy rudly told me “we are busy”. One Question for Freeman Hyundai of irving, why did you give me an appointment if you guy will be busy? i got upset, and i received the compliment "have a good day". clearly they do not care. the least you can do when busy, ADVICE the customer "we are sorry, will be back to you as soon as we can".
