IHOP

" The sentence reads as though the drinks are included in the kids meal and refills are free. As it turns out the drinks are not included, but the refills are. These sentences make no sense and they are misleading.

When I asked the waitress and the manager about the drinks being included in the meals, they both said that means the refills are included.

went to I hop in ballantyne nc, was told we had a 15 minute wait but the place was almost empty. 00 for 3 breakfasts which is very high. our waiter never came back to ask if we needed anything which we did, I had to go and find him.

I heard three white employees attacking our server Sha because she asked them not to use the word nigger around her because it was very offensive they were all arguing about it and I agree I'm biracial and I get where she saying it's inappropriate It's crazy cause my family and I dine in all the time but we will not be back because I don't want my kids to think they should accept that type of treatment and it's crazy because Sha have really brought the hospitality to this place she do not deserve this

My wife and I just had dinner at the IHop on the corner of Shaw and Valintine in Fresno. We arrived at 555 pm on a Friday night. There were only people at 6 tables and NONE had been served their food.

The server took us to our table and brought us our drinks and took our order. (Time was 6:03) We did not get our meal for 36 min. It was over cooked and we were told that they only had 1 cook.

) Several of our friends say they NEVER go to that IHOP because of the very poor service. This is NOT the servers or even the cooks problem. This is VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. I was told that 10 years ago this place was always packed and great service.

My wife and I just came from IHOP in Boise Idaho. We have eaten there many times before, but today 4/13/2023 was the worst. the service was terrible, got eggs scrambled I asked for over easy. the scrambled were cold.

Got the over easy and they were raw. The bacon was all fat, no meat. Our server was preoccupied with something other than waiting on customers. We liked that store, but we will not go there again, it was the worst food and service we had seen in a long time.

In Wildwood, Fl, we ate a local IHOP while on vacation. It was Friday, April 7, 2023. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and my husband the grilled chicken salad wih (minimal fruit). When it arrived it was attractive and I immediately took a bite. The chicken was RAW!!!!!!!

Pink juice oozing from it. My husbands chicken salad was also inedible. The waitress immediately returned it to the kitchen. By that evening I was doubled over in pain. We were on vacation so suffered through this. Vomiting and more. Indescribable.

We made it home Easter Sunday and have spent three days sick. I did demonstrate to the waitress how the chicken was sooooooo undercooked. I am reporting this to you and state unequivocally, I will NEVER eat at IHOP again.

My husband and I stopped at the IHOP at 4199 34th St S in St Pete, Fl today. We waited to be seated as the sign said. We waited as a waitress checked a couple out. She then walked off , totally ignoring us.

I walk with a cane and was leaning against the wall as I can"t stand very long. There were empty seats right near the register and the waitress could have told us to take one. Instead, she ignored is and walked away. We walked out.

Obviously, they don't need our business. We have eaten there quite often, but this is the first time we were treated so rudely.

The order tookore than an hour to be delivered to me. And, after the long wait, there was no syrup with the pancakes. I'm disappointed.

Hey 25 Flowood miss ihop. Ask for creamer. Coffee cold before server brought creamer. Yea terrible. Beef tips burnt. Not offered a choice of dressing for my salad. After the salad was brought I was informed only ranch and honey mustard available. I don’t like either.

My husbands pancakes were cold and butter solidified. No silverware. Had to get up. Go find someone to get silverware. Was told short of help

My husband,2 grandchildren and I ordered our usual 2 adult meals,2 kids meals and one item of the Ihoppy menu. When we got the bill,it was higher than usual. When we asked our server about it,she said it was company policy to not apply kids free discount it any thing is ordered off the ihoppy menu.

I told her we have ordered like this many times without this issue. She reiterated it was company policy. I told her we would not be back. Sorry to say it was left there. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

I went to eat and when i got my food a hair was at my salmon. I called the server she took the plate came after to tell that if I wanted a new one I said no. No manager came over to apologize nor to say anything to me.

I left without eating and went home and ate a bowl of cereal with milk. The food of my daughter and husband were fine. This is unacceptable that after my husband and daughter ate we pay and the server told me sorry for the inconvenience.

I usually don’t ever write reviews, but my experience this morning really irked my nerves. I have been ordering pickup from IHOP for the past week or so. Most times at like 4 in the morning when I had been working nights, and everything was perfect and the staff were SO sweet. This morning at around 9:30 I went to pick up my online order, same thing I’ve been getting every time. It was busy but not anything crazy for a morning at IHOP. I ordered your chicken and waffle over the phone. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I came about 10 minutes earlier since I was already on my way anyway. I made it in me and older gentleman came at same time.

Spring Branch location: Went to this restaurant with my granddaughter a few weeks ago for breakfast and we got explosive diarrhea for 2 days!! I will NEVER eat there again! I don’t normally eat at IHOP but I thought because the restaurant was newer to the area it would be okay.

Sunday morning April 2, I bought breakfast for a party of 3 at our IHOP here in Rolla, Mo. From the time we were seated until the time we exited the restaurant was 1 hour, 10 minutes. 45 minutes of that time was spent waiting for our food to arrive, after we had ordered.

While we waited for our food, there were several other parties who had ordered after we did - they got their food, ate and were gone before our food arrived. The upside is that when our food did finally arrive, it was absolutely excellent!

The downside is, the manager and serving staff acted like they had no idea how to handle that situation. We were made to feel as though we were being unreasonable about having to wait when many others were not, and complaining about it.

Took my 11 year old out to breakfast on Sunday 3/19, paid for the meal and realized I was charged twice. I talked to the server ( no manager bothered to come over), they said they would take care of it if it went through from pending inn24 hours.

It never was taken care off. I called the store manher, stopped in a week later, and when the charge had not been taken care contacted customer service, who never called back. It's been 2 weeks now and no refund for the additional charge.

On Saturday, March 25, 2023 I, along with my husband and another couple were staying in Pineville, NC and across of the hotel where we were staying was an Ihop so we decided to stop for breakfast before heading to our next destination that morning. Order was wrong which can happen but when I received my meal (Crepes with blueberries and strawberries) the strawberries tasted like onions. I told the server and he said they probably used the same knife to cut onions and then the strawberries. Could not eat them.

Even the crepe that had a strawberry on it was onion flavored. This was the IHOP on the Vestal Parkway. Vestal NY. April 2 around 12:15.

We were a party of 3, seated on Sun, 4/2/23 at 9am, Rolla, MO location. 5 hours to get breakfast!!! Only explanation was only 1 omelet worker. All 3 diners agreed that #1- worst experience EVER, &#2- last time trying Rolla IHOP.

Discussed situation with Mgr when Bill arrived. & she took 25% off omelet charge- not nearly enough for that horrible experience!!

Thursday March 30th {11am} we ordered a pick order at the IHop in Cedar Park Texas. One of the orders was the strawberry crepes. We received two crepes instead of four with no strawberries or sauce, nothing.. Two plain crepes. Very upsetting, what was more upsetting is trying to call the restaurant and all it does is ring. After 10 mins of ringing it tells you to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. I've called everyday since. We have lived in the area for 23 years and I will never go back there again. I went to I Hop with a friend the other day and was going to order the sausage biscuit snd gravy. I was told that you no serve it off the menu That is all I order from IHop. You have eggs you cook and you could not have taken one of them off.

I get pissed off whenever I go to ihop 15470 Annapolis road, Bowie Marland. most times weeds/marijuana smells in the restaurant and some of the workers are not in proper uniform. sometimes the workers seat in group and makes so much noise thereby losing customers.

I will appreciate if these abnormally is reversed in order to gain the confidence of your customers.

It was the worse restaurant experience I have had in ten years. It took almost 30 minutes, after being seated, for the waitress to recognize us. Ordered chicken and waffle and was told that they were out of chicken and out of three other items we asked for.

march 23, 2023 @ 9:05am store #3517. went in to have breakfast. Waited at the desk over 5 minutes before someone came to seat us. after being seated, ordered our meals. The wife ordered 2 eggs over easy with 2 strips of beacon extra crisp, hash browns and pancake comb.

I ordered country fried steak with 2 eggs over medium hash browns and pancakes. when the orders came to the table we had to ask for silverware to eat with. The wife's eggs were over medium and the beacon was not extra crisp.

My eggs were over hard with very little gravy on my steak so I ask for more gravy which I never got, our pancakes were cold, the butter didn't even melt. The table was sticky when we set down. The place was dirty.

I placed an online order at 9:44 am to be ready for pickup at 11:10 am. I arrived at 11:15am. When I approached the hostess. She told me that she was unable to leave her spot to help or check on my order and she would get someone else to do it.

I while waiting I spoke to another waiter who I told I had placed an order and she advised it was almost done but could not give me a time. After waiting until 11:45am I asked to cancel my order after the same waiter who told me my order was done told me that she did not see my order.
