Customer Bea wear, I dined at Columbia, SC Two Notch Road IHop on 10/03/2024. I was in shock when I received my check. 29 for a cup of hot water. When questioned, the server and cashier state my check was accurate because IHop considers hot water to be HOT Tea.

I could be wrong but I did not see an entry on the menu explaining hot water is billed as HOT TEA. If I had the time and money I would file a law suit. Bottom line, I will not be dinning at IHop in the future.

I don't have a complaint, I rarely send complaints to any corporate office. But once in a while I do notice employees or managers who go out of their way to make people feel comfortable and appreciated. That is what happened to me today.

I was at my local IHOP and it was busy as it usually is and things were backing up and I had been waiting for some time. As I am retired and do not have a problem waiting around, I was just sipping my coffee.

Hello My husband and I went to our local IHOP for breakfast and I let our waitress know the plate was chipped on the edge. She explained they do not get rid of chipped plates which I found odd.

This is not a complaint against the waitress or restaurant, more so that I would like to confirm what the IHOP policy is in case it happens again I can bring it to the manage's attention.

Grand Forks, North Dakota IHOP. m. 4-28-24. Online it notified me it was ready at 11:09. I had sent my partner to go pick it up. He had texted me at 1145 stating he is still waiting for it. I called him and asked to speak to the employee.

By 1150, I had asked for either a complete refund or a new meal, she told me she cannot do refunds and that they could remake the meal, it would take 15-30 minutes. My partner came home to stay with our son and I drove down to ihop. M.

The reason my family and I come to ihop every weekend is because their menus are healthy and due to my health conditions I have many food restrictions. We recently visited the I Hop restuarant in Roswell, NM. It turned out to be an appalling experience. Our drinks were served in food encrusted glasses. They were sent back and clean glasses brought to us. When we opened the eating utensils from the napkin they th o were dirty with food.

We sent those back and cleaned ones brought to us. We should have left but to our regret we didn't. The cashier gave me back too much change and quickly walked away. She obviously could not count. The booth seats are ripped open and looks terrible.

I Hop use to be a safe clean place to dine but not anymore in this town. We won't be going back.

I recently visited IHOP on Fallbrook with my family and I was astounded at how bad the customer service and the meal was. We all ordered bacon temptation omelettes and it took forever for the waiter to get our orders.

When the food was finally brought to us it was far smaller than what it was supposed to be and the egg had either not been cooked properly andlooked like there may have been a spit like substance in food. In addition the plates we were served on were not clean.

I was disgusted by the service and the meal which is a first because I love IHOP. I can say that I will never take my family to the IHOP on fallbrook again. This place needs to be cleaned up and staffed with better personnel because this experience was dreadfully unacceptable.

Dear IHOP Yesterday January 29, 2024 around 3:00pm . My Father went to IHOP to have a celebration of his Birthday dinner. He went inside and sat in the waiting area to be seated. After a while he still hadn’t been served or seated.

So he got up to use the restroom. He has Parkinson’s so he uses a cane and does shake. When he returned, The Manager Maria walked past him several times starring at him. After a while she The Manager came to him and asked him to leave.

When he asked why she refused to give an answer. Just said “You have to leave”. Then my Father asked if he can order takeout? She told him No he needs to leave. ” And the Host put his head down in shame.

Take a look at their revenue stream, it has to be very low. My family and I eat at IHOP in other cities and really enjoy it, but the one nearest to us is terrible.

This complaint is for the location in Tyler, Tx on the south Loop 323. The morning of January 13, 2024 my coworker and I came to eat there. We are regulars there and know a lot of people. We came in on this morning and seen some friends and not thinking nothing of it we walked to where our friends were and sat across from them just talking.

Now if there was a problem there we would have moved if asked but we were never asked to move. Our server was great we had no issues with our meal or anything. The manager talked to us as she was cleaning another table by us.

i’ve never been treated so poorly by an employer in my life. i worked at ihop in beaver dam, wi for 8 months . i was bullied by the franchise owner, harassed and completely degraded by him. the food there has bacteria growing on it because they don’t throw the expired food away they only change the label.

We went to IHOP on 35 South Homestead Blvd, Homestead Florida for dinner at 5:15pm today, December 29, 2023. The service was unbelievably slow. Every item I ordered I was told the restaurant didn't have, such as grilled chicken, onion rings. Then I ordered a burger and it came with burnt cheese and a piece of lettuce. When I asked the waitress if I could get a slice of tomato, she just walked off saying "no tomatoes".

Worst service and food - the burger was awful. Then my daughter ordered avocado toast with two eggs, no meat. It came with bacon and had to go back as she is a vegetarian. We left there at 6:55pm, which was ridiculous when the restaurant had maybe four other tables.

Last night 12/16/23 myself and my husband at at your IHOP location in Titusville Florida. We arrived a little after 11pm and we were seated right away, and the server brought our drinks fairly quickly it took us about 30 minutes to get our food, and we were one of two tables in the entire place.

The ihop in Racine, Wisconsin is one of the worst places I’ve been to. The customer service was absolutely awful. The waiter I had kept forgetting my order. I asked her for coffee creamer 3 times and she said she would get it and never came back with it until it was time for me to go.

My husband and I went to your Ontario Ohio ihop today, we were told there was a 30 minute wait, but it ended up being more than an hour wait. The young man taking names basically seemed overwhelmed and went to the bathroom.

He didn’t return for 35 minutes. In which time many people came in and gave up and left. There was a waiter that tried to cover for him, but after he sat one table the manager came out and told him to stop.

There were many empty tables that could have been used for guests but the manager chose to instead just make people wait. There were several people that had made a reservation and had gotten a text saying their table was ready but still ended up waiting another 30-40 minutes for a table.

Horrible customer service!!!!! It took over twenty mins to get any service from the time we sat down! Then we order an appetizer that’s took another twenty plus minutes. After we order drinks we never were offered refills after we ordered our food it got here and it was not what I ordered.

When we made our order my husband asked for extra butter on his toast. I had the strawberry cheesecake waffle special. After about 30 minutes after ordering we finally get our breakfast. My son and brother in law had no complaints.

IHOP MontereyPark. I am a big IHOP enthusiast.

Was very surprised and disappointed that the Monterey Park location did not offer the same early bird $5.99 breakfast as the Downey location.

I live in MontereyPark but I happen to stop in the Downey for my regular breakfast meal.

On their table was the $5.99 early bird deal which was just a great way to make an IHOP enthusiast very happy.

The next day I went to my local Monterey park looking forward to enjoying that same $5.99 early bird special.

But no one heard or knew anything about this early bird deal.

I felt discriminated because my local IHOP MontereyPark did not offer the same deal as the Downey IHOP.

Made an online order and was given a time order should be ready. I had some pick up for curbside pickup. I even called the phone number on sign and no one answered . I sat out there for at least 15 minutes called twice and got no answer.

We ordered eggs Benedict. Instead of ham, there was very thin sliced lunch meat that was COLD. There was a teaspoon of cold sauce that tasted like lemons that was supposed to be hollandaise sauce on eggs benedict. It was awful!!

Plus the eggs were hard cooked and the yolk is supposed to blend with the sauce. I didn't complain there because I didn't want to upset my husband. I work hard for the money and this was not worth our money or our time.

Waited to be seated for 15 minutes without one person acknowledging us. Serves, manager, and cooks eyeballed us and yet not one said anything to us. There was a gentleman that was standing next to the kitchen service area to be acknowledged enough to get his to go order. Very disappointed.
