unable to reach roadside assistance when stranded, left on hold for nearly an hour. Had to call a locksmith and was told I could get reimbursed. The email provided for reimbursement come back as an invalid email. I've spent at least 4 hours on the phone between the dealership, roadside assistance and hyundai with NO resolve.
Today I'm going to the dealership and won't leave until I'm assisted. This company is a JOKE
