Horrible service all around! Hostess thought to seem everything was funny and had a horrible attitude! Waiter we had hardly came by our table, we waited for napkins, never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, we had to ask manager for napkins and refills.

Steak was really undercooked, food was not hot. I really wish I had a positive comment or review to leave and sad to say I don’t. Then I ordered my daughter a milk shake and it came out in a small to-go cup in stead of the regular cup for $8.

We attempted to call the restaurant and we kept getting the voicemail even during business hours. I’d like someone to get back to me regarding my visit. Thank you

My husband and I stopped by the location 185 white oaks Blvd. Bridgeport,Wv. 26330. We were not greeted by a friendly smile only a girl with a frown. We waited for her to walk back to check on something she disappeared .

After about 2 minutes she came back to us and said this way… ( there were at least a dozen tables and booths open) we walked back to our table with a menu laying on the table. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes for a server. and we ordered.

There’s where we waited over 25 plus minutes while people at tables around us who came in after us were already served their meals and were eating. So I summed our waiter. He went to check but never came back.

Every Thursday for the past four years, a group I belong to has met at the IHOP at the Manassas Mall in Manassas Virginia. As a courtesy coffee has been set out with cups and water for everyone. I normally do not eat, but it was known that I like iced tea so the waitress would bring me a plastic cup with lemon.

For four years, I never got a bill for this, but left a $5 tip regardless for the service. Today, a new person came and ask if I would like fresh coffee.. I joked with him and said we like stale coffee.

He brought a cup with cream. I do not really drink coffee. I ordered food and received the bill where I was charged for the coffee. I explained, I did not coffee and asked to have it removed. The bill was taken away and later returned with the charge still there.

My party of 5 arrived Monday 7-24 at 10am, upon walking in the restaurant it was really hot due to the AC not working. We were sat in a timely manner, once we got sat we did not get greeted for another 10-15 min.

The sever seemed like she didn't wanna be there which is a bad reputation for your company. We ordered our food which took another 35/40 min and when it arrived it was cold. We could not tell the server because she didn't come to the table until it was check time.

Have visited the Warner Robins, Ga Watson Blvd location 3 times of the 6yrs i've been a resident. Each experience has yeild great hospitality by the same waiter (african american male) whose table service couldn't have been better. The food was awful!

We were at your IHOP in Glenpool Oklahoma this afternoon around one PM. There was nobody in the restaurant which we thought was going to be a good thing. Bad service from our waitress took my granddaughter to breakfast she wanted the taco pancakes she pointed it to the waitress and told her she just didn’t want the cream cheese in it when we got it they were 3 pancakes on a plate with strawberries on the side our waitress didn’t even ask us if everything is ok or ask if she could get us anything else she dropped the check on the table without a word.

Went to ihop in Jonesboro Ar. I ordered sirloin steak and my sister ordered the 55 plus turkey dinner. They brought out steak tips and had no turkey gravy for the turkey. They substituted white gravy for her turkey and for my mashed potatoes.

They brought her an extra gravy we didn't ask for. 00for each of the small gravy which is ridiculous. Then as we were getting ready to leave she brought my salad and with no dressing. Worse meal I have had there and will probably never go back

Why isn't IHOP open 24 hrs as advertised,certain nights they close and it is aggravating when you drive 20 miles to get something to eat and they aren't open! The one in Ft Walton Beach FL closes on certain nights !

I placed an order with local IHOP in Burlington nc restaurant. Order # 19593082402684928 This order was made through the restaurant website with DoorDash delivery. After waiting 1 hr and 15 mins for the food, it arrives missing 2 drinks. Both orange juices.

On 7/5/23 at approximately 8 pm, I went to your restaurant located at 1500 W Grant Rd Tucson AZ. I was there for almost 1 hour and got no service. 20 minutes for the waitress to bring me a glass of water.

After another 20 minutes I got up and talked to whoever was in charge and demanded somebody to take my order. People coming in before me got their orders, but I did not. After almost 1 hour wasting my time, I left.

That waitress was like being in a slow motion picture and asked me more that 2 times what my order was, a simple glass of water. After I said something she gave me rolling eyes like I was a teacher at school.

On July 4th, 2023 I placed an order at approximately 9:36pm. Understanding it was a holiday I expected my order to run behind. By 11:21pm not only was my order still not ready but the employees didn't even know my order exist despite being repeatedly promised previously that it will just be a little while longer.

When I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded I was told that I would need to cancel ot online since it was ordered that way. There is no option to do so when I went back to the site.

I have eaten at IHOP for many years, and this was the worst breakfast my family and I have ever eaten. We were at the IHOP on Lakeland Drive in Flowood Mississippi worst service ever from the burnt food not getting our food on time and not being able to eat as a group a four people.

Ordered your BTL and the tomato still had the hard stem on it. Really romaine lettuce on a blt NOPE I had more tomato than bacon on my BLT... coffee is a hit or miss and can't be that much to serve for 2 people ask for a second serving and no one understands.

My wife and I went to the Ihop in Daytona Beach on International speedway blvd. As we do every weekend. Usually we go to the one on the beach. But this one was closer to where we were at mealtime.

I traveled from Champaign to Bloomington for I HOP, just to receive such poor service.

First it started off with not having any lemonade, then no shakes either.

I had to ask for my sons fruit, as the waitress “forgot”.

My boyfriend orders pancakes and chicken but received waffles, he as well had to ask for what he ordered.

The Dr Pepper was flat, I had to ask for another drink, which still was not appetizing.

We visited your store on 1300 S Kings Hwy Myrtle Beach S.C. 29577 on June 1, 2023, We were a party of 5 and when we entered the store the young lady at the front said give me a minute. We waited around for 10 minutes standing in the hallway. No one ever came back to seat us or even spoke to us. We looked around and all the workers were standing in the dining room just talking, They looked right at us and did not respond. The manager is disrespectful and does not handle situations right. There was a transgender in the restroom looking through the stalls as I was using the restroom. I reported it as they were being served and the manager stated they cannot do anything about it.
