Roblox into the IHOP in picayune Mississippi at 1201 we were seated 1206 we got up and left at 12:30 1:00 no one has come to the table ask for drinks order or food order terrible disgusting as I was leaving I asked one waitress if she was the only one she said no there's three others not a way to run a business that's mainly why they don't have much service there

My complaint is on the IHOP that is located In Clemmons North Carolina. I use to enjoy going to this place to eat but here lately it has very poor customer service! Especially today! I went with my husband and our 2 children.

The ihop location in Sumter sc does not pay employees. And customers wonder why customer service and the food is trash. Management isn’t ever on time but expect employees to be on time. I’ve been waiting two weeks for my checks when ihop gets paid every week.

As of October 24,2023 I am now missing three checks. I’ve called the labor board and they can’t get in contact with management. I’ve just called ihop to see if my check was there and management isn’t there. Truthfully this ihop should be shutdown cause it has no organization or direction to make the company better.

Especially if they are not paying employees who have work hard for and took time out they day to come work for a company who doesn’t care for their employees.

If there was a option for no stars I would've hit it a trillion times. The waitress was horrible. She forgot my husband's coffee and my child's drink. Proceeds to serve everyone that came in after us!!! She then comes back to our table tells us she forgot about us!

A HOUR later she brings us our food she gave my child items she didn't want and then gave me a omelet that I didn't order.

Finally when the correct food came out she tried to give me the Check with her mess up on it and told me it was the same price so she didn't fix it. She had horrible people skills and she really needs to learn to smile.

I just went to a local IHOP for breakfast. I stood at the entrance, waiting to be seated, for 10 minutes. The restaurant did not appear to be terribly busy. No one even acknowledged I was there. I left and went somewhere else.

A friend and myself went to the iHop location on Alice's Road in Waukee, IA on October, 16. As soon as we were seated, I specifically told the waiter that we would be using a Groupon and I didn't hear any objections to that. I purchased it for a value of $16 to be spent at iHop. The amount spent for our meal did not use the entire amount, so we ordered a $6.00+ dessert to ensure it would be above the Groupon amount. That was the only reason we made an additional purchase and would not have bought a dessert otherwise.

This is my 2nd time sending this. On 9/23 I ordered a to go order for me and my family.

First they couldn't find my order, had a totally different name on it. When I got home, I was missing 2 items and the french toast was not cooked at all, it was just dough. When I called to complain, seems like there are allot of complaints about the french toast.

When I said it wasn't cooked, the girl, Jennifer - manager, said, was it doughy? So obviously she knew.

Also asked for the well done hash browns, they were just regular. I was told that a refund would have to come from corporate, so here I am again. I received no response to my first complaint.

I made an online order and when I arrived to go inside to pick up my food a IHOP male employee saw me getting out of my vehicle and locked both doors . And when I tried entering the male employee brought the food to the door where I was standing in front of and handed me an order that wasn't mine and when I tried to let him know that he gave me the wrong order.

He just walked away and didn't come back to serve the purpose of me being there and so I got fed up and looked on line for the IHOP corporate number to complain. I also knocked on the windows to get someone attention and they all ignored me.

Hello This is my LAST TIME visiting your location. we ordered an omelette and was not told that toast does not come with the hashbrowns. We did not know it was a charge. Anyway we got the meal and asked for another plate to split it and it took your server a while to bring it back.

The food was HORRIBLE, TOAST WAS COLD we sent it back, THE OMELETTE WAS HORRIBLE. the server did not even come back to check back. Went to the counter to pay and was charged for the toast. I questioned it and was told " you asked for toast" I explained we were not aware of a charge for 2 sides, also the server did not even try to make it right by taking off the toast.

My complaint is with the server, Angelica. We were seated quickly but it took the server about 15 minutes to come to us. She was not very friendly. She took our order and it took about 40 minutes for us to receive.

She was talking with the people at the next table for about 15 minutes while we were still waiting for our food. They were getting ready to leave and she continued to talk with them, don't know if she knew them or not.

She never came to our table except to bring the drinks, the food and the bill, no refills, not extra napkins, nothing. She did not bring back the change or the receipt so that we could scan for our rewards.

Server forgot to put the sour cream and salsa with my pick up order. When I returned to the store #1738. He saw me walk in and said the F bomb. His attitude was as if I was the problem and he was bothered by me asking for the condiments that were supposed to be included with this particular item. chicken quesadilla.

The place was very dirty. The windows were filthy. The cleaned table was dirty. The floors were slipped. The staff was fighting among themselves using profanity. The milk was hot. The food was bad. The manager was present but he was sitting at a booth talking with another man.

We love going into IHOP on Hwy 90 in Pace Florida, but here lately half of the restaurant is closed off, limited amount of servers on and they are making people wait. People are out the door. This was not this way about 2 threes ago. What is going on when the IHOP in Pace, FL are they trying to close it??? We left and when to the Waffle House down the road and did other people. Over an hour and a half waiting on food all we ever got was a cup of coffee granted they did keep that coming… but here’s the situation we were in Bristol TN for the race this weekend. After the race Saturday night we arrived at the IHOP in Kingsport TN store 4435.

At 1230 am our drinks were delivered… the waitress had the entire store to herself because the other people didn’t do anything. People who came in after us got their food and ate and left yet we still only had coffee.

So I came in this past Sunday afternoon. I ended up sitting in Nikki's section And I promise I will not be back. Not only did I see a server ( white older lady with a black ponytali) use a blue rag out of the garage to wipe off under the computers but I also over heard a conversation between her and another server ( white with blackish blue hair) complain about my own waitress. It was completely unprofessional and ghetto. It saddens me that you have employees that believe it's okay to behave like this. My server was fine but what's even more disburbing is another server. Today, a friend of mine, and me dined at the IHOP in Richmond, Virginia, that was located in Willow Lawn, and had the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I ordered two eggs, scrambled with butter, toast, one pancake, a side order of french fries, and a raspberry tea.

The eggs were ice cold, The toast was hard as a rock and ice cold, they brought me grits instead of the french fries. The food was awful. The people right beside me had the same problems. We will never go back into this restaurant ever again.

I had a very poor experience at your GardnerNC location a few weeks ago. This afternoon the location manager finally contacted me about it. I replied with what I thought was polite thank you but no thank you. She replied "your threat is on file".

I went to IHOP located in Branson, Mo, on 9/2/2023 at about 10:00am, and what a disappointment. I used to eat there on a regular basis but it's now a warzone. The manager was nowhere be found. The first problem was one of the two doors leading into the seating area had a bad door closure.

I have a 80 points in my IHOP app in the pin coins, but my local IHOP in Simpsonville South Carolina, seems to be the absolute worst run operation I’ve ever seen. I have tried to get in there on Sunday afternoons for weeks when we arrive the lobby is usually full. Only about half.

Dining at the oshkosh wi location today, I ordered an burrito bowl, which actually was quite good. I had requested the fruit bowl as my side-when the meal was delivered to our table, all I had in my bowl was grapes.

I mentioned that to our waitress and she said they were low on fruit. Why wasn't I told that before she delivered my meal to our table, and I would had changed my side to something else.

Also, the grapes, in fact two of them had left a musty taste in my mouth, like they were moldy, so I left the remainder of them in the bowl. The waitress appeared to be new, so I didn't mention it to her-but I realize I should had mentioned it to a manager, as not to have another dissatisfied customer.

The waitress ZOEY was very unprofessional and very rude . It was 4 people in our party . Zoey got orders wrong then when brought to her attention she act as if she didn't care . We asked for New York cheesecake pancakes but received strawberry and banana pancakes .

Zoey kept telling us that is was what we ordered and they both were the same price when we knew it was the wrong order . The problem wasn't the price it was her putting in and bringing the wrong order .

Went to IHOP in Summerlin to take dinner home, ordered the steak tips dinner, get home and the steak was dried out, no make potatoes and gravy but these fried potatoes! I was so mad as they know the dinner steak tips comes with those red mashed potatoes which are so good. I'm complaining cuz one the steak went very good, hard and tough, plus no mashed potatoes!

Ihop at 2716 west March lane in Stockton California was the worst experience I’ve ever had plugged toilet was so bad that I told employees and nothing was done to unplug it they said it was going to be tacked care of but not while I was there! Hello please read the information it has full details. The Baltimore National Pike store needs and unannounced inspection. At 9pm nights. Our food was disrespectful. It was old grease hard burnt food and ANTS on the table.

You have something called 'pan coins'. I did sign up for a 'birthday' gift but, now it's pan coins & I DO NOT HAVE AN I-PHONE. So, how do I get my birthday surprise??? Can I just go in, show my drivers license & get the 'gift' - or not???
