The manager and cooking staff spoke very rude and without professionalism. Will not return. Very unhappy.

Having Breakfast at Ihop on French Rd Utica, NY between the hours of 7:45 and 8:15 on Wednesday 5/31/2023 I experienced a Cook in the back ranting and raving about her pay, She also swore a few times, I thought this was very inappropiate and unprofessional. I believe it was a girl with bluish/purple hair.

The Waitress was very nice and professional and apologized to her customers. The Waitress was excellent. I have never made a complaint before about a dining experence. This however was very loud and offensive. This was not a quick ranting either, she went on and on for about 7 to 8 minutes.

I do not know this location even remains open....lazy, slow, stupid servers and horrible, cold food is the usual experience at this location.

However, your restaurant is at a huge disadvantage by being located in New Mexico and unfortunately that leaves you with few options and have to hire local morons.

I would not be surprised if this location eventually closes due to the piss-poor standards, even by NM standards!

At time of payment the waitress/ cashier took payment & input her own tip at 25%. When she asked me to sign I asked her if I could add a tip. Nothing on the screen showed pricing or tip it was just a signature. Her response was it automatically added it, is that ok? I responded yes. It's unethical & terrible customers service to cheat customers. My order was incorrect and she wasn't very attentive but I would have left her more than 10% if given the option, which I wasn't. Extremely disappointed in this employees actions.

We came as a party of 13 an asked for a table and we’re told to wait to make those arrangements. Then another group afterwards also a party came after our party and we’re told also to wait. Once the tables were ready the second group after us was seats before our group.

We immediately told the staff and we’re told “to bad I guess”. Then once seated they took a long time to get our drinks out like 30days minutes. Not to mention our food. Unpleasant experience with the staff as well as the manger which we shared our concerns too and of course he didn’t not seem worried or care in the slightest bit.

After this experience I would not recommend this place ever.

My wife and I went to the Flowood, MS IHOP location yesterday, Thursday around 11:15. It took us an hour to be served our orders of pancakes and eggs. There were not more than 10 patrons in the restaurant. After checking on our orders several times, they finally brought it with no silverware to use.

Although we requested it, it was not brought out immediately and so my wife went to the back to get silverware herself. They asked if we would accept plastic which she accepted because the food was getting cold. They also provided cheap ripped paper towels because there were no napkins.

My husband, 2 year old and I visited the Ihop (1201 East Stone Dr Kingsport, TN) yesterday (May 24) around 10pm and had a terrible experience. One of the employees (host and waiter) was absolutely stoned out of his mind.

He stumbled over to us and took us to a table, while stumbling and stammering around like he was out of it. He then said he couldn't find a pen so he started digging in his apron and dug down to the floor while twitching and nearly falling.

He said he was going to go find a pen and was gone for 3 to 4 minutes. In the meantime, we decided to leave because we didn't want someone in that condition handling our drinks or dishes of food.

This store will lose business if this keeps happening. This young man was in no position to be working, let alone handling food.

On May 14th, Mother's Day, my husband and close family friend stopped at IHOP, on Chestnut in Colorado Springs. They placed an order in the restaurant to go. They decided to surprise me with Mother's Day breakfast. I was home, leisurely getting up with our 2 kids. When they brought in breakfast, we started passing out what breakfast went to who. ON May 20,2023 I stopes at IHOP #4486 in Hixson, TN. After being seated and the waitress took our orders returned 45 minutes later and apologized that it was taking so long. She stated that they had gotten a lot of to go order and the cooks where behind.

I planned to have a nice Sunday brunch with my kids. It took over 20mins for our drinks, another 20 before their food came. My food never arrived. I asked for a manager but she was dealing with the payment system being down.

My husband and I were guests at the Uniontown, Pennsylvania location at 11:05 am. The restaurant was not busy for breakfast or lunch crowd. The hostess was very unfriendly as if it was a bother that we had interrupted her cigarette break in front of the restaurant.

I was having breakfast this morning at the Rolla Missouri establishment. I overheard a lady yelling at someone. I saw a lady come out of the restroom I noticed it was the general manager, a young women followed not long after.

I do not think it is very professional for any management of any kind to be yelling at their employees let alone while they are using the bathroom. If I worked for this lady I would be finding me a new job.

There is a time and place for issues to be handled but the restroom isn't the place. I'm highly upset and will not be coming back to this establishment. I will not support any business that allows their management to treat their employees this way.

I ordering to go, swedish crepes and drench toast. When they gave me my food they said they do not have the sauce to go with the Swedish crepe. I asked for the butter, they said no we can give strawberries.

Have visited twice.

First time the food was good but the service extremely slow even though not that busy. We spent as much time waiting for 4 pancakes as we might at our favorite 'find dining' restaurant.

Second time we got NO service. We were seated "your server will be right with you", a staff brought water and we said we wanted to order. She said she was not the waitress but would tell her we wanted to order.

My husband and I went to IHOP on 5/4/2023, He ordered the 2x2x2 with a vanilla milkshake, I ordered a pepper jack cheese omelette with toast. The server started to make the milkshake (machine was close to our booth) and left if running for over a minute.

My wife and I are African American. We went to the IHOP at 3250 Hodges Pointe Plaza store on Saturday 4/22/23. My wife ordered water with lemon and I ordered water with no lemon. The server brought my wife her ice water with sliced lemon in a small container.

Then a white couple came in sitting across from us and I overheard them order iced water with lemon. The server brought the white couple their waters with the slices of lemon placed in both of their glasses nicely placed on the rim of their glasses.

When the food arrived the food was not even hot. I did not complain about it though. When it was time for me to check out my waitress was no where to be found. I waited at the front counter for someone to finally check me out.

I was late for my church services. I called to voice my complaint in which I was told I would receive a call back on whether or not they can make it up to me and send that through email.

Today April 24 2023 at 11:43 am my wife and I visited your store at 114 E 21st St Norfolk Va 23517. As we were about to be seated, the waitress was in an argument with another employee about where to seat us.

When she came to take our order I asked for the hamburger and was told that they did not have any hamburger meat or steaks. My wife ordered a strawberry milkshake and was told that they had no ice cream.
