unable to reach roadside assistance when stranded, left on hold for nearly an hour. Had to call a locksmith and was told I could get reimbursed. The email provided for reimbursement come back as an invalid email. I've spent at least 4 hours on the phone between the dealership, roadside assistance and hyundai with NO resolve.

Today I'm going to the dealership and won't leave until I'm assisted. This company is a JOKE

My car has a warranty and it is taking over 2 weeks to get it approved t be fixed and to get a loaner car. This is my only means of transportation. I need a vehicle to get back and forth to work and this is prohibiting me to get to my job without a car.

Why is it taking so long for a warranty that I paid for the be approved and for me to get a loaner. I'm so upset with this company and willing to take this complaint to the attorney General and whomever I need to complain to until this is resolved

It is taking over two weeks for Hyundai to decide if they will pay for my intake manifold to be taken care of I was 13 days out of warranty the car only has 57,000 miles on it it falls under the 60,000 mile warranty like he’s furniture is uneducated and doesn’t know what’s going on I am still waiting to hear a review from the company they have been multiple issues with Monday’s engines coworker example as one another one was someone else I know that had a Hyundai that was only two years old and

needed an entire engine to be replaced I need for this to be rectified and get my car back

my husband is Xavier Renteria, we were waiting for a Palisade come in since October 27th we we're told it would be here that week. As the week passed we were in dier need of a bigger Vehicle and there was an opportunity at the Humble Hundai location.

My husband and I made the decision to purchase a Palisade that they had in the Lot. We really wanted to do business with them at Baytown Hyundai as we are a part the community.

However the sales Man Alex Avalos and Mike in Finance didn't held their end of the deal and then refused to return out $750 dollars they were very Rude to us after they were unable to hold up their end. when my husband called to apologize that we were unable to do busses with them they hung up on him.

Among other things I was charged $165 for a diagnostic that showed the wrong results. So I am out $165 plus $75 for towing. Tom -the manager at Gurnee Hyundai was sympathetic but did not help. There are other issues that I have as well but there are too many to get into.

This is the big issue that I’m dealing with.

Our 2016 Hyndai Tuscan had blew overnight with no notice. We had received a letter prior to this happening mentioning that there was an engine recall with this engine. We have extended warrant on the car yet we have not been able to get a clear answer regarding coverage for repairs.

I am without a car for over a month now and Hyndai has not even offered a loaner. The first dealership we took the car to had horrible customer service and I decided to take the car to a different Hyndai where thankfully they have been a lot better but now they are waiting on Hyndai corporate to make a final decision.

Hey anyone who will read this.. Purchased a brand new model huyandai tuscon 2022. A great price for a brand new car hot off the assembly line in Alabama! GO USA! Whoops! who new a base model would not have an IMMOBILIZER!!! Didn't even consider that.

00$ plus the cost of installation, that here in California costs 1000$ GREAT ! Love my base model huyandai. But will never purchase another.

My 2022 sonata has been in the service department at Hyundai of Trenton since September 13. A part that is approximately 3,000 dollars. My vehicle is under warranty. They said the part is back ordered. They do not have a vehicle for me since September 13.

They said I can rent one but I have to pay out front. And you might reimburse me. I do not have money to pay out front. I have a $400 a month car payment on that vehicle. The car is apart in the shop.

I came here before I submit a bad review on the Hyundai website as far as for Yelp I already did sorry about that but to say I was upset is an understatement. Ok here we go with my sad story that I'm sure you guys get plenty of and will this even make a difference probably not but its the moral of the story I would like to get across.

I went to Hyundai in 2014 with my wife Christina and our friend Ailyn who was looking for her first car (which by the way she kept that car for a year only as it was a lease and said no more Hyundai herself). Dealership refused to honor the hyundai free maintenance promise for the first 3 years of a vehicle and wanted to charge for an oil change when my 2021 Hyundai Kona is clearly still in warranty and falls under the promise. I own a Hyundai Elantra just after Just after it’s 100,000 km service. It started making a horrible knocking noise. I contacted Berwick Hyundai and said that this car told that model of my Elantra had manufacturing fault. They said that they were going to contact Hyundai and see to the repairs of my car it has been five months now and nothing has been done.

Berwick Hyundai said my car was out of warranty. Very disappointed with the service would not recommend Hyundai.

I was quoted one price on my check out sheet got to the dealership and the price was tripled. Ashleigh Dicker has really awful customer experience and was very rude on this day. She did not try to help fix the mistake that was made on their part and she cut me off when I was talking.

My experience was horrible and I am sad I will not be returning to this dealership! Wanted to keep my car getting worked on at the dealership but she has made my experience awful !

I went to Hyundai of Johnston for the recall due to my motor Knocking and having trouble starting. They said under the recall my motor would be replaced. They replaced the motor on July 20, 2022. They informed me that I needed a new headlight bulb.

I told them I would get that fixed myself, which I did. I was told there was a 1-year warranty on the motor and that if it breaks down they would take care of it. I called and told them I had no heat and they gave me an appointment 2 weeks later.

( October 12th) My car didn't make it 2-weeks and it broke down, I had to have it towed to their shop on October 7th. I had my wife call after a few days to get an update on the car.

I was lied to by an advisor named Joey Owen. He also lied to his service manager Sean King about ordering a part for my steering wheel. He told me he had to order the part and would call me when it was in.

I asked how long it would take and he said two days and he'd call. A cashier named Cecilia also wrote down my number and said she'd call. 10 days went by. I called and spent an hour and a half on n11 calls to find out Joey was on vacation and there was nothing in the system showing an ordered part?

On Aug . 23,2022 my 2022 Santa Cruz left my wife on the side of the road. ( FUEL INJECTOR) Since that date i have been waiting for my part. I have been told from Hyundai USA case #20283998 Case worker Mo Mo called me on Sept. 22, 2022 and said my part would be delivered to my Dealer on Oct 1,2022 No part has shown up for my Santa Cruz , Now they still have no ideal how long this will be. 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe paint peeling, I complained, their response the car is too old, too many miles.

Prior I took it to the body shop what I found out it was bad paint, even the paint manufacture did not know why the paint peeled.

Toyota used the same paint they had the decency to have a recall.

A good paint job lasts good until the car ends up in he junk yard.

My 2013 Hyundai Sonata hybrid broke down Thursday September 22 while husband was driving to work. We have called Hyundai on Thornton Rd in Lithia Springs Ga Teresa was extremely rude. Told us they didn’t take tow Ins.

Finally after 4 days of calling for an appt they tell me they can’t take us. Not enough employees and no spots for service. Called Hyundai Kennessaw ga sent me to service dept and they never pick up or call back.

Car has been down a week and 2 days. Car shut down could’ve caused s terrible accident at the time. We need it fixed. Missing work, extra expenses paid $100 to tow home. Could be as simple as battery to a recall on engine. Help PLEASE

Yesterday, 9/8/22, I took my wife’s 2022 Santa Fe to Tuscaloosa Hyundai for it’s 1st complimentary service. Simple oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. I had a 12n appointment for this service, and I arrived at service lane at 11:45.

VEHICLE WAS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL AFTER 2:30pm !! It sat out behind service lane well over an hour before it even made it into shop. Heard the usual excuses…real busy, short handed, blah, blah, blah. Was assured was not normal operating procedure.

Staff was courteous, but this does not excuse amount of time to do a simple service to a new vehicle. WELL…had appointment set up for a 12:30 appointment today,9/9/22, for my grandson, Jamison Fisher, to have HIS NEW 2022 ELANTRA to have his 2nd complimentary service performed.

My Hyundai was burning oil like crazy and one day the check engine light came on and the vehicle died on the road. I got the car to happy Hyundai in oak lawn for repairs. They told me that the car would need an engine but first they would need to take pictures of the inside of the engine before approving the repairs.

They held on to my car for 3 weeks and told us that they can't fix the car because I didn't change the oil which is ridiculous. My car is still under warranty but because of there assumptions they said the warranty wouldn't cover because of vehicle neglect.

My engine stopped working on June 5, 2022. I had the car towed to the Hyundai dealer in Palm Springs California the same day. They had to verify the warranty and then replace the engine. It took approximately 2 months to get my vehicle back.

When I picked up the vehicle I noticed that there was overspray all over my vehicle. When I spoke to the service man all he could say was "we didn't do it". The vehicle sat on the lot for 2 months and it was not that way when I left it 2 months prior.

I had to have it detailed and it cost me $200 to get the overspray off my vehicle. I also have pictures of the engine and how dirty it was when I picked it up. I would think they would clean it up since I have all of my work completed at this dealership and have bought 2 vehicles there.

In May of 2020 my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid caught fire while my son was in the car. When I reached out to Hyundai they told me my vin was not part of the recall. I had an extended warranty on it but the engine had to be done by a Hyundai dealership to be honored.

This took a month and a half to get done, with no car and no reimbursement for a rental car. July 3rd of this year the car was on the freeway and started slowing down to 35 miles an hour and would not speed up.

Had to have it towed to a shop because the local Hyundai dealership said they could not diagnosis and issue until September of this year. I reached out to Hyundai corporate for some assistance. I reached out on July 5th and called several times with a call not returned until July 12th.

The service department at my local Keyes Hyundai dealership in Van Nuys, CA, is simply the worst. The blatantly lie to you and up the bill by adding unnecessary repairs to your bill. "You need a new battery." - "What? That one is only a year old..." - "Oh..."

They don't have the most common parts in stock and have to order them, so prepare to wait days for your car to get fixed. There was a another Hyundai dealership further away that I tried, but they were even worse and luckily didn't last long.

Hyundai doesn't seem to care how their customers are being treated once you've purchased a car, or they would probably ask them once in a while?

Third and definitely the last Hyundai for me.

My front safety system was not working which was somehow connected to my cruise control. In middle of trip it stopped working, took to St. 00 because they said it (got hit on impact) that is not true. There is not a mark on my car nor did I bump anything or run over something that could of caused an impact.

No rodents or anything that they said wouldn’t be covered, but how can I prove that? We have bought cars from them for many years but will trade in this car at another dealership in Cold spring where they do not cheat senior citizens.

In March, 2021, I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe. This was my dream car. I had no payments and this vehicle was Fully Loaded. Very happy customer. Exactly 15 months to the exact date I took my vehicle in for servicing on July 18th, 2022.

This day and moving forward has been very stressful and disappointing for something that I had no control over. On this day I find out that there was a serious problem with my transmission, not to mention there was a recall on the windshield in which I had problems with that issue too.

I have had my car in-and-out of the Tameron Hyundai in Birmingham AL (on Montgomery Hwy) and have had horrible service and treatment by the staff. My car had an issue (loud noise when accelerating at high speeds when on the interstate) and they did a fix (gasket replacement +/- $400) in May.

Shortly after the issue continued and then got worse and around early June (3 weeks later) I called in to tell them the problem was still going on. They didn't have any availability for me until late July and couldn't even consider anything sooner even though it was getting to the point that my car was losing power when driving.

I was told by another Hyundai dealer that they should be able to expedite it since it was a call-back for a problem they did NOT fix within a 30 day window of the original…

I wanted to purchase a used Hyundai Tucson SEL. I was told the used were as much as a new. 00 month, that 's all I can afford , he said I can do that. He couldn't produce what I wanted then after being there 4 hours, he said look what I found it was way in the back.

I bought a Hyundai Tucson 2022 Sel back in March. With only 4k on it and 3 months old, the vehicle starts bucking and chugging while I was coming home from vacation. Then it would no longer go over 50mph.

I was stuck on an interstate with speeds over 80. I was nearly rear-ended several times because this vehicle was acting so sketchy. Luckily I made it home alive, and then my check engine light comes on. By then, the car wouldn't even start.

Any Hyundai is the worse car ever to purchase. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata in 2017 with less that 50k miles on it. I kept the maintenance up on the car. After I hit 100k miles, it burned so much oil I had to check it every 3-4 days and it was always low.

Just recently out of nowhere the motor went out at only 124k miles. This is a waste of time and money. I deserve to get this fixed or money back! The dealerships are overpriced with Poor service. Vandergriff Hyundai

I had been seeing repetitively your TV comercial about the Elantra car. According to the comercial you can lease this car with car with a bit less that 3000 dollars and a payment of 229 monthly. I visited the Valley Stream dealer today.

After being for a long while and providing my personal data they informed me that they cannot honor this lease agreement. ( I was willing to put money down and wait until the car was available). Yet they offer me a lease for almost 600 dollars.

I don't to think that your reputable company engages in fault advertising. I have excellent credit. I need this lease until the situation for an electric vehicle is normalized and running well. Even today I have enough capital for a better car.

I would have given 0 stars, but apparently that is not possible. I am on my second Hyundai Santa Fe, because I loved my first car, and had very few problems. I absolutely love my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe as well, however had I experienced the customer service that I have with my current car, I NEVER would have gotten another Hyundai due to my service experience alone.

Big Star Huyndai dealership in Friendswood, CA is charging $6000 over MSRP for a new Huyndai Kona SE. I understand the market is tight and I was expecting to pay a little over MSRP, but I am frustrated by their deceptive practices.

On their website and while discussing in person, the vehicle is shown as only 1000 over MSRP.. Only after we had talked through everything and were ready to make it official they told us they would add another $5000 as a market adjustment.

Deceptive and despicable practice and had I known I 2ouod not waste my time. If they want to sell 6000 over MSRP they should not be allowed to advertise only 1000 on their site

The Red Hoagland Hyundai office in Winter Haven provides the worst service ever! I own a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and both front doors are faulty. I went to a service appointment to get them repaired and waited four hours only to hear they didn’t have the parts.

They didn’t even come to tell me. It was only after I got tired of waiting and went to inquire that they informed me. I was told they’d order the parts and would let me know when they arrive. Three months later and over ten calls and still no response.

The manager was absolutely unsympathetic and offered not a single apology. I am absolutely disappointed and frustrated. I was considering trading in my car for a newer one, but after this experience I don’t ever want to deal with Hyundai dealers again!

I was visited happy hyuandai at 9121 S Cicero Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. They are forcing us to pay happy package which cost $3000 over car price for Hyundai Tuscan hybrid sel convince 2022.

So, due to $3000 extra money $34,200 car price go to $43,000 out of door. Which is huge.

We except $3000 happy hyuandai package should be optional not compulsory. Because we have pay tax for that $3000 happy hyuandai package.

I am typing this on behalf of my mother, we bought a car cash, at hyundai loius trichardt, on 12 November 2021, till today we haven't received our certificate of ownership, it is always a story after another. Please assist.
